Madara wouldn't lie to himself and say that he hasn't grown romantic affections for the girl. It first started with a ton of sexual tension, but now he feels something more deeply than that.
Almost every night she comes over to his house for a casual sex. A rough sex at that, just like how he wanted.
She said she needed sex as it relieves her stress from work. He can't say no to that, of course. She's irresistible.
He wasn't supposed to be romantically attracted to her, he hasn't really felt that way with any woman he's had casual sex with multiple times in the past, but with Sakura, he makes her feel something more.
He doesn't know if this is good or bad.
Probably the latter.
To him, romantic love is a weakness.
He knew how much heartbreak could destroy you and make you irrational for days, weeks, or even months, he had experienced that several times before. That's why he decided to never take any women seriously. It's just getting in his way.
Plus, he's already too old for that shit.
But he cannot help but fall for her each day. She keeps running in his mind throughout the day as if it's a marathon that doesn't have an end.
It's frustrating, but when he remembers how she always looks at him as if he's the last thing she'll ever see, it drives him nuts each time.
She dominates him sometimes when he wouldn't take initiative, and that is always a huge turn on for him. And she's undoubtedly keep getting better when she's making him feel good. With her mouth.
Every time they are together, he feels an immense euphoria being built inside of him that he's never felt in such a long time. He just wants to give her all of the affection he could possibly muster in a short period of time that they are together. He couldn't help it, she's too beautiful and he makes her feel all these things.
He feels as though he is in his 20's again, embarrassingly enough.
He just doesn't understand how could Sasuke possibly resist her all these years. He doesn't know what he's missing out on. What's up with that brat?
He wonders if he's just a replacement to his distant nephew. He's been told countless of times that he shares somewhat a resemblance to Sasuke, some even thought he was his soon him which annoyed him greatly (he doesn't think he's that old to have a 23 year old son), so that could be the very reason why she's so interested with him.
Every time he thinks of that, he just feels a pang in his chest.
The girl only seems to lust over him and fill in the loneliness within her. After all, he gave her all the attention she's been craving from someone else.
He just cannot help but give her what she wants from him though. As ridiculous as this sounds, he wants to give her everything. He wants to make her happy.
What if when the time comes, his idiot of a nephew finally realizes what a catch she actually is and confesses to her?
Would she stop seeing him and get the man she's always wanted? Would he be okay with that? Or would that drive him to madness?
He can't possibly be going insane over a woman. Plus, they haven't really known each other for that long. How many months has it already passed since that office sex? Three? Four months? He doesn't know. But it feels like they've known each other from a different lifetime.
As they've gotten more accustomed to each other's presence besides the casual intercourse, some days she'll come over to his house late at night. Sneaking into his window (which he purposely left open), laying next to him and just cuddling with him. They wouldn't really have sex but they'd talk for hours till they fall asleep, about just anything that comes to mind. Sometimes they'll make out passionately too, as if they're real lovers.

They've both talked about what they're doing, and they've both agreed that they're not in a commitment. No strings attached.
Though he'd never tell her this, he's completely attached to her. And he's starting to become possessive of her.

How do you stop harboring emotions for someone who wouldn't stop making you feel loved at night?
Sakura comes over to Madara's house almost each night when she's not taking an overtime at work or when he's not out for a mission. And when he is, she does, get very disappointed. Though, she wouldn't admit that to him. She still has some dignity, she keeps convincing herself.
She's been truly enjoying his company though, he's a fun conversationalist, and not to mention, very hot and sexy.
Her crush on him had definitely grown exponentially compared to her old self just fantasizing about him. She didn't really think they'd have this type of relationship.
It's not really a committed relationship, just a pure sexual relationship, if she says so herself.
But she just didn't expect Madara, of all men, to be this kind of a person. First impressions, you would think he's just an arrogant 35 year old sex god, but internally, he is very kind.
He's very gentle, understanding, sweet, and he'd always listen to everything she speaks about, no matter how nonsensical it is.
They'd just laugh about anything, and she just loves that.
He doesn't really seem like a typical 35 year old man who has pure outdated world views, he's still very openminded and young at heart.
And he makes her feel so good about herself, as if she's the most beautiful creature to ever land on this earth. He didn't have to say anything each time, it's just the way he looks at her that says it all. She could easily just melt in those black orbs of his.
She doesn't know how much longer they can have this type of relationship but she just doesn't want to worry about that now. As long as he's allowing her to be in bed with him, she's happy and she will never take it for granted.
She craves for his presence anyway. There were times when Madara would come to the hospital after a mission and she'd always make sure she's the one healing him or checking up on him no matter how busy she is with her own work.
There will also be times when he'd just visit her in the hospital during lunch time and they'd eat outside for a friendly lunch date, and she would always be enthusiastic about it. She isn't exactly afraid of being seen with Madara in public by her friends anymore, but she still keeps convincing them that Madara just became her new friend and mentor, as odd and mismatched as that sounded.
It's not like they're always seen together in public anyway. That's just a rarity.
Plus, it's no one else's business but herself and Madara. No one else needs to know why they've been hanging out a lot together, it's not serious anyway.
Ino just wouldn't let it go though, she saw them once together at a restaurant and just couldn't believe her eyes. She knows Sakura and she could definitely tell there's something going on between them. Madara-sama is just too hot for Sakura to not fall for, I mean he's just like Sasuke! Older but sexier! For fuck's sake.
Sakura is at Ino's apartment tonight. Madara is out for a mission, so she decided to spend the night with her instead, just catching up on each other's lives.
"Come on, Forehead. Just admit you're fucking him. What would you even lose if you admit that? In fact, I'd even support you. He's so much better than Sasuke-kun."
"Shut up, Ino-pig. Stop comparing them to each other. They may be both an Uchiha but they're still completely different people and should never be compared at all. It's like comparing Naruto to Jiraiya-sama. And as I said, he's just a friend and my mentor. We became close because we attend the same meetings for Hokage-sama. I just ask advice or information from him, and he doesn't hesitate to help me."
"What help? In bed? Are you being taught how to give a proper head? Are you practicing?"
Sakura blushes furiously. She throws a mini pillow at her, almost hitting a cup of tea on the desk besides Ino.
"Ino. Shut the hell up. Or I will rip your blonde hair off.
"Sheesh, calm down. I'm just saying he's just a little too hot for you to not fawn over."
"I'm not a 16 year old anymore, Ino. I'd grown out of that. I just see him as a professional. Just let it go."
"I wouldn't till I find out the truth."
"Ino! Fuck's sake! Just because a man and a woman are hanging out together doesn't always mean they're having sex."
That's true, but a complete lie. On her situation, at least.
"I'd get in his pants if Sai isn't my boyfriend."
That made Sakura feel a little jealous and she doesn't know why. Would Madara have sex with her too if Ino was single? Is Madara currently seeing other women besides her? It's none of her business and they agreed they can see other people as they please, since they're not committed. This shouldn't matter at all to her. She shouldn't be feeling jealous. He's not her boyfriend. Yet.
Yet? What is she thinking?
"He's just a little too sexy for his age. He actually looks about 5 years younger. It's crazy how he's the same age as Hokage-sama. Maybe the hokage position is aging him too quickly. Not that I'm saying Hashirama-sama is not attractive, he is hot too but Madara-sama is on another level of drop dead gorgeous. His sex appeal is just oozing out. It's honestly such a missed opportunity if you're actually telling the truth. And the way he looks at you? It's like he practically wants to chew your mouth! He's clearly interested with you!"
"Shut up! Can we talk about something else?"
"Fine. What about Sasuke-kun? Do you still have feelings for him? You haven't really talked about him in ages, so."
That question lingers in her mind for a bit. She doesn't know exactly the answer to that, though she'd made herself believe that she has already moved on and no longer waiting for him. She hasn't told Ino about that at all, she just doesn't want to think about it as much and doesn't want to hear her opinions about it either. Whether good or bad.
"Well, we haven't really seen much each other lately."
"And that's because you're seeing Madara-sama more."
"Not true!"
"I've heard from Naruto that you've been avoiding Sasuke-kun."
"What? That's not true at all!"
"Then why the hell when he's at the hospital you're no longer rushing to his aid like you used to?"
"Are you forgetting that I'm the new head of the medic department so I can't always heal them now?"
"But when it's Madara-sama, suddenly he has to be your patient?"
"Wha- how did you know?"
"I love gossip, you know that. Just admit, you're in love with him."
In love? Could she? She doesn't want to compare her attraction to Madara with her love for Sasuke. She will not.
"Eh? I'm not! It's just a coincidence that when he comes over, I'm not as busy. And when it's either Naruto or Sasuke-kun, I'm busy. I know that sounds unrealistic but it's just what's truly happening. He's just like a sensei to me like what Kakashi-sensei is to me. Can we just go to sleep already if this is all we'll ever talk about for the rest of the night?"
"Pfft. Whatever you say. I'll not let this go so easily, you know."
It's true that Sakura has been prioritizing Madara first more than her former teammates, but that's something that she didn't realize until Ino pointed it out. She feels a little guilt for her friends but at the same time, she just doesn't want to face Sasuke. She doesn't know if her progress of moving on will just go back to stage one.
She just doesn't want to admit to Ino that she may have some sort of feelings for Madara, whether it's more than a crush/sexual desire, she doesn't know exactly yet. She doesn't want to find out yet. Besides, it's not serious anyway, so she doesn't see the point of letting her friends know of her sexual relations with him. She doesn't know how long this will last, as it has only been over four months.
And she definitely doesn't want Naruto and Sasuke to know either. Especially not Sasuke. What would he think if he found out his best friend who was in love with him for years has been fucking his distant uncle? Would he think so low of her? Would he be disgusted with her?
Just thinking about it saddens her.
When Naruto caught her walking around the town with Madara twice, Naruto accused him of being a pervert which Madara just laughed at.
She was embarrassed and wanted to pulverize Naruto like the good old days, but Madara reassured her that he didn't take it personally and found it hilarious instead.
The next day, of course, Sakura is at her usual routine as the head of the medic department, working on a lot more paperworks than healing people, so she's usually expected to be slumped in her office.
But then she senses a familiar chakra signature sprinting towards her office, and suddenly her door opens forcefully which made its doorknob hit the wall adjacent to it, making her jump from her seat.
"Sakura."
"Sas-Sasuke-kun?"
