"Takao, make sure not to pull ahead of the group. We must keep a tight formation." Atago breaks radio silence as her sister ship pulls ahead.
"Atago, sister. Please don't break radio silence unless in an emergency." Maya responds back to her. Takao silently pulls back in the formation as her older sister requested. I watch silently next to Atago as we quickly cut through the East Indies, following the distress call from friendly transport ships on the Java coast.
We received a distress call detailing an attack on Sakura troop convoys in the Java sea by a combined force of Royal Navy and Eagle Union ships, requesting support from all allied combat vessels in the area. We cruise at a top speed of 33knots in the hope that we were not too late.
I had no idea she could move so fast as we rise and fall with the waves, her sisters falling in just behind her with their destroyer escorts and several light cruisers. Atago nervously checks her sonar every couple of minutes to make sure they weren't being followed.
I place a hand on her shoulder after her fifth time to try and calm her down. Her nervous nature heightened by the panicked alert. She places her own hand over mine and takes some deep breaths, raising and lowering her chest in rhythm.
By this point, the battle may have already been over and they were too late to be of any use except for picking up survivors. However little there may be. Atago and I watch the waves pass by as we wait for a sign of battle to engage in. Each second feeling closer to an hour as we spend the next few hours with our equipment on full alert.
Suddenly, Atago perked up her ears and let go of my hand, grasping to the railing inside of the bridge and looking out in front of them as her engines slow down to 3/4ths speed. I wait for an explanation, not ordering her to give it.
"Ships, straight ahead. They seem to be at full speed and closing in on us fast."
"Can you tell what ships?"
"No, sorry commander."
"It's fine, we'll have to be prepared for anything."
Atago picks up the microphone and broadcasts to the entire fleet. "Attention! Unidentified fleet Bow side, All ships prepare for combat." I switch frequencies to all open channels to try and contact the fleet. I nod at Atago who nods back.
"Attention unidentified vessels, this is the IJN Atago of the Sakura Empire. Please state your intentions." She says seriously.
She gets an immediate response. "IJN Atago this is the USS Houston. We demand that you stand down, our ships are fully loaded and ready to fight you off if you attempt to intervene."
Atago looks at me as the Kansen ends her demands. A sinking feeling in my gut tells me that we weren't in time to provide backup for our friends on the Java Coast. Atago looks down at the floor as she can see my mood change.
"Tell Houston that they shall not pass unless they force us."
Atago nods and repeats the message to Houston a bit more spiteful that I had said it.
"Then prepare to face the wrath of the Eagle Union and steel yourselves for battle!" Houston shouts into the Microphone.
I switch channels once again. "All stations, prepare for battle. General quarters, General quarters, all men and Kansen man your battlestations." I sound into the microphone, alerting the ships that we were now in battle.
The Atago lurges forward as she applies more speed, looking deadly serious at the water ahead of them. Out on the horizon, two ships appear from the direction Atago had pinpointed. Two cruiser silhouettes appeared into the evening sky as their first Kansen battle was about to begin.
Behind Atago, and gaining speed, was the quick and agile Takao who pulled up next to her sister ship.
The two ships train their weapons on the two destroyers with Maya a little further back just now beginning to identify the cruisers. Their destroyer escorts lay down a series of torpedo waves towards the two cruisers and then spread out to allow their Heavy cruisers to engage them.
"Port side turn." I tell Atago. She turns quickly for her heavy cruiser status and bears all guns, forward and aft, to target Houston. Houston's guns however were locked onto one of their destroyer escorts as she fired the first round of the night. Her rangekeeping shots were inaccurate as they splash behind the destroyer by a considerable margin. Atago returns with her own rangekeeping shots which also cross Houston's bow and splash harmlessly into the water behind them. Takao had focused on her cruiser ally and began placing her own shots on her. Once again, all missing their target.
May had now gotten into the fight and was placing her guns on target as well, firing almost immediately. Atago reloads and fires her second rangekeeping salvo as Houston slowly turned her guns on us. These ones splash right in front of her bow. Her rangekeeper was now completely set and the next salvo would not miss. Takao lands a lucky shot on Houston's cruiser escort and sets a fire on the deck but with no severe damage.
Atago jumps with excitement when she sees her sister land the first blow of the fight. I could feel her intentions to congratulate Takao when she grabs the microphone but she decides against it.
Houston's guns had stopped turning and now a salvo was to be directed at us. "Hard starboard." I tell Atago urgently. She responds with such urgency and she turns hard to the right. Houston fires just as soon as Atago's rudder responds and she begins turning ever so slightly to the right which sends the shells from Houston just over Atago's bow and landing in the water just beside her, right were she was moments before.
"Nice call commander. These Union Kansen are no joke. I can tell she is experienced." Atago compliments her foe.
"Try and make small adjustments to keep her aim off. With your speed and handling it should be no problem dodging shells."
"Thanks Commander~" She says at the unintentional compliment. Takao fires another volley at the other cruiser which misses over her stern. Atago takes a wide sweeping motion and launches her dual sets of quadruple torpedoes and accomplishing another dodge of Houston's faster reloading turrets.
"She's quick, commander." She huffs as the ship takes a large amount of stress from near detonations.
"Hang in there Atago. You're fighting with your sisters, remember. It's up to you as the older sister to set a good example for them to follow."
Atago takes a deep breath and extends a hand, targeting Houston. With the sound of thunder cracking across her decks, her shells fly towards Houston. Her rangefinding was impeccable as four of her shells score directly on the ship and cause several fires to break out.
She takes a look back at me and I nod my satisfaction. She looks back out over the water and watches as the cruiser escort returns fire on the Takao. Takao had fallen in her sisters footsteps and begun to dodge and weave around erratically to avoid taking damage. Atago was very happy to see her teachings reach them without even needing to say a word.
"Alright commander. Let's hail them and see how they feel about surrendering."
"Good Idea."
I switch to open channels and pick up the microphone. Atago stops me with her words. "Wait a minute." She pauses.
She stands tall and beautifully on the bridge deck as the sun finally passes over the horizon casting a deep shadow on the bridge. The fires from the two cruisers were the only thing lit up on the water. Atago starts jerking her head around as she tries to find the location of whatever she was hearing.
"More unidentified vessels coming from the same direction. They are bringing reinforcements." Atago says alarmed.
"How many?"
"5. Maybe more."
"Tell the destroyers to send out a wave of torpedoes, that should stall their advance for now while we finish them off."
I open a channel with the Eagle cruiser. "This is Commander Hiroto Tsuyoshi, commanding officer of the IJN Atago. Surrender your vessel or be prepared to die an honorable death." I waited for a response but received none.
"They are not responding." I tell Atago who pushes her breasts up in confidence. "It seems we have damaged their will to fight."
The destroyer escorts unleash a volley of torpedoes once again, this time targeted at the incoming reinforcements. Just as Atago's torpedoes were about to come into contact with the reinforcements, a voice made itself known across the emergency Sakura channel.
"This is Captain Natishita Mogi of the Sakura Empire. We are here to support-" Atago's torps detonate on one of the ships and the radio goes silent. Atago gasps and covers her mouth with her hands. Her ears immediately droop as the ship splits in half.
"Oh no." She whimpers in agony.
I watch in horror as the transport ship sinks beneath the waves in a matter of seconds while Houston and her cruiser escort turn their guns around to face the Sakura Empire which had shown up at their backsides, immediately firing a volley at another troop transport, scoring a direct hit on the boat and damaging it severely.
Atago slumps to her knees with tears in her eyes as she watches another friendly torpedo slam into what looks to be an ally destroyer and sink it immediately as well. I myself must keep my own tears from forming as two friendly ships sink to the bottom of the ocean.
The same torpedoes slam into the hulls of Houston and her cruiser escort, slowly flooding their interiors as each ship begins to list over while still remaining on fire.
As their last breath, both cruisers fire a salvo in defiance at the transports and both hit their mark crippling the transports before falling silent.
"N-no.. that's not…" Atago painfully exerts as she begins to cry loudly. Her cry loud enough to alert her sisters who both ring in on the radio at the same time.
I ignore the calls and hug the cruiser. I try to pet her hair but it has the opposite effect of what I intended and instead she cries louder into my shoulder. As the rumble of the fire enrages when it bursts into the cruiser's fuel supply, Atago desperately clung to me.
The strength of a heavy cruiser was overwhelming as she threatens to break my back, but I stay attached to her for as long as I could. That is until I hear something snap inside of me.
Atago loosens her grip a little, allowing me to escape her crushing pressure and feel that my right arm had been broken by her intense clinging. Without me, Atago falls to the ground in pain as she cries a small pool of tears for her crime.
"Atago!" Takao bursts through the bridge door and rushes past me, hugging the Heavy cruiser as she weeps into her now. Neither of them pay any attention to me as Takao attempts to calm her down. Eventually, her crying had subsided enough so that Takao could take her to my quarters.
For a brief moment, I sat alone on the bridge. I hold onto my right arm as it shoots pain throughout my body. In a flash, my mind thinks of the pain Atago must be feeling after killing her own ally and I realize that the pain in my arm was nothing compared to that sorrow.
The bridge that had been so loud now lay silent as I try to stand back up. A kind hand sits me down. Takao stands behind me with a sorrowful expression on her face. For a moment, I almost didn't recognize the cruiser as she looked exactly like Atago.
She looks at my wound and hangs her head, apologizing profusely for Atago. I don't say anything in return as she walks off the Atago's bridge and back onto her own ship.
I lay on the ground where I must have passed out because I can't remember anything afterwards except my world fading to black…
Takao must have held the fleet because the next day we hadn't moved from our spot. With her anchor laid, the flagship of the task force was standing strong in the calm waters, just off of the Sunda strait.
It left my friends to explain the incident to the task force, which had arrived at our aid, what happened to their transport and minesweeper.
I slowly get up from my resting place on the hard metal bridge of the Atago only to have my arm flare up in pain.
"Agh!" I insensitively grab it to release pressure off of it.
A weird dream of a girl kept replaying in my head as I get up and try to find Atago. My first instinct is to look in my quarters. She was not there but my door was opened so obviously she had been there and neglected to close the door. I step inside and the smell of Sakura blossoms dances around the room as I find some bandages to make a makeshift sling for my arm. Any slight movement would send the pain of thousands of needles up my arm and being on a ship did not help.
I search around the ship for her, looking in obvious places such as her old bed, and calling her name out. I received no responses the entire time I searched. Eventually, I found the elegant older sister at the very tip of her bow. Looking intently at a Katana sheathed in a black scabbard.
I slowly and painfully walk up to her but keeping a respectable distance between myself and the heavy cruiser.
I hear her sniff as she stares at the sword.
"I have broken my oath and failed to hold my honor. I am the lowest of the low and the worst of the worst." She says to no one but the wind.
"Atago." I state with more pain in my voice than I wanted.
She turns around with her hair blowing majestically in the slight wind. Her sweet golden eyes full with tears as she turns to face me. Her eyes widen and her expression deepens when she sees my arm. I try not to make a big show of it but I could not move it to hide from her.
"Did- Did I do that?" She says, ready to burst into tears.
"I-it's nothing, really. You were hurt and I..."
Atago waits for me to say something else which never comes.
"I don't deserve to be your ship…" She says quietly as her grip on the sword tightens. Recognition suddenly floods my mind as the sword carries the same etchings as the one my father had given her.
I take a step closer to Atago. "Atago…"
"Don't 'Atago' me Hiroto! I have dishonored myself and you! When I return, the men shall throw stones at my hull and the women will guide their children's eyes away in shame! My mountain will forever bear the curse of having my name for the rest of its eternal life while the gods laugh and scorn me for killing our friends. My name will be erased from records and my sisters will be left without an older sister to guide them, for even my sisters will mock and admonish me! I will be left for nothing to the birds until they have painted my decks white and finally when you leave me I will be sold off and scrapped like a-"
Atago did not get to finish the rest of her rant as I walk up to her and kiss her passionately.
Atago's surprise was soon replaced by pleasure as she closed her eyes and kissed me back. Our tongues swirling together in a dance of emotions and passion. I grab her waist with my good arm and pull her closer, exciting a small moan out of her beautifully soft and tender lips which invite me to partake in her more.
Atago begins to become more forceful so I return in kind as me mash our lips together. Atago slowly drops her sword and presses her body against me, hugging me the same way I was intimately hugging her.
I can feel her face heat up as I manage to wrestle her tongue down and slowly break away from her lips, a line of our kiss refusing to separate between the two of us.
I had never seen her more embarrassed as she stands breathing manually after our long and colorful kiss.
"Don't ever talk like that about yourself again. Akagi has killed more of our men than the Union will ever and she is still revered as the Sakura's fleet carrier. I would never leave you, even if I was ordered to, I would stay by your side until the end of time, understand me?"
Still awestruck, the heavy cruiser nods her head shyly. I pick up her katana and hold it out for her.
"Our work here is still not done and I could really use someone like you in this harsh world." I smile at her.
"C-commander, that's n-not fair."
"All is fair in love and war."
She sniffs and rubs her eyes clear.
"Of course, my Commander." She beams a radiant smile as I hear the radio go off in the bridge.
"Yoshi, Come in Commander Tsuyoshi."
"This Commander Tsuyoshi, go ahead Takao."
"Is my sister feeling any better?"
I look over to the fox that had followed me back onto the bridge and smile dumbly. "Yes, I think it'll be alright."
"That's good to hear. But if that's what I wanted to know I would have gone over there myself. We have an urgent report from the south that the remnants of the Eagle Union fleet are retreating back to friendly ports. They request that we intercept them and destroy them before they can make it bac to repair and refuel. Is Atago sea worthy?"
I once again look towards the stunning black haired ship to check on her status and then turn back into the microphone.
"Yes, I think so. Tell the fleet to proceed at full speed towards the last known position of the retreating fleet. We shall avenge our fallen comrades."
I hang up the mic and turn towards Atago, staring out at the open sea.
"Can I trust you to get me through this?" I ask.
Atago puffs her chest out with a sigh.
"You can count on me, Commander~"
A small force consisting of four destroyers desperately try to make their way back to the nearest friendly port. Atago and his sisters close in the distance on the four little boats, holding their fire until they were sure to land a hit. The four destroyers desperately called for reinforcements as the Sakura ships gained on them.
The three Takao class heavy cruisers rip through the water at breakneck speeds as they point their guns out towards the enemy.
I check the sonar for any signs of submarine activity but find none. The sound of Atago's engine hummed throughout the ship as she pushed her speed limit. All seemed to be going well. Perhaps a little too well.
As the destroyers cut through the water, I noticed that their torpedo tubes were empty. My first thought was that they had used them in a previous battle but my assumption was immediately proved wrong by the sonar which detected multiple sets of torpedoes skating underneath the water.
"Hard to port, Atago!"
"Got it!"
The ship lurges so hard to port that I have to hold onto my desk so I was not flung across the bridge.
The Atago barely makes it without hitting a torpedo, sliding out of the way. Her maneuvers paint a path for her sisters to follow so they can do so without worry of being struck with a torpedo.
More torpedoes arrive on sonar this time coming from the South West.
"Hard starboard!"
"Yes!"
Her rudder shifts and knocks the wind out of me. My arm grunting in pain at each adjustment but I could not tell Atago that for now.
We were now far off from our intercept course, their torpedoes had slown us down to half of our speed, requiring Atago to make up speed as we turn around and continue to give chase.
Atago takes back her flagship position next to her sisters and cuts across the ocean to stop the destroyers before they reach friendly waters.
Finally, they are able to catch up to them. Takao opened up first, hitting directly on the rudder of the one farthest on the left. The destroyer begins slowing down and breaking away from the group as the smaller destroyers in our task force begin breaking her down. Maya opens up behind us and misses her first shots.
Atago fires and lands a direct score on another one of the destroyers, igniting the ammunition on board and blowing the ship out of the water. She does not cheer nor does she celebrate. She understood now what war was and it was not something to be celebrated.
Only two destroyers remain. Takao misses her second salvo and reports torps in the water. Takao and Atago manage to dodge the torpedoes expertly with all of them just barely missing Maya. Maya returns in kind by crippling a destroyer's engine and sending it to the bottom of the ocean with ease and professionalism.
Without their calls for reinforcements acknowledged. It was only the last lone destroyer. They had identified themselves as the USS Pillsbury and would not respond to any hails we attempted.
"This is always my least favorite part…" Atago says her ears drooping slightly as they gain on the destroyer.
"Mine too…" I say detached.
The Atago fires her forward guns and manages to hit the bow of the ship, shearing it clean off. Atago and Takao continued to gain on the little destroyer, but despite losing it's bow it was still able to sail.
Takao fired her forward turrets and landed a decisive blow on the tiny destroyer. Her funnel had been taken out and lost all of her previously held speed. The Atago pulls up close to the destroyer and aimed her guns towards what remained of her ship. The captain, probably dead by now, refused to answer hails.
I sigh audibly and nod to Atago who nods back at me.
Her guns reload and finish the destroyer off, sending her to the bottom of the ocean with her small Kansen along with her.
Atago takes a deep breath.
"I know they're the enemy but…"
"Killing Kansen feels wrong." I admit.
The task force successfully retreats to rearm and refuel with some repair ships within the area.
I can't help but look behind me at the destruction we had caused.
Warning: Explicit content ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you!
There is a knock on my door.
"Come in"
The beautiful fox opens the door and walks in with her shoes off, respecting the rule which I had placed those few short months ago.
I prepare to get off my bed, shifting so that she could take it but she waves the idea away.
"I'm not here for sleep, commander. I never properly apologized to you about…" She was talking about my arm.
"It's alright, it's my fault for underestimating your strength." I laugh trying to shrug it off. Atago didn't seem to find it as funny, sitting down on my bed with a slight blush to her face.
"But it's my job to take care of you when you're in pain, so I will take responsibility for my actions." She says this as she slides her hand across my leg and towards my crotch.
I start to turn red profusely as I realize what was about to happen. I desperately try to get a word in but Atago places a finger to my mouth to quiet me.
"It's all your fault, Commander... If you make such a cute face, I won't be able to keep my hands off of you…"
She proves her point by unzipping my pants and pulling out my dick which grew the moment she touched my leg. She only turns more red when handling it with her gloved hand, gently rubbing up and down the shaft slowly to get the full length of my girth.
Her blushing face was too cute to handle as my shaft stands at full attention.
She continues to move her hand passionately along my shaft, stopping every couple of strokes to tease the tip.
Her movement becomes more rapid asshe bobs her hand up and down my shaft at instense speeds, bringing me closer to an oragasm.
Atago peels a strand of her beautiful hair back behind her ear as she begins to tease the bottom of the shaft with her tongue. I moan out her name as she services my dick with the same tongue I had strangled with earlier.
She rewards me by sliding her tongue all the way up to the tip before kissing the top with her perfect lips. She releases and goes deeper, sheathing my cock in her throat little by little until my entire girth is inside of her mouth.
She bobs up and down, desperately trying to milk me, drowning me in pleasure. The inside of her mouth hot as she breathes hotly down my cock.
Suddenly she gets more intense as I can feel something swelling inside of me.
"Atago, I'm-"
Atago releases her grasp on me and takes a deep breath in.
"Not yet commander. I'm still enjoying the taste of you~"
She says as she unbuttons her uniform to reveal her massive breasts.
I stare at her naked boobs and grab her bare tit with my good arm and begin to fondle it passionately, trying to reciprocate the same pleasure. She moaned hotly as I run my finger over her nipple which only gave me a bigger turn on, something Atago notices immediately.
"Is little commander feeling left out? Don't worry, your big sister will take nice care of you~"
She adjusts so that her breasts stand directly over my cock as she licks her lips in anticipation. Her large breasts slowly come down over my shaft as I moan out loudly at the touch of her soft breasts.
"Did you like that, commander? Don't worry, I'll make you feel even better~"
She ends the sentence by grabbing hold of my dick with her mouth and sucking on it as she moves her breasts along my shaft.
My moans only make her work harder to try and get my seed as she bobs both her breasts and her mouth down onto me. Her tongue wraps around my shaft, gripping on and refusing to let go even when I announce to her.
"Atago It's-"
Before I can finish my sentence, I release all of my pent up desires into her mouth as she wrings me dry. She sucks harder and harder to get every last drop inside of her before releasing my girth from her breasts and mouth. We both breathe heavily, trying to catch our breaths. Atago swallows my white seed and exhales a long audible sigh.
I sit up in my bed, pull out, a cloth and begin wiping down her face. I kiss each spot where I clean.
Atago seems the happiest she's ever been as I give her a quick, passionate kiss on her lips. She snuggles up next to me for the rest of the night.
