Back at the Beach House
(This part of the story follows what happened once Katara left)
Suki gave Sokka a look. "What?" "Are you serious" she shot back and rolled her eyes. Toph put down her tea "Obviously she's having a hissy fit that you ignored sugar queen ... I honestly didn't SEE a problem with it." Sokka started to laugh uncontrollably. Suki rolled her eyes "Don't encourage him. " She got up to leave but then she turned back to the laughing teens "Toph, how about you help me and Sokka train?" Toph got up and stood on the table "THE MELON LORD SHALL RETURN!!" Sokka facepalmed and said in a sarcastic tone "Great". A few hours later Sokka and Suki walked in the door looking beaten up and exhausted. Toph followed behind the couple with a smile on her face. "The Melon Lord shall rest again". Suki turned around and rolled her eyes. While walking up to his room he shouted "I'll be in bed if you need me." Toph sat on the stairs "Who's making dinner? Sugar Queen isn't here. And hurling rocks at you guys all day makes me hungry." Suki looked in the kitchen and in an annoyed voice said "We are out of food Toph."Toph punched a hole in the wall. "Calm down. I'll get food first thing in the morning." Toph rolled her head. And the two went back up to bed. The next morning Suki awoke before the others. She got out of bed and put on her fire nation outfit. "Sokka. I'm going into town to get some breakfast, you want to come" He continued sleeping "
"Yeah. I love you too," she gave him a kiss on the forehead and went downstairs. She asked herself if she should leave a note. Then she remembered Toph can't read,and Sokka wouldn't be up for at least 2 more hours. She had planned on only going to one market but had found herself shopping at three markets.While waiting in line to check out at the final market. The door of the store went flying. After avoiding the flying door Suki and others turned to see a mysterious person dressed in black running in. The person was wearing a mask that covered their mouth and forehead only revealing half of her eyes, a black top with black pants.
Suki grabbed one of her fans out of her dress and positioned herself getting ready for a fight. Suki charged at the girl. As the girl's were fighting Suki noticed the girl wasn't trying to steal anything from the shop or trying to hurt anyone else, the girl was only trying to take down Suki. Finally the girl grabbed Suki's wrist pinning her to the wall. "Calm down Suki"the girl exclaimed, having been caught off guard, Suki swept the girl's legs and pinned the girl to the ground. "Who are you?"the girl pulled off her mask while still on the ground only allowing Suki to see her face. Suki gasped and started laughing. It was Ty Lee. Suki unpinned Ty Lee and whispered in her ear. "Let's take this outside." Ty Lee nodded and put her mask back on. The two girls exited the shop and went behind the shop. "Just like old times right?" Ty Lee smiled. "It's good to see you too, Ty Lee, but next time you want to surprise visit me, don't dress so ominous." The two smiled and hugged. "What do I owe the honor of this visit?" Suki said in a sarcastic voice, placing one hand on her hip. "Well as you may have heard Zuko captured Azula. He asked Katara if her healing could help fix Azula's mind" Suki nodded.
"And we need some extra muscle to help restrain her. That way Katara can work." Suki smiled "Well it beats being stuck at meetings." Ty Lee jumped up and smiled. "Now to get Sokka and Toph." She grabbed Suki's arm running back toward the house. Ty Lee kicked open the front door. Sokka jumped on top of the table and pulled out his boomerang. Ty Lee did a front flip landing on top of the table and hugged Sokka. "It's so great to see you Sokka." Still surprised Sokka returned the hug and awkwardly patted Ty Lee on the back "Good to see you too Ty Lee." Suki walked in the house a , giving an awkward look at Sokka. Ty Lee turned to see Suki's face and immediately let go of Sokka, and jumped off the table. "Umm... where is Toph?" Suki said looking around trying to forget what she just saw. Sokka jumped off the table and returned his boomerang to his bag. "In her room. She refuses to leave her room until she gets food." Ty Lee chuckled, Suki sighed and headed upstairs toward Toph's room. Ty Lee filled Sokka in on the current situation.
"Toph, can you please come downstairs?"Suki said, knocking on Toph's door. "No." Suki rolled her eyes and face palmed then an idea came to mind. "Alright fine" Suki began walking back downstairs. But before she reached the first step. Toph opened the door. And stepped out. " I am still hungry" the young earth bender said. Suki smiled and continued walking downstairs. Ty Lee ran to Toph and hugged her. "Oh my gosh I missed you guys so much. Things get boring without you guys." Toph just patted her on the back and said "Yeah I missed you too." Suki grabbed Ty Lee's shoulder pulling her off of Toph "Not to ruin the moment Ty Lee but shouldn't we go?" Ty Lee nodded and opened the house door " The royal boat is waiting for us at the dock." Ty Lee lead the trio outside to the boat. On their way to the boat Ty Lee explained the situation to Toph and answered all the questions about the situation as she could. The four boarded the boat. "Set a course for home." Ty Lee said in a confident voice. Suki went into a room to change into her Kyoshi Uniform. Sokka and Toph helped themselves to ordering the chef to cook the finest Fire Nation Meals. Hours later they arrived. "Welcome back to Fire Lord Zuko's palace" Ty Lee said. The teens headed for the gate.
