Cleveland Brown Jr.

"Whoa, did I seriously just do that? Wow, I did."

Brainiac thought he could just come to Earth and take whatever he wanted without us trying to stop him, like hell he would.

When that intergalactic terrorist arrived, he posed such a threat to the planet that the CIA officially called me and a bunch of other operatives deemed too extreme by them back into action when Stoolbend was invaded.

When I went to fight alongside them, despite my family's protest's I had no choice but reveal to them my status as an ex CIA official to them, their results were as I expected.

Donna was shocked and downright furious that I kept this from them.

Cleveland was heartbroken that I killed his original son and tearfully denounced that I was no longer his son.

Rallo and Roberta were shocked their their dear, sweet, innocent brother was a dangerous killer that took down terrorists one by one on the daily.

Of course their was no time to dwell on personal feelings as the world was in danger of being collected by that genocidal, intellectual, son of a bitch, so I told them to evacuate Stoolbend while I stopped Brainiac. But as I left the house with a group of other operatives that arrived at my house, Donna told me that they were going to talk to me when this was over.

Fighting through Brainiac's drones were quite easy, but fighting Brainiac himself was a whole other story. Not only did he have the 12th level intellect but strength on par with Superman.

So we had to relay on opportunities, his arrogance and our training to deal with him.

Using that SOB's arrogance to my advantage, I managed to inject him with a nano explosive into his neck and quickly detonated it as I watch his head blow up into green chunks. A sight I will always relish.

Once that psycho was taken out, the ship fell out of the sky but luckily, we managed to escape as it crashed a few bridges outside of Stoolbend.

Now that the invasion was over, I immediately ducked out to go back to my family.

My family were so relieved that I survived and got home... though the emotional scars of my secrecy were still fresh as they call me out for me not telling them this. I told them I couldn't tell them because I took an oath of secrecy when they recruited me and trained me for operations four years ago during Superman's incarceration.

After I ensured them that I had no more secrets and that I promised to be honest from now on, I went back to school with Roberta, who still didn't trust me, though it took her almost a month to get over it, can't say that I blame her though, as I waited for the next crisis to come.

That crisis came when it was announced that Superman has imprisoned Batman and his Insurgency and enslaved some of them under his control using Brainiac's still functioning technology... Batman included. And that the Regime were going to stomp out any attempt to rebel, so it was either serve the Regime or die like a G.

Of course, I wasn't going to stand by and let Superman take over the world again, so I joined up with some low level heroes who were still alive and went into hiding and got my family and extended family out of Stoolbend and going to Gotham City as since Metropolis was gone for good, going there seemed like the best bet.

Knowing the streets were too dangerous to get through, I led my my family, some of our friends and some operatives down to the sewers.

And there's where that Killer Croc and some super-villains like Harley Quinn, Athanasia Al Ghul, Deathstroke (who the world thought was missing in action or dead after delivering that weapon), Captain Cold, Deadshot, and Mr. Freeze were also hiding out there when they got the news.

Some of the villains almost attacked us when Harley intervened, guess she was part of Batman's Insurgency.

To our's and the villain's surprise, she decided to compromise.

We would team up with the villains and they'll help us stop the Regime and we'll help them with whatever they need.

Knowing that we had little choice, we all reluctantly agreed.

For Captain Cold, it was to kill Wonder Woman, as she was responsible for his sister, Golden Glider's death, which I was all too happy to agree to.

For Deadshot, it was to get that nano explosive out of his head, which I assured him that the CIA would be capable of doing for him.

For Mr. Freeze, it was to assist him in finding a cure for Nora, I agreed to this on the condition that he wouldn't kill the scientists if they made a mistake, which he begrudgingly agreed to.

For Killer Croc, it was to leave his lair once they stopped Superman, which we were more than happy to do.

With Deathstroke's training in martial arts and marksmanship and my experience as an agent myself, we all trained ourselves to the brink of exhaustion, but it was worth it as one day, we got some sort of weird message on a rock that fell from the sky in some strange language. And judging by how it was written, it looked like it was written hastily.

My guess it was from Supergirl... and I was right.

In the message, she explained the weaknesses of Brainiac's technology, using that to our advantage. We led a quick assualt into the three separate teams with three different assignments. Knowing that the Regime were too powerful for any of us to stop, me and my family were assigned to rescue Supergirl with Ra's granddaughter while Harley led a team consisting of Cold, Deadshot, Hush, this a-hole named "Triumph", these group of hippies called "THEM" and Bane to destroy the power source: a giant antenna in the Fortress of Solitude guarded by an army of Superman controlled drones under the Regime's control and Deathstroke led his own team consisting of Knockout (who was hiding out on Earth for some reason), Cheetah, Freeze, Toyman, and Vandal Savags's daughter, Scandal stalled the Regime.

While we killed the Regime and rescued Supergirl while destroying the antenna, it was a bittersweet victory as some of the villains like Cheetah, Deathstroke, Bane, and Athanasia just to name a few were killed during the fight, but not before they managed to settle the score with those they hated of course.

As for those who survived, no worries, we held up our end of the bargain.

With their deals fulfilled, we went out separate ways.

When the next crisis comes, we might need to team up with them again.

Cause after all, in a world that's gone to hell, only those that society deemed "crazy" and overlooked and turned away when they were needed the most as they were considered "lost causes", only they had the know how to restore order.

And considering the life I've been living and kept hidden for so long and considering how big of a threat that Brainiac and the Regime were, I could tell that it was necessary to do that.
