Mina felt like absolute shit.

After finally growing sick of her treatment at the orphanage and keeping up a cheery persona for school, she just wanted to let go.

So she did.

After sneaking out of the orphanage 2 days ago with a packed bag containing her meagre belongings, she decided to take to the streets and take her chances. Anything would be better than that bitch running the orphanage who had a problem with mutation quirks. Since running away, she'd managed to get by in an abandoned run down building, choosing to save her money and simply steal from the shops. Despite her unique appearance, she knew how to sneak around well enough to get food out of stores. And after finishing a packet of crisps she took from a late night convenience store with an exhausted clerk, she was stuck walking 'home'.

She was grateful for the tranquility that the night offered, until she remembered why people her age didn't want to roam alleyways at night. She saw 2 sketchy men around 10 metres across from her and she decided to quickly turn and take another route, before she bumped into another man, who grabbed her by the throat and pinned her to the wall. Acting on instinct, she activated her quirk to create the most corrosive acid possible, until she saw it quite literally phase through the man's body.

Realising that she essentially couldn't use her quirk and she was stuck with 3 men in an alleyway at night, Mina felt her heart drop as she realised what would happen.

"I did my research on you little lady. You can't affect me." The fatter brute pinning her to the wall bragged. "Public quirk usage is illegal you know. I guess I'm going to have to play hero and punish you."

Mina could only shut her eyes, hoping that the tears wouldn't spill. She wouldn't give them the satisfaction of seeing her cry at the least. She could only pray she made it out alive. Or better yet, they at least killed her instead of defiling her. Her thoughts were interrupted by a voice drawling across into the alley.

"3 punks in one go. If it was any other night, I might've roughed you up and handed you to the police, but since I caught you in the act, I'm not sure if I should be so merciful."

She opened her eyes and turned to see a decently tall boy in a black trench coat, most likely her age, with cold green eyes and matching curly green hair, which wasn't too dissimilar to her own. She heard the 2 accomplices back up a little, and the one with the grip on her throat letting her go, standing with his partners in crime. She fell to the ground and coughed to get her throat back to normal, and chose to watch the scene unfold.

"Holy shit, is this...Ghost?" She heard one of the thugs whisper.

"How very observant. It's nice it see the rumours about me are circulating though." The green haired boy replied sarcastically.

At the very least, this guy wasn't a rapist and he didn't sound too dangerous. She felt safe rooting him for him in this stand off.

She saw the one with the weird phasing quirk speak up next.

"Lo-look man, she, uh, stole my wallet! And I was just getting it back! I'm not a rapist, and I don't even know these two behind me! I'm just-"

"For Christ's sake, shut up already. All of you, hands and knees now." The boy ordered them, and surprisingly, they all obeyed.

Who in the hell was this kid? He was 17 at a stretch, and he made three grown men his bitches?

"Hey, you alright?"

Looking up, she realised the boy appeared right in front of her, offering a hand up.

Deciding to accept it lest she piss him off, she was pulled to her feet with ease.

"Th-thank you." Mina stuttered. "For the help! Not just the help up, but help with them."

'Jesus Christ Mina, keep it together.'

"No problem, I was looking to kick some scumbag's asses and three of them happened to get themselves caught. Did they do anything to you before I showed up?"

Perfect, the guy seemed to have morals, so her safety was a little more assured. Unless this was all some sort of act, in which case she was screwed.

"Other than the fatass grabbing my throat, they didn't do anything." Mina replied, gaining some of her confidence back, allowing her anger at being assaulted to resurface.

The boy turned to the kneeling men with a smirk on his face.

"Well, how do you plead fatass? Actually, scratch that, I know you did it, and since the two dunces behind you were certainly in on this too, you're all getting folded tonight." The boy said as he faced Mina.

"How old are you?" He asked.

Without considering that this guy essentially saved her life, she blurted out the first question on her mind.

"Why?"

"If you're under 16, I'm killing them. If you're over 16, we're going to kick their asses and I'm going to turn them in to the police." The boy drably informed her. "If it helps ease your mind, I'm 15."

'Oh - so he's 15 too? That definitely puts my mind at rest anD HOLY SHIT KILL THEM?'

"Wa-wait, kill them? You can't do that!" Mina exclaimed.

"Well judging from your reaction, you're under 16. And secondly, they're fucking pedophiles. I recently took in a new little sister and I'll be damned if sickos like them are on the streets to get their hands on her." The boy replied. "You three, say sorry to the girl. Your lives are in her hands."

The three began to profusely apologise, swearing that they'd never commit a crime in their lives, though Mina was ignoring them in favour of recalling his words.

This guy definitely killed before, though he made it explicitly clear that he held grudges against sick fucks like these guys, so that wasn't too troubling.

Next, a little sister? Looking at him, he definitely seemed to be the protective type. And this 'Ghost' somehow had the reputation to make the pedos cower in fear. What the fuck is wrong with the world? She was so lost in thought that she completely tuned out the outside world.

"-llo? Cute pink girl? You awake? Hellooooooo-"

"I'm here! Sorry, I spaced out." Mina managed to squeak out, thankful that the night hid her lilac blush.

"So, they've begged for their existence to continue. And since you don't want me to kill them, I'll teleport them to a cell. Happy, Mother Teresa?" He mockingly asked.

First he flirts and now he starts the teasing? Strong or not, she had her pride to uphold.

"Fuck it - kill them. See if I care? You wouldn't do it anyway." She huffed out, silently hoping that she was right that he wouldn't do it.

'Who am I kidding? After his rant, he's definitely gonna paint the walls with these shitstains. If I'm fast enough, I can get out of here. Hang on, he said teleport. This guy has a quirk like that? No wonder he can kill whoever he wants. He could be off the crime scene instantly. Shit, he's definitely gonna do it.'

Surprisingly, he simply laughed.

"Yeah, you're right. I ain't gonna kill them." Mina couldn't help but exhale the breath she was holding. "Still teleporting them away for something though."

That seemed fair enough in her books. As long as she didn't see him kill them, her conscience would be clear.

She saw him stroll carelessly to the quivering rapists before punching each of them in the nose, making them disappear upon contact.

"So, you got any reason for being out this late? You're lucky I showed up. I wasn't even planning on patrolling tonight."

Patrolling? Was he a hero?

No, he openly discussed killing them. But that could've simply been intimidation, and he seemed perfectly comfortable with using his quirk in public.

"Are you a hero?" She asked.

"Nope, and I'm not planning on becoming one. What gave you that idea? I told you I was 15, and I went on that whole tirade about killing those wastes of sperm." The boy replied with a smirk.

"Look, the thought was in my head and I just had to get it out there." Mina clarified.

"Well I answered your question but you still ain't answered mine - why are you out this late? Aren't your parents worried?"

"No, my deadbeat asshole of a dad walked out, and my mother didn't want to raise the kid who looked just like him." She scowled.

"Guess we've got something in common, aside from the curly hair and good looks. I don't have parents either, though mine kicked the bucket as opposed to your situation."

"Are you seriously gonna keep up with all that flirting?"

"Hey, I'm just calling it as I see it. Besides, I didn't miss the blush earlier, so I'm definitely doing something right." The boy winked as he ended the sentence.

The hell? It's dark as shit right now! Was he just bluffing? Trying to evoke a reaction?

"So, do you live in an orphanage or something?" He asked, breaking the silence.

"Not anymore. The bitch running it hates 'freaks' like me, and the other kids love to pick on the most hated kid in the house."

"Ouch, you wanna give me the address? I can always torch the place down." He finished the sentence with emerald fire showing up in his palms, stunning Mina.

"What the fuck?"

"Huh? What's wrong? I can change it to regular flames if you want the arson to look more natural."

"No, screw that, the hell was that? I thought you said you had a teleportation quirk!"

"Oh, it's just one of my many mysteries." He smugly replied. "If you're interested in upgrading to premium knowledge about myself, I'm afraid you'll have to give me your name in return. After all, I can't exactly keep calling you 'cute pink girl' in my head."

Mina couldn't fight blood rushing to her face again.

"Saw the blush." He pointed out.

"Fuck you."

"Not till I know your name."

Mina tried forming a response, but found herself too flustered.

"Come on - that's all it took to get you to slip up? I had about 10 more 'horny' puns related to the antlers on your head to get through."

"Do you do this with every girl you swoop in to save?" She huffed out.

"Nope, a lot of them are a little dissuaded by the fact that they've got dead rapists at their feet." He replied, before stroking his chin thoughtfully. "I really don't see why."

"So you've really killed sickos like them?" Mina asked, before hastily correcting herself. "Not that I'm defending them, but wouldn't prison be better?"

"So they can get out of court due to lack of evidence? Or get a piss poor excuse of a sentence? I'd rest easier knowing there are less of them on the streets."

"So you're a vigilante?"

"Nope, I'm an Izuku."

"A what?" Mina asked in confusion.

"Izuku. It's my name - don't go telling people. Now hurry up and cough up yours before I name you myself."

Mina let the smile rest on her face, feeling a lot more relaxed.

"Mina. Thanks again for saving me."

"No problem. Mind if we walk and talk? Standing in one place for too long drives me crazy."

"Sure. Where are you headed?"

"To make sure you don't get jumped on the way home. Or wherever you're crashing. Judging from the state of your clothes, you're definitely not in a proper house right now, which means you're living in a shady area."

'Snarky, cute and observant? I might fall for this guy if he wasn't a sociopath. Why'd this have to happen when I look like I live in a dumpster?' Mina sighed internally.

"Oi, you're staring at my ass." Izuku stated blankly.

Mina jolted out of her thoughts as lilac invaded her cheeks.

"Wha-I'm sorry! I was lost in thought, and I didn't know where-"

Her rant was interrupted by Izuku laughing uproariously, causing her embarrassed face to turn to a scowl at the realisation she wasn't even looking at him.

"You're a dick, you know that?" She stated.

"Yep, it's one of my most outstanding features. Next to my captivating gaze, perfect cheekbones, charming smile and beautiful emerald hair." Izuku listed.

"Let's not forgot your humbleness." Mina grumbled.

"Exactly. I could go on for hours, but I'm sparing your pretty little ears by pointing out the most obvious features."

Mina stopped walking, causing Izuku to stop and face her.

"Why are you doing this? Being all nice, I mean. And all the flirting too. Most people my age are a little put off by my 'uniquenes'." Mina asked, a little desperation seeping into her voice.

Izuku simply sighed before holding a hand out.

"Hold on, and hold your breath."

Deciding to simply comply, she found herself in a park, with a set of swings in front of her.

"Don't move too much for a minute or two. There's gonna be a bit of nausea since it's your first time warping." Izuku advised, leading her slowly over to a swing and taking a seat on the one next to her.

"Normally, whenever I'd run into an incident like yours, I'd stick to the shadows while making sure you got home safe. But you looked empty as hell as soon as that bastard grabbed you, so I wanted to try brightening up your mood." Izuku explained. "So here we are. Sitting on a set of swings in the middle of the night."

Mina let silence reign before breaking it.

"I'm sick of my old life. I just wanna start fresh. Everyday at school I'd act brave and endure the words of an asshole with an almighty flashy quirk, then I'd go to the orphanage and deal with those bastards. They knew better than to touch the girl that can spit acid, so they didn't hurt me physically, but that didn't stop them from calling me names and shit. And after a while, everything just kept piling on and I wanted to escape. So I did, two days ago, when summer break began. Since then, I've been shacked up in an abandoned building, stealing food to get by and I just want to take a proper damn bath instead of sneaking into gym ones. Then I run into 3 assholes who wanted to rape me, and my quirk was useless on the one who grabbed me! It just went right through him without affecting him. Talk about unlucky right?" Mina ranted, before regaining her composure and releasing a sigh.

"At that point, I was ready to just hope they killed me instead of raping me, but then you showed up and got rid of them like it was nothing. And then when you get bored of me, you're going to go back to saving damsels in distress while I'm stuck in that damn building, trying to live one day at a time till someone kills me. It'd just a lot, you know? And even though this shit is hell, I'd much rather deal with this than go back to my old life."

Mina sat collecting her breath after her ramble, and after the silence sat in the air for a few seconds, she spared a glance to Izuku, only to see him staring blankly into space.

"What's wrong? Are you thinking of apologising for something you have no control over?" Mina asked, slightly bitter.

"No, I'm trying to think of a way to say 'stay with me' that doesn't sound creepy as hell." Izuku replied blankly.

Mina sat frozen before breaking out of her shock.

"Wait - what is that supposed to mean?"

"I'm living with the guy who practically raised me after my parents died, 2 guys who mean more to me than any brother could, and a 4 year old girl who I'd kill for to ensure she stays happy. Me and the two idiots go out some nights and sweep up the underworld, taking down quirk, slave and child trafficking rings. Other times, during the day, one of the bastards is glued to video games and the other is a lazy prick who spends more time asleep than awake. The little girl joined us today after some Yakuza asshole was abusing her for her quirk, so I dealt with him and now she's living with us." Izuku explained before facing her.

"If you wanna join, none of us would be opposed to it, since your life's been as rough as ours. You won't have to get involved with the underworld business, and as long as all three of us don't miraculously kick the bucket, you could probably live your life without working a single day." H reasoned. "If you're not interested, I still wanna keep in touch. At the very least, to make sure you don't get yourself killed or arrested."

Mina couldn't fight back the tears welling in her eyes and decided to just openly cry. After a few minutes past and her sobs died down, Izuku spoke.

"I know it must've been tempting, but thank you for resisting the urge to grab into me and sob into my jacket. Cleaning up would've been hell."

Mina chuckled lightly.

"Don't worry, next time I have a meltdown, I'll be sure to make up for it and drown your shirt in tears."

"And force me to remove my shirt, revealing my godly toned body for your perverted eyes to leer at?"

"If I wanted to see you shirtless, I'd throw acid at you."

"And risk damaging my flawless physique? You're evil."

"And you're a great guy." Mina said with a smile. "Thanks again for everything."

"So is that a yes to the staying with us?" Izuku asked.

"Better than trying to live it out on the streets right?"

"Alrighty then." Izuku said as he brought out his phone. "I'm messaging the guys to let them know. Kuro could teleport us if you'd like a smoother mode of transport."

'Two teleportation quirk users in one small group? What the shit?' Mina thought.

"Kuro? Which one is he?" She enquired.

"The one who raised me." He answered.

"Wait, before you do ask him for a teleport, mind if we head back to my place? I've got some things I wanna bring with me."

"Fine by me, what's the location?"

"Mustafu. It's a half demolished building. They must've given up half way and left it there, so I went to squat there."

"You live in that building?" Izuku asked incredulously. "You know it's a death trap right? I scouted it out a few months back as a possible base and I could practically feel it collapsing as I took each step."

Mina looked at him in shock.

"Wait really? I've been using acid to melt my way into rooms - I could've died a hundred times over!"

Izuku laughed before scolding her lightly. "If you're going on the run, at least have a stable place prepared in advance."

"Yeah yeah, I'm trash at living on the streets, can we get my stuff already?" Mina whined.

"Sure. Hold your breath." Izuku grabbed her shoulder, warping them directly outside their destination.

"Wow - this looks worse than when I showed up before." Izuku looked in shock.

"Guess I'm just lucky it didn't collapse on me. Let's go!"

Mina began walking off before she was stopped by a hand gripping her forearm.

"Which part of death trap did you not understand? I'll warp us when you've recovered from the last jump. It should only be another 2 minutes at most."

Mina huffed and complied.

"So since I told you my name, you mind telling me your quirk?"

"I've been talking about teleportation pretty often - my quirk is obvious." Izuku replied nonchalantly.

"You also showed me a green fireball in your palm." She deadpanned.

"How do you know I didn't teleport it to my hand?"

"Wait, you did?"

"Nope, but it could've been a possibility. I'll just keep you guessing for now." Izuku mused.

"Asshole."

Izuku inclined his hand upwards to the building, which Mina grabbed, and they stood for a couple of seconds before she spoke up.

"What's the hold up?" She asked.

"Huh? On what?"

"The teleport obviously."

"Oh, I wasn't offering my hand. I was sensing where your stuff is, and which places I shouldn't step on while I'm walking around." He replied with a grin. "I guess you really must've wanted to hold my hand."

"Lying dick, warp us already." She replied unamused.

"Fine fine." Izuku replied, warping them directly where her futon and dufflebag of clothes were.

"Damn bitch, you live like this?" Izuku joked. "I'm gonna do some strolling around. The clone can teleport you out of the building if there's an emergency."

"What clone?" She asked as a perfect copy of Izuku appeared right next to him.

"Alright, there's no bullshitting your way out of this one. You can teleport, make fire and now you've got a clone?" She gawked.

"I'm a man of many talents." The clone responded as the original disappeared. "I'm not tryna stay here all night. I'm cold, y'know?"

"It'd take less time if you helped out." She grumbled.

"I was going to, but you've got a layer of your underwear at the top of the dufflebag, and I'm not gonna risk some misunderstanding where you call me a pervert and ignore me for weeks."

"Well you're a pervert for looking anyway, might as well get the job done." She replied with a flushed face.

"If you insist." The clone shrugged, assisting with packing up her belongings in a comfortable silence.

Once the packing was complete, Izuku returned and instructed the copy to carry her stuff.

"This handsome devil can warp your stuff to your room." Izuku gestures towards the clone who swiftly disappeared. "Gimme a second to warn the group chat you're coming over. I don't want Dabi to set you on fire by mistake."

'What kind of weirdos is this guy living with?' Mina thought warily, looking over Izuku's shoulder as he began texting.

[Me] : Hey assholes. You're probably all asleep, but I'm bringing home some runaway girl. Don't kill her please.

[Kurogiri] : Understood.

[TomTom] : Bet.

[Kurogiri] : Tomura, it's 1 am. Head to bed or I'll take your switch.

[TomTom] : It ain't my fault. Eri's sleep pattern is a mess, and she woke me up asking to play Pokemon.

[Me] : She's up too? Jesus, you know the word 'no' exists right?

[TomTom] : I couldn't refuse. She hypnotised me with those damn eyes.

[Me] : So Eri's got perfect control over you. Thanks for the info.

[TomTom] : Screw you and bring the stray home already. Eri and I are sitting in the bar waiting.

[Me] : Fine.

"Ready to go?" Izuku asked.

Mina looked up from the phone to Izuku and nodded, grabbing his shoulder as they warped to the inside of a bar.

"Izu!"

Mina heard the shout from the sofa, from which a small horned girl jumped from and ran into Izuku's arms, who spun her around.

"It's late you know? Shouldn't you be asleep?" He chided jokingly.

"Tomura said I can play Pokemon. I'm gonna have cute fairies and dragons on my team!"

"What about grass types..." Izuku asked depressed.

"They're boring." Er replied casually, before taking look at the new arrival.

"Is this your friend Izu?" She asked

Mina snapped out of the hypnotic trance casted by Eri's cuteness and gave a smile.

"Hi, I'm Mina. Nice to meet you!" She introduced.

Eri looked over to Izuku with a silent question, who gave her a nod in return, causing Eri to face Mina.

"I'm Eri." She returned, opening her arms in a hugging gesture.

'Holy shit this baby is adorable!'

Mina didn't hesitate to take Eri in her arms and give her a hug.

"Oh my goodness you're precious! I'm never letting you go Eri!" Mina squealed.

"Oi, I'm her favourite. Quit tryna steal her." Tomura accused.

"Where do I fit into this picture..." Izuku asked solemnly.

"You're still Dabi's favourite." Tomura offered with a grin.

"The hell's that worth? He's gonna jump ship whenever he meets his brother."

"Oh, guess you're alone then." Tomura replied flatly.

On that note. Izuku's teleporting clone appeared in the bar.

"I've got your room set up." He addressed Mina. "Also, we're shopping tomorrow. You need more green in your wardrobe.

"Thanks Izutwo!" Mina exclaimed as she pulled the clone into a hug with her and Eri.

The main Izuku dropped to his knees in anguish.

"Even my clones get more love." He relented. "Existence is worthless..."

"Sorry boss." The clone smirked. "What can I say? I'm irresistible."

Izuku responded by creating a needle of water and jabbing it to the clone's head, making it disappear.

"Hey, I was gonna go shopping with him tomorrow!" Mina said indignantly. "And how many things can you do with that quirk? I swear there's no link between your abilities."

"Why don't you ask the clone?" Izuku huffed, getting back to his feat.

"This is rich!" Tomura laughed from his seat. "I can't believe you're jealous of yourself."

"Kiss my ass. I'm going upstairs." He grumbled. "Mina, if you need anything, my room door's open when I'm awake. Tomura and Eri, go to sleep already."

With that, Izuku teleported away.

"Eri, mind hopping over to Tomura? I'm gonna go take a bath."

"Actually," Tomura interjected, "you mind taking Eri in the bath with you?"

"I already had one before bed!" Eri complained.

"And then you hugged Mina, who didn't take a bath, so now you need one too." He replied casually, heading upstairs. "I'm going to my room. If you wanna hop in my bed Eri, the door's unlocked, so just come in."

With Tomura gone, Mina was left with Eri.

"You know where the bathroom is?" She asked the child.

"Mhm, every room has one."

'Ensuites? What kind of heaven is this?' Mina wondered.

"In that case, let's head up to my room." She said as they went up the stairs.

Mina looked at her room, unsurprised to find it bare.

She didn't have too many belongings, so it was understandable. However she was surprised to find her dufflebag left untouched, with desk supplies laid out neatly on the table and a new phone covered with a note.

'New phone, you've got the numbers of Me, Dabi, Tomura and Kuro on it. If you ever need a warp gate, Kuro's your guy. If you need somebody to 'take care of', call literally any of us, unless there's blood involved, in which case call me. Charger and earphones are in the drawer. I'll grab you a laptop tomorrow. Enjoy.' - Your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.

Mina felt tears welling up and quickly wiped them away before Eri noticed, opting to head to the drawers and grab a shirt which seemed bigger than her with a pair of boxer shorts.

'Big clothes are comfortable to sleep in anyway, so it'll do.' Mina shrugged.

With that, she headed into the bathroom and bathed herself with Eri.

Upon finishing her shower and changing into her loose clothes, she took a towel clad Eri to Tomura's room, who gave her fresh clothes and let her sleep on his bed, much to the pink girl's displeasure.

"Thanks for cleaning her up. If you need me to dust anyone for you, let me know." Tomura tiredly offered.

"Gotcha, though I'm taking Eri tomorrow night - I can't let you hog all the fun. See ya in the morning." She said before strolling to Izuku's room, which had his door wide open.

Stepping in, she noticed Izuku laying in bed turning an alarm clock into what seemed to be dust and reforming it in his palm repeatedly.

'I give up on this guy's quirk. I'll pester him tomorrow.' Mina concluded.

"Hey, you mind standing up for a sec?"

Izuku placed the clock back on his bedside table before standing.

"What's up? If you're asking me for more feminine clothes, you're on your own."

Mina closed the distance and wrapped her arms around Izuku, feeling him stiffen.

"Wha-oi, wh-where's your damn bra, you exhibitionist?" Izuku squeaked out.

Raising her head up from his chest, she saw his bright crimson face and wide eyes.

"So you can get flustered? And I thought you were immune - thanks for pointing out your weakness." Mina teased.

"I hope you know what you've started now. I'm gonna make you faint the next time I get the chance."

"Whatever you say 'Izu'" she ridiculed, burying her face back in his chest. "Thank you so much for everything. It's like I'm in a dream."

She heard Izuku sigh as he raised an arm and ruffled her hair.

"Don't worry about it, you're still living with 4 killers and an innocent kid. This is hardly paradise." He chuckled.

"Yeah I know, but rapists aside, this has been the best day I've had in a long time."

"If you keep clinging to me, I'm gonna end up dragging you into bed." He mused. "I'm tired as hell you know."

Mina shrugged.

"Feel free." She replied, before getting an idea in her head.

Leaning over to Izuku's ear by pulling him down slightly and standing on her toes, she whispered into his ear.

"Just so you know, I sleep naked~" She said teasingly, feeling him stiffen.

"You really are some sort of exhibitionist aren't you..." he sighed, detaching himself from her and falling back into his bed.

"Hang on, why don't you have any blankets on your bed? You've just got a cover and two pillows - doesn't it get cold?" She asked.

"Temperature balancing is a part of my quirk - surely you've learned to give up on asking these type of questions."

"Come on already, you've got more powers than I can count. Is your quirk the ability to do anything? Throw me a bone here." She begged.

"Nope, figure it out yourself."

"Fine." Mina huffed dropping onto the bed and laying beside him. "I'm just gonna lay here all night and annoy you into telling me."

"You know I can use my quirk to make you sleep and carry you back to your room." Izuku deadpanned.

"You can if you want, but I've got Eri on my side, and I'll just get her to tell me."

"She doesn't know either." Izuku simply stated, letting the room fall into silence.

"What do you wanna be when you're older?" He asked after some deliberation.

'Well that's definitely left field.' She thought.

"When I was little, I wanted to be a hero, but that asshole in my class with a flashy quirk made it clear that he would become one, and I'm not interested in that shit if people like him and Endeavour are in the profession."

"Your quirk could probably save a few lives."

"You've made it pretty clear that you and your friends don't need to be heroes to do good."

"Fair." He responded simply. "Tell anyone about my quirk and I'll probably need to kill you."

"A bit intense, but fine by me." Mina said eagerly.

"I can steal quirks and give them to others." Izuku stated, before lifting an arm and allowing red electricity to form around it. "I've got a couple hundred quirks stocked up myself, since a bunch of the similar ones have naturally merged to form stronger quirks. If I want to give someone a quirk, their body needs to be compatible, meaning fire quirk users can only use heat related quirks, and the same goes for other types."

Of all the answers she was considering, this was definitely not even on the list.

"Holy shit..." she breathed out.

"I know right?" Izuku chuckled.

"So...I'm guessing you're pretty strong right?"

"Understatement of the century." Izuku snorted. "Your quirk's incredible though. Definitely on the more powerful side. If you train it enough, you could possibly make the acid viscous enough to make a solid object."

"Wait, could I make a sword that throws acid at people?" Mina asked excitedly.

"No clue - I don't know your limits. What kind of attacks can you pull off with your quirk?"

"I can secrete acid from my feet, so I can slide around for speed unless I'm running uphill. I can scale walls pretty easily and I've probably got the stamina to climb a couple a few dozen meters. Outside of that, I can create acid from anywhere on my body, so if somebody punches me they'll be in for a surprise. For long range, I just form acid in my palms and toss it."

"Have you tried spraying acid?"

"I could do it from my mouth, but my cheeks ache after blowing it for too long."

"That's what she said." Izuku cut in with a smirk.

"Screw you and give me some tips."

"Already? We just met."

"Izukuuuu-"

"Fine, sit up on the bed and give me your hands."

Mina complied, watching as Izuku positioned her palms in a nozzle formation.

"Alright, shoot some acid. It doesn't matter if it's dilute or concentrated."

"Wait, in here?" Mina asked for confirmation.

"Go ahead, it won't be a problem."

Shooting her acid from her palms, she was shocked to see it go from the bed towards the door in a hose like fashion, with no signs of stopping. Surprisingly, before it touched the door, the acid froze, making a pink structure before floating over to where Izuku was.

"What quirk was that?" Mina asked intrigued.

"An ice quirk followed by one of my personal favourites, telekinesis. I could've used hydrokinesis but the frozen acid looks way cooler." Izuku explained, floating the structure to Mina and letting her pick it up. "Anyway, that's one application that might save you if you're in a fight. You can join me while I'm teaching Eri quirk control tomorrow for some practice."

"Hell yeah, I'll take all the time with Eri that I can get." Mina said excitedly.

"Alright, cool. Any more questions?"

"I'd ask about your quirks but we'd be here all night, so no."

"Neat." Izuku concluded as he placed a hand on her head.

"Night Mina."

'Oh shit, is he letting me stay in his room tonight? Do I wanna stay here tonight? What if it gets awkward in the morning, we barely kno-'

Mina's thoughts were interrupted as she suddenly found herself teleported onto her own bed.

'That son of a bitch.'

Mina relaxed into her mattress and pulled the duvet over herself, laying on her side and drifting off with one final thought.

'Maybe life won't be so bad after all'
