The Ninja's of Norrisville.

Chapter 3: Memories of unforgettable moments.

(Cunningham Residence.)

It's been one day for this freshman, Randy Cunningham walks down the street and then he sees his home, he sighs and he opens the door and walks into the house, then he hears the voice of someone. "Randy? Randy is that you?" The voice of his mother.

Renee H. Cunningham.
The mother of Randy, and is half-Japanese and half-Italian.
In her late 30's and standing at 6'9. Wearing a red cotton shirt that bears some Japanese symbols, an orange scarf around her waist to look cool, blue sweat pants and brown slippers. She has the same hair color as her son, but tied into a ponytail that reaches her back.

The woman goes to her son to check on him. "Hi mom, what's going on?"

She checks on his features and sees no injuries. "I heard from my McFistPad about the incident with the ninja at the school. That was awful and wrong of them to mock him in such a way and after everything…."

"After everything he has done for them and this is how they treat the ninja? Those who mock him are… They're the shoobs, and are the ones who should feel what he felt." Randy then calms down. "Sorry mom, I just had a heck of a day and I need some peace in my room."

The boy walks up the stairs, but then Renee asks. "Honey, where the heck is Howard?" She recalls that it was Howard and his sister who started the whole Shoob thing.

Randy stops in place and curses under his breath, but he responds to his mother while holding his rage. "I don't want anything to do with that dork. He's nothing to me, and the whole friendship we have had… That's done for." He then walks back up the stairs and into his room.

Renee is surprised, and also a relieved, since she and her husband hate Howard and his bad influence antics. Randy was such a good boy, but meeting the Weinerman's was the greatest mistake that they have ever made.

Then the front door opens. "Renee, Randy. I'm home now, and I heard about what had happened from the school, is our son alright?"

Trever H. Cunningham.
Standing at 6'10 and is at his early 40's. He's an American through his blood, he has the same hair as his son, Randy but has a military buzz cut to the sides, and is colored dark brown. He's wearing a business suit, but he normally wears a red t-shirt with black pants, and black boots. He doesn't work for McFist, he runs a shipping company that has been around before McFist, the Cunningham Shipment and deliveries.

Renee goes to her husband. "Honey, Randy is home and something happened and he's not hurt. Honey, when he came home he looked really upset and he told me that he's done with his friendship with Howard. Which means, that they're not gonna be interacting with each other, anymore."

"Wow. Saw that one coming." He then goes through his McFistPad. "Because this is new earlier." He shows his wife and they see what it says, from Debbie Kang.

Breaking News from NHS: Ninja was put into a corner and nearly bit the dust, but it would've happened if it weren't for this mysterious figure that looks and fights like the ninja, but better and it seems like all fingers point to those who are responsible for bringing ruin to the ninja.

Though there are many who are to blame for ranting and chanting "Shoob" to the ninja, the real blame goes to those who started the ScarfCenter: Heidi Weinerman and Howard Weinerman. Those two are in for some serious trouble and might be shut down, depending on the Principal's choice.

And in other news, Randy Cunningham has been seen confronting Howard Weinerman and it seems that the actions of the ScarfCenter has ruined the friendship of these two freshmen, looks like the Weinerman's know how to make things from bad to holy moly worse.

Trevor smirks. "Damn! I knew Howard was a bad influence, but his sister too? This is just…" Then they hear someone knock on the door. "Weinerman, I swear I am going to kick him all the way back home!"

"And let us not forget the many food he took from our fridge whenever he's here!" said Renee. She too joins her husband to confront whoever is at the door.

Trevor opens the door, to face the person he hates. "You have a lot of nerve to come here, Howard and…" But he sees someone else.

A teenage girl with Red Violet Hair tied in a side right ponytail with a blue scrunchie. Dark green eyes, she has a dark green patch on her right cheek and she is wearing red lipstick. She wears her black crop top, blue bolero jacket. On her wrists, she has two pair of light red wristbands. Blue jeans with rolled on the left leg, brown belt and dark blue sneakers.

The parents are surprised. "Um, hello there. Are you lost?" asked Renee.

"Umm, no. Ma'am, sir, my name is Morgan Lancer and I came to check on Randy, is he here?" asked Morgan.

The parents seemed unsure about this, but seeing how upset she looks, she seems friendly and her name sounds so familiar to the couple. "Randy is upstairs and he's really upset" said Trevor.

Morgan sighs. "Yeah, I know. He's been that way after the whole ordeal with Howard and the near fall of the ninja." She then calms down and holds her anger. "So, yeah. If it wasn't for the weird other ninja who showed up, then who knows what would've happened."

"Also, because seeing how Howard would act that way to the hero of our town, that was dark, mean and rude. They tend to joke about the ninja, but just doing that to lead everyone against the ninja, that was dark and also… Bullying, and we have Bash Johnson for that stick."

"So, can I go and see Randy, please?"

The couple didn't know what to say, they never thought that one day they would meet a girl that Randy knows, and here is this girl. Someone from Randy's school and she's concerned about their son, and she came here on her own, and not from their son who would've brought her to see his parents.

That is something they would've wanted to see, but now is not the time to think of that.

"Yeah, sure. Go ahead, Morgan." The couple step aside and she heads upstairs.

Morgan nods. "Thanks, also your house is lovely and I think I can figure out where his room is." she then goes up the stairs.

The parents are still shocked. "Wow. Also, that girl is the leader of the Dancing Fish!" said Trevor. "This is just…. Wow!"

"I know right, Morgan Lancer and she wants to see our son!" said Renee, then she wonders. "Does Randy and Morgan interact? Are they seeing each other secretly?" They both had so many questions to ask, but they decide not to ask unless the time is right.

(Randy's Bedroom.)

Morgan reaches the top of the stairs and she sees the bedroom of Randy, the many signs that are warnings that are obvious for some teenage boy who has had them since he was a kid, and also influenced by Howard Weinerman.

Morgan takes a deep breath. "Okay, so time to see how he's doing." She then knocks on the door. But he gets no response, and so she knocks again. "Randy, open up. It's me, the girl who knows you."

But she still gets no reply, and this annoys her. "Randy, whether you like it or not, and I don't like the silent treatment onto me at times, now I'm coming in. Also, you'd better be decent in there." She then kicks the door open, but then she stops and checks the doorknob and it's not locked.

"Glad I thought twice." She turns the knob and enters the room to find it empty, she sees the video games, posters and the floor a mess. "Yeah, this is the influence from Howard, what a shoob." She then looks around for any signs of where Randy is.

Then Morgan sees the window is open. She walks over to the window and looks outside and she sees him. Sitting on the roof and looking to the backyard with his hoodie still up, Randy Cunningham. He just looks down in sadness and pain, and next to him is the Ninja Nomicon and Morgan recalls what the Shinobi and S. Ward Smith told her about that book.

Morgan then walks towards him carefully, but she knows what to do and then she sits next to him. "Randy, are you feeling okay?"

The boy remains silent and seeing no point talking, Morgan remain silent and she takes a moment to calm her nerves after what had happened today.

Then Randy speaks. "I don't even know why the juice was I even given this role. I don't know why I was even meant to be the ninja, when all I did was screw up and make things so bad that nothing good comes from it."

Morgan didn't like the tone in his voice. "Randy, I…."

"Think about it." Randy then wipes away some tears. "The Ninja is someone who takes responsibility and fights off the dangers lurking within the city, and the good folks, but what have I been doing? Messing things up, and they usually end up making the trouble that erupts."

"And even if I do make things right, then what the heck is it with others always back lashing at me, I was told to shun out their words and focus, and it's been working but… After today, it's been hard and I don't even know how to even keep my mind calm from everyone who yelled and chanted towards me!"

"I just… Why me? Why am I the ninja?" Randy looks to the Nomicon. "Might as well give me the ultimate lesson and be done with it, Nomicon." Randy opens the book.

Morgan goes to stop him. "Randy stop!"

But nothing happens. Randy looks again and all he sees is a blank page. "Umm, what the heck? Hello, Ninja Nomicon? Wake up and remove my…."

Morgan takes the Ninja Nomicon from him. "Randy, stop what you're doing and listen to me." The boy then stops and looks away. "Look, I was told about this from your Shinobi and our teacher that the ninja is someone chosen for a reason and sure to cheese that book didn't make a mistake."

"So, even if you have done mistakes and even if you did screw up, that doesn't matter. Because other ninja's have made those mistakes before you and you know this. You were not the only one to mess up, and certainly not the one who nearly got killed."

"You saved lives, you helped fight evil monsters and robots and yes I was told about Hannibal McFist and his robots and I am now hating that guy, but in the end you do what you can to fight off the evil and do the right thing, to be there for those who need you the most, because the people need you…."

"They don't want me, but they still need me" said Randy. "The Nomicon told me that one, and I nearly messed that up big time." Randy then looks to Morgan. "Why the heck are you doing this, Morgan? Why did you even come here?"

Morgan sighs. "First of all, I know your identity and judging by the book it doesn't seem to be in the mood to wipe my mind from what I was told, and because I have seen you so many times even when we started schooling in kindergarten."

Randy is confused. "Wait what?"

Morgan nods. "Yeah, I was there and you didn't notice me. Like I was some kind of, background character and it sounds literally offensive."

Morgan then takes a moment to figure out what to say next, and she tells him something important. "Also, ever since the start of the new school year, the ninja has been doing his hardest to help others and make sure nothing dangerous would come to them."

"You may have been someone I admired as a hero, but then came the day I was in deep double dip trouble, and I think you remember that day. The day I was afraid of something, and nearly scarred, then you showed up."

Randy then recalls that day, the day before school even began during the summer.

(Flashback.)

Somewhere in the slums of Norrisville. Morgan is walking down this path, which is new to her but it's the best way to get to the nearest bus stop. As it turns out, the normal path she takes is under construction for a new bridge. Worst of all, it's raining.

Morgan had just gotten back from the mall, and she didn't get anything but meet up with her team, and even though this route she took is dubbed dangerous, she still walked through with her normal unamused face.

But then as she walks, she notices three men following her, she sees them from the broken mirror on the wall and so she walks a bit faster, and the men also pick up speed. So she walks a bit faster and then the men call out. "Where you going sweetie?"

Morgan didn't like this and so she bolts for it, and the men chase after her. Morgan then sees a road block from debris from the demolished building and so she turns right into an alley, but only to see a dead end.

Morgan is now panicking, and she turns around and sees the three men smiling and walking towards her. She tries the look she does when facing someone annoying. "Get away from me!"

The men laugh at this. "What's wrong girl? You lost? Someone like you shouldn't be here."

"You look really pretty, how old are you kid? Senior?" The man has a steel pipe with him.

"How about we help you get home, and then you can show us to your folks." One of them has a knife.

Morgan then tries to kick them, and she manages to knock one away. Her dancing skills are like combat moves, and she has very notorious feet when kicking, but today she's outmatched.

She tries to punch the other guy, but the man dodges and he slaps Morgan in the face and then he pushes her to the wall, the other men get up and pin her. Morgan tries to fight, but then the knife is held to her neck. "You lost girl and that hurt."

"Now we gotta teach you a lesson to never mess with big grown men, like us!" One of them begins to remove her jacket, and this has Morgan under panic and she does something she's never done in a long time and she sheds some tears at what they're gonna do to her.

"Poor kid, we'll make ya feel better!" The other man removes her jeans and this makes her beg.

"Please… Please, no. Don't please. Leave me alone! Stop!"

The men are about to remove the rest of her clothing, but then someone appears from the roof top. "I think you boys should stop doing that, because that is sick and super wrong." The lightning flashes and the figure lands down across from them.

Morgan knows who he is. "N-Ninja!"

The Ninja sees Morgan, the captain of the Dancing Fish in tears and the men who are about to do something to her and this angers him. "Boys, we can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard and painful way where I beat the living snot out of ya."

The men are frightened, but one of them isn't because he's new in town.

"Dude, we gotta bail. We don't stand a chance against him, he's the ninja!"

"What?! No way, I don't give a two cheeses about this cat suit dork! Also, I ain't gonna let this girl walk away, I haven't been laid in three weeks and I need me some of it!"

The ninja didn't like what he said. "You monster." He then charges forward and he ducks the man's punch and kicks him in the groin and the guy falls to the ground in pain.

The man with the knife tries to attack, but the Ninja pulls out his katana and whispers. "Ninja sword." He then knocks the knife away and he uses the sword to slice the man's jacket off and he runs off screaming.

Then the guy with the pipe drops the weapon. "I didn't mean it, they told me to do it!" He also runs, but the Ninja wasn't gonna have it.

"Not today, punks." He then tosses out his scarf like chain and yells out. "Ninja scarf grab!" The scarf grabs the two fleeing men and he pulls them back and ties them up with a chain and hangs them onto the roof nearby.

The other man gets up and attacks the ninja, but then a pipe is hit to his head from Morgan. "You punk!" But then Ninja grabs him and twists his arm and then throws him into the dumpster.

"Do not harm the lady." The Ninja then looks to Morgan who is on her knees and crying, she had already put her clothes back on, but the whole thing was a total trauma for her. Ninja has never seen her like this before, and he kneels down to her. "Are you alright, Morgan?"

Morgan looks towards the Ninja and she hugs him. "Thank you… Thank you for saving me, thank you so much, Ninja."

Randy is shocked that Morgan, Captain of the Dancing Fish is hugging her, but he calms down and hugs her back. "Everything's okay now, Morgan. Those men are not gonna harm you anymore."

The Ninja and Morgan depart from the hug and look towards each other, and a spark ignites as they look into each other's eyes, but Morgan looks closely. 'He looks so familiar, like I know him from somewhere.'

The Ninja then asks. "You want me to take you home? I mean, I don't want you going through…"

"It's okay." Morgan goes towards him and she wraps her arms around his neck. "Take me home please, I think I've had enough of this place. Also, thank you."

The Ninja smiles. "Hold on, tight." He then leaps away from the alley and they leap from building to building, and Morgan smiles at this feeling and the way she's admiring the ninja.

'Why does he feel and look so familiar? Like, someone I knew before, what the heck is going on?'

(Later.)

They soon arrive to the home of Morgan and he drops her off to her backyard and she sees that her parents aren't home yet. The Ninja sighs. "Well, you're safe and nothing bad is gonna happen to ya, I should get going now."

But then Morgan grabs his hand. "Wait…"

The Ninja turns around and sees her hand holding his. "Morgan, what's wrong?"

Morgan looks nervous, and the Ninja doesn't know why. "I just, what you did and I just…" she then removes the lower part of his mask, but not all of it and this startles Randy, but he doesn't do anything and soon his thoughts have been blown to oblivion.

Randy Cunningham was getting a passionate kiss from Morgan Lancer, and she was enjoying this as much as he was. They soon depart from the kiss that lasted 50 seconds and she whispers. "Thank you… Ninja, thank you."

The Ninja puts his lower part of the mask back in place. "Y-Yeah, no problem." He then snaps back to reality and leaps away.

Morgan watches him leap off from house to house and she smiles. "Thank you."

(End Flashback.)

Randy blinks and he looks to the upperclassman who looks to the sky. Morgan smiles, which is rare. "That was the moment I saw and felt, that there was truly a hero within the city, and that the ninja was not fool to be mocked or made a bad name. You save people and make sure no harm comes to them."

"You do whatever it takes and try not to make mistakes that are dangerous, even if there are times you messed up, you made up for them and still saved the day and always did what you could to take things seriously and learn something."

Randy is shocked. "You still remember that day?"

Morgan looks to him with a smile that could make his world stop. "Never stopped, and always kept the memory within me. I felt a crush coming up within you, but I never thought that the ninja I was having a crush on, is the guy I have a crush on." She then blushes after admitting that.

Randy is speechless. "Wait, hold the juice. You have a crush on me?"

Morgan nods. "For a long while, it started as this small puppy crush, but then I took the time to truly like you from afar, and I saw that you were meant for something great and to the fact that… You were the first person to help me long ago, and I don't know if you…."

"The sandbox in the playground, the day before I met Howard" replied Randy. He then removes his hoodie. "Some kids were bullying you and I came and stood up to them and then our parents came and helped us both from the mess."

Morgan is surprised. "You never…"

"Forgot about that day? Pretty much" replied Randy with a smile. "Never thought that the teen with me now, is the same girl I never forgotten, really did change when you had a different ponytail."

Morgan chuckles. "Well, I changed and to be honest, the day you helped me… It was the moment for me to never be shy and to take charge and not get pushed around, and then came my liking for dancing. That act you pulled to help me, is the reason I am here now."

"You kept being yourself, and showed signs of always trying to do something fun and try to be cool and then showing how charismatic, charming and enthusiastic you were when it came to action packed stuff and extreme junk, and even with Weinerman being there to annoy almost everyone."

Randy did not see that one coming, and then Morgan continues. "But even when you had that Weinerman dork as a friend, I never stopped noticing you from afar as we progressed in school life. I guess I was too busy with my own stick, and then came the day when…"

She then takes a moment to speak. "The day when you came into High School, and I didn't think you would come and so I again, watched you from afar and even though I wanted to talk to you. I felt like not to because… I didn't want our peers to be onto us and mess with whatever it was you and Weinerman had."

Morgan looks away in shame. "I don't know what the heck was I even thinking of not talking to you. I let my mind worry about our status and not let my own emotions come to me and…" Then she feels someone hold her hand, and it was Randy's hand holding hers.

"I don't think it's wrong for us to hang out. We met each other before anyone else did." Randy then blushes. "I guess we could…. Well, see where this goes. If you want?"

He then sees Morgan inching closer, with a stare that seemed alluring. "Yeah, I'd like that."

The duo slowly, and slowly inch to each other and feeling the breath on each other's mouth, but as they're about to share another kiss, the dang Ninja Nomicon triggers its sound and glows.

The two of them groan from this. "Did the Shinobi tell ya about that one?" asked Randy.

Morgan sighs. "Yeah, which means it wants to…. Randy, is that normal?"

Randy then sees the Ninja Nomicon is floating in front of them and is glowing between red, blue, white and purple. "No, that is definitely not new!"

Then the book opens in front of them and everything turns black.

To be continued in the next chapter.
