Kim's POV
"What the hell happened?!" I exclaim when Emily and I get back to the squad room, seeing not only a battered Hailey, but an even worse looking JJ. I run to Hailey and Emily runs to JJ. "I'm okay Kim, she got the worst of it." Hailey says, but I check her over anyway. I look around, waiting for someone to speak up. "Well since it looks like no one else is gonna say what happened, even though there are like 20 of us shoved in this tiny room, I'll tell you. They got into a fight. Hailey kicked JJ's ass." Alex says and we all turn to look over at her. "Alex!" JJ exclaims and she shrugs. "I tell it how it is Jayje, you know that. Anyway, Hotch and Voight have been in there talking for like fifteen minutes, and the more Hotch talks, the angrier voight gets." Alex says and I nod before starting to check Hailey again, she gently stops me. "I'm okay, really. I'll be a little bruised, but like I said she definitely got the worst of it." Hailey says and I look over at Emily and JJ. Before any of us can say anything, Voight's office door opens. "Here's what's gonna happen. Kim, Hailey, Emily, and JJ you're gonna go somewhere and you're gonna work whatever the hell this is out, because we cannot have it ruining this case. The rest of us are gonna continue to work the case while you're gone. Now go." Voight says, giving us a pointed look. "Yes Sergeant." Hailey and I say simultaneously, Hailey and JJ grab their jackets before we all head downstairs. "What the hell happened?" Platt asks when we reach the bottom of the stairs. "They got in a fight and now we're benched until we get everything resolved." I say as we walk over there, she nods as she looks them over. I pull my keys out of my pocket. "Let's get this over with." I say leading them out of the building. "Where are we going?" JJ asks, probably standing as far away from me as she can. "My apartment." I answer, unlocking my car. This is gonna be a long night.
