~~Hello readers, a new chapter has arrived.
I do not own anything from Digimon.
Only my original characters belong to me.~~
Tentomon and I had just fallen asleep on a patch of soft grass in the same thick forest where we met our new friends.
We were exhausted after a fight with the vicious Kuwagamon.
~Several Hours Later~
The sun was starting to go down.
I woke up to the voices of my friends.
Tentomon was still asleep on my chest.
Tai and Agumon were still sitting near my left side.
Izzy was still working on the computer with Tentomon hovering by his side.
Everyone else remained on the other side of our fire pit.
"Hello everyone," I said softly.
"Hey Sioku, I'm glad you're awake," Tai greeted happily.
Tai held onto me as I slowly sat up.
I gently lowered Tentomon onto my lap in order to prevent myself from startling him.
"Thank you Tai," I said.
"You're welcome Sioku," he replied.
"How did you sleep?" asked Agumon.
"I slept very wel," I answered with a smile.
Agumon leaned against my side and nuzzled me.
I protectively placed my hand over Tentomon's body.
"Agumon, please be careful over here. My Tentomon is still sleeping," I whispered.
"Your Digimon looks really cute like that," Agumon replied.
I giggled at that in amusement.
Izzy turned away from his laptop and smiled at me.
"Good evening Sioku," he greeted.
"Same to you Izzy," I replied.
I paused and looked at Tai as a curious thought crossed my mind. "Hey Tai, how did you guys defeat that Kuwagamon?"
"Our Digimon worked together and destroyed the black gear in its body," he answered.
"What in the DigiWorld is a black gear? What is it used for?" I asked.
"All we know is that those things are no good. They turn good Digimon into evil ones," Tai explained.
"I just hope Kuwagamon will be okay now," I said with a sigh.
"He should be fine," replied Agumon.
Tentomon woke up and slowly opened his eyes.
I held my Digimon tight to let him know that I was still there.
He relaxed while staring up at me.
"Hi Tentomon," I said quietly.
My Digimon yawned and started to stretch.
He then lifted himself into the air.
I grinned proudly in admiration of his quick recovery.
"Hello Sioku," he replied.
Izzy looked over at my Tentomon and smiled. "Wow, your Digimon is looking very well."
I nodded my head in agreement.
"It's good to have you back Tentomon," continued Tai.
I watched happily as my Tentomon lifted himself into the air and then flew on top of a nearby tree.
"Take it easy Tentomon," I called.
Tentomon just nodded his head in response.
"I'm sure he'll be okay Sioku," Izzy said calmly.
I looked at Izzy and sighed.
"I know Izzy, but I just cant help but monitor Tentomon after he has a flashback or a nightmare. He has already been through so much trauma in his life. I'm just worried about him," I quietly explained.
My friends and I gathered up some wood and carried it over to our fire pit.
It was my first time walking around without Tentomon since I've been in the DigiWorld.
He needed his own space anyway.
Once we returned, Agumon started the fire with his Pepper Breath.
I watched in awe as the flames grew huge inside the pit.
"Clever move Agumon," I called out with a huge grin.
"Good aim little buddy," added Tai.
"Thanks guys," Agumon cheerfully replied.
Joe and Matt went with their Digimon to the river to catch some fish for everyone.
Sora, Mimi, and T.K. searched the trees for berries.
I helped Izzy and Tai clean up around the fire pit.
A few minutes later, I saw Matt and Joe walking toward us with a bunch of fish.
"Nice work boys," I praised.
"Thanks," replied Matt.
The five of us took turns cooking fish over the fire.
Everyone else returned with fruit shortly afterward.
"Tentomon! Dinner is ready," I called to him.
"I'm coming Sioku," Tentomon replied as he flew down from the tree.
He softly landed on the ground next to me.
After all of the food was equally distributed, we finally dug into it.
My Tentomon and I stayed quiet while everyone else talked.
After supper, I helped everybody else clean up our area.
We kept the fire going to keep us warm for the night.
Everyone found comfortable a spot to lay down.
Hey guys, I have a good idea," I said happily.
"What is it?" asked Tai.
"We should find a beach tomorrow," I suggested.
"That sounds like fun," replied Sora.
"I'm totally in," continued Tai.
I couldn't help but giggle at Tai's excitement.
My friends and I got situated as the sun began to set.
"Wow, the sunset in this world is really pretty," I exclaimed.
"I agree," replied Mimi.
We watched in awe as millions of bright stars appeared in the sky.
The night sky looked like a firework show.
One by one, all of my friends started falling asleep.
I eventually got tired and fell asleep with Tentomon laying on my chest.
Unfortunately, my dream wasn't very peaceful.
I ended up in the terrible nightmare of my eighth grade graduation.
The dream felt so real, even in the safety of this new world.
I shook myself awake after Julie had finished yelling at me.
My heart raced as I breathed heavily.
Tears poured from my eyes as I looked down at Tentomon's sleeping form.
I looked up at the sky and noticed that it was still dark.
Everybody else was still asleep.
Tentomon woke up and stared at me. "Sioku, are you all right?"
I held the Digimon close to my chest. "No Tentomon, I just had a bad dream."
"I'm here for you Sioku," he said while nuzzling me.
"I love you Tentomon," I softly replied.
I sat up and brushed myself off.
"Let's go for a walk," I suggested.
"Are you sure Sioku? It's still dark out," he said with concern.
"We should be fine Tentomon. I have my Digivice," I smoothly replied.
I stood up and proceeded to walk away from the group.
Tentomon cautiously floated by my side.
The cool air helped me relax.
That nightmare started to disappear from my mind.
I continued walking down a rocky path until we stopped at the entrance to a cave.
Tentomon and I quietly entered the cave.
This cave was illuminated by glowing rocks along the walls.
"Those rocks are cool, I thought.
I sat down on the floor near a glowing rock.
Tentomon nuzzled me again, and I gave him a hug.
I could tell that he really cared about me.
"Thank you Tentomon, I said with a smile.
"Any time Sioku," he replied before climbing onto my shoulder.
We sat in silence and focused on the glowing rocks.
"I finally found you Tentomon," said a male voice from the other side of the cave.
The voice sounded friendly and soft spoken.
"I wonder who that could be," I said while looking around.
We heard the sound of footsteps coming toward us.
Our male visitor stopped near my left side.
He was a humanoid Digimon wearing brown shoes with crescent moons on the ankles, a red and yellow full body suit, brown gloves, a red vest, an indigo cape, and a pointed indigo hat with a skull on it.
"Tentomon, I'm so glad to see that you've made a new friend. Congratulations," he said softly.
"Thank you very much," Tentomon replied.
I found the new guy's voice to be very soothing.
"Hello sir, my name is Sioku. Who are you?" I replied politely.
"My name is Wizardmon," he answered.
"It's great to see you again Wizardmon," said Tentomon.
"How do you two know each other?" I asked curiously.
"I healed this Tentomon after he had been severely injured by his old partner," Wizardmon answered.
"Wizardmon, you have healing powers?" I asked as my face lit up with excitement.
"Yes Sioku," he answered.
Tentomon started to tremble at Wizardmon's explanation.
I lovingly held my Digimon close to me and looked at Wizardmon. "Tentomon has already told me the whole story."
"I'm relieved to know that he has somebody who will be kind to him," Wizardmon replied.
"You can count on me," I said with a bright smile.
Tentomon buried his face into my chest.
"It's all right DigiDearest," I said softly.
Wizardmon stared at me with a curious look in his eyes. "Sioku, what brought you two into this cave?"
"I came here after waking up from a nightmare," I answered.
"You're welcome to sleep here tonight," he offered.
"Thanks Wizardmon, I would love to. I'll return to my friends in the morning," I replied gratefully.
"That sounds like a good idea," he said before walking away.
Wizardmon quickly returned carrying two large fur pelts.
I helped him lay them out on the floor.
We then settled ourselves into comfortable sleeping positions.
"Sleep well Sioku," whispered Wizardmon as he patted my shoulder.
I felt safe and secure next to Wizardmon.
He provided a peaceful aura that helped Tentomon and me fall asleep.
~Morning~
I woke up to the sunlight shining brightly through the cave's entrance.
Wizardmon was also awake.
He sat quietly on the fur pelt lost in deep thought.
I yawned and shielded my eyes from the sun's brightness.
"Good morning Wizardmon," I said happily.
"Same to you Sioku," he replied.
Tentomon was still asleep on my chest, so I chose not to move until he wakes up.
I dreamily grinned as I stared at my Digimon's sleeping form.
He reminded me of Milo, and I was really starting to miss my furry friend.
Wizardmon looked down at Tentomon and then up at me. "I could see that you two already have a tremendous bond."
"We sure do," I softly replied.
We had a brief moment of silence.
"Hey Sioku," whispered Wizardmon.
"Yes Wizardmon?" I replied.
"Has Tentomon had any flashbacks recently?" he asked quietly.
"Yes, Tentomon had a major flashback yesterday. It happened when my friends and I were attacked by an angry Kuwagamon. I asked him if he wanted to Digi-evolve, and the poor Digimon became terrified. I spent hours calming him down," I explained.
"I'm so glad Tentomon met you Sioku," Wizardmon replied as he embraced me.
I wrapped my arms around him in return.
"Me too," I whispered.
Being in Wizardmon's warm embrace made me forget about that nightmare I had last night.
A few minutes later, Tentomon woke up and looked at me.
"Hello Tentomon," I said quietly.
"Good morning Tentomon," added Wizzardmon.
"Same to yu guys," Tentomon replied as he slowly lifted himself into the air.
I started to stretch as I sat up on the fur pelt.
"Tentomon, are you ready to head back to our friends?" I asked with a smile.
"I think so," he answered.
"Hold on Sioku," Wizardmon said suddenly.
"What is it?" I replied.
"I need to examine Tentomon to make sure he is healing properly," Wizardmon answered.
Tentomon flew over to Wizardmon while staring at me.
I was both surprised and amazed by my Digimon's bravery.
"Don't worry Tentomon, I'm not going anywhere. I promise," I reassured.
Tentomon nodded his head in response.
I watched as Wizardmon began his examination.
First, Wizardmon thoroughly looked for injuries.
Then he pulled out a potion and lightly spraid Tentomon's body with it.
Tentomon remained calm during the whole procedure.
"My Digimon can really trust him," I thought.
"He looks great," said Wizardmon to me.
"Thank you sir," I replied politely.
I grinned as Tentomon floated back to my side.
"You did very well DigiDearest," I praised.
The Digimon just nuzzled me in response.
I stood up before folding up the fur pelt.
"Wizardmon, I appreciate you for letting me borrow this. You're a kind Digimon," I said as I gently set the fur pelt down beside him.
"You're very welcome Sioku," Wizzardmon replied as he slipped both pelts into a sack.
Tentomon and I made our way back toward the entrance of the cave.
"It was a pleasure meeting you Wizardmon. Thanks again for everything," I said with a wave.
"Hopefully we'll see you again," added Tentomon.
Before Tentomon and I had the chance to exit, Wizardmon met us at the entrance.
"Hold on you two," he said.
"What's going on?" I asked while looking at him.
"I would like to join you and your friends," he answered.
I thought about his request and smiled.
"Wizardmon, I would be honored to have you come along with us. You are one of our friends," I replied.
"Thank you very much," he said.
"It's our pleasure," replied Tentomon.
Wizardmon led the way as we exited the cave.
The fresh air felt very relaxing.
My friends were just starting to wake up as the two Digimon and I arrived at our camping spot.
"Good morning everybody," I said cheerfully.
"Hello good people," added Tentomon.
"Good morning," they replied.
Agumon joyfully jumped into my arms. "Hi Sioku, I'm so happy to see you!"
"I'm glad to see you too Agumon," I replied before laughing.
Agumon walked back to Tai's side as soon as I set him down on the floor.
Izzy pointed to the Digimon standing behind me. "Sioku, who is that?"
"Everyone, please give a warm welcome to our newest friend Wizardmon. He will be traveling with us from now on," I answered proudly.
"Welcome to the group Wizardmon," everybody cheered.
"I am honored to be here with all of you," he replied.
Tai turned to me with a curious look in his eyes. "Hey Sioku," how did you meet Wizardmon?"
"Tentomon and I went for a walk after I woke up from a nightmare about Julie. We entered this cave on the other side of a rocky path. There were glowing rocks inside that cave which was very cool to see. Wizardmon approached us and introduced himself. He let Tentomon and me stay in there until the next morning. Wizardmon wanted to join us, so I invited him since he is a good friend of Tentomons. This Digimon also has healing powers," I explained.
"The more the merrier," said Tai.
"It's always nice to have a another friend," continued T.K.
"Your healing powers will definitely help us out Wizardmon," added Sora.
"That's pro dijious," exclaimed Izzy.
"Thank you all very much," replied Wizardmon.
Izzy's catch phrase made my heart skip a beat.
My face pinked up as I grinned at him.
I started to tremble as my mind was racing in all directions.
Wizardmon calmly put a hand on my shoulder. "Are you all right Sioku?"
"Yes," I simply answered.
Izzy stared at me confused. "Sioku, what's with all the excitement?"
"I'm just excited because Wizardmon is here," I answered in a flustered way.
Izzy just turned away in response.
"I think Sioku has a crush on Izzy," said Mimi.
"It isn't very nice to tease people," replied Joe.
My face turned bright red as I remained silent.
A million thoughts raced through my mind.
However, I decided to brush off this whole topic and move on.
Many conversations began at once.
I turned my attention to my Tentomon who was quietly hovering by my side. "How are you today DigiDearest?"
"I'm okay Sioku," he answered.
My friends and I quickly gathered up some food and prepared a meal.
I sat with Tai, Izzy, and Wizardmon.
Tai decided to start up a conversation and looked straight at me. "Hey Sioku, why do you want to find a beach today?"
"I just love the ocean. Creatures that live in the water are beautiful too," I answered with a bright smile.
"The sound of crashing waves is also relaxing," Izzy pointed out.
"That's true," I replied.
Izzy turned on his laptop and pulled up a map.
"There's a beach not far from here," he said while pointing to the screen.
"Oh my gosh that's great! I can't wait," I joyfully replied.
Wizardmon chuckled as he patted my head. "You sure have a lot of energy."
After cleaning up, my friends and I began making our way through the thick forest.
We stepped over broken tree branches and ducked under huge plants.
I looked at all of the beautiful scenery to pass the time.
We eventually reached a sandy beach after much walking.
"This beach is beautiful," said Mimi.
"The salty sea air is refreshing too," I replied.
I decided to go near the water with Wizardmon and Tentomon following me.
The rest of my friends explored the beach.
Wizardmon agreed to watch Tentomon so I could have some time to myself.
It felt good to be by the ocean again.
I sat down at the edge of the water and slipped into pleasant thoughts about this world.
All of my worries about Julie began to disappear completely.
The crashing waves drowned out the sound of her wicked voice.
A loud roar suddenly dragged me out of my thoughts.
My heart began to race as I panted.
I quickly stood up and brushed myself off.
"Tentomon! Wizardmon! Where are you?" I called out.
"We're coming Sioku," Wizardmon called back.
The two Digimon flew toward me in a protective manner.
My face lit up as I watched them land in front of me.
"I'm so relieved to see you guys. Did you hear a loud roar just now?"
"We sure did," answered Tentomon.
"That's why we rushed back for you," added Wizzardmon.
"You two are the best Digimon friends I ever had. Thank you so much," I said while hugging them tight.
The same roar we heard before grew louder and startled the three of us.
It sounded like another Digimon was in pain.
"Tentomon, what Digimon is roaring like that?" I hollered.
"I'll go check it out," he answered.
"Please be careful," I said smoothly.
"I'll be fine Sioku," he assured.
My emotions crashed into me like an ocean wave.
Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I watched him fly away.
Tentomon bravely hovered over the water.
"I love you Tentomon," I called out to him.
Wizardmon stayed by my side to protect me.
He noticed my emotions and pulled me into a comforting hug. "Sioku, you're doing a wonderful job. Your kindness is helping Tentomon grow into a stronger Digimon," Wizardmon said softly.
"I'm already so proud of him," I replied.
"Sioku, your love will help Tentomon Digi-evolve into Cabutarimon in the future. I believe in you," Wizardmon added as he released me.
"Thank you Wizardmon," I whispered.
Our moment was quickly interrupted by yet another loud roar.
The waves were rising higher than usual.
Wizardmon and I braced ourselves for an attack by the mysterious and disturbed creature.
"I'll protect you Sioku! Please stay behind me," shouted Wizardmon.
I reluctantly did as I was told.
At the same time, I desperately wanted to help that poor Digimon.
A giant wall of water slammed into Wizardmon, causing him to lose his balance.
I ran toward Wizardmon and caught him before he could hit the ground.
Wizardmon looked as if all of his energy had been drained.
Luckily, he was still conscious.
"Don't worry Wizardmon, I've got you. Stay with me," I said while securing him over my shoulders.
"Thank you for saving me," he softly replied.
Wizardmon closed his eyes and fell asleep.
I carried Wizardmon to a safer part of the beach.
Fortunately, everybody and their Digimon were there as well.
They probably haven't notice the disturbance in the water yet.
"I need somebody to keep an eye on Wizardmon," I said frantically.
"Why? What happened to him?" asked Mimi.
"A Digimon just attacked him," I answered.
"Have no fear Sioku, I'll take good care of him. I've had lots of medical experience," said Joe.
"Thanks Joe," I replied with a small smile.
"I'll help Joe," said Sora.
"So will I," continued Mimi.
"I really appreciate all of your help," I replied in relief.
Sora, Mimi, and Joe carefully lifted Wizardmon off of my shoulders.
They slowly lowered Wizardmon to the sand and gently laid him down on a mat.
I'm going to save that Digimon in the water. Would anybody like to join me?" I asked my other friends.
"I'll come with you Sioku," answered Tai.
"I'll go too," continued Matt.
"You can count me in," added Izzy.
"Thanks everyone," I replied gratefully.
I knelt down next to Wizardmon and softly kissed his forehead.
"I'll be back soon," I whispered.
"Good luck," hollared Sora.
The boys and I quickly made our way toward the water.
My eyes widened in surprise as I spotted Tentomon flying toward me.
"Hey Tentomon," I said happily.
"Sioku, I figured out who that Digimon is. His name is Sedramon," Tentomon replied as he floated down to my side.
"Nice work DigiDearest," I praised.
"We've encountered a Sedramon before," said Tai.
"That one randomly attacked us," continued Izzy.
"No, Sedramon attacked us because Agumon burned the end of its tail," Tai argued.
I couldn't help but giggle at that.
"I'm sure Sedramon didn't mean any harm," I replied.
"Tentomon, can you please tell me about him?" I asked with anticipation.
"Yes, I will gladly provide you with its information. Sedramon is a sea animal Digimon. It uses its long, serpentine body to wreath itself around enemies who come to attack it. Sedramon can suffocate its enemies by constricting them. This Digimon leisurely swims around the ocean according to its instincts," Tentomon explained.
I blushed and smiled down at him. "Oh Tentomon, you make me so happy. I don't know where I would be without you by my side."
"I'm always glad to help you Sioku," he replied.
I slowly walked toward the edge of the water with the boys following behind me.
"I'm coming to help you Sedramon. Please hang in there," I said with determination.
The ocean waves were rougher than ever.
My Tentomon protectively hovered in front of me.
"Go help her out Agumon," hollared Tai.
"You too Gabumon," continued Matt.
"They could use your help Tentomon," said Izzy.
I smiled as the three Digimon rushed to my side.
All of the boys' Digivices began to beep.
One by one, their Digimon started to Digi-evolve.
"Agumon! Digi-evolve too... Greymon!"
"Gabumon! Digi-evolve to... Garurumon!"
"Tentomon! Digi-evolve to... Cabutarimon!"
My Tentomon's face contorted with fear as he watched the Digi-evolution.
"Oh no, Tentomon is about to have another flashback. I can't let that happen," I thought.
I gently grabbed onto Tentomon's claw and pulled him closer to me.
His body started to tremble as he looked down.
"Tentomon, I'm not going to make you Digi-evolve if you don't want to. You may go check on Wizardmon for me," I said soothingly.
Tentomon started to relax as he stared up at me.
"Wizardmon would appreciate it if you stayed by his side," I added.
"Please be safe," he replied.
"I definitely will," I said before releasing him.
I waved at Tentomon as he slowly floated away.
"Let's go Tai," I said.
"You got it," he replied.
Then I climbed onto Greymon's back behind Tai, and we rode off into the raging sea.
The other two Digimon followed after us.
Greymon cautiously approached Sedramon from the left.
I gasped in horror as I saw a black, gear-shaped object sticking out of Sedramon's body.
"This must be one of those black gears that drove Kuwagamon insane," I sadly thought.
My heart sank for this poor Digimon.
All I could think about was rescuing him.
"Tai, please don't hurt Sedramon! We just have to destroy that black gear," I hollered.
Before Tai could say anything, we were struck by Sedromon's ice blast attack.
Tai and I quickly shielded our faces.
Greymon shook away the ice and aimed a powerful attack at the black gear.
Gabumon also attacked it with his howling blaster.
Unfortunately, that thing didn't budge.
"Electro shocker," Cabutarimon shouted from above Sedramon's head.
Sedramon dodged the electricity with its tail.
The enraged Digimon then spewed a massive amount of water from its mouth.
Tai and I held onto Greymon as he rose up from the water.
"Is everyone all right?" I called out.
"We're still good," answered Matt.
I let out a sigh of relief.
My heart raced as I stared sadly at Sedramon.
"Come on guys, we need to try harder! Use more power if you have to," I said desperately.
"I agree with you Sioku," replied Tai.
"Let's do it," continued Izzy.
All of their Digimon then aimed powerful attacks at the black gear, shattering it in the process.
Sedramon floated on top of the water in exhaustion.
"We did it! Now that's what I call teamwork," said Tai in excitement.
"You said it Tai," replied Matt.
"I'm just glad that Sedramon has finally been set free," I said with a small smile.
Without hesitating, I hopped off of Greymon's back and swam toward Sedramon.
"Wait Sioku, where are you going?" Izzy called after me.
"Hold on a moment," I called back.
I remained calm as I carefully approached the injured Digimon.
A giant, bleeding wound was left on Sedramon's severely weakened body.
"The black gear must have did this," I thought.
Sedramon lifted its head and looked at me.
"I could tell that it was still afraid.
Memories of when I tended to Tentomon flashed through my mind.
"I'm not going to hurt you sedramon. You'll be okay," I said soothingly.
Sedramon tried to swim toward me, but its body was getting too weak.
The poor Digimon looked helpless.
I gently secured Sedramon on my back and swam to the shore as fast as possible.
Sedramon lowered its head while breathing heavily.
"Stay with me Sedramon," I said softly.
I dragged Sedramon and myself onto the sand with all of the strength I had.
Tai, Matt, and Izzy were patiently waiting for me.
"Thank you for waiting," I said with a bright smile.
"You're welcome," replied Matt.
The boys gasped in shock as they looked down at Sedramon's bleeding wound.
"Wo, how did that happen?" asked Tai.
"The black gear caused it," I answered.
"We'll help you Sioku," replied Izzy.
"That wound looks terrible," said Matt.
"I know," please be very gentle with him. He's badly hurt," I replied.
The boys and I lifted Sedramon over our shoulders and rushed him back to the others.
"Welcome back Sioku," said Tentomon.
"Thanks, how is Wizardmon?" I replied.
"He's doing well," Tentomon answered.
"That's wonderful," I replied happily.
The boys and I gently laid Sedramon down on a different mat.
I sat down beside Sedramon and put my arm around him.
It was still breathing which put my mind at ease.
Tentomon happily returned to my side.
He then plopped himself down on my shoulder.
Everyone curiously gathered around Sedramon and me.
"Why is that poor Sedramon bleeding from its back?" Sora asked with a horrified expression.
"Sioku, can you tell us what happened?" asked Mimi.
"A black gear got stuck in Sedramon's body. Fortunately, a few of our Digimon were able to destroy the gear. Then Sedramon started bleeding out of that wound," I explained.
"That must've been rough," replied Joe.
"Sedramon won't survive unless there's a healer in this group," T.K. said sadly.
"Your healer is right here," replied Wizardmon as he walked toward me.
My eyes lit up as I stared up at him. "Wizardmon, I'm so glad you're feeling better."
"Thank you Sioku, I am very grateful to every one of you. Now I must help you in return," he replied.
Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I embraced Sedramon.
"Thank you very much Wizardmon," I said softly.
"You're most welcome Sioku," he replied before patting my shoulder.
Wizardmon sat down by Sedramon's other side and began the healing process.
Everybody remained silent in order to prevent any distractions.
"Magic heal," said Wizardmon as he waved his wand.
The wound on Sedramon's back slowly started to shrink.
"Your magic is working," I said softly.
"I know Sioku, but this won't be enough to fully heal Sedramon. I can't use a lot of my power without exhausting myself," he replied in disappointment.
"We can't let Sedramon die! I'll never forgive myself if this innocent Digimon doesn't survive," I sadly argued.
"Try to calm down Sioku," urged my Tentomon.
I looked over at Tentomon and Nodded.
"Thank you Tentomon," replied Wizardmon.
I took a few minutes of silence to collect myself.
"Hold on everyone, there is something about me that I haven't revealed yet. I am also a healer," I said.
All of my friends gasped in amazement.
"Sioku, how does your power work?" asked Izzy.
I can heal animals and people just by touching and focusing my energy on their wounds," I answered.
"Where did you get this power?" asked Tai.
"I was born with it," I simply answered.
"Why couldn't you use your power on Wizardmon earlier?" asked Joe.
"I was in a hurry to save Sedramon," I responded.
My friends began whispering to each other.
"Sioku, will your healing power work on Digimon?" asked Wizardmon.
"I hope so," I answered.
"We'll never know unless you try," he softly replied.
"You're right Wizardmon," I whispered.
I turned back to Sedramon and took a deep breath.
"I'll save you Sedramon," I whispered.
Without any hesitation, I gently placed my hands over Sedramon's wound.
My friends watched in awe as a bright, glowing light appeared above Sedramon.
"That looks really cool," said Tai.
After five minutes had passed, Sedramon's wound completely disappeared.
Sedramon's body looked normal again.
"It's all over Sedramon. You can relax now," I said in relief.
Sedramon snuggled into my chest as I wrapped my arms around him.
I had no intention of leaving this spot until Sedramon's strength was restored.
"Nice work Sioku, you saved this Digimon's life. Sedramon looks like he never got hurt," Wizardmon praised.
I smiled warmly at him in response.
My friends and I fell asleep once the sun had set.
