Hi guys! How are you doing? We are back! Thanks for all the reviews! We really appreciate this and it motivates us more to write! So here we are with chapter 4! Enjoy it!

Previously on chapter 3…

"Where is he?"

"Here" With that, a jet of drugged water is thrown in his face, he swallows just a little bit for the unexpected shock but already enough to feel a little dizzy. "Will, run! Now!" Jay is holding him to give Will time to escape but he manages to pick a needle from his pocket and in a blink, insert the liquid on his neck, making him pass out and releasing him from the grip.

"NO! JAY!"

"Shut up!" He picks another needle from the same pocket and inserts the same liquid used on Jay and Will pass out in the same moment. "You are coming with me, Jay." He picks the unconscious body of his lover on his arms and makes his way upstairs, leaving the other body laying across the floor. "We are going to have some fun now, darling!"

Despite the nerves tormenting him, Josh carries the unconscious Jay upstairs, lays him gently on the bed and handcuffs his arms and legs again.

"Why did you try that, honey? I'm so good for you and your brother. I care for you both. I don't hurt you both. I feed you with your favorite food made especially for you. Why did you want to run away from me?" he talks to his sleep form while stroking the head with one hand and touching the rest of the body slowly going down with the other. "Rest now, sweetheart. We'll talk later" He kisses him on the lips and on the forehead and leaves the room, heading back to the basement.

Once downstairs, he unlocks the door and finds Will still unconscious on the floor. He picks him up ungently and throws him on a bed, to emphasize his dislike for the redhead. He decided to fool him for a while when he'd wake up. He had important information to convey. Before leaving the basement, he leaves fresh food, water and juice on the table for Will. Then, goes back upstairs and checks CCTV which had been installed in the basement. Within half an hour he noticed his 'visitor' opening his eyes.

Will slowly woke up. His head was splitting, his whole body in pain like he was hit by a bus and his memory was completely out of him for a specific unknown reason. Jay's appearance in the cellar, brought by that psycho unknown man and him wearing that disparate dress alone was disturbing plus his evasive and slow answer to the questions asked and whenever he spoke. Certainly Jay was hiding something major. Except the conversation about Jay's escape plan, everything else is just emptiness. As if that weren't enough, Jay has disappeared again. Shit. He tried to move arms and legs and could. This is weird. He was laying on one of the beds, none handcuffs or something to restrain him. Sitting up, he confirms his theory about Jay's absence again. He started to panic. In a fit of anger, he shouted a loud series of curses in the air.

"You finally woke up, it took a long time." He hears the familiar voice of the man who had brought Jay before their attempt to escape. He is the man who holds them hostage. He is the psycho man who has touched his brother in his intimacy parts. He is the only one who knows where Jay is. He couldn't see if he was in the room due to the darkness. The torturer's voice spread from several directions, which made the situation even more terrifying.

"Who are you? What do you want from us? Where's my brother?"

"If you're worried about your brother, I haven't done anything to him. But don't expect to see him again. You missed your chance while trying to escape." the kidnapper said in a calm, emotionless voice. "I know you're thirsty and hungry, you haven't had anything of the food and drink I brought you lately."

"I don't want to. It's drugged. I want to see Jay, your sick bastard! Let us out!" Will can feel his blood boiling inside him in a way he had never seen before.

"Let's not start insulting, okay? Consider it as a punishment for trying to escape. It's your decision to eat or not. I can promise that you will be awake. You may need strength for your freedom soon. If you behave, maybe I'll let you say goodbye to Jay" Josh ends with a hollow, mocking laugh. Will is close to crying. He wants to see his brother, hug him and keep him safe, only guessing what happened the first time Jay was upstairs based on his statement. The bastard is capable of anything. Shit.

Jay wakes up with an unimaginably headache like a hammer hitting constantly on his brain. He remembered meeting Will in a cellar somewhere downstairs, a conversation and the unsuccessful escape. He tries to concentrate looking around the room or wherever he is, but his head hurts even more. Likewise, his arms and legs were blocked, very tight and sore from not having those soft restrictions of before, at least chains or fetters are used. Adding to his discomfort on his entire body, he is lying on something soft. Seems like a mattress. He tries to calm down, keeping his eyes close for a moment and fights against the restraints. Suddenly he feels a gentle hit on his cheeks, after someone tenderly caressing him.

"Baby, open your eyes, I know you're awake. Baby, show me your beautiful eyes. I promise, I'm not mad at you." Jay chooses to ignore it, but is forced to open his eyes in the worst way possible. He is massaging his penis, making it hard. The mere thought made him sick.

"Don't touch me motherfucker!" he shouts.

"What's that language, baby? Where's your gratitude?"

"Gratitude?! What should I be grateful for? For imprisonment? Harassment? Drug abuse?" he loudly emphasized each of the charges, "Your bastard, you kidnapped my brother too! Let us out!"

"Honey, you break my heart with those words. I love you. I'm trying to be nice and take care of your needs, I'm also taking care of your brother, and yet you tried to run away. Now, it's all up to you. However, even if I'm not mad at you anymore, you are having your punishment." With these words he kisses Jay on his lips, ignoring his protest. Next he is picking a syringe from his pocket, moans of surprise and disapproval escaping makes the kiss more intense and interesting. "Time to relax, baby" he injects a clear liquid to an empty spot on his neck. It is the same drug used on his food before the shower; Jay will be half - awake and aware of what's happening surrounding him but won't be able to control his body movements to fight against it. He is at his total mercy. It shatters his heart but it's necessary. His lover won't be cooperative until the redhead's existence is completely out of his mind. It will happen soon though. He continued rubbing the area gently while touching and massaging the hardening member. When he notices Jay is relaxed, he slowly unlocks his wrists and takes his white dress out, admiring every detailed strong muscle on his chest and abdomen.

"You are so perfect." A whimper is his only answer as he licks from the hem of his boxers to his neck, feeling Jay shivering in every single touch under his fingers. It's incredible how easy he can be truly happy near his lover. He returns his attention to his boxers and takes them out as well, earning in exchange a murmured 'no' from him. Is the best thing he has ever seen before. It's not possible to express in words how excited he is now, his genuine smile and excitement passing throughout him shows what he's feeling. He puts the handcuffs back on, chaining them to the bed frame again as an idea surge on his mind and covering Jay with a warm blanket as an expression of concern for a while. "I'm back soon to have fun, darling."

Jay is frightened. He knows he is completely naked, bound as before to the metal parts of the frame with handcuffs and chains holding him, high as a pipe from what he thinks it's the same drugs used before in his food and a heavy warm blanket covering his naked form completely. He is vulnerable. He is at total mercy of his captor. He feels he is going to be sick. Seems impossible due to how stressed and drugged he is but he needs to organize his thoughts while being alone.

What about his brother? Where is he? Does their captor do the same with his brother? Or worse? For what he had seen of his brother back downstairs, he seems weak, stressed and tired for lack of food and water but not hurt physically. And why Will is there if the man is clearly obsessed with him and not his brother? He can use this as an advantage to free him or at least let evidence from the team search them.

Talking about the team, have they figured out their absence in both respective work? With the knowledge that they share an apartment, they would have already gone to their place and figured out they haven't overslept seeing the mess that probably was the place. Probably Voight was the one thinking about this possibility, had threatened his job and was ready to kick his ass out of Intelligence for this unusual act of his.

It's known to everyone that he is the first and the last on the bullpen after the Sergeant. It happened exactly five times that he had arrived before the boss, twice for being so stuck in a case that he decided to sleep on the sofa of the breakroom to not waste time and investigate and three times where he was stuck in a nightmare for his time overseas, not allowing him to sleep properly, leading him to work to distract himself from the pain. What is considered a joke to his coworkers and they actually do a lot of fun about it is a habit he learned during the Army and he took it for life. As they always say: once a soldier, always a soldier. Certainly the only person that knows this and him better than him himself would protect him from Voight. Hailey.

Amaze him every day how easy she can read him. He always had considered himself a close book but she shows him the opposite. Sometimes it's scary but he loves just being able to share a look with her knowing she will understand and support him. It's been like this since day one, when he shot that little young black girl. She was by his side. When he went undercover with Luis and, in a moment with his mind back in the desert of Afghanistan ten years ago, he pointed his gun at her. He fuck pointed his gun at his partner almost shooting her and she was by his side. During and after the prohibitive undercover date with Camilla she was by his side giving him the ultimate to search for help in the therapist or she would change the partner. It was the last thing he wanted to do but he owned her after all she did to him and she still wanted to be his partner. And, like always, she was right: it was good and now he manages to deal with everything that happened back in Afghanistan and in Chicago better than ever. He will always be grateful to her. He is in love with her. Oh Hailey, it's the last time I will ask you a favor I promise. Find us. Or at least find Will. Please.

"I'm back, sweetheart!" Josh approaches Jay whispering those words in his ear and kisses his cheek, earning a groan for an answer. He reaches into a drawer and pulls out a large-sized dildo. He wondered while choosing if this was the right time to use it or use another object from the ones disponibilize to him. He decided to try and quickly because the drugs will stop working soon. Making sure Jay is still in his drugged state, he applies the right amount of lubricant to the dildo and to his fingers, slowly lifts his hips, parts his buttocks apart and stretches the tight anus with his fingers.

"No...please!" He hears the murmured protest, but it quickly subsided with the soothing brushing of his hair. Feeling the time is right, he slowly slips on the device and turns it on straight against his prostate, starting with the lowest level. Seeing the vibrator slowly stimulate as more gasps escape from Jay's mouth, he gradually increases the level, eventually leading to both the hardening of the penis and the fighting of the man.

Jay has never felt so agony in his life as now. He had been torture back in Afghanistan and in Chicago, being shot some times during his military service and currently in police forces. But those experiences can't be compared with his current situation. The dildo seems to rip him apart and his struggle against his chains result in nothing, the restraints effectively doing their work and holding him back. The both unimaginable pain and unwanted pleasure resulting from the placement of the dildo, rubbing directly against his prostate, makes him become hard and his cum is coming soon, although he doesn't want to. Finally, after some time of pure agony and continuing fighting, he threw his hips up with a loud groan of pleasure. The sperm stream shot up, falling over his own raped entire naked body.

"That's it, my boy. You are so good for me. Let me taste now, my angel." Josh couldn't be happier and proud than now. Watching his lover becoming hard stimulated by the dildo makes himself hard too. He turns off the dildo without taking the object out of his ass, watching with a smile the sperm all over his abdomen and chest, slowly dripping to the mattress under him. He gets on his knees next to his lover's bed and tenderly licks the sperm. It tastes wonderful like he imagined. He looks up at Jay, who is starting to feel asleep, tired after all his effort and to the drugs on his system. It 's time. He knows this time would come soon as having his brother just downstairs is making his lover be worried over him. He picks a bottle of drug and a syringe from the bag and fills the syringe with the liquid. With a certain quantifier of injections the memories of Jay's old life would disappear and they both would start a new life just like them. Alone. His team workers won't be close to bothering them. His brother will be really far from him and wouldn't bother them anymore. "Our happy ending is just starting, lover."

The next morning in the District begins quietly. The tension and stress can be felt in the atmosphere and in the bodily expressions of each police officer. The disappearance of the usual jokes and the captivating and bright smiles, grateful for a new day at work and the opportunity to save lives or bring justice to the beloved city and citizens, angry expressions and some red eyes in place. The only verbal communication comes from news about what they have discovered so far in the brother's kidnapped case. It's been 24 hours. Not knowing who kidnapped them, the reason behind it, the location and what conditions Jay and Will were in made everyone anxious.

Right away when Hailey enters the district to see Sergeant Trudy Platt, known as being one of the best (and sarcastic, too) police officers in the department, she loses the last characteristic in her job at the entrance with slightly red eyes showing her nervousness. She heads straight for the Bullpen's stairs where the situation is worse. Everyone is already there: Burgess has her hair tousled in a ponytail with red eyes, averting her gaze and Adam's so as not to collapse again in front of everyone. Adam and Kevin, the group's jokes, kept a serious expression on their faces as they analyzed the papers in their hands. Her gaze goes back to Voight's office, which is inside with Olinsky with the door closed, clearly the conversation isn't good and she doesn't want to be there to find out either. Hurts that she had to put up with reality being thrown at her once more when she looks at the table in front of hers and doesn't see its occupant nor her favorite coffee on her desk brought by him earlier.

The situation was the worst for her. When she woke up, she hoped it was just a terrible nightmare. She wants to see Jay, with his unique Halstead smile and the sound of his laughter, immediating making her humour better. Only God knows how much she is missing Jay. She wants to tell him how she really feels about him. Her feelings for him started at the same moment years back when her eyes stared at him on that robbery-homicide crime scene. He is different from every guy she has been before; she always knew that when she would open up about her issues they would walk aways and it was exactly what happened. She never allowed herself to tell the magic three words to him after the way Erin left and how devastated he was as the consequences. The only thing she could do was support him no matter what and she tried her best to do it. She supported him when he accidentally shot that little girl. She supported him during Luis' case. She supported him during his prohibited undercover date with Camilla. And, after forcing him to search for help, he was on his feet again and she couldn't be happier to see one of the best cops as her partner. She loves him and something tells her that it is a mutual feeling. She is going to tell him how she feels about him. But, first of all, they need to find him and Will. That bastard abducted Will, too.

By the way, she doesn't know if it's her cop's instinct alerting her or a sign of how emocional she is towards the situation but that strange man she and Nat met yesterday was suspicious, too nice and too worried about Natalie's emotional state. He was comfortable with Natalie alone, however her presence as a cop suddenly changed his behavior. He became more nervous, clearly uncomfortable and how he had gone away suddenly made her think about following him. However she had to calm down the doctor so she let him go. She remembers every trace of his face and the clothes he was wearing, deciding to keep an eye on him and also tell Voight about him.

"Hailey?" Adam's voice brings her back to reality with a jump. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you."

"No, it 's ok. Apologize me for being out. You were saying something?"

"I know I'm not him neither I can make coffee the way he does but I know how much you like him bringing your coffee and he's going to kill me if I don't look after you while he's not here so I bring your coffee. I tried my best." He hands her her mug filled with coffee and a sad smile appears on her face while she looks at her partner's empty desk.

"Thanks, Adam."

"We are going to find him." If he was talking to convince her or himself she doesn't know but they have to be as optimistic as they can. Will and Jay need them. They need Will and Jay. She needs them, especially Jay.

"Yes, we are."

"Ok, what do we have so far?" Voight asks the nervous subordinates in the bullpen while getting out of his office being followed by Olinsky. Atwater takes the lead putting an image on the screen.

"So, me and Ruzek watched the tapes from the security cameras in front of Molly's where we all were watching NHL. The game ended at 23:00 and this camera shows Jay and Will getting out at the bar and heading towards their car 10 minutes later." He points to the screen while the recording shows exactly what he was saying. "Reaching the car, Jay sits on the driver seat while Will in the passenger seat and they make their way to the apartment in 15 minutes." He shows a lot of photos from each street where the car passed until reaching the camera on the floor of Jay and Will's apartment. Everyone can see the two brothers making their way, punching, pushing gently each other and laughing at each other along the way until they enter the apartment at 23:30. Melted everyone's heart seeing the two of them looking like two kids fooling around. Seeing cruel things that they have to see on the job can really lose the hope on humanity and time is something unknown to anyone. Seeing them happy together even having the most stressful jobs out there and of how much things both had experienced shows that it doesn't matter what happens, the blood connection can heal everything. While they find comfort in the picture in front of them, an uncontrolled anger grows on them thinking why the hell someone could have the audacity to kidnap them. They aren't blood related but they are a family and, if you hurt one of them, will have to prepare yourself for everyone else.

"Ok. We saw them arriving at the apartment but nothing strange happened." Hailey tried to clean fast a lonely tear making her way on her cheek until before anyone noticed and put her back again as a cop and not the emotional mess she is being now. Adam noticed that, taking the lead and continuing.

"Yeah. Firstly we didn't see anything strange but when Jay reached the car, he was staring at something across the street and when he drove away, what he was looking at." He put the video on again and then everyone can see a black car which he stopped the recording again. "In every picture along the way this car is three or four cars behind." He shows again the pictures from the way and they can see the same black car following them.

"They were being followed."

"Then, 10 minutes later Jay and Will entered the apartment, the monitoring showed a tall man got out of the car, walked directly to the apartment, opened the door and entered. Soon after, the same man came back and slightly lifted one unconscious body, lifting him in the car. He returned to the building five minutes later, went back to the car with the second body and drove away. You can't see the kidnapper's face nor locate the car because it's without plates and he escaped from all cameras after that but it's clearly a black SUV."

"Crime lab just called; the blood on one of the syringes belongs to Jay, the other to Will. No fingerprints and no signs of a fight in the apartment." Burgess states.

"I don't know if this is a bad feeling of mine but when I took Natalie to the park yesterday a man started talking with her and it was clear how interested he was towards the reason she was crying. He was comfortable until I appeared and he saw I am a cop, his behavior totally changed. He started to feel uncomfortable, become nervous, lost the interest in continuing the conversation and went away. I didn't do anything to worry more than necessary Natalie, even register his name, but I remember him and his clothes. I repeat I don't know if this is a bad feeling but his actions are suspicious.

"Hailey, talks with Forense to make a sketch of this man and later try to find him on our bases. To know exactly where they were, he has been following both for a time so search for more cameras, Adam. Look for other cameras, talk to the neighbors and your CIs, maybe they saw or heard something or someone. We have to find them!"

"Copy, Sarge" all responded in unison, getting to work. As Voight disappears in his office again, they all look at each other, guessing that he is suffering from heavy remorse for the way he spoke about Jay before it was revealed that both brothers had been kidnapped.

Voight was furious, this time at himself. He didn't even take into account that something bad had happened. Only after cooling down and finding out Will was missing did he realize that Jay was never late, he would come to work often with a mild cold, even if he stayed behind his desk in such a situation instead of going out into the field with the rest. More than once, he found Jay long before starting work, working on overdue reports and other paperwork. How he could even have thought Jay would sleep after a drunken night? He would be on his sixth cup of coffee but would be there. He should have more confidence in his youngest detective.

"Where are you, Jay?" He whispered while looking outside his window.

They were kidnapped. Natalie can't concentrate on her work after speaking to her friends, her thoughts revolving around Will and the fact that he and Jay had suddenly disappeared. She is fearing that, in any moment, one of them or both would cross the ER door completely bruised or worse or someone from Jay's team would appear saying they had found their dead bodies. She doesn't want to take time off because at home would be a greater risk of collapse and someone had to cover Will's shift. She hopes that none of her theories would become real and soon she can open up with Will about her feelings for him.

They were kidnapped. Choi bit himself the hardest. It was he who was the sharpest towards the absent friend. He knew Rhodes is right deeply down, Will had changed his behaviour completely since he had moved in together with Jay, picking up some of his habits of never arriving late learned in the Army.

Sharon is on the line with Voight. She wants to know at what stage the investigation is. Unfortunately, nothing was known yet. She had just got out of a meeting with her superiors to inform them about the situation regarding the missing doctor, being forced to stand up for him when it was suggested that he didn't come to work because he didn't feel like it or he overslept and explained the real reason for Dr. Will Halstead's absence.

"Anything you need, my team is ready to help find them. Just let me know. Please find them."

"We are going to find them. Thanks." Turn off the phone, she stands and goes to her window watching the rain starting. "Please, wherever you are, be safe. We need you."

So, that's it for chapter 4. I hope you guys like this. Be ready for more soon. See you!
