A month after the incident at Godfrey Industries a brother and sister move to Hemlock Grove in the middle of the night. Seemingly normal on the outside our favorite duo Peter and Roman Godfrey will find out what skeletons are kept in their closet and find themselves in a world of chaos and trouble that they never dreamed of getting into. *Contains OC's, rating may change to M.*

4. Long overdue update

Hey there... been a while...

I don't even know if people would still have an interest in this story but I figured what the hell I might as well give an update. So when I started this I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to do. I had visions in my head of how certain scenes would play out, interactions between the characters, unveiling Jane's past (there is a past. she had a much deeper story than just being a girl thrown into Peter and Roman's chaos) and I knew which guy I could see her forming a deeper and romantic connection with. The problem? i didn't have everything planned out 100 percent and life got in the way. I soon eventually lost sight of what I wanted to do and how to get there.

I feel disappointed I lost sight of it but I've been thinking a lot and I feel I may be able to salvage some of the story, but instead of trying to create a whole new story set in the Hemlock Grove world I might use the plot of season one and incorporate my character and some of her story points into it. Some things might be open to change though. I originally felt that my character would be best with Peter but since he's so in love with Letha in the first season I don't know if that would work. And to be honest I wasn't a big Roman fan when I started the show but over time his character did end up growing on me and I can see why he's loved and often paired up in these types of fan fictions. I definitely don't want to make this a typical love triangle but I feel that as I develope the story I may figure out which guy is best for Jane.

So these are my thoughts. If you happen to find this for the first time or were following it and waiting for updates I'd appreciate it if you could comment whether or not you'd be interested in this story. I might just write it for fun if there isn't interest just so I can lessen some of the guilt of not finishing this. Especially since I've grown so much both as a person and when it comes to writing after finishing college and taken multiple writing classes.
