Yakshas Grief

This is my first story, so please whale on me. Idk why I choose Genshin for my first, but I see lots of people doing outlines first before replacing it with a full story. The outline may or may not stay. I may or may not complete this. I'm only posting to motivate myself to finish(or starting).

I am moving this to the end because a lot of people leave after seeing this. I might delete it later tho.

Outline

Traveler goes to Wangshu Inn to tell Xiao about Rex Lapiz's death.

Xiao takes it with his ever present stoic face.

Events of the Story Quest happen.

Fast forward to later and Xiao is struggling with his emotions over the death of his adopted father.

He doesn't want to burden the other adepti with his struggles. He has a reputation to uphold, and they are more busy than ever. Especially Ganyu.

He decides to do something after releasing too much emotion/power during a routine fight.

He goes to the ancient Wangsheng Funeral Parlor because he respected the founder. He thinks that he may find relief through the wisdom of mortals, who deal with their own morality everyday.

Instead he finds Hu Tao who teases him and generally mischiefs.

After Xiao threatens to leave she shows her serious side.

?

Xiao breaks down, cursing himself for losing control of his emotions.

Hu Tao helps him come to terms with Morax's death and what he meant to him.

Xiao swears Hu Tao to secrecy, to which she doesn't quite give a straight answer.

As Xiao gets ready to leave, Zhongli comes into the parlor. Awkward silence ensues.

Xiao gets ready to kill someone.
