Ai sat on her bed, and began to cry. She couldn't believe what she'd just seen. Seeing Ikuno all torn up like that scared her real bad. "Ai!" The crying girl looked up to see her father, Mitsuru, running up to hug her. "It's ok, Ai, Daddy's here." Ai just crying more as she embraced her father. "I-I-Iku-Iku-Ikuno...was dying...!" Ai was hyperventilating. "Ai, baby girl." Kokoro walked into their room to hug her daughter. "Mitsuru, what do we do?" Kokoro asked, worried.

"I-

don't know...

I guess at this rate, she's just traumatized, we should calm her down. Did that book tell you anything about calming a child down after seeing something traumatic?" Kokoro picked up her book on pregnancy, and smiled.

"What a wonderful book."

A slight smile appeared on Mitsuru's face too, and then he snapped back into reality, and so did Kokoro. "Kokoro." He said. "Oh yeah." Hse filled to the table of contents. "Let's see." Traumatic Events was in bold print at page 72. "Here!"

When a child is traumatized by something they saw, heard, touched, or even smelled and/or tasted, they first need a hug, and then to be told that whatever traumatized them would be ok. For example, if a child saw a bloody picture, if the child is between ages 0-2 they probably wouldn't understand, but if the child is between ages 3-10, they would very well be scared or worried. If it was a loved one who was hurt, and they saw something like that happen to that person, you need to reassure him or her that that person will be ok, and will survive, but if you know that person will sadly not make it, you must tell them the heartbreaking truth that that person will soon pass away.

Kokoro closed the book and set in the chair next to Ai's bed. "Ai, honey, Ikuno will be ok, she won't die. I know what you saw was scary, but Mommy and Daddy have seen much worse." Mitsuru nodded in agreement. "Wanna know how we dealt with it?" He asked. "How?" Ai looked up and wiped her tears. "We prayed that we would be able to forget that horrible thing and be able to continue on with life and not be scared anymore." Kokoro put her hands together. "Let us pray." (I know they aren't Christians but whtaever idc) "Dear Lord, I pray that Ai will forget that fearful thing that she saw, and that she will soon be able to go on with life normally again, In Jesus' name I pray, Amen." Mitsuru and Kokoro looked at their daughter. "Amen." She said and clapped her hands together. Kokoro and Mitsuru laughed at their adorable little girl and the three fell asleep in each others arms.

Wassup

Ok sorry

That prayer was also for anyone reading this who is struggling in life right now. :) Also, sorry for posting a little late. I was real lazy on Friday and really stressed on Thursday, but Sinon calmed me down with "Sorry to tell you this, but she's, a dude." = I laughed so hard. Anyways, That was this chapter. I kinda wanted to make a chapter on Kokoro and Mitsuru comforted Ai after her having to see Ikuno like that. Again, I couldn't let Ikuno die, so I gave her and injury that would give her a disability, but it wouldn't be bad enough to kill her, so that's why. Aight, so that was this chapter!

Bye!

God Bless! =
