Both of them were taught the Rasengan, water and tree walking and how to control the 2 tails worth of chakra from the kyuubi without losing control
Mito was personally trained by Tsunade in medical ninjutsu and how to summon slugs.
While as Menma was trained by Jiraya in Kenjutsu ( art of swords) and toad summonings
Naruto perspective
Naruto now possess the mangekyou sharingan,
(Abilities will be revealed later I definitely know what the abilities are cough cough pls help)
Is a master in genjustu to a point where he can trick a person with the rinnegan to an extent
He became such an expert in using the gunbai, sycthe and swords that not even indra could keep up with him
