After fleeing from the castleteria, Cerise had run all the way into the Enchanted Forest to hide from the other students.

"This is not good," said Cerise over and over again as she pulled on her hood, but it would not budge.

"Cerise!" said Ramona as she ran to her.

"I can't get my hood up, and everyone saw my ears," said Cerise.

"Let me try," said Ramona. She then gave the hood a few tugs but even then it wouldn't move.

"Someone must have put a curse on you, that's the only thing that would hexplain this," said Ramona once she gave up trying to get her sister's hood up.

"But I didn't see anyone curse me, and who would do this in the first place?!" asked Cerise who was crying by this point.

"Didn't you say someone found out about your secret and tried to hurt you with it a few months ago?" asked Ramona.

"Kitty did, but I don't see how she could put this curse on me," said Cerise.

"Let's go have a talk with the little cat just to make sure, and whoever did mess with you had better be ready for a pounding," said Ramona as she cracked her knuckles. The two then walked away, unaware that the culprit had been sitting up in a tree the whole time.

"I would be afraid," said Monaca.

"If she could get to me that is," she said with a more wicked smile then her other. Meanwhile, Raven had gone to her and Apple's room to talk with the blonde.

"Apple?" asked Raven as she noticed the blonde sitting at her desk, all kinds of makeup scattered around it and even a few containers were broken on the floor with their contents spilled onto the carpet.

"It… it all keeps disappearing the second I put it on," said Apple without turning around.

"It's just makeup, Apple," said Raven while taking a few steps toward the blonde.

"Just makeup?" asked Apple as she finally turned to look at Raven, an expression on her face that no one in the history of Ever After had seen on the princess's face as it was pure anger.
