"Alexis. Alexis wake up! Are you okay?" Ventus asks as he shakes Alexis awake.
"Yeah. I think so." Alexis says as she sits up.
"Are you two together or something?" A voice asks revealing to be two boys in a bear and fox costume along with a pixie in green nearby.
"Huh? Uh Ven who are they?" Alexis asks as Ventus helps her up.
"Don't know. Well you guys know. This is my friend Alexis. She's traveling with me." Ventus says as he smiles.
"But where'd ya come from?" The bear boy asks.
"Well you see..." Ventus says as the pixie pulls on the ear of the fox boy's hood.
"All right. All right! We're goin'!" The fox boy says in annoyance.
"So long Ven, Alexis!" The bear boy says as he and the fox boy begin to leave with the pixie.
"Hey where are you guys off to?" Ventus asks.
"Tink saw a shootin' star and we're gonna go hunt it down!" The bear cub shouts happily.
"A shooting star?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Mind if we come along?" Ventus asks as he and Alexis run over to the boys.
"Course not. But ya gotta agree to follow us!" The fox boy shouts.
"Yeah. It's uh...right over... That-a away! By the Indian Camp!" The bear boy shouts.
"Ready men and girls? Forward march!" The fox boy shouts as the group gets moving.
*Timeskip*
Once in a clearing the group notices a boy in green flying over them.
"Peter Pan!" The fox and bear boys shout.
"Who do we have here? Never seen you before." The flying boy says as he comes down and circles Alexis and Ventus.
"I'm Ventus. Call me Ven." Ventus says as he smiles.
"And I'm Alexis." Alexis says kindly.
"Well...if you say so. Ten-shun! Now then men. I don't suppose you'd wanna capture some real pirate treasure?" The boy asks as he goes over to the fox and bear boys.
"Real pirate treasure!?" The bear boy asks excitedly.
"Sure!" The fox boy shouts.
"Well guess who caught sight of Hook right when he was stashing his treasure? Whaddaya say we sneak in and grab it?" The boy asks.
"Oh boy!" The bear boy shouts.
"Let's go! Let's go!" The fox boy shouts before the pixie flies over and kicks both boys in the head.
"I like the way that pixie thinks." Alexis says as she smiles before the pixie stomps her foot in the air.
"Tinker Bell what's gotten into you?" The boy asks.
"We were all supposed to go hunt for a shooting star together." Ventus says as Alexis nods.
"Forget that. Pirate treasure is way more fun. Tink you're comin' with us!" The boy says before Tinker Bell flies off.
"Doesn't look like that's what she wants to do." Alexis says.
"Well that's no way to respond to an invitation. C'mon Ven, Alexis. You guys are better sports than her right?" The boy asks as he looks at Alexis and Ventus.
"I'd love to join you but...first I wanna find the shooting star." Ventus says.
"Me too. I've never seen one before and I would like to." Alexis says before she leaves with Ven white the three boys leave in another direction.
*Timeskip*
As the group enters the Indian camp Ventus looks over at something on the ground.
"What is it Ven?" Alexis asks.
"Mickey's Star Shard?" Ventus says before Tinker Bell flies over to it only to get captured by a black haired man with a sword and a short man.
"A shooting star and a pixie! Must be me birthday." The man says as Alexis shifts to wolf form growling while getting out her keyblade as it changes forms as well.
"Let her go!" Alexis says angrily.
"Two of Peter Pan's brats. Well tell that cowardly sparrow if he wants his precious Tinker Bell back he'd best meet me at Mermaid Lagoon!" The man shouts as he and the other man run away.
"Hey come back here!" Ventus shouts as he and Alexis follow only to get stopped by unversed.
"Get outta our way!" Alexis shouts angrily while growling.
"Looks like we don't got a choice Alexis. We'll have to fight our way through." Ventus says as he and Alexis fight their way through the unversed before reaching the Gully and seeing the men nowhere in sight.
"They're gone." Alexis says sadly.
"We lost them." Ventus says sadly.
"Look out below!" A voice shouts revealing to be Peter Pan as he comes flying over.
"Peter help! Tinker Bell's been pixie-napped!" Ventus shouts.
"Then I'm too late. Hook's gonna pay for this!" Peter says angrily.
"He said to meet him at Mermaid Lagoon." Alexis says as Peter Pan looks at her.
"Gotta be an ambush. Hmph that old codfish thinks he's clever." Peter Pan says before taking off.
"Hey wait up!" Alexis shouts as she and Ventus run after Peter Pan.
"We're going too!" Ventus shouts.
"Well we have to hurry. Can you keep up?" Peter Pan asks.
"You bet!" Ventus shouts.
*Timeskip*
Once reaching the lagoon the group then gets shot at.
"What was that!?" Alexis asks as she looks behind them where there is smoke.
"Cannon fire? Where's it coming from?" Ventus asks before another cannon is fired at them.
"On the water! Over there! Tink it's you! And you're all right! What? A strange fellah with a funny-lookin' sword has- Hold on I gotta stop that cannon!" Peter Pan says as Tinker Bell flies over.
"Okay. I'll go after Hook!" Ventus says.
"I'm coming with you. Friends are there for each other." Alexis says as Ventus smiles at her.
"Right. Tink if you would." Peter Pan says before Tinker Bell sprinkles dust on Alexis and Ventus.
"Wow... What..." Ventus says as he and Alexis begin floating.
"It's pixie dust. Bet you feel lighter now don'tcha?" Peter Pan asks as he flies off with Tinker Bell.
"Lighter isn't the word for it." Alexis says as she follows Ventus to the cove.
*Timeskip*
"At last that scurvy brat will never trouble me again!" Captain Hook shouts as Alexis and Ventus arrive in the cove.
"I wouldn't be so sure of that Hook!" Ventus shouts as captain hook sees him and Alexis.
"Swoggle me eyes! No don't tell me! Blast that Peter Pan! That sound! No! Not again! S-stay away from me!" Captain Hook shouts as he goes to run upon hearing a ticking sound.
"I don't think so!" Ventus shouts as he flies over and stops Captain Hook from running away.
"You're not going anywhere!" Alexis shouts as she and Ventus begin fighting with Captain Hook. Not long after fighting the two soon knock Captain Hook into the water as he swims away screaming with a crocodile chasing him.
"Well that explains why he was so fearful." Alexis says.
"Ahoy! Look what we brought!" A voice shouts revealing to be Cubby and Slightly in a row boat with the chest as Peter Pan flies over.
"It's a pirate's treasure chest!" Slightly shouts as they land and bring the chest to shore.
"Treasure!" Ventus says as he and Alexis go over.
"Pirate treasure at that." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Yup! The same chest I told ya about. We snatched it right from Hook's hiding place. Huh? How come it's empty?" Peter Pan asks as he opens the chest to see it's empty.
"Uh sorry but...we losted all the treasures." Cubby says ashamedly.
"Oh well... That's too bad." Ventus says.
"It's okay. No need to be upset." Alexis says as she looks at Slightly and Cubby.
"Aw who needs it? It was prob'ly just full of dumb old jewels or doubloons or somethin' anyways." Peter Pan says.
"We could just put what we treasure in there instead.. If ya wanna?" Slightly asks as he looks at Peter Pan.
"Well I think that sounds like a lovely idea. Don't you Peter? It would make it all the more fun to hunt for the chest and to protect it." Alexis says.
"Yeah that's perfect! Instead of fillin' it up with jewels and gold and stuff we'll put in what's truly special to us. The real riches!" Peter Pan shouts as the boys nod.
*Timeskip*
"What are you puttin' in Ven, Alexis?" Peter Pan ask as the chest is later filled with wooden tools and toy weapons.
"I dunno... How 'bout this?" Ventus says as he pulls out a wooden keyblade.
"Hm what is it?" Peter Pan asks curiously.
"It's... just something that one of my best friends gave me." Ventus says.
"So it's like a keepsake huh? You sure you wanna part with somethin' that special?" Peter Pan asks.
"Yup. I don't need it if I've got Terra and Aqua. Our best memories are still ahead. And now I have Alexis with me to make even more new memories." Ventus says as he puts the keyblade in the chest.
"Yeah.. You do.." Alexis says as she smiles at Ventus.
"What about you Alexis? Are you gonna put anything in?" Slightly asks as Alexis looks at him.
"Well I was thinking about placing this inside." Alexis says as she takes off a silver bracelet with a light blue crystal attached.
"What's that?" Cubby asks.
"A bracelet. This bracelet is made from a special metal that never rusts or breaks. the crystal is even more rare. it glows through even the darkest shadows. It's from my homeland. My home was known for this type of jewelry. But I lost my home when I was very young and I can't go back to it. I kept the bracelet as a means of remembering my home." Alexis says as she walks toward the chest.
"So like Ventus it's a keepsake?" Slightly asks as Alexis nods.
"In a matter of speaking yes." Alexis says.
"But why give up something that special? That seems even more special than Ven's keepsake." Slightly says.
"Yeah Alexis. Are you sure?" Ventus asks as Alexis nods.
"Yes. I'm sure. I have my mother's weapon which is enough memory for me. Holding onto the memories of my past like that is painful but I feel like letting some of it go will help me to look to the future. Since I have been traveling with Ven I have felt more at peace than I ever have. Yes I will miss the bracelet but it's just an object. I'm quite happy and okay with parting with it. I trust you boys to take care of mine and Ventus's possessions. Look at them as ways of remembering us while we're away. Plus as long as I have Ven I am happy to keep looking to the future. He's helped me to see new light in more ways than one." Alexis says as Ventus smiles.
"All right then. Next time ya visit we'll have an even bigger chest waitin'. Enough for all those treasures and lots more." Peter Pan says happily.
"Can't wait." Alexis says as Tinker Bell flies over with the star shard.
"Oh wait Tink. I'm pretty sure that belongs to a friend of mine. Do you think maybe I could hang onto it?" Ventus asks as Tinker Bell backs away possessively.
"Now Tink!" Peter Pan says as Tinker Bell reluctantly drops the shard in Ventus's hand.
"Thank you." Ventus says before the shard begins glowing as Alexis and Ventus disappear.
