10,406 Years since the Planting of the Trees, 43,943 years since the Arrival of Manwe to Arda
"You have returned Oromё, I assume you bring news from the main lands," Manwё said as he saw Oromё riding up, others having gathered hearing the sound of horses galloping.
"Indeed, I have seen the first of our younger Kin, and they have woken, however I must admit that Melkor had come across them before I had the chance, and so they fear me, and claim I am from the darkness," Oromё said sadly.
"No, that is not good, did they attack you?" Manwё asked cautiously.
"No, however they were untrusting of me, refusing to see that I had good intent," Oromё said irritably.
"This is a concern we cannot dismiss, but how to go further I cannot say for sure," Manwё said after a few minutes of consideration.
"Lord Manwё, we should send Oromё with a small force to protect the Eldar from the forces of Melkor, while we consider how we can go further, since it is clear that Melkor is ready to again make a move against us," Mandos said simply.
"Your council is most wise, Lord Mandos, Oromё go and take a small company and guard the Eldar, while we prepare to cross the sea to bind Melkor," Manwё said simply.
"Of course, Lord Manwё," Oromё said as he moved to gather a group who would go with him.
"Hadrian, at this point your assistance will be needed more as we prepare for the battle to come, I shall be needing you to lead the third company of the Maiar in the battle to come," Manwё said as he saw Hadrian standing to follow Oromё.
"My Lord, my role is the gatherer, would it not be best that I begin the gathering now instead of later, after Melkor has had more time to influence our kin?" Hadrian asked confused.
"No, for the gathering shall have many stages, and according to the tapestry that I am weaving, the gathering will be a long one, but must begin in the battle, where you will redeem some of our brethren who have fallen to the side of Melkor," A woman standing beside Mandos said calmly to the shock of those around.
"Very well, it shall be according to your word and understanding Lady Vairё, I shall do as you direct," Hadrian said shocked at the rebuttal from the mostly silent Valar.
"Be aware however, beloved, that despite the understanding of Vairё, this will cause great grief to come into the world, but the grief will teach us more about the song that Father has sung," Nienna said simply.
"Indeed, dear sister," Irmo said sadly.
"Now, we do not know where Melkor is hiding and so I feel we should divide our forces into six companies, five if you do not include the forces that are being led by Oromё to guard the Eldar." Manwё said after a few moments of silence.
"Very well, how shall these forces be divided?" Ulmo asked respectfully.
"The first company shall be led by myself and we shall head North, and I ask that you accompany me, Lord Ulmo. The second Company shall be led by Tulkas and shall head East with Olórin. The third company shall be led by Hadrian and head South with Alatar and Pallando. The fourth company shall be led by Eönwё and shall head west with Ilmarё. The fifth company shall remain here to guard the trees and be led by Aulё and Mandos," Manwё said simply.
"How shall we know if battle arises, and who needs most aide?" Tulkas asked glad that he was leading a force.
"If war begins the great horns shall blow and shake the earth and the note shall tell which company needs aide," Manwё said simply.
"Very well, it shall be done as you decried Lord Manwё, now let us go and prepare for this War to come," Ulmo said simply as he moved to prepare himself for war.
10,464 Years since the Planting of the Trees.
"I am glad you have arrived, at last, we soon will attack the Fortress of Utunmo, where Melkor has hidden himself," Manwё said as he saw Hadrian arrive with his force, larger now than it had been in the beginning of their war that had begun twenty years earlier, with some members of his company having blue fire around them and great horns.
"I am sorry for how long it took to heed your call, Lord Manwё, in the far south I found our brother Pualsoró who in the beginning chose to follow Melkor, building a fortress for his Lord. However, it would appear that he had grown distant from his Lord, who always sent him to do his will, with no break, and had sent his son Newóm, to find and corrupt the Eldar, something that Pualsoró was most opposed to," Hadrian said simply.
"Corrupt, how is this done?" Tulkas asked angrily.
"We know not, save that in the darkness Melkor changes beings to be forever altered," Hadrian said sadly.
"What happened, for surely a conversation would not take decades?" A tall man wearing full armor and multiple types of weapons asked.
"Well, Eönwё, while Pualsoró who now calls himself Dabugdal, believing himself unworthy of the name which father gave him, was willing to throw down the fortress many refused, and so a long battle commenced," Hadrian said sadly, thinking of all of his brethren he had to kill.
"My beloved, it was for the betterment of the world, those who would serve Melkor even in the end, had no chance to return to father, but you saved as many as would surrender," Nienna said walking over to Hadrian.
"I know, my love, but it was still so hard, thousands of our brethren died since they were so enthralled by the power of Melkor," Hadrian said sadly.
"But in the end the battle was won and combining our total strength we cursed the land of the far south for all evil doers, they shall find no rest nor home in the lands southward, before we as a final blessing to the land sank it below the sea, to only rise at the will of Eru," A thin man wearing blue armor said walking over, with another man who looked like him.
"Indeed, and those who would surrender we took to the Halls of Mandos, and those who would fight by our side were sanctified, and now instead of wearing the red flames of Melkor, they wear the blue flames of Ilúvatar," The second man said kindly.
"Thank you for your report Alatar and Pallando, now rest from your journey for tomorrow we begin the siege," Manwё said firmly before they all dispersed.
10,545 Years after the Planting of the Trees
"Lord Manwё, we have returned from the rubble of Utunmo, and there is still no sign of Hadrian," Eönwё said sadly as he entered the Halls of Mandos.
"How odd, every other soul who rode with us when we first invaded Utunmo, including the sanctified, either returned with us or their body has been found, where then is Hadrian?" Manwё asked frustrated, since he had no idea where his close friend had vanished to.
"Do not grieve my beloved, Lord Manwё, I feel as though his calling is much higher than just within Arda, and it is possible that father called him back to the Halls of Eru," Nienna said simply.
"But if father needed him back in his halls why would he do so in the midst of a War?" Manwё asked irritably.
"Remember Lord Manwё, father's ways are not our ways, and not things are clear now, but as my sister said his role as gatherer is far greater than I believe we fully understand," Mandos said simply.
"I don't follow Lord Mandos, but if both you and Lady Nienna say that he is not dead, I shall have to trust your word, though I do not like it," Manwё said sadly before he turned and left the Halls of Mandos with Eönwё following him.
"Has your sight shown you when my beloved will return, brother?" Nienna asked hopefully.
"No, dear sister, solely that he will return, and that his role as gatherer is greater than just us, don't give up hope, all will be well," Mandos said looking solemnly at the ground.
"Then we shall wait until he returns, and continue to follow father's designs," Nienna said before she walked out of the Hall of Mandos to return to tending to the wounded.
Land-Beyond-the-Sea
"Father, what just happened? One moment Hadrian was in my world and the next he was in the Wood-Between-Worlds, he still has many roles in the world," Eru said kinda miffed as he entered the Land-Beyond-the-Sea.
"And yet, now is as good of a time as any for him to move away from the world, he stepped into a pool of water right as Tulkas bound Melkor, and thus the Battle of the Powers was won," The Emperor-Beyond-the-Sea said simply.
"I am aware, but in a few years time the elves shall begin their journey's should he not be there to aide in that?" Eru said irritated.
"That is your call, my son, but remember his role is not solely to your creation but to eight others, and he has already dwelt in your creation for 45,000 years, which is far greater than any other world of your brethren have in place for all the events of their creations," The Emperor-Beyond-The-Sea said kindly.
"What, no way, surely Chaos is taking hundreds of millions of years," Eru said stubbornly.
"I am, that is true, however Hadrian just entered and it is 10,000 years before I see the end occurring, and he will have many trips in and out of the world, since he is only being involved in my prime creation, not the expanse of empty space that also has a part of my creation," Chaos said entering the area.
"Now, I understand that Hadrian has a great role in your world, but do please remember his role is also significant in your brethren's worlds," The Emperor-Beyond-the-Sea said kindly.
"Of course, forgive my outburst father," Eru said solemnly.
"It is no problem, besides you can determine how much time goes by before he returns to your world, though I hope you don't have it happen too soon after his departure," The Emperor-Between-Worlds said kindly.
"No, I grew so used to his place in my world that I forgot his true place as one of my brethren, I shall allow time to pass until my son Melkor is freed and the world again has need of his counsel," Eru said before returning to Eä.
End of this section of Harry's adventures in Middle-Earth, Don't worry he will return, in HP time 1991, and as Eru states at the end, that is when Harry will return in his world.
Yes some Balrogs were redeemed, but they will remain changed as Balrogs in form, but instead of orange/red flames they will have Blue flames, which I am using to signify the Flames of Eru, Red is Flames of Melkor.
I just updated my Profile with a lot of information about my works, and a timeline thing, for this crossover, hope that isn't too confusing.
