NOTE: It was a bit difficult to come up with a way for Emi to keep the names Ben gave his aliens, but I believe I found an "ok" reason for her and the others to keep the names Ben gave them.

Please enjoy and review!

Chapter 4: Bee Fest!(Part 1)

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

A lone bee flew through the air at a quickened pace. It's only objective to bring back nutrients for its Queen. However, the bee's attention was quickly caught by something shiny on the ground. Descending downwards the bee found strange pieces of metal lying on the ground. Thinking that its Queen may value this, it grabbed a singular piece and buzzed off to it's Hive.

When it arrived at the Hive, it found the usual sight of it's brothers handing off their contributions to their Queen. When the bee finally made it to the Queen it presented the metallic piece to her.

The Queen observed the metal piece and poked it. When nothing happened, she knocked the piece away in disappointment, and commanded the soldier bee to leave. As the soldier bee flew away in shame, the Queen rested back down to accept more of the contributions.

The Queen along with the rest of the hive missed the metallic piece mold itself into the Hive. Slowly, wires started to grow out of it and extend all over the Hive. Her majesty had no time to react when wires began to fuse themselves into her.

Soon the Hive and the Queen started to expand larger in size, almost the size of a small house. The Hive became a fusion of machinery and honeycomb that began to clear out bits of the forest around it. Within the Hive, the Queen's body became more metallic and cyborgish. The Queen rested in a large throne room with all of her soldiers in front of her. Her large eyes glowed red as she observed her army of bees.

Each soldier was lined up in rows and bowed down to their Queen. They all knew the objective as their Queen's pheromones did all the speaking needed.

"CAPTURE THE OMNITRIX!"

The Cardfight Club sat inside of the Camp's Cabin. The adults announced that the kids would have this day to themselves, so the girls decided to spend the day playing Vanguard and adding cards to their decks since Rekka brought booster packs with her. There was something else that was bothering the girls as they looked over their cards.

"I'm telling you that we should call the form Ghostfreak." Rekka told her friends. The other two looked unsure at Rekka's name choice.

"But, shouldn't we choose a cuter name for it? Isn't that like our main thing?" Mai asked, unsure about the name choice. Emi nodded her head in agreement with her childhood friend.

"Yes, it is. However, from the forms that we've seen so far there's no way to give those forms cute names." Rekka explained. She wished that Emi's forms at some cuter looks, but ah well.

Emi snapped her fingers at the ideas in her head. "How about we call the fire form "Heatblast" and the dog one "Wildmutt"?" Emi brought up. Since they couldn't come up with cute names for the forms, then they needed to pick a different approach.

Rekka's face scrunched up in annoyance. "Sounds like something Katsuragi would come up with."

Emi blushed a tiny bit, because she did try to think like Kamui to come up with those names. Though she had to admit, they weren't that bad of names.

"Ya know, they don't sound that bad." Mai eased Emi's worries. Hearing those words made Emi's face lit up in joy at her names being accepted. The Mermaid user did a cute little dance in her seat, making her companions giggle.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

Rekka swatted the air in front of her as a bee flew by her face. The idol's face showed annoyance as the bee went directly into her oversized twin drills. Rekka squealed and tried to shake the bee out of her hair. Emi and Mai giggled at Rekka's predicament. The youngest idol blushed and glared at her best friends.

"Don't laugh at me! Help me out!"

Mai got up from her seat and walked over to her friend. "Don't jump around too much, Rekka. Bees are harmless unless you aggravate them." Mai parted the strands in one of Rekka's drills and allowed the bee to fly away.

"See? Harmless." Mai smiled, cutely.

"Why are you so comfortable with bees?" Rekka asked.

"They help pollinate flowers, so that they can continue to live and grow. Bees allow flowers to keep their shine and beauty. What's not to like about them?" Mai proclaims to Rekka, much to the idol's shock.

"What's not to like about them!? They sting you and buzz all around annoyingly! There's a lot to not like about them!" Rekka replied back, heatedly. Mai rebutted that Rekka's argument doesn't hold much a point, which made Rekka more upset.

Emi giggled at her friends' argument, finding Rekka's red face a funny sight to look at.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

Emi looked down to see a weird looking bee land next to her right hand. The bee's eyes were blood red, and almost looked robotic. The Mermaid user smiled and waved at the bee. "Hello, Mr. Bee. How are you today?" Emi didn't expect the bee to answer back. However, she was surprised to see the Bee actually look at her. What was even more surprising was how it inched closer and closer to her watch.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

Emi's heart rate increased bit by bit as more bees started to land next to her watch. The youngest Sendou slowly backed away from the bees. "Um, if you bees don't mind. I think I'll just see myself out of here."

Emi walked towards her friends, but was stopped by the sound of something whizzing past her head. The young girl's eyes shifted to her right and saw a stinger embedded into the wall as if it was shot like a bullet. Sweat started pouring down Emi's face from fear and nervousness. "Uh...girls?"

"What Emi?" Both stopped their argument, turning to her and freezing in shock. Observing the tons of bees surrounding their friend.

"E-Emi? What's going on?" Mai asked and slowly inched towards her friend. Rekka copied her actions, albeit it slower.

"I-I don't know, these bees just showed up and one shot their stinger at me." Emi explained, she slowly shifted her feet to get away from the bees. As soon as Emi started to move the bees began to shoot their stingers at the girl. Emi ducked immediately, dodging each stinger. She then sprinted towards her friends and they made a break for the door.

THUD THUD THUD THUD

Multiple stingers implanted themselves into the entrance of the cabin. Sending a message to the girls that they can't escape. Instead, the three take cover behind a counter. After catching their breaths, Rekka was the first to speak.

"What the hell are those things!? Why are they trying to kill us!?" Rekka screamed, frantically.

"I-I think they're after the watch!" Emi guessed, remembering how close the bees were to her watch.

"B-But, I thought robots were after your watch! Not bees!" Mai exclaimed in terror. The poor flower girl couldn't believe she was getting attacked by bees. Especially right after her argument with Rekka.

"I thought so too, but I guess anything is after this thing!" Emi replied, as she looked at the watch.

"Now would be a good time to transform before they reload, Emi!" Rekka looked over the counter and saw the bees getting ready to shoot at them again. Emi nodded her head and activated the watch. She rapidly turned the dial, trying to think of what form could get her and her friends out of the situation without causing mass damage.

"Hurry, Emi!" Mai and Rekka yelled.

In desperation, Emi slammed down the dial and the cabin was enveloped in a green light.

Akihiro Sato slammed down his boot on a bee that was sitting next to his plate. Next to him was Fuji who was munching hard on a bag of marshmallows.

"Don't you wish something exciting happened sometimes, Fuji?" Sato asked. His friend turned to him with a mouth full of marshmallows. Fuji tried to speak, but all that came out was gibberish. Sighing at his friend's antics, Sato went back to his dinner.

WHOOOSSSHHH

"EEEEEEKKKKKK!"

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

Sato and Fuji turned around to find the doors to the cabin swinging wide open off their hinges. They looked at each other highly confused, before turning back to their meal. They'd tell the adults about the door later.

A blue blur zoomed through the forest at incredible speeds that would normally be impossible for normal humans. Behind the speeding blur were groups of bees giving chase, almost as fast as the blur itself.

Rekka and Mai held onto their friend for dear life. Both also being held in the beings arms. The being in question is a semi-armored velociraptor. She has black orbs on her feet and is wearing a black cone-like helmet with a sliding protective visor. Her face underneath was blue with pink eyes, black lips, and stripes running under and between her eyes.

When Emi had transformed, she quickly grabbed her friends and made a break for the door. Completely shocked by how fast she was going initially, but quickly managed to adapt to her speed. Her friends however were still flabbergasted by how fast they were going.

"Are they still following us?" Emi's slithering voice got the girl's attention. Mai opened her eyes and looked behind them.

"They're still chasing us!" Mai answered, panicking.

"Petal to the metal, Emi!" Rekka yelled.

Following her friend's words, Emi proceeded to speed up and lose the bees. Sadly enough, the girl's underestimated how persistent the bees were as they managed to stay on Emi's tail. Some of the bees still fired stingers at the girls, making the two humans direct Emi how to dodge to the best of their ability.

Emi made a sharp U-turn around a tree, a sudden move which momentarily left the bees confused. Giving Emi enough time to run away from them. Though the girl's destination would halt quickly as all three took in the terrifying sight before them.

They had run into a large clearing inside of the forest, which under normal circumstances wouldn't be freaky. However, in the middle of this clearing was a huge nest with basketball sized bees buzzing around it. Each one tearing the forest apart to continue expanding the nest.

"What the hell is this?" Rekka asked, her voice quivering at the sight. Mai couldn't answer, since she was a quivering mess at the moment. There was only so much freakiness a girl could take ya know?

Emi didn't know what she was looking at, only that they needed to run away immediately unless they wanted more bees after them. "Guys! We need to go, now!" Emi tightened her hold on her companions.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ

Turning around she found the bees they ditched earlier quickly approaching their position. Letting the visor slide back over her face, Emi ran off and the bees followed.

Emi had noticed that they were coming upon a huge lake and almost stopped on instinct. The only thing stopping her was the thought of the bees killing them, so she kept on running much to her companions chagrin.

"Emi! That's a lake!" Mai cried out.

"I know! Let's just hope I can run on water!"

"That only works in anime!" Both comically yelled at her.

For the third time that day all three were flabbergasted by the fact that Emi's current form was fast enough to run on water. Her speedy legs covering the bees in water, wetting their wings and sending them into their watery deaths.

Rekka and Mai saw this and cheered on Emi. "Alright! We did it!"

"Yeah!" Emi replied, happily.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Three faces darkened at the same time as a familiar beeping sound rang out in their ears. A second later there was a bright red flash, leaving the three of them floating in the air for 3 seconds, before crashing into the lake.

Three drenched girls made their way back to their camp and saw that the camp counselors were examining the ruined cabin.

"I can't believe some of these kids were irresponsible enough to break the door. Let alone have the strength to do it?" A male counselor grumbles as he hammers the door back onto its hinges.

"I'm more concerned about these bee stingers stuck in the walls and the door. How would bees even be capable of doing this?" A female counselor inspected the interior of the cabin. Tweezers in her hands to pick out the bee stingers.

"All I know is that whoever is responsible for this mess is getting a one-way ticket home." Another male counselor spoke, angrily.

The girls gulped at the threat and quickly made their way to their tent to change into their pajamas. Once changed they talked about the recent things they discovered during the day.

"So, there's a giant bee infestation in the middle of the forest and nobody, but us knows about it." Emi spoke first.

"What do we do? Do we tell everyone about it?" Mai questioned, worriedly.

"And reveal Emi's secret, that we broke the door, and that we've been chased by a bunch of killer bees?" Rekka brought up a good point. This entire ordeal is another thing the girls must keep to themselves at all cost. Emi slammed a fist into her palm.

"Then that decides it. Tomorrow we'll separate from the camp and take out those bees. We can't let them destroy the forest or kill us." Emi extended a hand to signify an agreement. Rekka complied immediately, as she was fine with killing those bees and protecting her friend. Mai however was hesitant.

"We-We're going to kill them?" She asked.

"What's wrong with that? You had no problem with the ones we watched die today." Rekka said.

"It's just that...our lives were in immediate danger. This time shouldn't we try to see if there's a way to reverse whatever happened to them?" Mai tried to compromise.

Rekka glared at Mai. "Those things want us dead! There's no sav-"

"Alright, Mai. We'll do our best to see if there is a way to fix them tomorrow." Emi cut off Rekka to placate her childhood friend.

"Thank you, Emi." Mai placed her hand on top of the other two. Signaling her agreement.

"Emi, are you sure?" Rekka asked, unsure.

"Yes, I'm sure. Now let's come up with a plan to deal with these things and avoid getting in trouble." And with that the girls began planning to save their camp.
