I don't know where I was going, I just need to get out. I need fresh air, suddenly I felt the cold air on my face, I didn't even know I was crying till the cold air hit the tire tracks down my face. "Amorette," someone called behind me softly behind me, I know them, but I don't know who they are. I turn and for the second time that day my brown eyes my meet his green emeralds. He stepped forward pulling me into a hug, I didn't hug back, but I didn't pull away. I think it was the way that heat spread through my body when he touched me that caused me to stand there. "What's wrong?" he asked, pulling away to look me dead in the eye's. I saw something flicker in his eyes, something I hated. Pity.
"Nothing." I answered in the same hard cold toin as before.
"Ok, let's go in." he knows I was lying but let it drop, why.
Instead of letting my guard drop, I can't let my guard drop. "Why" I asked, a little less cold than normal, letting him lead me to the door.
"Part of the project, love" I stopped dead in my tracks, and I was suddenly aware that our hands are linked. He torrand to look at me "what" he said in an amused voice. I suddenly feel my stomach drop.
"Nothing" I mumble, remembering the small fact that I forgot to munching, Amy. They were always friends, but sometime last year they started dating. I have no idea why. Amy was a comply bint, and loved all the attention first being friends with a Potter held, now dating one. We walk back into the great hall, no one seems to see as they come in, or they don't care.
"THERE IS NO WAY I AM PARTNERED WITH HIM, I HAVE A BOYFRIEND, I SHOULD BE WITH HIM!" Amy cried, I looked over at where she was to see she is next to Cormac McLagan Jr. that guy is a told crepe.
"Miss Lin, sit done the partners were random, the only thing was to put you with someone from a different house." McGonagall told her sternly. I held in my laughter as I sat down next to Scorp.
"Talk later" I wisped in Scorps' ear before he can ask. He nodded to say he knows what I mean. I node Rose Weasley sitting next to him, 'probably partners' I thought. I got up to go back to the Slytherin dorm when stately Professor Weasley calls out to as
"Where do you think you're going?" Professor Weasley questions.
"To our dorms." I say bring my right hand to slap the side of my head in a da mossing. Professor Weasley gives me a look that clearly says 'you need to act less like that'. Ok so I may have missed the part where we are going to live is the FORBIDDEN FOREST, I think McGonagall has no brain cells at this point.
God I hate this year and we haven't even gone to class yet.
