Chapter Three

Draco and Anna looked at each other they did not know what to do about Harry's request, but their son was a grown man, if he wanted to spend the night with his boyfriend, who he had been dating for years it seems who were they to judge.

Draco was shocked of course, but he knew his son was a levelheaded young man, and could make his own choices, and he was the type to learn from his mistakes, even if they were few and far between.

Harry looked at Scorpius and smiled, he was glad that this evening turned out for the best for them. He was just hoping to be able to prove that Scorpius made him happy, and that he made Scorpius just as happy.

They walked to the door as a group and Scorpius bid his parents goodbye with a promise to call them tomorrow.

Out in the car Harry looked at Scorpius and smiled. He was glad that this turned out okay for them. He had been very worried that Scorpius would have gotten some extremely negative feedback from his parents, considering his and Draco's past. Harry was happy and he smiled at Scorpius.

Scorpius smile back and held Harry's hand and whispered a soft I love you.

Harry leaned in a gave Scorpius a tender kiss on his lips, with an I love you as well.

Harry started the car and pulled out of the driveway and headed towards home, a home that he soon hoped Scorpius would share with him fully, but understood that he was still young, and might need a while yet before making that type of move, but they had done well so far, and Harry has high hopes for their future together and nothing was going to take that away from him, from them.

"Wanna watch a movie when we get back home?", Harry asked.

Scorpius looked over, "Home?"

Harry nodded, "Yes, its just as much yours as mine, you're there often enough that I don't consider it just mine anymore."

Scorpius smiled and nodded, "I would love to watch a movie at home."

The drive home was quiet yet soothing, they listened to the radio on low, and Scorpius hummed along to the songs, and just watched the scenes outside as Harry drove.

Harry was thinking they should stop for a late-night snack for later, so he pulled into the parking lot of a Walmart, and he gave Scorpius a kiss on his cheek and ran inside, he picked up some chips, chocolate, and some fruit he knew Scorpius loved but he was running low on.

He walked over to the check outs and put his stuff on the line. The cashier looked friendly, and smiled at him, so he smiled back.

"How are you this evening Sir?" he cashier asked, slightly shyly.

Harry smiled, "I am well, and yourself?"

"I am well as well Sir. Just about to finish my shift, then going home for some much-needed sleep." He said.

"That sounds like a good thing, my boyfriend and I are headed home from his parents and are about to have a movie night.", Harry said, he wanted to make a point that this boy knew he was taken.

The cashier looked a little dimmed when Harry mentioned he had a boyfriend, and Harry felt a little terrible, but nevertheless, Scorpius was his and he was Scorpius' too. It went both ways. He would never do anything to hurt Scorpius intentionally, and he was going to stick by what he told his parents.

"Oh, well, that sounds nice.", the cashier replied.

Harry nodded, and hurriedly paid for his purchases and grabbed his bags, he wanted to get out of there quickly.

When re returned to the car, he found Scorpius humming to the radio still, and playing a game on his phone. He smiled.

He leaned over and gave him a kiss, "Miss me?" he asked.

"Duh, you were gone far too long, what took so long?" Scorpius asked.

Harry glanced at the entrance to the store, "Well we wont be shopping here that's for sure, the cashier was flirting with me and I got an awkward vibe from him." He said as he put the car into drive and pulled out onto the road.

"Good, because you are mine!" Scorpius said leaning over and kissing Harry's cheek.

Harry smiled happily, "Darn right"
