Two years

During the time skip many things changed for Naruto. In the beginning of his training Jiraya was only focused on Naruto's control of his tailed beast chakra. And other thing he focused on the Taijutsu training.

Jiraya was surprised by how easily Naruto can control tailed beast chakra. Naruto has shown his control till the six tail and told Jiraya that he can lose control if he go for seventh which was obviously a lie. Jiraya was quite impressed by how much Naruto has control over the kurama's chakra. Naruto trained in tailed beast chakra state for two months instead of a wasting his two year.

After that he is allowed to go on C rank mission given by Tsunade on regular intervals during his training. Taijutsu training become more severe after two months with Jiraya.

Naruto perfected his rasengan with only one hand in the third month which came as a surprise for Jiraya. He used his mass production shadow clones for that. Jiraya started to teach him in kenjutsu and low level genjutsu during this time. At that time Jiraya started to get frustrated due to lack of peeping on bath house and his lack of research.

Jiraya has no time for taking a peek on woman due to Naruto's full day training. When he asked Naruto to take break so his body can adjust but the little kid wants to train like Gai and Lee. Jiraya cried inside his mind and heart for the lack of time for his bath house research.

He got a relief when Tsunade sent a C rank mission for Naruto. But the damn boy completed it in three days.

Except for his daily practice of Taijutsu and kenjutsu. Naruto does his daily workout to keep his body in top condition. He irritates Jiraya for the new jutsu. If he find the toad sanin near any ladies he will shout a pervert and disappear when he doesn't tell him ignores his question about the jutsus. Soon it became a nightmare for Jiraya. He can only relax when Naruto goes for a C rank mission. So he wrote to Tsunade to sent the missions every week.

Naruto some time targets Jiraya with the genjutsu of Sexy ladies in his sleep and to spice things up he later turns them into gay men or bearded women. Jiraya is now always alert to maintain his sanity.

After the constant complaints of Naruto. Jiraya decided to teach him some different kind of jutsu when he'll finish up his other daily practice. At first he taught him how to hide from other ninja expert but Naruto mastered quickly because he is quite good at it from his early childhood.

Naruto learned spy techniques and low level jutsus from Jiraya. Naruto asked Jiraya to teach him fuinjutsu. At first the toad sanin refused but decided to teach him some low level sealing techniques.

By the time the first year of his training completed, he was far ahead of anyone from his age. Not only he advanced in his kenjutsu and fuinjutsu. He progressed a lot in his Taijutsu. He is not on the level of Gai or Lee but he mixed his Taijutsu with modern day MMA techniques to give him an edge in his future fight. He also learned Leaf Dragon God due to his both life memory. At least one Taijutsu power technique is now in his arsenal. He didn't want to strain his body like Lee and Gai through the use of chakra gates.

He learned a variety of average ninjutsu and average genjutsu techniques from Jiraya during this one year. He also completed his 25 C rank mission before the end of the first year. And Tsunade has to officially recognise him as a chunin. She also send him the things necessary for the chunin including the chunin jacket.

During the second year Naruto tested his chakra nature. The chakra paper wrinkled all over. But then the half of the paper has to burn in a blood red fire and other half to split in many parts. So he has lightning, fire and wind as his primary nature affinity. He started to practice in his three chakra nature with the help of his multi shadow clones.

During the second year of third month he started to focus on chunin level elemental jutsu along with his another techniques. And secretly at night he will practice rasensuriken and rasen ringu. He uses his mass shadow clones to practice it in short time.

During the fourth month of second year, Jiraya started to taught him some of the special summoning techniques and his personal techniques. Naruto started to do meditation to calm his mind during this time. And one day he tapped on nature chakra by accident. He never told Jiraya about it but the toad sanin has some doubts about it. But before he can take naruto to Mt. myoboku Naruto learned it by himself. And instead of yellow pigments above his eyes he got red pigments. And the markings of Ignia's got activated during the process. The markings sucked the nature energy like a greedy person.

Jiraya asked him about it the next day. Naruto told him he didn't know about nature energy. He tapped on it by accident and somehow his body liked it very much. When he asked about markings in his body. He told him he doesn't know how he got it. Maybe it was their from his birth.

Jiraya took him to Mt. Myoboku the next day and left him to learn more about it from toads. And then Jiraya dumped the responsibility of Naruto on Ma and Pa and ran away with an excuse for the research. Now Naruto can't go on his mission without Jiraya being outside of Mt.Myoboku.

Toads were surprised by his markings and told him that they couldn't teach him sage mode because he already learned it on his own. But they taught him the frog kata which surprisingly took only one month.

During the second year of eight month. He asked toads to take him to uzushiogakure. Pa took him to the ruins of uzushiogakure. Naruto searched every part of ruins with his shadow clone army. He found some books on fuinjutsu hidden in some houses. And a very hidden library full of books and all kind of jutsu and fuinjutsu scroll which went to his magical space which is accessible to him alone.

Few days later Jiraya came back due to Tsunade's scolding and took Naruto back to his previous adventure. But he didn't forget how Naruto tortured him and didn't gave any time for his po... research work. She made him write all his research work for his final preparation. When the younger boy asked him why he is doing his work. He told him to get used to Hokage desk work which was a lie.

After one mission when Naruto was coming back he tried his luck in a casino. He really underestimated his luck. He won round after round and only stopped when the casino manager came and begged him to give up. He took a lot of money and some extra money from the manager to never come back to his casino. In other words he was banned from that place. Jiraya laughed when he heard about it.

Naruto looked at his magical inventory if he has some katana. He found out that he has a different types of weapon. Ainz was a collector of every good things which he values. So he took a good look at the items. From world class items to rare items. He took two uncommon katanas from his inventory. He can produce items from his magic but the katanas are so beautiful so he couldn't resist to use on his enemies later. Jiraya asked him about the katanas but Naruto told him he bought it with casino's money when he came across a Traveller who was in need of money.

Naruto read some swordmen manuals from yggdrassil. He practised the manuals with his katanas which produced a good result. By the end of second year he honed his swordsmanship on whole another level. He also learned some barrier techniques from jiraya during the last few month. He completed 60 C ranked mission alone in the whole two years. But the thing most improved of Naruto is his fuinjutsu. He also discovered the adamantine sealing chains. But he cannot practice it due to lack of time.

One thing he secretly did during his second year is he sent some shadow clones in the transformation of common people to konoha. To spread some rumors about a child of Minato namikaze. And it brought terrors among the commoners. No one knew who started the gossip but every women and men heard about it at some point in konoha.

Konoha

Izumo and kotetsu were standing on the gates of konoha like their eternal guards. When jiraya came along with a teenager. The boy is around 5.5 feet with blonde hair and whisker marks on his face. But the teenager is not wearing orange but blue colour pant and shirt with a chunin vest. He has two katanas which are on his back.

"Hello Jiraya sama, ohh Naruto kun, I couldn't recognise you for a minute. You are a hot topic for this year among the konoha citizens," Izumo said to Naruto. He was delighted when he saw the news of Naruto being the son of fourth hokage was like a fire among the citizens. At least now they will stop treating Naruto as an eyesore according to his thought.

"At last I am free from training Naruto. Now I can research till my heart desires," Jiraya said to them with a fire in his eyes.

"We should ask lady tsunade if you can train me even more. It was a nice journey with missions and training," Naruto said to Jiraya who looked back as if he has seen a ghost.

"You are fully trained Naruto. I can only give you lessons a day per month. No more training journey for you," Jiraya said to Naruto. Now no one can stand before his research and him.

"It looks like you had a very good time for two years," kotetsu said to Naruto. He is amazed by their reaction. He doesn't know what happened during their training but it must be nightmare for Jiraya.

"I pranked a perverted sanin for more than one and half year, if I exclude my 60 C rank mission and my time in the Mt. myoboku. Bath house are sure fun when you shout a pervert at top of your lungs when the women came charging like bulls. It was a fun time," Naruto said to Izumo and kotetsu. Izumo and kotetsu has a sweat rolling under their chin when they heard his words.

"Even with such difficulties I will never abandon my title of super pervert," Jiraya said to Naruto. He has a proud smile on his face.

After that they went towards the hokage tower where Tsunade is waiting for them.
