It's not a huge story though, it's more like a episode idea.

Chapter 4:

Marinette lost it.

Me? his dance partner?! Besides Kagami or anyone else? Did I hear him right?

Adrien: "I know I could have chosen anyone else but I think you'd be amazing. I'm sure you'll be perfectly fine then."

Marinette felt her heart hammering against her chest. It felt surreal. Marinette gave a small shy nod. Adrien smiled making her faint inside.

"Tikki, spots off!"

The kwami detransformed and sat on the couch. The pink haired girl took out some croissant and gave it to the hungry kwami.

"Thanks, Alix." Tikki giggled as she took a bite.

"It's surprising how we won every single battle. Today's our 5th win!" Alix cheered.

Tikki: "Yeah you almost mastered it."

Alix: "That's because I've seen Ladybug do all that. I wonder how did Ladybug herself learn everything.

Tikki: "By patience Alix, just like how you learnt roller skating and became the top in the academy."

Alix: "You're pretty wise."

Tikki: "Well I'm only 'more than 5000' years old."

Alix: "No way! You would be an awesome display in the museum!"

Tikki: "No I can't!"

Alix: "Just kidding, hehe I know I should keep you a secret until the real Ladybug may need you back."

Tikki: "Yeah she's on vacation and you were chosen as substitute for now."

Alix: "She deserves it. Ladybug must be so busy right?"

Tikki: "Yeah but she managed to handle it well. I hope to see her soon."

In Adrien's room.

"Quit worrying, nothing must have happened to your lady. She must be somewhere else and couldn't play-"

Plagg was shut with a cube of camembert.

Adrien dropped on his bed and wondered what happened.

FLASHBACK~

The supervillain shot a bunch of canons at the black cat and he sprang to confuse it.

"Milady, situation's going out of control. I've used cataclysm on a tree and I need your help... WHERE ARE YOU?!!" Cat Noir yelled into his staff with the recording message.

The akumatized person whip lashed and sent Cat Noir flying. He extended his staff and protected himself and bumped into a tree.

"First I cataclysm one of your kind and still you saved me. You are awesome trees!"

"But still you will need a hand"

A hand in red with spots forwarded towards him.

"About time." Cat Noir held her hand and when he looked up, his jaw dropped in utter shock.

"L- LADYBUG?!"

The supervillain shot more canons distracting the superheroes.

"Alright, back to work". Ladybug launched her yo-yo and sprinted along the buildings. She tried to tie up the man so that she can grab the pouch. Luckily for her the akumatized person was an old man so she tossed the pouch to Cat Noir.

He tore it and the black butterfly flew out. Ladybug released the hold and activated the akuma catcher.

"Your time's up, Akuma!" She flung and caught the fly. She tapped to find a white butterfly.

"Whoa.." She breathed. Cat Noir helped the old man. He saw Ladybug preparing for take off. He stopped her and asked,"Who are..you?"

"Ladybug" She simply replied. Cat Noir was not convinced.

"Not your lady though."

That left the black cat speechless and she left without another word.

The Next Day

At the hospital -

Master Fu sat beside Marinette and watched the superheroes save the day again.

Master Fu: "When is your operation?"

Marinette: "A few more days, Master."

Master Fu: "I recommend that you take another week off. Cat Noir did ask me about that and I made it up that you are out of station. Also, you'll need time to recover from the surgery."

Marinette: "Cat Noir? Does he know where you.."

Master Fu: "I met him in his civil form. He is really worried about you."

Wayzz: "Tikki was worried too".

Marinette: "I can't wait to see them again".

"Time to devilise!" Ladybug announced in Marinette's phone.

"I must leave, I'm glad Ladybug is able to cover for you without any suspicion. Get well soon." The old man smiled and patted the girl's hand. The green kwami also bid goodbye and snuck into the Master's shirt.

"Bye Master." Marinette waved and sat back. She really wished to jump and run around. Slowly she drifted into her dream of dancing with Adrien. Him spinning her and pulling her close. In shyness, she twisted her head, which gave her pain.

She laid down and tried to sleep. It was dark but then suddenly Hawkmoth appeared in front of her. She stared at him. He said, "Lace Angel, I give you the power to help and heal.-"

Before he continued, Marinette screamed in her dream.

"Oh No! It's Hawkmoth! No I don't want to!"

Hawkmoth: "Don't worry-"

"I can do that my way, I don't need your power for helping people!"

"You will not hurt people, you will save many people who are in need of your help. I need your help too."

That line made Marinette ponder but before she knew it, she transformed.
