Axel Town…

Naruto walks in pass the gates.

His eyes then eagerly took in the view.

He continued walking until he was standing in the middle of what looked to be a park if the children running around and playing were anything to go by.

'So this is the nearest town huh, people doesn't seem to be concerned…'

Naruto thought as a pair of kids ran right past him. Wasn't the demon king a pretty big deal? Weren't they supposed to be terrified or at least alert at all times.

'Just what are your true intentions Eris'

This is opposite of what would people do if they were being terrorize by the demon lord or something.

His past can testify to that.

After collecting his thoughts and having a feel of the town Naruto then ventured into the town.

'So, what should i do first? I'm in a whole new world, no one knows me, and the only money i have is in a pouch that i don't know the worth.'

So far, he had learned that he can speak and read the same language as the people here and that the town he was in was Axel, the town of beginners.

Managing to find a map for the town at the exit of the park.

He then headed towards a place that no one that known him could imagine possible.

'I feel kinda off for some reason, first the hair and sword, now this?'

"I'm guessing my hair isn't the only thing affected"

Cause there in front of him was something he really didn't want to go all of his life but now strangely he feels a connection to it, to this place.

The Fucking Library.

Dun Dun Duuuun!!!!

Startled by the sound that came from nowhere, He only then realizes that the sound wasnt just a dramatic effect but someone actually getting hit, Naruto then started searching around.

Looking to his right, near the library. there inside an alley way WAS suprise suprise the guy that he beated up earlier.

But this time the guy is now the one being cornered by what looks like a group.

Deciding to look from afar and hear what their saying Naruto jumps up at the rooftops and after landing carefully he calmly sits down at the edge.

Looking down he could see three people surrounding the bastard.

The biggest bald dude wearing a black muscle shirt and armored leggins seems to be the boss of group judging by him barking orders at the other two.

Making sure he has his minions flanking the side of the guy.

The boss then ordered his minions to pick the guy up.

"Explain to me how did you got beat up and lost the Girl! Again"

'Oh how the tables have turn, Talk about Karma'

Slightly bruised and crying the guy starts explaining.

"I'm sorry boss, but there was this guy that stopped me a-a-and i couldn't do anything!."

not satisfied by the answer the boss says.

"It seems you forgot what happens when you don't follow orders, Marcius said do not bring disrespect to my name, so now we'll have to a make reminder now do we? do it cut his arm off!"

The minions started brandishing their knifes and aimed it towards the guys left arm.

Seeing as the guy was about to get amputated.

Dropping down, he decides to get involved.

AGAIN.

"NO PLEASE!!"

Just as the pain was coming the guy shuts his eyes tightly waiting for the pain to come.

'Whoosh'

Only to feel nothing.

Confused by what's happening he decides to open his eyes slowly.

There in front of him was the white haired boy earlier his back faced against him while holding the sheated katana.

Casually putting his left foot on top of the unconcious boss head he then turns and looks at the guy.

"What? YOU'RE THAT GUY!"

Extremely suprise by the situation.

He looks at his sides, now seeing that the minions holding him earlier too was knocked out.

Satisfied by the beating he gave them.

he also knocks out the guy.

"WAIT DON'T COME ANY CLOSER"

After moving towards the guy Naruto proceeds to hit him with the sheath rendering him unconcious like the rest of them.

Assesing the situation Naruto proceeds to bring the guy to a safe place.

Thinking of a place that wont ask too much about the injuries.

Earlier remembering that axel has a guild of some kind nearby.

Picking the guy up and he then headed towards it.

'Were they trying to kidnap Meimei? Why would they need her?'

Thinking about the conversation earlier made Naruto think that this situation is only gonna get bigger soon enough.

With that in mind, the boy speeds through the roof taking only a few seconds, he lands in the hard concrete.

Looking up after his landing Naruto sees a building that was quite a bit larger than the surrounding houses. Without a doubt, this had to be the adventurer's guild.

Taking a short breath, Naruto walked through the front door. Immediately upon entering, he was greeted by a passing waitress.

"Welcome! If you're here to eat, just take any of the open seats!"

"Actually, I was wondering if I could get someone to check on him."

"Oh my god! Certainly! Is he ok?!, I'll go get someone to look at him, just lay him over at the infirmary! it's that way"

After thanking the waitress, Naruto walked towards the infirmary while taking in the guild's interior.

Maybe it was because of what his carrying, he seemed to be drawing quite a lot of attention.

Laying down the guy to infirmary bed, Naruto goes to back to the main hall.

'I can't get some answers until he wakes up, i guess I'll do something for the mean time'

Walking up towards the reception desks to get some information, Naruto noticed there were two stalls. One of which had a very long line while the other was completely empty.

Naruto raised an eyebrow before making the obvious choice of walking to the open stall.

"Welcome to Axel Town's adventurer's guild! How may I help you?"

A receptionist with short brown hair and green eyes said with a glowing expression, almost as if she hadn't expected him to talk to her.

"Why do you have two stalls anyway? Do they cover different topics than the other one?"

"Ah… No, the adventures just like to speak with Luna-San."

The receptionist said with a wry smile and pointed towards the other stall to prove her point.

Following the girl's finger, Naruto got a glance at the other receptionist, and he immediately understood why the adventurers wanted to talk to her. Blonde hair, golden eyes, and large breasts that looked as though they would pop out of her shirt at any given moment.

"Looks like she has her hands full…"

Naruto commented.

"Luna-San is like an older sister to us all, especially to the adventurers. So what brings you to the adventurer's guild, sir?"

"Just call me Naruto, I was only wondering if you could answer a few questions for me."

The receptionist coughs into her hand and nodded.

"I'll try my best to answer, Naruto."

After Naruto asked some of his basic questions, the receptionist's eyes widened.

"You want to defeat the demon king? Well, the best place to start would be joining this guild and becoming an adventurer. After all, Axel Town is well known for being the town of beginners!"

Naruto nodded his head and thanks the receptionist.

He then turns towards the exit.

As he was about to go, he was stop by the same receptionist.

"WAIT! i thought you said you wanted to defeat the demon king?!"

Looking at back her Naruto only says.

"Yes"

Obviously confused by the answer she then asks.

"Why don't you join then?? it's much easier if you join the guild! you would have more higher chance of doing it!"

Scoffing at the thought that he couldn't defeat the demon king alone.

Naruto just retorts.

"And what's the merit of joining this guild of yours?"

"Well! obviously you'll have the support of your guild mates plus you can have a class and learn more powerful skills here!"

Getting power does seem interesting.

After considering Naruto decides to do it the right way.

"Do I have to sign up?"

"Yes!,You just have to pay the registration fee of 1000 Eris, and we can take care of the rest!"

Naruto. Fishing the small pouch of coins out of his pocket, Naruto placed the change into the receptionist's hand.

"Is this enough?"

"Yes, that's the exact amount!"

1000 Eris exactly...

That was close.

"Now then, let me explain. Every adventurer has their own occupation or 'class.' You'll register what class you want to be onto your registration card."

The receptionist explained and placed a small index card on the counter.

"This will keep track of the monsters you've killed, as well as your level, skills, and experience points!"

Naruto raises his eyebrow in confusion.

"How does it do that?"

"With magic."

"Magic huh?"

The receptionist blinked.

"Naruto… Do you perhaps not know anything about magic?"

"Not at all."

Naruto said without hesitation , and the receptionist gained a troubled expression.

"I can take it from here."

The woman named Luna said as she walked over to them, and the receptionist Naruto had been previously talking to thanked the girl before excusing herself.

As Luna gathered some things from under the reception desk, Naruto glanced at the other counter and was surprised to find the long line of adventurers were long gone.

'That was fast'

"Now then, Naruto-San was it? Let me explain to you what magic is."

"Please do"

Naruto took in the information easily as the kind, and patient receptionist thoroughly explained how magic worked in this world.

Magic, which was this world's equivalent to chakra, was used by adventurers in forms of spells and magical items. Everyone generated their own mana over time and spells consumed it while most magic items didn't. That was the gist of what Naruto picked up from the explanation.

"Next, we'll decide what your class will be. But first… Place your hand here."

Luna placed a contraption with a glass ball onto the desk, and Naruto assumed it was one of the magical items she had been talking about. Placing his hand onto the orb, it began to glow as energy visibly spun around the gear-like parts. A stream of magic beamed down to the registration card that had been placed below the magic item, and Naruto was surprised when letters began to appear.

The receptionist grabbed the card when the magic item stopped writing and began to look over the information.

"Let's see what your stats are…! This is…!"

Naruto was about to ask what was written on the card when the Luna stared at him with a look wonder.

"Your stats are amazing! Above average across the board, and ridiculously high strength! And your intelligence too is high"

The girl exclaimed with excitemen

Naruto didn't really understand, but it sounded like he was being praised.

"No way, did we just get another golden rookie?"

"Not just Aqua-Chan, but two golden rookies!?"

"We sure are lucky this week! Bless Eris!"

Naruto looked around when a crowd began to gather around him. Suprise from the sudden attention, he quickly looked back at the excited receptionist who was still looking at his adventurer's card in awe.

"What does this mean?"

"With stats like this, you can choose any of the advanced classes right away!"

Naruto was thinking when the surrounding adventurers started shouting out suggestions.

"Be a Sword Master!"

"No way, this guy's aura is screaming Crusader!"

"I don't know, the world could always use another Arch Priest!"

Trying his best to ignore the noisy audience, Naruto leaned towards the pretty receptionist so she could hear him better.

"Are there any limitations to each class?"

"there are indeed limitations to each class. For example, a thief wouldn't be able to learn skills like intermediate magic spells that a mage could learn."

'Well, that's disappointing. I wanted to try learning magic, but now i can start mastering this sword'

Making up his mind.

He finally answer the crowd's question.

"Make me a Sword Master"

Yeah, Naruto's personality and memory is more based on Vergil now.

He's now the storm that is approaching LITERALLY.
