Inari is a lot of fun and I am having fun exploring her relationship with her brother... it is a lot of fun! Unstable and unhealthy, but fun!

Sweat broke across Inari's brow as she lifted a fridge from the pile of garbage. It wasn't the heaviest thing she had lifted, not even close, but it was still difficult to manage since she wasn't technically lifting it up... she was pushing it up, away from the ground. That was how her powers worked, it wasn't true telekenesis despite what other's thought. She could only push and pull things. She used to only push and pull from her hands, and truthfully it was still easier using her hands as the focus of her power, but as she aged and got better she realized she could make other things a focus. In this case the ground, pushing the fridge from the ground itself was a lot harder then it looked but it was practice for her special secret move.

Goddess Lift!

If it all worked out, she would be able to simulate flight! The theory was actually pretty simple, push off of the ground with one hand and guide herself by either pulling herself or pushing herself towards or away from a target of her choice. She was practicing with the Fridge to build her stamina and strength, to make sure she could actually handle long term flight. It would also help her focus so she didn't falter in battle.

Or so she hoped.

"Okay... the lifting is getting easier, let's try a push." Raising her other hand, she pushed away all while maintaining the fridge's levitation. It was shaky but the thing did move several feet before the strain got to her and she was forced to let it go, which it did with a large crash. "We'll call that progress... let's try with my own body."

Pushing a hand down, she pushed agaisnt the ground, shakily rising into the air. The focus needed was intense, more was at risk here after all if she fell, and it gave her a light headache. After holding herself in the air for a solid minute, she used her other hand to push outwards, sending tiny pulses of power to move in each direction. It was uncomfortable, rough, like going off roading on a bumpy path without a seatbelt. She would really have to work on it if she wanted her special move to be of value.

She only stayed in the air, playing around with her Special move, for about twenty minutes before it was too much and she had to drop herself. Panting, she bent over, watching sweat fall from her face onto the cool sand. " That was rough... I really need to work on my stamina. I wonder if working out more would help, it wouldn't hurt."

Stripping her clothes off, she waddeled towards the beachfront and rushed into the water, eager to wash off as much of the sweat as she could and just enjoy the cold water. She was weird like that.

Floating ontop of the water for a while, using her power to push herself to and fro, she was about to get out when she heard something. A familar something...

A Scream, her brother' scream.

Not caring for anything else, she blasted out of the water with all she had, rushing blindly towards the source of the painful sound.

"But I thought you said that I was worthy!" Her Zuzu started to cry, which really worried her.

What the hell was he talking about? Worthy, for what? She may still be pissed at him but that didn't mean she didnt care about him and his saftey. God damn it, she still cared to the point it actually hurt.

"I'm talking about your weak body." A man's deep, familar voice echoed in the trash heap, far too close to her brother's voice for comfort. "My quirk, One for All, is a whole lot to handle. The combined physical abilities of everyone who's ever used it creates a hurricane of pure force. An unprepared body can't fully inherit it. Your arms and legs would shoot off if you tried to."

Her heart exploded in her chest at the notion of her brother being hurt by anything, however she wasn't so distracted as to not hear or question why or how a Quirk was inherited. It made no sense and yet...

She heard her brother shiver. "Seriously? Okay. So this whole trash thing is really some kind of hardcore gym workout. And... you're my trainer."

"You got it. But there's another reason, too. I did a little online research yesterday. Turns out this part of the beach used to be beautiful, but it's been a mess for the last few years."

"That's right. Because of the ocean currents, anything that's dropped in the water ends up here. People take advantage of that when they're illegally dumping their trash. Now, all the locals avoid this place."

'I love this beach, no one comes here so I can swim without being oogled, train my Quirk without being caught and be as destructive as I can.' She was so close to them, to the voices.

"Heroes these days are all about showing off and capturing flashy villains. Things were different before quirks. Service was what mattered. Back then, heroes were those who helped the community.:"Beyond the voice was the sound of something being crushed. Something metallic." Even if it was kinda boring, you will restore the coastline for this entire section of the beach. That is the first step on your path, young man. Towards being a hero."

A blast of wind and countless objects fluttered past her, her Quirk activating on instinct blocking everything from hitting her and revealing All Might of All People talking to her kneeling brother... who looked at her with horro.

"Sissy!"

All Might whipped around, looking at her with shock. "Young Inari... ah... how... how much did you hear?"

She frowned. "Enough to know you are, somehow, passing on a quirk to my brother which may akill him?" She moved, feeling predatory and ready to strike. She squeezed her hands, focusing on the man's chest. He actually wheezed, collasping and spitting up blood, which startled her enough to stop what she was doing. "I... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to...I ..." She shivered, hating herself for losing control.

"It is fine, young Inari... and yes, I am aim to pass on my Quirk to your brother. My Quirk is one that can do that... he says we can trust you not to betray our trust and spread this knowledge. " All Might stood tall, frowning. " Worry not, I will train him to withstand the force of it." He turned to Izuku. "Young Midoriya, you wanna go to UA, right?"

"Well, yeah. Of course! You went there. So it must be the best school around, right? It's a long shot. But still. I'm gonna shoot for the moon. UA! Inari's going there too, she has an amazing Quirk and she is so good with it. I wanna be in the same class as her." Her brother looked at her with his big, beautiful eyes, as if begging for forgiveness.

She just sighed. "I love you, too, brat." She walked over to her brother and picked him up, hugging him tight. "Do you really want this Zuzu?"

From the crook of her neck, where she always placed his head when they hugged, he whispered. "It's everything I've wanted, Sissy... please, don't make me refuse him. I know your scared, I am too but... this means the world to me."

"And your my world, Zuzu... I couldn't live if you died from a stupid Quirk." She pulled away and turned to All Might. "If he gets even the tinniest injury from your power, you die. By my hands, are we clear?"

To her shock and pleasure, All Might actually looked afraid. "Yes Ma'am."

"Good..." She turned back to her brother, brushing his hair to the side. "Work hard and kick ass, Zuzu. I'll be training my Quirk here, I have some cool new moves to show you..."

His eyes brightened. "Really!"

"Yup, I think I might even be able to fly."

'''

All Might was a little uncomfortable, watching Izuku with his sister. She acted more like a doting mother then a sister, her hands protectively wrapped around him, her eyes shifting nervously as if afraid of an attack... the girl had clear PTSD from protecting her brother, from fighting constantly. Her anxiety was terrible, it broke his heart to see it... and to be frank he was well aware that Izuku had terrible anxiety as well, his constant tears a clear sign of some kind of emotional abuse. The boy hadn't been very forthcoming on that front and All Might knew enough to not push...

But Inari might be honest, so he could ask her...

Speaking of Inari, she turned to him suddenly. "How are you going to help Izuku manage this?"

"Not to worry, my girl. I've got him covered. With the help of my handy 'Aim to pass: American Dream Plan!' Follow this to the letter, and the beach will be cleared up just in time. I also detailed every other aspect of his life while I was at it," All Might said, handing Izuku the workout plan.

"Even my sleep is scheduled," Izuku pointed out, flipping through the plan. Inari watched from behind, smiling serenely.

All Might stage whispered. "If I'm being honest, this is going to be super hard. Think you're up to it?"

"Yeah, sure I am. I have to work way harder than anyone else to get in. So what choice do I have, right?"

Inari snorted. "A lot, you are smart enough to go in a million different paths... but since this is what you want.. I guess I have to be your cheerleader, so you better get your tiny backside moving." She actually spanked her brother, making him squeal. " I'm a girl, your twin and I am stronger then you Twiggy."

Izuku scowled at her, rubbing his butt. "That hurt."

"I love you, too Twiggy." She flexed, showing off that she was actually rather muscular in a pretty girl way. "I have been training for years to get into U.A. I jog daily, swim a few times a week, lift three days a week... I've offered for you to join me but nooooo, it wasn't good enough for little Twiggy."

"Ahh, Sissy, don't be like that." Izuku whined, making All Might laugh hard.

He actually was starting to like this girl. He hoped she got into U.A., if for no other reason then Izuku seemed to adore her... no matter how scary she was.

'Perhaps she should get therapy... that might not be a bad idea... '

;;;

No matter his fear of her, or his annoyance with her clinginess, Izuku adored his sister. She was his best freind, biggest fan and Mom in all but name... not talking to her for two whole days, after the whole thing with the Sludge Villian, was painful. Crazy though she was, she was amazing and he loved her. It was great to have her back, hugging him and taking care of him in her crazy way.

"Show me your flying!" He said suddenly excited as he remembered her saying that she was working on flight.

His sister sighed. "Of course, brat... just, don't judge, this is a work in progress." He watched as she leviated herself, before propelling herself forward, moving at a snails pace really, but it was still amazing and he was in awe.

"Wow, your so good Sissy!"

All Might nodded. " That is very impressive, not many telekenetics manage actual flight, they cannot move more then one object at a time or cannot use their powers on themselves or cannot sustain the movement for long enough, or their bodies are too heavy. It is impressive."

She blushed, to Izuku's shock. His sister was pure confidence after all. "I am not telekentic, not really. I can Push and Pull things from a specific point. I can move quite a bit, my max so far is a thousand pounds but I am working on that. I am aiming for twice that by the time the Exams start."

"A lofty goal, but one I have faith that you can manage, my dear."

Izuku nodded. "He's right, Sissy, you can do this!"

"And so can you, Zuzu... now, I think you should get cracking. Only so much time til the exams, we don't want you exploding and Mr. All Might dying by hand, do we?"

Izuku just shivered, knowng both paths were very, very real possibilities.

His sister was crazy enough to kill All Might and with his injuries, she might be strong enough to do it...

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was a lot of fun to write.
