Harry's Escape

Harry has gathered pleasant memories from his first year at Hogwarts. Now he is back home to spend his summer holidays. While Harry encounters many mysteries in Privet Drive, a lot of people are involved in these events. What are the thoughts and feelings of these people? What do they think of Harry?

3. Chapter 3

Ron Weasley

It's been a while, Harry hasn't yet responded to my letters. I hope he is doing fine, at least he can write back to me as Hermonie does. Maybe there is some serious issue, he did tell me that his life becomes miserable as soon as he returns back to the Dursleys. As a friend I need to take some action if he is really in trouble. Ah! I can take dad's car, and George and Fred can help me with this. What if mom notices that the car and the three of us have disappeared? We can do some random act to fool her, make her believe that we were here the whole time and Harry showed up in the night. She will not even pay attention to the fact that we flew the car when Harry would be around.

As dad works in the ministry I also have heard that Harry used magic on the muggles, I don't think he can ever misuse magic maybe the situation was such that it forced him to do so.

We head towards Privet Drive and we take our car near Harry's window which is fitted with bars.

"Harry come here, this is Ron", I call him out. He is surprised to see me plus the flying car. I can sense hope in his eyes, and the willingness to escape this room.

"Oh! Ron how come you are here"?, he questions.

First of all pack all your belongings, I'll answer all your questions on the way. He hurries as if he wants to save himself from the storm. George and Fred assist in removing the bars. We take his belongings and place them safely in the car, and it is good to see Hedwig after a long time. The hardest part is not to come here with a flying car without telling mom, it was pulling Harry into the car, just when his Uncle holds his leg to stop him.

Finally he is in the car and we let Hedwig and Harry out of the cage. Harry can handle any kind of trouble in Hogwarts but he can't face the Dursleys because he has got no one from his side when he is there but at Hogwarts he has got me, Hermione, my family, the teachers, Dumbledore, Hagrid and many more people who know his true value. We would continue to support him and be the hand of help if something seems troublesome.
