The next day
Steve
After waking up I decided to skip the morning run and do something more important. Which is why I was in the elevator going to the kid's room. Then the elevator opens. "Hey, can I join you?" Wanda asked. "Sure," I answered. "You goin to see the kids?" She asked. I nodded. It was only about 7 am right now, but based on what Nick said I knew I should check on them.
Once the door opened again we get out. I was going into one of the rooms until spotted the three of them on the floor. They were sleeping all cuddled next to each other with Clint in the middle. "That's adorable," Wanda whispered. "Should we get them off the floor?" I ask. "No, let's go I don't wanna wake them up," I say. We quietly walked back to the elevator and go to the kitchen.
Daisy
I open my eyes and looked around the room I was in. Clint had his arm around me and I knew Nattie was on his other side. I squirmed out of his arms. I knew Nattie would be up soon so I just looked around. "Aren't you gonna get dressed," Nattie asked. I shrugged my shoulders and sat down on the floor.
"Do you think Nick's right about them?" I asked her. "No, I personally think he's crazy with terrible judgment," she answered as she threw a black shirt on. I frowned a little, I know it's stupid but I kinda wanted him to be right. As I pick out my clothes I look over at my sleeping brother. "When do you think he'll wake up?" I asked her. "A few hours, you know he likes his sleep," she answered.
"This reminds me of that home in Arizona," I tell her. "Yea well it was certainly better than Texas," Nattie said shaking her head. Texas was one of more abusive homes. I nodded pulling on the only pair of jeans that actually fit me. "What do you wanna do?" She asked. I was gonna answer but the elevator opened. "Good morning girls, I'm Pepper, Tony's girlfriend," she explains. I looked up slowly and studied her.
Pepper had blonde hair, blue eyes, and about 35 at the most. Based on how she dressed she probably wasn't an avenger. "Here, I got you guys some things," she said. She put the things on the couch. "Just some toilet trees for you guys since Tony told me you didn't have any," she explains. Then Tony walked in, "Cmon kids breakfast is ready," he said. I look at Clint who was still sleeping. "Why don't you guys wake him up and I'll show you to the kitchen," he suggested leaving Nat and I alone in the room.
Natasha
Daisy and I wake Clint up by pinching him again and again. When he did wake up he glared at both of us. "Good morning, Mr. Stark has asked me to lead you three to the kitchen," something said. I looked around subtly trying to find where it came from. "What are you?" Clint asked getting dressed. "I'm FRIDAY," Friday said. Despite my better judgment we let the creepy voice machine lead us to the kitchen. When we get there we saw weirdos sitting at a table. I looked from Daisy to Clint and all of us were deciding what to do.
"Kids come on in, sit down," Tony said. We awkwardly come further into the kitchen. Clint was the first to sit, then me, then Daisy. They were all looking at us and I looked from Daisy to Clint, figuring out what we were doing. Clint took a bite of the food after a few seconds, then when nothing happened and no one hit him Daisy and I started eating. It was good, I haven't had good food since we stayed at Nick's house.
When we finished we sat silently at the table, afraid to ask to leave. Thankfully Mr. Tony knew what we were afraid to ask and said, "You can go back to your rooms if you want." "Thank you, Mr. Tony," I said before leaving with Daisy and Clint. I didn't wanna get in trouble for disrespect.
