Chapter 3: Turning Tables

Chapter 3...Man, I have such plans for this series, and I'm hella exited to work on each and every chapter. This chapter by far might be one of my favorites...

Arches Parents will be M Furt and F Furt due to not being able to find their real names, unless I'm just super stupid.

Anyway I have made this fanfic be able to change back from chapter 2 once I understand what happens when season four rolls around, but for now it's going to revolve around mostly Arche and Shalltear so, whatever.

This is why I'm skipping over the last 3 episodes, sorta, to get this centered around just that, as I find to much side plot from the main story gets in the way of this alternative timeline.

As I also mentioned, I looked up more information as I continue, beyond obvious things like MP potions and random magic spells I blurt out, correct me if I make a mistake, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

Arche and Entoma were sitting across a large worn table, not far from them was Cocytus's quarters

"They'll soon be back, human. I have just received word from Cocytus" Entoma stated to Arche. In Evil eyes voice.

"That's good news" Arche said, wincing at her old acquaintance's voice coming from someone else. She didn't know her too much, but she was also a skilled sorcerer like she was.

Entoma was tasked with keeping an eye on Arche till they arrived back as Ainz hinted to Arche that he had plans for her when they return.

"I know it's a little late to say human, had things gone differently, I would've loved to use your voice to speak, but this wretched girl was the one who broke my other one." She informed

Arche gulped, "I guess then a part of me would live on, I suppose." She made a nervous chuckle

Entomas expressions were of course impossible to read.

She then pointed her bug hand towards Arche.

"I like it when someone has a dark sense of humor. Even if it's from someone as tasty looking as you." She informed

"Th-thank you, Miss Entoma"

Aura made herself appear in the room in the knick of time,

"You, Arche! Lord Ainz has returned! And his generous lord brings a gift for you! Come to the throne room in 10 minutes, he is preparing it." She said with enthusiasm

She immediately rose from the chair and bowed, "Yes, Lady Aura, 10 minutes and not a second more."

"Great! See you there" she bounced back into the way she came from

"He brought a gift for you? He must really have some kind of interest in you, no wonder we can't salvage your parts" Entoma said honestly

Arche can't even breathe when she's around her, she thought she should really get used to the blood lust of some of these residents. That's just the way life is here.

(Throne room)

Everyone was lined around the red carpet the stretched the entirety of this grand establishment. Entoma walked into her lineament and Arche continued to approach the Intimidating figure that is her lord, Ainz Ooal Gown

She kneeled before him, the floor guardians all present around him.

"Arche, after a confrontation that was had in your homeland, we have made our word clear, I'll spare you the details. Its a good day for everyone involved, the Empire included."

"Congratulations, my lord." Arche praised from the deepest parts of her sincerity.

"Now, I have promised you the safety of your little sisters..."

"My Lord are they here? Are they ok?!" She asked, her voice breaking a bit. A rise of anxiousness shot through her.

"How dare you speak over Lord Ainz!Demiurge retorted

"It's fine, Demiurge. I understand her excitement, and you'll be delighted to know Arche that yes they are here and well, Narberal you may step out with them.

The elegant maid appeared around the line of residents with Ureirika and Kuuderika at both her sides.

"What are we doing, Miss Nabe?" Kuuderika Asked.

Arches eyes almost fell out of her skull, she was tearing badly

"Ureirika, Kuuderika!!!" She yelled receiving their attention

"ARCHE!" The both said as the ran away from Nabe like she never existed. Arche stayed on her knees till they got to her, she hugged them tightly, her tears uncontrollable. Her sisters had no idea, NO IDEA, How close they were to losing the only person who cared for them. Arche was beyond grateful for Lord Ainz.

"Arche! There were flashes and weird noises! And these guys took us away, I was so scared" Ureirika informed her older sister.

"Me to!" Kuuderika tagged along.

"Arche sniffled, "Its okay, you both are safe, I won't leave you guys like those times ever again. This is our new home now." She assured.

"But, why can't we stay at our home? These people look scary." Kuuderika openly stated.

"It's okay, their...their going to protect us, we'll be fine as long as you...and I behave, okay? Listen to what they tell you and don't talk back, you can do that right?"

They both nodded.

Arche smiled a mile wide and embraced them in another hug. They hugged in turn. A warm moment to them, but for most it was mixed. Some couldn't believe 3 more humans will live here, a race that has little to no respect at a place like this. But lord Ainz has spoken, so no one had any objections.

Arche cracked her eyes open and leaned back from them.

"I'll be a sec okay? I must thank lord Ainz, please be silent and stay still, okay?"

They both nodded in turn

She smiled warmly and nodded.

She got up and kneeled back to Ainz.

"My Lord, Thank you can't even cover my mountain of gratitude I have for you."

"All is a prize for your devotion, you are most welcome. But this is not the end of good things to come. Narberal, escort the little ones to their new quarters." He ordered.

She bowed, "Come along now." She beckoned.

Ureirika and Kuuderika looked at Arche with worried eyes.

"It's okay, I'll meet you when I'm done, go with her."

"Okay, we'll see you!" Ureirika cheered

"Yeah!" Kuuderika tagged in

They made their way to the raven haired woman and they were taken out of the room.

"Now, Arche, This next part might be hard on you, so listen close. It just happened to be that we got there just in time to save your sisters." He stated

Arches face had a look of concerned confusion,

"I don't think I quite understand, my lord."

Shalltear, Mare, Aura, Demiurge, Cocytus, Albedo all faded looks as to the anticipation of the incoming event. Ainz saw this and smiled inwardly himself.

"Bring them out" he bellowed.

"Soon, Imina, Hekkeran And Roberdyck came through the big double doors at the end of the hall. They looked like they were tranced as probable punishment from their lack of respect. Arche didn't really want to ask what was up with that.

Imina was dragging a woman while the two other men were dragging a man, both by force as they were struggling to break from them, being shackled and a bag covered their faces. The possessed Ex-Adventures brought them to their knees and ripped the bags off their heads, it was Arches Parents

"Arche? Arche what is the meaning of all this?! I thought you were all dead! It was addressed by the guild themselves that you all were killed!" M Furt opened.

"What are you two doing here?" Arche asked sounding a bit annoyed by their presence, which made Ainz extremely interested.

"Sir and Madam Furt, why don't you tell your daughter what you were planning to do with her sisters when the news came to you?" Ainz opened

Arche looked back at him with shocked eyes then back at her deadbeat parents.

"What is he talking about?! What were you gonna do to them?!"

"Oh don't get upset, we were going to sell them off for money, of which we need, remember? When we thought you died we had no other choice." M Furt answered shamelessly.

Arch's blinked, "you...were...going...to...sell...them...off?" She said with a bit of tilt in her voice

"Well what else are we suppose to do? Join the adventures guild? We aren't the magic casters like you and your sisters, we'll die before we'd ever get a coin for our trouble." M Furt stated.

Arches eye twitched,

"You were going to sell your youngest children, who have no choice but to look up at you two, to slavery...where at any age, can be overworked to death or(Shuddering) Being nothing but objects to men! Not to mention that I don't even hear the slightest bit of assurance that I'm even alive at your presence at this very moment!"

"You signed up for it, you knew what you were getting yourself into, what do you want us to say? Oh Arche, I'm so glad that out of everyone, your alive, yay! Your so ignorant, child." F Furt expressed.

Ainz couldn't believe it himself, he can now see why Arche was hellbent on the safety of her sisters.

"I can't believe some people are actually this far up their own ass that they don't even know the gravity of their situation!" He thought

"I hope you know how truly fortunate your daughter is, Had I not understand her situation, she more than likely would have perished with everyone else, besides the people who stand behind you two." Ainz addressed

"Well, good for them! Do you even know who we are? I assure we..." M Furt began, his arrogance flaring.

"YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH, DONT YOU DARE TALK THAT WAY TO LORD AINZ!" Arche yelled, her eyes steamy from their words previously.

Everyone in the room had their eyes on Arche,

"My fate could have been anything, I get that. But even then, I feel like I'm truly home, I may not be accepted here by everybody and that's fine! (tears stream down her face) At least they don't cower their tongue behind their lips. They don't drown themself's in debt, they all are honorable people in their respective right. You still call yourself's Nobles, I can't even look at you without scowling, my own parents! I worked day in and out just to give most of my earnings to save your sorry asses! Just so you can turn your back on me, Ureirika and Kuuderika. The idea of sending them off to slavery, just...just." She fell to her knees in silent anger. Clenching her teeth and scrunching her eyes.

Shalltear was most pleased to hear that from her, as well as the rest of the floor guardians, it's not even for this human knowing her place here, it's that they know she accepts that not everyone likes her, same goes for Tuare to if they were honest. Both serve out of loyalty, not fear to Lord Ainz.

"Arche, they seem have no respect for what you did for them. So in light of these events, I give you full control of what is to happen to these ungrateful souls. We have a wide range of options, you may put their fate in your hands, or, in the hands into anyone here of your choosing."

"What?! Hey what gives you the right..."M Furt started but Demiurge used his Command Mantra to shut them up

"Silence!" He yelled. And their mouths almost sealed shut.

Arche looked up from her position, and looked at her parents, she was beyond livid. These people, who birthed her and her sisters, were no parents of hers. No, parents don't sacrifice their children for coin, the very idea, is unforgivable.

She stood to her feet and approached them. Cold eyes looking back down at them.

"Your lack of fear shows just how foolish you really are. You really don't understand when your put in your place. That changes today. So I have decided...

She turns to Ainz and the floor guardians

"I want them to suffer the fates my sisters were going to have, had they succeeded in giving them to the slave trade, Lord Ainz, I want them to live the rest of their days, regretting that they'd ever even considered it."

"Is this decision final?"

She turned around, her parents shook their heads out of plea, but Arche didn't care, Nazarick will have new toys to play with.

"Yes, My Lord"

"Send them to the concubines, have them prepped for their services" he ordered the possessed Ex-adventures" they nodded and took them away, the Mantra had been lifted and they were trying to protest but no one heard or cared. Their fates were decided. This was the way it was.

Arche stood there, watching her old companions taking her parents to practically wear dog collars for the rest of their careless life's. She hopes it sucks.

"I'm surprised you didn't want to slaughter them, everyone in this room was more than ready for it." He informed.

She looked a second longer then turned to him.

"My lord, killing them would be too honorable, the people here as Iv learned take pride in what they do when it comes to that. They don't deserve such mercy."

"Welp, at least she's trying to fit in, I don't blame her, half of everyone here still probably wants to eat her" Ainz thought.

"You intrigue me more and more, Arche. It pleases me your standards fit our code. Do continue this."

"Yes lord Ainz"

"You are all dismissed, you may spend time with your sisters, Arche. I'm sure you all have some catching up to do."

She bowed

"Thank you for everything, my lord."

Ol

Arche sank into her bath. She had just put both her sisters to bed after some catching up and story time. Lord Ainz placed their new quarters near the Cafeteria so it's not a far walk for her sisters. Also the fact they're away from the terrifying others that might scar them for life.

Full of pink bubbles of exotic ingredients, she enjoyed the warm feel of the water. Letting all the stress flow away, today a weight of anxiousness was lifted off her shoulders, she exhaled as she leaned back and sank herself a bit deeper into the bath.

'SPLASH'

Arches eyes shot open and looked around, there was a separation of bubbles on the other side of the bath, being that it was the size of a pool.

"Wha...hello?" She called out

She made one last turn before her azul eyes were met with crimson eyes.

"Ahh! Mi-Mistress?!" She said flustered rearing back a bit.

"Hey there, mind if I join you?" She asked

"Mistress your...your naked! I can't possibly look at you this way it's..."

"Absolutely fine" Shalltear finished

"What?"

"As master and apprentice, one of the common rules is to know exactly every inch of your physical attributes, and luckily for you, I happen to be able to do that just by touching you. So I thought, what better opportunity to do it then when we're in the bath together?"

"Uh...if it's what's to be done then, what do you want me to do?"

"I just need you to relax, I'll wash you and get a feel for what we're working with...

Arches face filled red from neck to forehead,

"W-wait...what?! I'm sorry Mi-mistress, but I can wash myself!"

"Oh non-sense, it's easier for someone else to wash your back anyway, turn around." Shalltear insisted

Arche decided just to go with it, she figured what's the worst thing that could happen? Besides death but, they're both woman after all. It wasn't like she didn't have any parts that Shalltear didn't have. Course she has no idea of the atonomy of a vampire.

She turned around thinking that was it, until Shalltear pulled her closer and made her sit on her lap. With a flushed face, she allowed Shalltear to do what she was planning on doing. Shalltear causally humming as she started Washing Arches scalp. Once she rinsed all the soap, she started to rinse the back of Arches neck, feeling the live skin. Using only her soapy hands.

"You know, Demiurge is the second to weakest floor guardian." Shalltear randomly opened

Arche found that a bit odd to open up with

"Who's under him in terms of power, may I ask?"

"One of The dark elf's, Aura, but I'm glad things did turn out the way they did, with you anyway."

"I'm...really glad to, Mistress." Arche agreed honestly.

Shalltear smiled, knowing a her own fun way to tease her. She continued to wash Arche's back as she spoke

"So, remember what I told you about what would've happened had you entered like your companions? Well fun fact, Demiurge would've wanted your skin for hide. And Mare and Aura probably would take your hair for some potions, blond human hair mixes well with most ingredients they say."

Arche at this point was a little desensitized about most of the...preferences, that people have here. Still, she made a face when she was told that.

"Well...I...would at least contribute even...in death I guess." She spurred

Shalltear made a small pitty face and pulled Arche even closer by hugging her in, her bare arms right under Aches chest. Shalltear was in her ear now, resting her chin on the back of her shoulder.

"Wha?!" Arche peeped

"But if they tried that now, I'll bruise em. Your MINE now, all parts of you. I expect nothing but your greatest efforts while under my guidance. You'll eventually learn from the other guardians from time to time, but never forget, I'M your Mistress, make no mistake." She lightly nibbled on her earlobe for extra tease. Arche got goose bumps and made a weird, blushing face.

"I would never...make such a mistake...Mistress." She huffed, her body getting a heated feeling when she felt Shalltears breath blow in her ear.

Shalltear moved up her head so it was right next to Arches.

"Good, I have a special head piece just for you just to show everyone who's in charge of you. You like cat ears?"

"Cat ears? Yeah I like them, why do you..."

She was cut off when Shalltear groped her chest. Her eyes shot wide open.

"Aghhh!" She squeaked out

"I told you, I got to measure ALL of your physical attributes, did I not?" She giggled. She started circling with her hands.

Arche made some muffled noise and her arms jerked up around her head, she could feel Shalltears wet, pink hair."

"I-is this part...really ne-necessary, Mistress?" She gasped out

"Maaaybe, maybe not, why do you want me to stop?" She lightly teased.

Arche didn't know how to answer that, it was a odd, new feeling. Should didn't know how she should react to such a question.

"I...I don't know" she finally answered.

"Maybe I should check the lower extremities, see if you can make your mind up then." Shalltear suggested as she snaked her right hand down."

"What a second, wait a second!"

(Meanwhile)

"God where did I place that book? I swore I had placed it in the drawer. Where the hell...oh yeah I left it on the bathroom stall." Ainz remembered.

Being he thought no one was in there, since A it was the only bath in Nazarick and B not everyone here takes a bath for their own reasons, he opened a portal and walked through.

"Now then, where..."

He stopped dead in his tracks. He saw two sets of eyes look back at him from the bath. Two sets of reactions met his eyes, one had a causal, cool look to it. The other ones were about to explode. Ainz eyes vanished as his jaw unhinged.

"Uhhh" he thought

"AHHHHHHHH! LORD AINZ, IM SORRY I DIDNT KNOW YOUR WERE GONNA TAKE A BATH PLEASE FORGIVE ME!" She yelled in shock. She quickly made her way out of the water towards a nearby towel. Making Ainz even more flustered.

He quickly turned around to mask his already impossible face

"Errr...no it's my bad, I was just looking for my books, uh...oh look here it is, I'm sorry to interrupt what you two were doing, carry on." He said sort of quickly as he sped walk back through his portal. When he made it through, his eyes came back after the green wave hit him.

"Peroroncino, I swear, you just HAD to make her flirty, JUST HAD TO!" He thought

Arche didn't feel like getting back in, she quickly dried off and wrapped the towel around. Shalltears walked up to the edge of the, we'll call it a spa bath, and leaned her arms on the base looking towards Arche.

"Way to make Lord Ainz feel guilty, Arche." Shalltear teased

"That's not what I wanted at all I..oh I hope he's not mad at me for overreacting." She worried

"Nah, if he was truly mad I would of had to slice your head clean off, and we don't want that now do we?" She asked

"Certainly not, Mistress"

Shalltear grinned, "well, if we're done here, we begin again tomorrow morning, get some good shut eye." She insisted

"Yes, Mistress, good night" she bowed and took her leave.

"I like her cute little reactions, I can't wait till she tries on what I got her." Shalltear thought.

Arches shut the bathroom door and leaned into it. That experience earlier, she didn't know what was going on, but it made her body temperature sore. It felt...good? She doesn't know. She placed a hand on her chest, it felt like Shalltears hands were still there. She stood there for a solid second before she collected herself and walked to her room, preparing for tomorrow's training.

"I'm all hers, huh?" She thought as she made her way through the halls.

A week passed, not two this time. And man, was this interesting to write.

Thoughts on the companions? They'll have slightly bigger parts later but they're not the focus so don't expect too much.

So that bath...too much? Too little? Let me know, I was trying to fit a scene more with Shalltears nature so I hope I captured it.

Anyways...on to chapter 4, we gotta keep this train rolling
