Harry awoke as Hagrid lifted him off of the Lapras and onto a dock. As Hagrid waved goodbye to the animal, Harry looked around to see where he had ended up. He'd never seen so many tall buildings before!

"Where are we?" questioned Harry.

"Oh, this is just Diagon City." replied Hagrid, "It's the best place to shop in the whole Albion region. Got everything you'll ever need for your school journey."

"What are we supposed to buy?" Harry asked excitedly, he was hoping he'd be able to see more Pokémon in the shops.

"It says it in your letter."

"You never gave me my letter."

"Oh yeah. Sorry about that. It's right here." Hagrid answered as he rummaged in his pockets.

"Here it is" he said, pulling out a creased letter and handing it to Harry.

Harry opened up the letter as he walked, wondering what it said.

"We can get all of this stuff here?" Harry asked.

"Of course. Diagon City has the best shops and markets in the world! You can buy anything here."

"But how am I supposed to buy all this stuff? I don't have any money!"

"Of course, you have money. Did you think our parents would leave you with nothing? It's just being held in Gringotts is all." explained Hagrid as he came to a sudden halt in front of a large building.

"What's Gringotts?" questioned Harry, coming to a stop beside him.

"Why it's this building here! It's the bank where everyone keeps their money."

Harry looked up at the building. It was quite large and made of marble with plenty of pillars. Looking at it reminded him of pictures of monuments that he'd seen in a magazine that had hit him on his head once. He never did find out who threw it. The monuments had been from some place called 'Greece' which he had never heard before. They had looked quite ancient.

"What's a Meowth?"

"They're an interesting form of Pokémon. Descended from a Meowth who learnt how to talk. They managed to lobby the Ministry for rights similar to ours. We aren't allowed to catch them anymore either. Now they run our banks because of their love for money. You'd better be careful though, Meowth demand respect and they are very powerful."

"If they love money so much then how do you know they won't steal any of it?"

"They do steal it. But not in the way you may think." Hagrid stated before entering the building.

Harry followed him, pausing to look at a plaque by the door.

Enter, stranger, but take heed
Of what awaits the sin of greed
For those who take, but do not earn
Must pay most dearly in their turn
So if you seek beneath our floors
A treasure that was never yours
Thief, you have been warned, Bewear
Of finding more than treasure there.

'Thats ominous.' thought Harry, 'And they misspelled beware.' He shrugged and continued inside the building after Hagrid.

Hagrid led Harry to a desk at the front that had a white cat sitting on it. The cat seemed to have a strange-looking gold coin glued to its forehead. Looking around, Harry saw many more of these cats. Harry quickly concluded that these were the Meowth that Hagrid had mentioned.

"Good Morning." Hagrid said to the cat.

"So it seems." replied the Meowth, "My name is Griphook. What business do you have at Gringotts today?"

"Harry Potter would like to access his trust vault."

"And does Mr. Harry Potter have his key?"

"Yes he does, just give me a second to get it out." replied Hagrid as he rummaged in his pockets.

"Here it is!" he exclaimed as he pulled a strange key out of his pocket and holding it up.

Griphook whistled and a keychain which had been lying on the desk suddenly floated up, opened up, and grabbed the key from Hagrid's hand before floating in front of them.

"Is that another Pokémon?" Harry whispered to Hagrid.

"Yep, that's Klefki. Some wild ones like to help out sometimes." Hagrid whispered back.

Griphook got down off the chair and gestured for them to follow as him and the Klefki went down a corridor. The two Pokémon led them down a long flight of stairs and past some other corridors until they made it to a locked door.

The Klefki lifted the key they had given it and unlocked the door before zooming off. Griphook opened the door and led them inside.

Inside the vault was mounds upon mounds of Gold coins, Silver coins and Bronze Coins.

"This is all mine?" Harry asked.

"Of course," replied Griphook, "Although this is only your trust vault. When you come of age you will be able to access your family vault as well."

"Better grab some money Harry." said Hagrid, looking in amazement at the sheer size of the piles of coins, "We're going to need it for the shopping."

"Actually," interrupted Griphook, "due to the Potter Family's standing with our people, Mr Potter will get a pouch that can draw from this vault at anytime. Only he will be able to use it of course."

Griphook handed Harry the bag before heading out of the room, followed by both Hagrid and Harry.

Griphook closed and locked the door behind them and handed Harry the key.

"Is there anything else I can help you with?"

"Actually, Dumbledore asked me to grab the You-Know-What in the Vault You-Know-Which." Hagrid said quietly.

"Of course." said Griphook before leading down another corridor and stopping at another vault. It whistled for another Klefki who opened the door letting Hagrid grab a small package which was inside which he shoved into his coat.

With the vault closed and locked once again, Griphook led the two of them back up to the surface and bid them on their way.
