Hello everyone, ready for the next chapter of the Ranger of Chaos?
Before we started, I want to address something.
Season 2 and 3 of MMPR is back on Netflix. Does that mean I'm going back to the original story? No.
There are several problems with that story. One: I messed the timeline on the Geed side of things. Two: I feel like I introduced Katerea way to early. And three: Rita is far more fun to write.
So all in all, the original story is basically this story's prototype.
Also, the other Ranger show didn't return to Netflix. The ones that are there besides MMPR are Super Ninja Steel and Beast Morphers.
Anyway, let's get started.
Takes place during "Food Fight"
At the Youth Center, a food festival was being held. Tatsuo, in his human disguise, looked that the various foods from different cultures with interest.
"I must admit, humans do excel in cooking..." He muttered to himself before noticing Kim and Trini talking to Mr Caplan, the school's principal and Tatsuo's "boss".
"Well, looks like the cultural food festival is going to be a great success." He said as Jason, Billy, and Zack joined the girls.
"Yeah, we should raise a lot of money for the preschool and daycare center." Trini said.
Hearing this, Tatsuo rolled his eyes.
"Preschool and daycares center... What a waste. We didn't need them on Planet Apep." The disguised alien grumbled to himself before walking over to the group. "Hello, Mr Caplan."
"Mr Konton! I wasn't expecting you here!" Mr Caplan said in a surprised tone as he shook Tatsuo's hand. "I thought you were busy today."
"And miss the food festival? I'd simply rearranged my schedule." Tatsuo said with a fake smile.
"I see." Mr Caplan said before noticing the cake Kim was carrying. "Oh, what this?"
"Ah, ah, ah! Mr Caplan, you have to buy it first." Kim said as she pulled the cake out of the principals reach.
"And I believe that one is twenty dollars." Billy added.
"Well, I wasn't very hungry anyway." Mr Caplan said before walking away.
"You kids enjoy the food festival." Tatsuo said, still wearing his fake smile as walked off. However, his keen hearing heard something.
"Hey, let's get back to work kids, door opens in ten minutes." Ernie said as he walked by.
"This is going to be a awesome food fair." Zack said.
"Yeah, I just hope Rita isn't hunger for trouble today." Jason said.
"These kids know Rita?" Tatsuo thought. "From what I have gathered, Rita never gave her name to the public. How could they..?" Tatsuo's eyes widen in realization. "They're the Power Rangers! I thought their voices sounded familiar!" Tatsuo then looks at the five with a dark look in his eye. "Isn't that interesting, five of my students are the Power Rangers..."
A dark smirk grew on the disguised alien's face as plans began to form in his mind as left the building.
When he returned, there was a food fight going on.
"What the?!"
At the Moon Palace, Rita saw what was going on.
"Food fight? I'll give them a fight for their food!" She said before heading to Finster's lab "Finster! Finster!"
In his lab, Finster just finished writing something down in his notebook.
"Yes, that should do." He said before putting the book away. "Now, let's see..."
That's when Rita came in.
"Finster, I want you to make me a monster, but not your usual, this one has to be special." She ordered.
"All my monsters are special." Finster said, only to get a growl from Rita. "Sorry, my queen."
"I want a Pudgy Pig!" Rita shouted.
"I have a Pudgy Pig, my queen, but it's not my best work." Finster said as he took a clay sculpture out of a nearby bin.
"Then make it your best work!" Rita shouted.
"Right!" Finster said in a scared tone as he places the sculpture on the monster making machine.
"And make sure he has a big appetite, I want him to eat all the food on Earth!" Rita added.
"Yes, my queen." Finster said as he activated the machine. A few seconds later, Pudgy Pig came out. "I'm doomed for sure..."
"I'm hungry!" The monster shouted before being teleported down to Earth.
Back at the food fight, Tatsuo looked in disgust.
"This may be chaos, but it's too childish for my tastes..." He mumbled before ducking under a thrown pie. Tapping into a bit of Belial's power, Tatsuo shouted. "That's Enough!"
Everyone froze as they looked that the disguised alien in slight fear.
"Now then, who started the food fight?!" He demanded. Everyone pointed Bulk and Skull. "Mr Bulkmeier and Mr Skullovitch... I should've known... A week of detention for the both of you!" The duo nodded their heads in fear. "Everyone else, clean up this mess, unless you wish to join these two in detention."
Not wanting a week's worth of detention, the students began cleaning.
"Thank you for getting them to stop, Mr Konton." Mr Caplan said as he rings his toupee out.
"No problem." Tatsuo said before looking a wrist, pretending there's a watch there. "I've best getting going, I've just remembered that I have a doctor's appointment."
Walking out of the building, Tatsuo goes into a alleyway and turns back into his true form.
"Stupid humans..." he muttered as he took off.
Going across the rooftops, Tatsuo had a sour look on his face.
"Where are those damn Ranger!" He shouted before spotting Pudgy Pig on a nearby rooftop. "Must be another of Rita's monsters."
That's when the Rangers showed up.
"Alright porker, the big feast is over." Jason shouted.
"Oh yeah! You're finished pig!" Zack shouted.
"He is so disgusting..." Kim said.
"Come down and fight like a pig!" Trini shouted.
Heeding their call, Pudgy Pig charges at them. After taking a few hits, the monster faces the pink and yellow rangers and begins to inhale. Kim and Trini were pull in, having Pudgy Pig eat their weapons.
"Trini, he's eating my bow!" Kim shouted before Pudgy Pig pushes them back.
Billy charges with his spear, but the monster catches it and starts to eat it. Once finished, he knocks the blue ranger back.
Tatsuo watches with interest.
"For a pathetic looking monster, it is clever..." He muttered.
Zack then charges in with his axe, only for Pudgy Pig to catch and eat it as well.
Jason then flies in with a overhead swing, only for Pudgy Pig to knock the sword out of his hands and catches it with it's mouth.
"Aw man, my sword!" The red ranger shouted.
Tatsuo, seeing enough, has his veins glow before creating a bomb.
"Hey pig!" He shouted, getting the monster and Rangers' attention. "Catch!"
Seeing the bomb flying towards him, Pudgy Pig, without think, catches it with his mouth and swallows it with one gulp.
"Hmm... Tastes funny..." The monster said before exploding. Flying out of the explosion were the Rangers' weapons, which they catch.
"Ranger of Chaos! What are you doing here?!" Jason shouted.
"Simple, I want to test you five, but I can't do that it you don't have your weapons." Tatsuo said before creating a katana of darkness. "Now then, En Garde!"
Tatsuo then teleports in front of Jason and slashes him. The Alien Apep then teleports behind Kim and kicks her down.
"Leave my friends alone!" Zack shouted as he swing his axe at Tatsuo, who ducked and retaliated with a punch to the gut, sending the black ranger flying into a nearby wall.
"How about a change in scenery?" Tatsuo asked as his veins glowed.
Suddenly, the Rangers found themselves in a dark, cavernous area.
"Where are we?!" Trini shouted.
"You have other things to worry about!" Tatsuo shouted as he grabs Trini by the throat and throws her into Billy, knocking them both down. Tatsuo then picks the Rangers up with his Psychokinesis. "You five are disappointing me."
"Not much we can do when fighting a cowardly snake!" Jason shouted.
Tatsuo hissed angerly before blasting the Rangers with dark energy, sending them crashing onto the ground in pain.
"Pathetic..." Tatsuo hissed as the scenery returns to normal. "In or out of your Zords, you can't beat me."
And with that, Tatsuo teleports away, leaving the Rangers to wallow in their pain.
"You nincompoop, your monster was worthless!" Rita shouted. "And not only that, the Ranger of Chaos one-upped me again!"
"I warned you he wasn't my best work!" Finster rebuffed as Baboo and Squatt argued in the background. "Now, now my queen, please don't yell at me and turn me into a toad or something please my queen, I beg you!"
"This all your fault!" Rita shouted before facing Baboo and Squatt. "As for you two, shut up!" She then looks down at Earth. "How can anyone conquer a world with this nitwit!"
Later that day, the Food Festival was back in order.
"My, I'm surprised how all this was restored." Tatsuo, in his human disguise, said. He then noticed the Rangers with glum looks on their faces. "Hey, why the long faces? The Food Festival is restore."
"It's not that, Mr Konton, it's-" Jason said, only to be interrupted.
"It's because the Rangers lost to that Ranger of Chaos?" Tatsuo "asked", trying his best to not make a smirk.
"How did you-?" Kim asked, only for Tatsuo to once again interrupt.
"I just happened to be nearby and saw the whole thing." Tatsuo said before looking at a wall clock. "I've better get going, I have detention to monitor."
As Tatsuo walks off, a smirk forms on his face.
"Soon Rangers, you'll be begging for me to end you."
