Okay so this chapter is a bit short sorry about that...

And it may be not as good as the other chapters, it might just be a bit boring and again I'm sorry about that...

I Do NOT Own Fairy Tail Or It's Characters...

Lisanna glared at the Thunder Legion. "Is that true Freed?" Mira said glaring at them too as she was slowly admitting a demonic aura.

"No! Of course it's not Mira..." Freed began in a panic but Lisanna cut him off.

"Don't listen to him! Laxus isn't even on the train! Natsu said He took Lucy with him! And anytime it comes to talking about them Natsu can't speak due to runes that appear over his mouth! And who do we know that works with runes?" Lisanna said pointedly looking at Freed as she put her hands on her hips.

Mira went to speak but Freed held up his hands. "Listen! That is not why Natsu can't speak about them!" Freed defended.

"Then why? Why can't Natsu speak of them?" Mira asked crossing her arms under her chest her eyes still narrowed on the Thunder Legion.

"We're not supposed to say..." Freed began nervously. He didn't exactly know how to break the news to them and survive.

"See! He's clearly lying!" Lisanna shouted.

"We're not!" Freed exclaimed holding his hands up in surrender. "Let us explain, please!" Freed pleaded.

Mira sighed, "You have 2 minutes to explain..." Mira said through grit teeth.

The 3 Thunder Legion members all looked at each other and nodded. "Laxus didn't take Lucy to try and use her to try to take over the guild... Laxus took her home with his lightning teleportation..." Freed explained.

"Why would he do that? He never takes anyone with him..." Mira said in a disbelieving tone.

"Alright... If we tell you I'm going to have to do the same thing to you 3 that has been done to Natsu because they don't want the guild finding out until they are ready to tell them themselves..." Freed explained crossing his arms over his chest.

"What do you mean? You're talking as though they're in a secret relationship..." Mira asked as her eye twitched.

"Oh just tell them already and then enchant them like you did Natsu so they don't go blabbing to the whole guild about it..." Evergreen snapped still not happy with the situation.

Freed sighed. "Alright but not a word to anyone! We let them tell everyone themselves! Understand?" Freed said with a hardened tone.

"I'm listening..." Mira said crossing her right leg over her left.

Freed sighed, "Laxus and Lucy are Married..." Freed said plainly.

Laxus' House – With Laxus & Lucy – Normal POV

Laxus and Lucy both landed outside a huge 2 story cabin. Laxus held onto Lucy by her waist till she got her balance.

"I don't think I'm ever going to get used to that..." Lucy said blinking her eyes trying to get them to focus.

Laxus chuckled. "Yeah the others aren't exactly fans of traveling like that either..." Laxus said as he loosened his hold on her to test her balance.

"I never said I wasn't a fan of it... I just said that I don't think I'll ever get used to it is all... If I'm being honest I like it... Just not the after effects..." Lucy said a bit dizzily.

"You're doing better then Freed and Ever's first time... They puked all over the place after landing..." Laxus chuckled.

"So Freed's face matched his hair?" Lucy mused with a slight giggle.

"Yeah it took them 10 minutes to recover from it... How are you feeling?" Laxus asked concern lacing his voice.

"Better I think..." Lucy said as she took a step. She found that her legs didn't wobble from the movement. "Yup! All good!" Lucy said as she turned around losing her balance slightly but catching herself.

"Yeah sure you are..." Laxus chuckled and motioned with his hand to the cabin behind them. "Want to see our house?" Laxus asked holding his arm out for her. 'Our house... I like how that sounds...' Laxus thought internally.

Lucy giggled as she hooked her arm with his. "Yeah... I would love to know where I'll be living for the next year..." Lucy said as she walked with him towards the house. Lucy was in awe. The outside was gorgeous surrounded by trees and a lake in the back.

Laxus chuckled internally at the dreamy like look that graced her face. For some reason it made him feel proud. They got to the door and Laxus unlocked it. He opened the door and allowed Lucy to walk in first.

"Never knew that Thee Laxus Dreyar could actually be a gentleman..." Lucy teased earning her an eye roll from the lightning dragon slayer. "Are you sure that you are really Laxus Dreyar?" Lucy continued to tease. She let out a squeal when Laxus came up behind her after closing the door. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her up against his chest.

"You know I do love when you get sassy and all but there is no one here to save you right now..." Laxus growled playfully in her ear. He chuckled at the 'eep' that escaped her mouth. A mouth, that in his opinion, he wouldn't mind having another taste of. But before he could get a chance the sound of a doorbell sounded followed by a flash of light leaving Loke and Virgo behind.

Loke narrowed his eyes at Laxus as he saw the position they were in. Virgo just tilted her head to the side in slight confusion. Originally they showed up to help Lucy settle in by bringing her stuff to her through the spirit world.

"Sorry to interrupt but we came to deliver my princess' things..." Loke said dryly. He still didn't like the situation and didn't trust Laxus not to take advantage of it.

Lucy giggled at how Loke was acting. Still her loyal lion till the end. "Loke..." Lucy said in a in sing song like voice. Loke looked startled he didn't like that tone.

Loke gulped, "Y-Y-Yes princess..." Loke asked cautiously.

The smirk on Lucy's face sent a shiver down his spine. "Are you sure that's the only reason you showed up?" Lucy asked in a suspicious tone.

Of course she would call him out, Loke hung his head, "Of course not..." He stood up straight as he cleared his throat. "As your valiant knight I came to be of assistance to you my dear princess... And keep you from any harm..." Loke said with a bow.

Lucy looked over her shoulder at Laxus giving him a look saying 'You were saying'. The smug look on Lucy's face made him pout. He was only having some fun with 'His wife' after all. For some reason he really liked the sound of that.

Lucy giggled at his pout. In her opinion dragon slayers shouldn't look that sexy when they pout. Well actually they shouldn't be allowed to pout and still look like Laxus did. But who knew Laxus had a playful side. If you were to ask her she liked this side of Laxus.

"Laxus why don't you show me where we can deposit my princess' belongings..." Loke said with a glare.

Laxus sighed but nodded. "This way..." Laxus said as he removed himself from his wife, slyly letting his hand slide across her ass as he led Loke down the hall to where his bedroom was. He smirked when he felt her shiver at his touch. "Here..." Laxus said opening the door to his room.

"You have no spare rooms?" Loke asked not liking that idea of them actually sharing a room let alone a bed.

"Nope... My team has claim over the other rooms... Half the time it's like they live here..." Laxus said rubbing his temples.

"Well, that's a bit reassuring..." Loke muttered.

"Trust me they're not going to want to leave me alone with her either for very long... They have the same thoughts that you have, trust me..." Laxus said walking to his closet and moving all of his stuff to one side. "The room's big enough to house another dresser besides mine..." Laxus added after seeing Loke looking around the room.

Loke sighed, "Alright... Virgo will bring everything in in a minute... She already terminated Lucy's lease for her so pretty much everything is done for her, she just needs to put everything away unless Virgo feels ambitious again then she'll do it for her..." Loke said.

"She do that often?" Laxus asked.

Loke sighed, "You have no idea... Lucy will wake up to Virgo cleaning her apartment randomly... She doesn't like when Virgo does it but she lets it go because its what makes Virgo happy and to her that's all that matters is that we're happy..." Loke smiled adoringly.

Laxus smiled, "She has a heart of gold that's for sure..." Laxus said leaning against the wall.

"Yes she does... And I'll be damned if I'll allow you to ruin that..." Loke growled.

Laxus sighed, "I wouldn't! Why does everyone assume the worst from me? Seriously even she does..." Laxus said with a slight growl.

"For good reason... It's your own fault after all... I mean you made your own reputation come on... Even I had a not so pure reputation when I was part of Fairy Tail... I don't claim to be a saint either, you know... But as I said I'll be damned if I'll allow you to hurt Lucy in anyway..." Loke said in a hard tone.

"Get in line... My team as well as hers would have my head on a platter if I even thought of hurting her..." Laxus said remembering the not so subtle threatening look Evergreen gave him at the station.

"Wow... Even your loyal subjects would turn on you now that's saying a lot..." Loke teased.

Laxus rolled his eyes, "Yeah tell me about it..." Laxus grumbled.

"So, what is your plan to tell the guild anyway?" Loke asked.

"Hell if I know..." Laxus said. "I've been winging it this entire time..." Laxus chuckled. "Not to mention we haven't exactly talked about it... Not that we really had the chance since we just got here..." Laxus pointed out.

"Well I suggest you both talk about it soon..." Loke said crossing his arm over his chest.

Laxus sighed, "Yes, we will get to that as soon as she settles in..." Laxus groaned, he didn't like being rushed in doing things.

Back With Lucy

"Princess, I have packed all of your belongings for you, I also talked to your landlady and terminated your lease with her... Would you like my assistance with anything else?" Virgo asked.

"Did Loke talk to you about..." Lucy asked as she trailed off.

"Yes, big brother did, however I haven't gotten around to looking through everything yet I will inform you as soon as I am able to look through it all..." Virgo replied with a bow. "Anything else Princess? Perhaps some punishment?" Virgo asked with a hopeful sparkle in her eye.

Lucy laughed nervously, "No that'll be all Virgo..." Lucy said scratching the back of her head.

"I will bring your belongings then in a little while..." Virgo said with a bow before disappearing.

Lucy sighed, "This is going to bug me until I find out for sure..." Lucy muttered to herself as she sat down on the big chocolate brown sectional. She began nibbling on her thumb nail nervously. After a while Lucy saw Laxus come back into the room. She raised an eyebrow, "Loke go back?" Lucy asked.

Laxus nodded, "Yeah he decided to give me a lecture which I'm expecting the same from the guild when we decide to go tell them... And he was bugging me on when we are going to tell them..." Laxus said walking into the kitchen. "Something to drink?" Laxus asked going into the fridge.

"What do you have?" Lucy asked leaning back against the back of the couch as she pulled her legs up under her.

"Apparently not much... Looks like we have to go shopping..." Laxus said with a chuckle. The thought of him going food shopping with a woman was foreign to him but for some reason it didn't bother him. He's gone shopping with Evergreen before so it's not like he's never gone food shopping with a woman before but Evergreen was more like his sister then anything else. He couldn't even picture himself doing or being anything more then just an older brother to the fairy mage.

Lucy sighed, "I guess there's no way around it..." But as soon as Lucy said those words Virgo appeared coming out of the hallway. "Virgo?" Lucy asked with a raised eyebrow. For some reason she's gotten used to her spirits just randomly showing up out of the blue.

"Princess do you wish that I do your shopping for you? I would be delighted to do so... Also I have brought your things and put them away already for you..." Virgo said with a slight tilt of her head.

Lucy sighed, she should have known she was going to do that. "Virgo I could have done it myself you know... But if you wish to do the shopping be my guest I won't stop you..." Lucy said with a wave of her hand.

"I do wish for punishment... Could you do that?" Virgo asked in a serious tone.

Lucy facepalmed she should have known she was going to try and ask that at some point. "Alright come here..." Lucy said standing up as Virgo giddily walked over to her key-holder. Lucy didn't notice Laxus had poked his head around the corner to watch. Lucy put her hand up to Virgo's head and flicked her in between her eyes.

Virgo blinked in awe as she slowly smiled. "Thank you Princess! I'll be back with your groceries..." Virgo said as she bowed and disappeared.

"Here I thought you were going use that whip of yours..." Laxus said in a smug tone as he leaned against the doorway.

"Watch it or I'll use it on you instead..." Lucy growled but facepalmed herself after she realized what she said.

Laxus burst out laughing, a sound that tickled Lucy's ears. She found she really liked hearing him laugh. "Wow Blondie you really are kinky..." Laxus said through his laughter. "Though I'm sorry to disappoint you I'm not exactly into that... Unless I'm the one with the whip... Or a paddle which ever you prefer..." Laxus added with a smirk. He really enjoyed messing with her.

"Watch it Sparky I have a whole year to get you back..." Lucy said with a smirk of her own.

Laxus chuckled he knew she would get back at him at some point. But they needed to figure out a plan for how to tell the guild about their situation. But before he could bring it up his communication lacrima started to go off.

"Now what?" Laxus groaned as he walked over to the lacrima to answer it. To his surprise it was Freed. Laxus raised an eyebrow, "Freed? What is it?" Laxus asked wondering why his friend looked slightly paler then normal.

"Well... Um... We have a situation that is um...How do I put this..." Freed began put was suddenly pushed out of the way and Laxus came face to face with Mira who was now currently in her Satan-Soul form glaring into the lacrima.

"Laxus..." Demon Mira said dangerously low.

Laxus gulped, "Mira... I can explain..." Laxus said holding the lacrima as far from himself as he could. Even through a lacrima Mira sent chills up his spine.

"Laxus... If you've harmed Lucy in anyway I will murder you..." Demon Mira growled out.

Laxus sighed, "I have no doubt you would..." Laxus muttered under his breath. "Mira I wouldn't hurt her..." Before Laxus finish his sentence Demon Mira cut him off.

"Where is Lucy!? What have you done with her?" Demon Mira asked not so nicely.

Laxus sighed as he turned to face his couch only to find Lucy was covering her mouth while laying on her side with her arm wrapped around her stomach clutching her side while laughing her ass off. He sent her a glare which only made her burst out laughing uncovering her mouth and wrapping that arm over her stomach to clutch her other side.

"I'm so glad you think this is funny..." Laxus grumbled as he walked over towards the couch showing Mira the same scene he was watching.

"Lucy! Your alright! Oh Thank Goodness!" Mira's normal sweet voice chimed through once she saw that Lucy was perfectly fine. "Natsu had told Lisanna that Laxus kidnapped you! Then he was going to use you take over the guild again! But then Freed said that it wasn't true that you were fine but I didn't believe him because you know how he is when it comes to Laxus! He would always cover for him so I had to see for myself that you were alright!" Mira rambled on. Lucy had to bite her lip to keep from laughing more at Mira's panic attack.

"Breathe woman!" Laxus said as he sat down next to Lucy holding the lacrima out so she could see both of them. "Figures... I get faced with the demon and you get the sweet one..." Laxus grumbled as he draped an arm over Lucy's shoulders. Lucy was still trying not to laugh. Laxus was sure if she bit down on her lip any more it would bleed.

"Lucy is it true? You and Laxus got Married? He didn't force you did he? How long have you been together? Why would you keep this a secret? Specially from me! I thought we were friends!" Mira fired question after question off at a rapid pace.

Lucy blinked a few times before looking to Laxus who gave her a look that said 'Leave me out of it'. Lucy looked back to Mira and sighed, "Yes Mira it's true, no he didn't force me..." Lucy said as she stole a glance at Laxus for the answer to the next question. Laxus just shrugged his shoulders. Lucy scratched the back of her head with a nervous laugh, "Well... We've been together since he got reinstated to the guild..." Lucy said a bit nervously.

"That long? Oh My! Why wouldn't either of you say anything?!" Mira asked but then stopped and shot a glare towards Laxus as her face started to change to her demon face. "You've been cheating on her this whole time!? I saw you with several different women since then! How could you!?" Mira growled.

Laxus swallowed the lump that had formed in his throat. He shot a look to Lucy that said 'I'm going to get you back for this!'. "Mira it wasn't like that! We didn't want anyone to know so I had to make it look like I wasn't seeing anyone seriously..." Laxus said cautiously. He knew he had to play this the right way so he wouldn't get his ass kicked by both women. "I swear Mira I haven't actually cheated on her... The others were just to keep up appearances... I've never touched them..." Laxus continued.

Mira looked at Lucy, "Is that true?" Mira asked.

Lucy nodded just to make it look like they were on the same page. Even though for some reason Lucy felt a sudden pain in her chest from hearing the information.

Mira glared at both of them studying their faces to see if either were lying. She sighed, "Alright... One more question... WHY WASN'T I INVITED!?" Mira cried.

"We couldn't find you or Freed otherwise you would have been..." Lucy giggled but Laxus could tell it was a fake giggle.

Mira frowned, "I expect to be the babies godmother..." Mira said not leaving room for any arguments before she cut the connection.

Once again Lucy's mind was brought back to the question she had asked Virgo to check for her. But she couldn't ponder that for long when she heard Laxus sigh out a groan. Lucy looked over at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Well that's 3 less people to inform... Now we just got the rest of the guild..." Laxus said to no one in particular. "Speaking of..." Laxus started as he looked over at Lucy. "How and when are we telling the guild?" Laxus asked.

"Before Mira gets back and tries to kill you?" Lucy teased with a giggle.

"Not funny..." Laxus growled. "But yeah I agree I rather not deal with her when telling the guild... But again we kind of need both our teams to help keep everyone in check..." Laxus said laying back against the back of the couch with his arms crossed behind his head.

"Tomorrow then? Everyone should be back by then... The train arrives tonight and everyone is going to want to go home and unpack..." Lucy thought out loud.

"Yeah... But knowing Gramps he'll want us to check in..." Laxus said. But got a wicked grin on his face. "And I think Gramps would like to meet his new granddaughter-in-law don't you think?" Laxus asked teasingly.

Lucy glared at him but her face turned into one that scared Laxus since he's seen that evil smirk on her face multiple times just that day. He didn't know what was going through her pretty little head right now and half of him didn't want to know but the other part was curious.

"Why don't we invite Gramps over for dinner and tell him tonight?" Lucy asked sweetly. Too sweet for Laxus' liking.

'Why do I have a bad feeling about this?' Laxus questioned himself internally. "What are you planning?" Laxus asked with a glare.

Lucy smiled, that sweet smile that would dazzle even the darkest soul. "Who better to have on our side then your very own grandfather?" Lucy mentioned in a teasing tone while she batted her eyelashes.

"You mean, kiss his ass so he'll keep the guild in line for us?" Laxus stated catching on to what she was doing.

"Now why would I do that?" Lucy asked with a mock frown.

Laxus groaned, "You are evil..." Laxus said in a unamused tone.

"Wouldn't he be upset to find out that we didn't tell him first? How do you think he's going to feel when he finds out that our teams plus the Strauss siblings knew before he was told?" Lucy asked knowing she won this debate.

"He's going to find out anyway... But I see your point... Fine I'll call him... Wait? What about dinner?" Laxus asked after he thought about it for a minute.

"Virgo should be back soon... She went shopping for food for us..." Lucy said with a shrug of her shoulders.

"You do know my Gramps is going to find it suspicious that I'm inviting him over for dinner in general..." Laxus said as Lucy was getting up.

Lucy shrugged her shoulders again, "That's your problem..." Lucy said as she headed down the hall to the bedroom.

"Damn evil woman..." Laxus grumbled as he grabbed his Communication Lacrima. "Gramps..." Laxus said as he sent a pulse of magic into it and waited for the face of his grandfather to appear.

"Laxus my boy?! What can I do for you?" Makarov asked finding it slightly odd that his grandson was calling him.

Laxus scratched the back of his head. "Well... Would you like to come over for dinner tonight?" Laxus asked refusing to actually look at his grandfather's face.

Makarov blinked at him a few times before he narrowed his eyes at him, "What did you do now boy?" Makarov asked.

Laxus wanted to snort, his grandfather knew him too well. "Nothing Gramps! I just thought it would be good to have dinner together..." Laxus said smoothly still refusing to look his grandfather in the eyes.

Makarov didn't look convinced. "You, Laxus, my grandson, are going to COOK us dinner?" Makarov asked in disbelief.

Laxus sighed, "Yes Gramps..." Laxus said trying to get this over with. He took a glance out the corner of his eyes to see Lucy in the hallway covering her mouth trying not to laugh. 'I'm so getting her back for this...' Laxus thought internally.

"Why don't I believe you? You must have done something really fucked up if you are going to COOK us dinner... Spill, what did you do?" Makarov said with a hard stern glare set on Laxus.

Laxus wanted to growl at the old man. He wasn't making this any easier. "Just come over Gramps..." Laxus groaned cutting the connection. As soon as the connection was cut Laxus heard Lucy finally let out the laughter she was holding in. "Didn't I tell you he would be like that?" Laxus asked in a bored tone.

Lucy wiped a tear from the corner of her eye, "I'm sorry..." Lucy said.

Laxus rolled his eyes, "Sure you are... This was your idea by the way... How do I explain this to him... Not that he wouldn't be happy about it in the end..." Laxus grumbled the last part.

"Well you managed to tell our teams and the other 2 slayers in the guild and you survived, I think you can survive your grandfather..." Lucy said walking towards the kitchen. Laxus followed behind her just in time to see Virgo appear with at least 10 bags of food.

"Princess... You're shopping is done... Punishment?" Virgo asked making Lucy shake her head and wave her hand dismissively.

Laxus' eyes almost popped out of his head, "Holy hell..." Laxus muttered. Lucy looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "I'm not sure if I'll have enough room for all of that..." Laxus said as he was eyeing the bags.

Lucy giggled which was like music to his ears. "Don't worry I'll figure it out... Not to mention you being a slayer it won't last that long..." Lucy said in a matter of fact tone.

"Are you calling me a pig?" Laxus asked teasingly.

"Nope... Just a dragon..." Lucy giggled at Laxus' snort as he walked over to look in the bags. "So what am I making for dinner?" Lucy asked.

Laxus shrugged his shoulders, "I have no clue... Normally I eat at the guild... Or Freed cooks..." Laxus mused.

Lucy started to giggle to which Laxus look at her with a raised eyebrow. "Sorry..." Lucy said waving her hand dismissively. "I just couldn't help but picture Freed wearing a pink frilly apron..." Lucy said through her giggles.

Laxus snorted, "I've seen it..." Laxus said shaking his head. "You do realize Gramps is going to think I forced you to cook dinner?" Laxus asked.

"He may think it at first but don't worry I'll just tell him that I lost a bet..." Lucy said with a shrug of her shoulders as she turned away from him giggling internally.

Laxus was about to agree until he thought about what she said, "Hey!" Laxus said slightly offended. "That's not right!" Laxus growled.

Lucy giggled, "Sorry, that would be more believable then you forcing me..." Lucy said making a point. Which Laxus would never admit out loud that he agreed with her on that.

"Why you..." Laxus muttered before he went to pounce on her which she moved out of the way with an 'Eep'. She ran out of the kitchen with him right one her heels. She was giggling until she wasn't paying attention and he came out of no where tackling her onto the couch. He hovered over her holding her hands above her head while he one knee on the couch between Lucy's legs while the other was still on the floor.

Neither of them realized Virgo was still there watching from the door way with a slight smirk on her face. She figured she'd talk with her Princess later when she wasn't so distracted.

Both were panting and laughing as Laxus rested his forehead against hers. "I got you..." Laxus whispered.

"Damn it... I thought I could evade you for longer then that..." Lucy whispered back.

"Why are we whispering?" Laxus asked in a whisper.

"I don't know! You started it!" Lucy said still whispering.

They both started laughing before a flash of light alerted them to one of Lucy's spirits arriving. Laxus sighed and pushed off the couch to sit normally pulling Lucy with him sitting her on his lap. Lucy raised an eyebrow at him before looking over to see Loke finally step through his gate.

"Loke..." Lucy said with a sigh.

"Now now princess I'm not here to interfere in what ever you 2 were just doing I came to ask you about your plans to inform the guild..." Loke said with a bow and a sly smirk on his face at Laxus' irritation.

"Well we figured to tell them tomorrow..." Lucy said with a smile, a smile that Loke could tell had some mischief behind it.

Laxus watched Loke eye his key-holder. Laxus smirked, "She thought it would be a good idea to tell Gramps over dinner tonight..." Laxus said as he watched Loke shake his head.

"So my princess is playing dirty?" Loke asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I am not!" Lucy huffed crossing her arms as she leaned back against Laxus who wrapped an arm around her waist to keep her in place.

"You want Gramps to know so he can handle the guild if and when they get out of hand after us spilling the beans about this whole thing..." Laxus said slightly amused.

"For the record that is not playing dirty! That's playing it smart especially if you want to keep your head and other body parts attached..." Lucy said in a matter-a-fact tone.

"Uh huh sure keep telling yourself that..." Laxus said with amusement.

"Well princess if that would happen you would be out of this whole needing to be married for a year plan of ours..." Loke mused earning a growl from Laxus.

"Alright that's enough you 2..." Lucy said rubbing her temples. 'This is going to be a very long year...' Lucy thought internally.

"Of course princess..." Loke said with a bow as he pouted.

"Alright I have to make dinner before Master gets here!" Lucy as she jumped up off Laxus' lap ignoring his whimper of displeasure. Loke raised an eyebrow at Laxus' reaction. Loke just shook his head figuring he'll talk to him about it later before disappearing.

"Remind me never to allow the 2 of you in the same room..." Lucy said from the kitchen knowing Laxus could hear her.

Laxus smirked, "Why?" Laxus asked in amusement.

"Seriously? Do you really have to ask? You both don't like each other I get that okay I do but damn it! You both need to get along for the time being I can't have the 2 of you at each others throats every time he shows up..." Lucy sighed. She knew this wasn't going to be easy but Loke needed to chill out a bit also.

Laxus chuckled, "We'll be fine... He just cares about you... Even if he is an annoying tom cat..." Laxus said as he leaned back against the couch.

"Both of you need to get a long otherwise this is going to be a very long unpleasant year..." Lucy said from the kitchen. Laxus just chuckled.

A Few Hours Later – Dinner Time

Lucy was just finishing up dinner when Laxus opened the door before his grandfather was able to knock.

"Gramps..." Laxus said.

"I always forget you're a dragon slayer and can smell me coming..." Makarov muttered as he entered the house. Makarov sniffed the air and hummed in approval. "Smells good... Since when do you cook?" Makarov asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah about that..." Laxus began but Makarov cut him off.

"You ordered out didn't you..." Makarov said with a sly smile.

Laxus sighed, "No... I didn't order out it's all home cooked..." Laxus tried to explain.

"Oh? So who did you con into cooking for you? We both know you couldn't even boil water if your life depended on it..." Makarov asked as he walked to the dining table. Before Laxus could say anything Lucy came around the corner from the kitchen with a smile making the Makarov's eyes grow wide.

"Hello Master!" Lucy said cheerfully.

"Lucy?! How on Earthland did my grandson con you into cooking... Wait... You guys shouldn't even be back yet..." Makarov said in a panicked tone. He asked thinking about it he had just talked to Erza and they said they were still on the train.

"I ported us here..." Laxus said sitting in the chair across from his grandfather.

"Okay that explains how you're here... But explain how you conned My Sweet Darling Lucy into cooking dinner for you?" Makarov asked disapprovingly.

Lucy had to bite her lip from giggling. It wasn't exactly a laughing matter but to her this whole thing was comical.

Laxus shot a glare to Lucy seeing as she was trying not to laugh. Laxus sighed, "I didn't, this actually was her suggestion..." Laxus said waving his hand towards Lucy.

"Oh?" Was all Makarov could say as he eyed both blondes. "Why?" Makarov asked after a few minutes.

Lucy smiled a bright award winning smile that made Laxus' heart flutter. "Oh we can talk about that over dinner! Now now sit and relax Master!" Lucy said with a giggle.

Laxus rolled his eyes and shook his head with a small smile. This did not go unnoticed by Makarov. He sat there eyeing the 2 blondes with curiosity. He hasn't seen his grandson smile even a little bit in years. But he suppose he shouldn't be surprised considering it is Lucy that's involved. The one who can turn even the darkest of hearts around.

"Alright so what, we have dinner then what?" Makarov asked eyeing his grandson and how he watched Lucy with a look he's never seen on his grandson's face before.

"We get to tell you some great news!" Lucy chirped with a smile while Laxus chuckled lightly.

"Or at least we hope you think it's great news anyway..." Laxus added and chuckled at the look Lucy gave him.

"News? What kind of news?" Makarov asked.

"You'll find out during dinner I'm starving..." Laxus said as a glaring contest between him and his grandfather began.

It was a few minutes in when Lucy began bringing out the food and setting it on the table. She noticed the glaring contest and tried several times to get their attention which was failing. She'd clear her throat , call their names anything she could think of.

"Master..." No answer. "Laxus..." No Answer. "Mira's calling..." No answer. "Natsu just burned down the train..." No answer. She crossed her arms and tapped her foot getting highly annoyed. Then she thought of something that was wrong and something that she feared would possibly be true specially if Virgo couldn't find what she was hoping she could find. Both Master and Laxus, while still glaring at each other, they picked up their drinks and started to drink them. She smirked. "I'm pregnant Laxus is the father..." As soon as the words came out of her mouth both Laxus and Makarov spit out their drinks soaking each other in the process.

Both men were coughing while staring wide eyed at her. "WHAT?!" They both said together.

She raised an eyebrow and shook her head. "Well since you both are now not glaring at each other we can eat..." Lucy said with a smile.

Lucy sat down next to Laxus. "Please tell me you were joking..." Laxus asked as she sat down. She just turned to him and smiled at him. It was a smile that promised mischief. "Lucy..." Laxus growled.

Before Lucy could say anything Makarov decided to ask a few more questions. "Wouldn't that require you both having sex?" Makarov asked bluntly. Lucy and Laxus both looked at him and said nothing. "LAXUS!" Makarov shouted. "I TOLD YOU GUILD MATES WERE OFF LIMITS!" Makarov shouted.

Laxus sighed and looked at Lucy, "Told you..." Laxus muttered. He had told her earlier while she was still cooking what his grandfather's 1 and only rule that he made just for him. So his grandfather could take this 1 of 2 ways. Good or badly. Granted they were hoping for the good way. But apparently Lucy's comment to get them to stop glaring at each other was enough to set him off.

Lucy giggled. "Master..." Lucy said and giggled some more when he looked at her. "I was joking... You both were glaring at each other so hard I was afraid you'd both burn the house down..." Lucy said effectively calming the small guild master down.

Makarov breathed a sigh of relief. "Alright... So why did you want to invite me to dinner... Specially with my grandson..." Makarov asked.

Lucy just smiled. "How about we eat first before we get to that so the food doesn't go to waste..." Lucy said taking a bite of hers.

Makarov eyed both blondes carefully, he knew they were up to something but had no idea what it could be. First clue was Lucy being in Laxus' house considering Laxus doesn't bring women or guild mates minus his team home, second was inviting him over for dinner and third he knows his grandson very well. They were up to something.

Makarov sighed but began eating. Dinner was going fine for the most part but Lucy and Laxus both knew they had to tell him soon. It was nearing the end Makarov and Lucy were almost done, Laxus was on his 3rd plate. Who knew he'd like Lucy's cooking so much.

Makarov cleared his throat. "Alright my curiosity is getting the better of me... Why on Earthland did you invite me over? Not that's I'm complaining, this meal was delicious..." Makarov asked getting impatient.

Laxus sighed as he ran a hand through his hair. "Well Gramps... Um... How do I even explain this..." Laxus mumbled as he scratched the back of his head.

"What did you do this time boy?" Makarov asked feeling a headache coming on.

"We're married..." Lucy said.

"Who is?" Makarov asked as he blinked at them. He knew she couldn't be talking about his grandson, since the boy had no intentions of settling down anytime soon or in the near future.

"Gray and Juvia..." Lucy said making Laxus almost choke on the beer he decided to take a drink of.

"So he finally gave into her huh?" Makarov asked feeling a bit relieved.

"Apparently they had a bit too much to drink..." Laxus said refusing to look at his grandfather.

Makarov looked over at him with a raised eyebrow. "And that's why you invited me to dinner to tell me Gray and Juvia got married?" Makarov asked in a disbelieving tone.

"Well no not just that..." Lucy said as she glanced at Laxus.

"Lucy and I are also married..." Laxus said. "We also had too much to drink..." Laxus added as he eyed the frozen guild master.

Makarov's only sign of life was that he would blink now and then. A few seconds felt like days to the blondes.

Just when Laxus thought they broke him his grandfather finally reacted.

"YOU WHAT!"

Okay so that's the end of this chapter!

To ask the silent and probably what will be the most asked question, yes the guild will find out in the next chapter...

Also I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but my story A Twist In Time is no long up...

I deleted since it wasn't actually making sense...

So I've decided to rewrite it...

And so far I'm like how it is coming out...

It is definitely better then the one before I hope you enjoy it and I'm sorry about deleting it and all but it needed to be done...

I'm debating on weather or not to rewrite Among Betrayal There Is Light But I'm not sure yet...

Anyway I hope you enjoyed this so far...
