Gaby's Countdown Part 3
Suddenly, Ghostwriter's writing appeared in neon pink letters RALLY G.
"Gaby's calling a rally in her bedroom." Lenni observed.
"I wish I could go," Rob said. "but I need to help my mom and dad with moving into our new house."
"Don't worry," Jamal told Rob. "I'll fill you in tonight after I get home."
Lenni, Alex, and Calvin Ferguson among other former Hurston Middle School students except for Jamal were to attend Mead High School.
Rob was to attend the High School of Science, the same high school that Jamal would attend in the coming autumn.
"Thanks, Jamal." Rob said.
"Anytime, Man." Jamal said.
"Come on, Jamal," Casey said. "we've got to be going!"
"Coming, Casey." Jamal called.
The Ghostwriter team went their separate ways.
Upon arrival at the Bodega, Hector, Jamal, Alex, Lenni, Tina, and Casey all went up to Gaby's bedroom door.
Alex knocked on the door.
"Just a minute," Gaby called out. "let me finish writing this entry!"
"What is Gaby doing in there?" Casey wondered.
"Writing in her diary." Alex answered Casey.
Just then, the door opened and Gaby poked her head out.
"Right on time!" Gaby exclaimed.
The rest of the team entered Gaby's bedroom.
"What's up, Gaby?" Alex asked.
Gaby gave Alex and the rest of the team a serious look.
