-Yuyuko's House, Unnamed Village-
Yuyuko and Yukari were sitting on the futon in Yuyuko's house. It was the afternoon.
"Say. I wonder where you live, Yukari?" Yuyuko wondered.
"Hm?" Yukari said.
"Like do you have a house or do you live somewhere in the mountains Yukari?" Yuyuko asked as she was curious.
"If you wanna know…" Yukari said and gave her a small smile. "Then I will gladly do even better."
Yuyuko was all ears. Then Yukari opened a gap and said: "I'll show you, Yuyuko."
"Sure thing," Yuyuko said as she followed Yukari as the Gap Youkai entered the gap.

-Yukari's House, the Gap-
A gap opened in the living room of Yukari's house, with Yukari and Yuyuko stepping out. The human looked out a window and saw that eyes were looking back at her.
"How do you sleep with all these eyes?" Yuyuko asked with an uncomfortable look as she saw the eyes just not blinking at her.
"I block out the window of the house. Plus they act as a sort of looking glass into what is occurring when I am within this realm," Yukari said.
"Ah. I see," Yuyuko said.
Then the human looked and saw Ran and Chen, and asked: "Are these two the Shikigamis you told me about?"
"Yes. These two are Ran Yakumo and Chen Yakumo," Yukari said.
"Well, she will be. She isn't a full-fledged Yakumo yet," Ran Yakumo said.
"She looks so cute!" Yuyuko said.
"I know," Ran said.
"...can I pet her, Yukari?" Yuyuko said.
"If she lets you," Yukari said.
"I wouldn't mind being petted!" Chen said with a smile.
"Well, there you go. Go ahead," Yukari said.
Yuyuko began to pet her. Chen was purring.
The human petted the Nekomata some more. Eliciting more purrs from Chen.
"She always loves being petted," Yukari said.
"She's so fluffy on the head!" Yuyuko said.
Chen was purring. Yuyuko liked her purrs, and so did Ran & Yukari.
Yuyuko kept petting Chen, and she kept purring.
Chen closed her eyes as she enjoyed every second of being pet.
'Now I want to pet Chen now…' Ran thought
So she did.
Chen opened her eyes and saw it was Ran who was also petting her. She purred even more. Chen was being petted by both Yuyuko and Ran at once. Yukari was smiling at the scene.
As Yuyuko seems to be enjoying herself. To Yukari's joy.
'Good to see she's enjoying this...' Yukari thought as she began to smile. She joins in.
Chen was now being petted by Yukari, Ran, and Yuyuko.
Chen was enjoying herself so much right now.
Purring all the time. Eventually, the trio of women was done petting Chen, who seemed to be asleep.
"Oh, she is so cute, sleeping like that!" Yuyuko said as can't help but squee at Chen's cuteness.
"I know," Yukari said. "And you know who's more cuter? You Yuyuko."
Yuyuko's face went red.
"What?!" Yuyuko shouted in surprise as she was blushing.
"Did you just say that out loud?" Ran said.
"Maybe~?" Yukari said with a wry grin.
Yuyuko passed out from embarrassment.
"Look what your hastiness did. She'll probably forget that once she wakes up," Ran said.
"I can't help it Ran. She's actually is so cute!" Yukari said.
"Please do not act hastily because of your feelings, Yukari-Sama…" Ran said.
"You're right Ran...but I still can't help it…" Yukari said as she was frowning.
"Yukari-Sama…" Ran said as she sighs. "You know something bad may happen if you keep letting your emotions take over…"
Yukari sighs and said: "Fine...I'll try not to let that happen…"
"Good," Ran said.
"But you look cute yourself Ran…" Yukari said as she had a shit-eating grin on her face.
"No, I'm not," Ran said as she doesn't see herself as cute. Unlike Chen.
"You are to me," Yukari said as she still and that smile on her face.
"Am I really?" Ran asked and she was red from being embarrassed.
"Yes, you are! And I want to touch your fluffy tails!" Yukari said.
"Y-Yukari-sama, are they really that fluffy?" Ran said.
"Yes, and I want to touch it!" Yukari said with a grin.
Ran went even redder.
"Touch time!" Yukari said as she began to touch Ran's tails.
All the while Yuyuko was unconscious, and Chen was asleep.

-15 hours later-
Yuyuko was letting out snores as she was sleeping peacefully in her futon. After 15 hours of spending time in the gap after waking up and forgetting that incident with Yukari calling her cute, Yuyuko finally got tired from the activities done with Ran, Chen, and Yukari, which included playing some games like Shogi.
A gap opened up and Yukari poked her out, to check on her best friend
"I am so glad that you are okay...though you already forgot what I have said, which is a bit saddening…" Yukari said as she sighs.

-A few years later-
Going to Yukari's place became a routine, at this point. Spending time with Ran and Chen was now a routine as well. Sometimes, she'd go back home to sleep. Some other times, she'd spend the night at Yukari's place.
Tonight, she went back home.
Yukari was tucking her to bed, but then she looked alert.
"Looks like some unwanted guests are coming…" Yukari said. She was ready to kill them. However, she then got an idea. She'll see to it that Yuyuko will learn how to control her powers in combat but will step in to help if things go wrong. The Gap Youkai then had herself hide in the gap but made sure to watch the whole affair happen. She also can tell that the assassins sent were from an old foe from Occident, Backbeard the leader of the Western Youkais, an old ambitious conqueror who had a hand in many atrocities throughout history.
Yuyuko then woke up and saw some people were in her room.
"Huh?" Yuyuko said as she was confused. She was wondering why they were unaffected by the power of the Saigyou Ayakashi. However, she can see that they have seals on them to prevent the group of assassins from being lured to it.
"Hello, there bitch! We have come here to assassinate you!" the first Assassin said with an arrogant grin.
"Is it because of my powers?" Yuyuko said.
"Yes!" the second Assassin said as he pulled out a knife.
"I see…" Yuyuko said they all dropped dead. "And there it is, they kill them the moment I even think about it…"
"Is this why you did this...Yukari?" Yuyuko said as Yukari exited the gap, and seemed happy.
"Well, they can be used for good, see? You just need a little control," Yukari said.
Unknown to her, this is what fully convinced Yuyuko to do a deed that will never allow her to see Yukari again. She was contemplating suicide for a long time. And now she has officially made up her mind.
"And I'm surprised that you were able to find out so soon. You are awfully smart for a human," Yukari said. "Even more so after what I just saw."
"Thank you…" Yuyuko said. She hugged Yukari.
Yukari was a little surprised but hugged her back.
"Now I know what I have to do…" Yuyuko said.
Yukari didn't understand that she meant she will do the unthinkable.
"Glad you feel like it Yuyuko…" Yukari said.
A part of Yuyuko knew that Yukari didn't realize what she meant, but she said nothing.
