2000 years later. Egypt
"Lord Hadron, please heed my request," A dark haired woman with a pair of teal wings said as he entered Hadron's chambers.
"Queen Isis, what can I do for you?" Hadron asked coldly.
"I need your aide, Lord Hadron," Isis said sadly.
"And why should I help a woman who usurped my brother from his position as King of the Gods?" Hadron asked coldly.
"Please, at least here out my petition Lord Hadron, you remain the strongest of the Gods," Isis said pleadingly.
"I will hear your request, but I make no promise to aide you," Hadron said coldly.
"Of course, my Lord. My brother Set has killed my husband Osiris, and scattered his body around Egypt," Isis said sadly.
"I see, and what do you wish for me to do?" Hadron asked coolly.
"I have gathered his body, and I would that you give him back his life," Isis said hopefully.
"And why would I give back life to a usurper?" Hadron asked with raised eyebrow.
"Because he is the king of Egypt, and if he does not return than Set will destroy all that Ra and you have created," Isis said as if it was the most obvious answer.
"Set only did his duty to his king, in removing the usurper from the throne," Hadron replied.
"But Ra, refuses to take the throne, saying it has been corrupted," Isis retorted.
"I can see Ra doing that, however I cannot revive Osiris, once a god dies, they can never be returned to their former glory once more, unless Ra himself does so," Hadron said flatly.
"But could you at least bring him back to some sort of life, surely as the God of Infinity you can do that, especially as the God of Life and Death," Isis said pressuring Hadron.
"What do I get in return, if I were to bring Osiris back in a sense?" Hadron asked, knowing Isis would not give up until he agreed.
"Anything in all of Egypt, I would give it you," Isis said happy she was getting her way.
"Anything, huh, are you sure about that?" Hadron asked with a small smile appearing on his face.
"Yes, anything you desire," Isis said immediately.
"Bring in the body of Osiris, but first make a vow on the Duat that once I do my part you will give me whatever I desire," Hadron said with a smile.
"Very well, I Isis swear on the Duat to give Hadron whatever he requests from within the lands of Egypt, once he has done his part in healing Osiris," Isis said before having her servants bring in the body of Osiris.
"Very good Isis, now as I said I cannot return him to a true life, for only Ra can do that, so he will no longer be a god of the Sun, for I have not that power, however, to bring him back to a semblance of life I will give him from my own power. I Hadron, wielder of the powers of Heh, Naunet, and Kauket, give of my own power to Osiris to bring him back to a form of life. In doing so I give up much of my strength and give the rule of life and death, and darkness to Osiris. May he serve honorably in his roles as Judge of the Dead and King of the Duat," Hadron said placing his hands on the sarcophagus before an emerald, green light erupted from him and entered the sarcophagus before he passed out.
25 years later
"Master, you finally awaken, we were concerned you may never awaken," Bastet said as she saw Hadron open his eyes.
"How long was I out, my pet?" Hadron asked as he rubbed his eyes.
"Twenty-Five years," Bastet said simply.
"Damn, did the decree work to bring Osiris back to life of sorts?" Hadron asked kindly.
"Yes, though Isis was pissed since he cannot dwell in the world of the living for long, so he cannot be king of Egypt anymore," Bastet said with a small smile.
"I am not surprised, call Isis here, I have need of her," Hadron said with a smile.
"Why, she is a bitch?" Bastet said confused.
"She owes me for bringing Osiris back, even if he cannot live in the world of the living, he is still alive, and she swore on the Duat to give me anything I wanted," Hadron said with a smirk.
"Wait anything?" Bastet said shocked.
"Indeed, anything," Hadron said happily.
"Well, she may be in for a surprise, she currently is working with her son Horus to retake the throne from Set, who had done massive damage to Egypt since he became Pharaoh," Bastet said simply.
"I will weaken him then, I Hadron wielder of the powers of Heh, Naunet, and Kauket, recall the gift of rule over Chaos from the God Set, may his power be once more my own," Hadron said before an emerald and red light came flying into the room and hitting him in the chest.
"Wait you can revoke your blessings?" Bastet said shocked.
"Not normally, but since it was not the full power over the Seas of Chaos, I was able to call it back, I will not be able to retake the domains I gave to Osiris, now go get Isis and her son," Hadron said before Bastet left to do as he asked.
"Hadron, you have awoken, and your pet has called saying you need me," Isis said coldly as she entered with a young man at her side.
"Horus, I could have sworn that your parents were Geb and Nut, how are you Isis and Osiris' son?" Hadron asked ignoring Isis' statement.
"After being injured in the overthrow of Ra, I went for rebirth, and was reborn the son of Isis and Osiris," Horus said respectfully.
"And now you plan to overthrow another Pharaoh, interesting, well Set is now weaker than he had been, he no longer has any rule over chaos," Hadron said kindly.
"You can do that, thank you Lord Hadron, without that power he will be considerably weaker since he uses it so much," Horus said gratefully.
"As grateful as I am that you have taken some of Set's power, why did you ask us here?" Isis said coldly.
"You owe me a debt, Isis," Hadron said simply.
"I owe you nothing, since you did not fulfill your part of the bargain," Isis said coldly.
"That is where you are wrong and you know it, I never said I could return him to the world of the living, only to bring him back to life, and now he in 10,000 times more powerful than he had been while a lesser god of the Sun," Hadron said daring her to refute him.
"Very well, what do you desire, I will do as the oath says and give you anything you desire," Isis said realizing that what Hadron said was true.
"I want you, your soul bound to my own, like Bastet's is," Hadron said simply.
"How dare you ask such a thing, I am not something you can just take, I am the queen of Egypt," Isis said coldly.
"Yet your oath said anything, and you count as part of that anything, and to sweeten the deal, I will make you bind your soul to my own but will not make you mine until after I aide Horus in removing Set from his seat as Pharoah," Hadron said flatly.
"I will never," Isis said angrily.
"Then I Hadron call on the power of the Duat to make right the oath, which shall return the powers which I gave to Osiris to bring," Hadron started before Isis leaped on him.
"No, if you must do this, I will do as you desire, do not hurt Osiris," Isis said coldly.
"Good, then make the vow," Hadron said firmly.
"I Isis, the Magic Day, do bind my soul to that of the God host Hadron, to have my body claimed by him once the war against Set has been won," Isis said defeated.
"I Hadron host and God, to accept the binding of Isis, the Magic Day, to my soul, and in return shall aide Horus in overthrowing Set from his seat as Pharoah," Hadron said with a smile before a flash of light teal left Isis and entered Hadron.
"Lord Hadron, may I ask why you made my mother bind her soul to your own and not to your ba as most are done?" Horus asked confused.
"My reasons are my own Horus, now I believe we have a war to prepare for," Hadron said before following Horus to the war planning room.
25 years later
"I must admit Set, you are much stronger than I thought you would be," Hadron said as he was disarmed by a man with gray skin and red eyes.
"I am the Pharoah, and a god, while at the end of the day you are nothing more than a host, filthy human," The man said with a sneer.
"Indeed, I am, but I am also infinite, while I may fall, my soul will always have the tie to the infinity and the seas of Chaos, something you will never have," Hadron said mockingly.
"Until I kill you that is, then I will claim all that you are as my own," Set said as he stabbed Hadron in the stomach.
"I must die as you watch for that to occur Set, and look behind you," Hadron said causing Set to look behind him as Horus came at him and began to fight him while Hadron lay on the ground bleeding, until Horus disarmed Set and sliced him in half sending his ba into the Duat.
"Lord Hadron how are you bleeding red blood, god's don't bleed," Horus said as he rushed over the Hadron where he was laying on the ground.
"Horus, congrats you are now pharaoh, but at the end of the day I am just a human, and since giving your father domain over life and death, I no longer can prevent my own body's death from injury," Hadron said with a small chuckle.
"What, surely you knew this," Horus said confused before a Ra and Bastet appeared behind him.
"Horus why are you kneeling beside Hadron, you have won, Hadron can heal in our healing chambers," Ra said confused.
"Actually Ra, I cannot, I shall die soon," Hadron said his voice starting to get softer.
"What, how, you are the god of life and death, injury cannot kill you," Ra said confused.
"Was the god of life and death, Osiris is now and has been for the past 50 years," Hadron said sadly.
"You knew what you were risking giving him that position, didn't you," Bastet said glaring at him.
"Yes, my pretty kitty, I grow tired, while my body is immortal, it is not meant to be, I have already lived much longer than my body should have, and I grow tired," Hadron said simply.
"That is why you had Isis bind her soul to your own not your ba, you knew you may die, and now when you are reborn you can command her to come to you," Horus said eyes going wide.
"Indeed, Horus, I wanted Isis, but knew I may fall, so by binding her soul to my own, I may someday have a chance to make her mine," Hadron said with a weak laugh.
"I shall join you master in your journey to rebirth," Bastet said making a decision.
"No, you will be needed to aide Ra, for without my position as Keeper of the Seas of Chaos, Apophis will be able to grow stronger than ever, and Ra will need your aide in keeping him at bay," Hadron said firmly.
"What of your other domains, for I understand that you gave life, death, and darkness to Osiris, and the chaos will fall to Apophis until you one day return, but what of infinity no god save yourself has that domain," Horus said simply.
"And so, it shall remain, as with darkness as I gave that not up to Osiris, goodbye my friends, my pet, Peace be with you until we meet again," Hadron said before exhaling his last breath.
