When Draco reentered the room, he was met by a pale-faced Andromeda, angry Narcissa, and a confused Harri. His mother turned to him immediately.

"Did you know about her injuries?"

Having a pretty good idea of what his mother was talking about, he nodded.

"Yes, her adventures in the school are not as secret as she believes. A few sixth and seventh years made some guesses about her home life in our first year."

He looked at the teenaged witch, who looked horrified at that news.

"Don't worry, Potter. Not everyone is Slytherin hates you as it might seem. Many of us have faced the same thing in different forms, so we recognize it quickly. Some members of other houses also have their suspicion, but they kept their mouths close and will continue to do so. I would recommend waiting until Sirius is free before taking any actions against her relatives."

"But she.."

"Dumbledore was the one who places her there, Mother. He told everyone that she was living in a safe place after her parent's death. It would not just be the matter of punishing her abusing relatives; the accompanying drama would shake the entire magical world and give someone undeserving to get her guardianship, someone my Father."

He ignored Harri, who was shaking her head. Even in the future, she had refused to accept that everything her relatives did to her was abuse, but this was not the time to push on it. His attention went to his aunt, who was looking at him strangely.

"You seem quite mature for your age, Draco, and very unlike what my daughter told me about you."

He flinched a little, remembering his insulting words to Tonks in the first year when she had introduced herself as his cousin.

"I apologize for that incident, and I would do the same with her, but I cannot promise it will not happen again, Mrs. Tonks. As I told Potter, My Father keeps a close eye on what I do, and I cannot risk him becoming suspicious."

Andromeda nodded after a few seconds but didn't say anything. Pulling a few vials of potions out of a box, she turned toward Harri Potter.

"Harri, I would like you to come with me to my home. We can discuss about Sirius, the treatment plan for you, and meet Nymphadora there too. I will ensure that she will keep everything a secret."

When Potter, who looked a little lost and seemed unsure, didn't reply, he suggested something.

"Why don't you send a Patronus to your Godfather? He can meet you somewhere, and then both of you can go to Mrs. Tonks's home together."

"Call me Aunt Draco, and yes, Harri, Draco is right. Tell Sirius to bring you to my home. He knows its location, and I can also check his health."

"But he is not in Britain anymore."

He scoffed, not believing it even for a moment.

"Potter, that man broke out of the most secure magical prison to make sure you are safe, and you think he will leave the country after meeting you for the first time in years? I can bet you my family vault that he is hiding somewhere close to your relative's house, keeping an eye on you."

He knew it was right, as he had learned it from his wife in the future. Daphne had started talking to Harri because of his interest in her but had ended up becoming her best friend and falling in love with her. She had learned quite a lot about Harri in those times, and Sirius Black had been a topic that was discussed frequently given the duties Harri had to perform as Lady Black.

A look of anger and fear passed over Potter's face before she disappeared with Dobby. Andromeda gathered a few more things that might be required before apparating her sister and nephew side along to her home.

Draco had seen her cousin only a few times in his old life, but he had never paid much attention to how she looked, which he was regretting now. Andromeda had apparated them directly in her home, and the first thing he saw after opening his eyes was Nymphadora Tonks sleeping on the sofa. His eyes traced over her smooth legs, plump thighs, and a heart-shaped ass that was covered by the tiniest shorts he had ever seen. Her shirt was also lifted up, showing her pale stomach and a hint of a bra. A cough brought him out of his daydream, and his eyes connected to those of his aunt. He flushed and turned around, mentally cursing himself.

"Don't worry, Draco. It was my fault as I was the one to bring you here unannounced. I should have remembered how my daughter is."

She conjured some water over her daughter's face and then let it fall over. Her daughter woke up immediately, coughing and cursing at the same moment. The things she was saying was enough to make even Draco blush which seemed to amuse his mother.

"Nymphadora, enough, control yourself. We have some guests."

'Don't call me that, Mother, and what gues..."

By this time, the young woman had caught sight of them. Her mouth fell open at seeing Narcissa, but seeing Draco, anger stormed onto her face.

"What the fuck is that peacock doing here?"

Draco nearly snapped a reply, but her choice of words stopped him. There was only one person in the world who called him peacock regularly, and it was not Nymphadora Tonks. His suspicion about who had coined that name was just confirmed, and he was going to make Potter pay for it.

"Ms. Tonks, I apologize for my behaviour in our first year. Even though you are my cousin, I had to act in a certain way to ensure my mother's safety from my Father."

"W...What?"

His mother stepped in this time, speaking in a soft voice.

"It means, niece, that had he not acted in that manner, Lucius would have blamed me for it and taken steps that Draco learns to never do it again, through me."

"How would he know what happens in the school?" Tonks's voice was not as harsh as it was earlier.

"Friendship is a rare thing in Slytherin, Ms. Tonks, and there are a lot of children whose fathers work with mine. Everything I do, every action I take, is reported back to him."

Tonks was silent for a few seconds as she looked at Narcissa.

"You married a real piece of shit; you know that right."

"Your choice of words is crass, but I don't disagree with that sentiment."

"Spoken like a true pureblood, Cissy. Once Sirius frees you from the contract, we will see what to do about Lucius."

"We will?" Narcissa asked in a strange tone.

"Of course, you are my younger sister, Narcissa, and him being your husband is the only reason I have stayed my wand."

As the two sisters embrace, both Draco and Tonks rolled their eyes before glaring at each other with horror at the similarity.

"What about Sirius Black? He is a mass murderer..."

"No, he is not, and on that point, I want you to promise me, Nymphadora, that you will not share anything that you learn about Sirius, Narcissa, Draco, and one more guest that would be arriving soon with anyone, not even Dumbledore."

"Mom, I am an auror, and Dumbledore is.."

"You are still a trainee, and this is your family."

After another few minutes of arguing, Tonks promised not to share anything, but that argument had changed his perception about the Tonks family. The fight that his cousin put up, and the ease with which his aunt overrode all of it, impressed him deeply. Tonks having untapped potential was not big news for him, but that it had more to do with being the child of a daughter of House Black than her powers was something to think about later.

They didn't have to wait long, for soon after, there was a knock on the door. Draco frowned at the lack of magical protection the house had, deciding to bring it up before leaving the house. Andromeda opened the door to let in an apprehensive-looking Harri and a large dog with dirty fur. The Tonks matriarch let them enter the house before speaking.

"Sirius, I don't want any dog fur on my mat, so change now."

The Dog looked around the room, his eyes stopping at him and his mother for a few moments, and then changed into a frail-looking man.

"Hello Andi, long time no see."

She didn't respond, embracing him in a tight hug.

"Jeez, Andi, ease up a little."

Andromeda jumped back immediately, but her place was taken by Narcissa, whose sobbing no one missed. The softness with which Sirius Black was consoling her drew Andromeda and his daughter's eyes. Draco noticed the anger on Harri's face and raised an eyebrow in question, but she just shook his head. Sirius noticed that as Narcissa stepped back.

"My goddaughter is angry that I stayed here instead of leaving as I said I would do."

Unlike others, he understood what the real reasons were.

"That's understandable."

"Oh, mind explaining, Cousin?"

His mind was still busy thinking about the Toks family, so he didn't notice the curious tone in Nymphadora's voice.

"She doesn't trust anyone who goes back on their words."

"Ooh, you must have watched her quite closely to notice that, huh, cousin"

The teasing tone finally broke through his musings, and he blushed at the insulation. Potter was still looking at them with confusion when he glared at his cousin.

"Yes, I do need something to pass the time, and she angers so quickly. Although, I don't watch her so close that I push a spoon in my eye while watching her tie her hair a table away."

Tonks's face went blank for a second before she leaned back.

"Touche's, Peacock."

The adults laughed as they sat down while Draco glared at Harri.

"You were the one who coined that name, didn't you scarhead?"

Everything else vanished from her face as she gave him a large smile.

"Yes, you gave me one, so I had to return the favor."

"But you have a scar, and I don't look like a peacock."4

"Please, you strut like one, and I worked two nights to come up with it. Don't diss it."

"Aunt, you need to check her head too. She is mental..."

They continued insulting each other, not noticing the different expressions on the rest of the people present in the room. When it started to look like it would go physical, only then did Narcissa intervene. They spent the rest of the evening going over a plan to free Sirius while Andromeda checked up on Sirius before coming up with a treatment regime for him and Harri. Nymphadora, who had all but jumped on Harri after learning about her hidden powers and ordered her to become Tonks's student, had agreed to pass over her flat in the muggle world to Sirius, who would be staying there with careful use of Polyjuice. Harri would be arriving there daily for few hours to learn about her powers and things needed to free Sirius. At Draco's advice, Dobby had been handed over the potions and a table of proper diet that Harri would need. Over her goddaughter's objection, Sirius had also passed over a small number of galleons to the elf to buy the food and other things she might need.

The summer after that went like that, with Draco spending a lot of training and practicing. Arriving back in time, Daphne and his soul had merged with their younger self. While he still had his memory of the future and past, his physical abilities had vanished entirely. Combining that with his smaller magical core, he had been unable to perform a majority of spells and charms he remembered. There was also the problem of his lack of control over his actions which resembled something a 14-year-old would do. He had force himself to think as an adult every time; otherwise his way of thinking continued as that of a teenage child.

Midway in August, Harri informed them about her visit to the Weasleys and invitation to watch the World Cup. Despite knowing what was to happen, Draco didn't say anything. Daphne's list of the things that they would change did not have the Deatheater's attack in the aftermath of the World Cup. By the last day they met at Tonks's flat, Harri Potter had changed entirely from the start of the summer. Along with moderate control over her metarmorphmagus powers, she had also started to dress less like a homeless and more like a normal teenage girl. The makeover Tonks, Narcissa, and Andromeda had forced on her had made Draco sneakily stare at her a lot of times. Her body, which in the future rivaled those of Daphne, Susan Bones, and Penelope Clearwater, had already started to take shape. Adding the small and tight muggle clothes she would regularly wear made his eyes stray a lot of times. Tonks had even begun to keep a count of it, and their murmuring would often make Harri look at them suspiciously. After confirming what to do after meeting Minister Fudge, Sirius left for Hogsmeade to set up a newly rented flat, where he would be staying for the following school year. Draco was packing up his things when someone approached him from behind. He turned around, noticing that Tonks had left him and Harri alone.

"Malfoy..."

When she didn't speak for some time, he poked her forehead.

"Lost in daydreams, Potter. I always knew something was wrong with you."

"Hush, I am trying to thank you here."

"You would have to speak for that, you know."

"I know, Blondie. I just can't think of anything that is not insulting. It's difficult."

He shook his head, wondering how people ever thought of this girl as innocent.

"Don't worry, Scarhead. The day you can think something nice to say about me is the day I will eat a plate full of the rotten thing that you like to stuff yourself with daily."

"You are just too bitter to enjoy the sweetness of Treacle Tart, Malfoy. It's a lot better than the arctic roll you carry everywhere."

"Piss off, Princess. It is famous in the muggle world too. Only a dunderhead like you cannot appreciate the taste of it."

He jumped back at the right time, avoiding the punch that was heading for his shoulder. He waved at her while pulling out his portkey.

"See ya later, Princes."

"You are dead, Blond..."

Draco was still laughing when he arrived at the Malfoy Manor. It was just unfortunate that Lucius Malfoy was passing through that area at the same time. Draco had barely got his balance back when a curse stuck him from behind.

Fair warning, I would be adding smut from next chapter. Draco and Daphne don't have the mature mind, just their memories, so they won't feel like Pedophile.
