Issei looked around and saw that there were two statues that depicted western dragons at the front door of the residence, which impressed him. A five-floor mansion that was close to Deonora's Castle was one of the first available houses that caught his eye, and by sheer dumb luck the place was up for sale. Issei did look at where the price was and it merely said 'Price available upon asking the landlady' which made him cautious. Walking up to the door, he gave three knocks on the door and waited about a minute before it opened to reveal a dragon woman with long wavy blonde hair and green eyes wearing a revealing purple top and panties. Her dragon-like hands were red while her feet were yellow.

"Greetings, I am Issei Hyoudou and the three lovely ladies that are with me are part of my harem. Who might you be?" Issei spoke. Immediately after saying that, the gem in the center of the armored gauntlet on his left arm began to shine.

Another red gauntlet soon appeared on the woman's left arm and she then replied, "Oh my, you seem to be the current wielder of the Boosted Gear, Issei. I am Elsha, a previous wielder who reincarnated into this world after I passed away a very long time ago in your world."

Irina stepped forward and stated, "I am Irina Shidou, Issei's childhood friend and as he said earlier I am part of his harem."

Asia then spoke with a blush on her face, "I am Asia Argento, a Holy Maiden and like Irina I am part of Issei's harem. I have a Sacred Gear known as Twilight Healing."

"And I am Xenovia Quarta, an exorcist and a part of Issei's harem." Xenovia remarked.

Ddraig's head then projected itself from the gem in Issei's red gauntlet before he spoke, "I'm honestly surprised to see you here, Elsha."

"Oh relax, Ddraig. You should know by now that the existence of the Hindu pantheon means that reincarnation is a thing." Elsha replied.

"Okay, I'm pretty sure that we can do some catching up in a bit. Anyways, I am here to purchase the property as an ordinary house wouldn't be ideal for having a harem." Issei stated.

"I understand, Issei. I am actually willing to let you and your haremettes move in and own the place. How much cash do you have on hand?"

Issei pulled out a leather pouch from his pants and opened it to look inside before replying, "About 575 Gold coins, and 95 Silver coins."

"I'm willing to let you own this place for the bargain price of 65 Silver, but you'll have to let me join your harem Issei."

"She was said to be the strongest female wielder of the Boosted Gear, so go for it Issei." Irina stated.

"We agree with Irina." Xenovia and Asia spoke.

"Your bargain is accepted." Issei stated as he gave Elsha 65 Silver coins. She then opened the door fully to let Issei and the other three girls in before closing it. On a nearby wall was the floor plan for the mansion. There were indeed five floors aboveground along with two basement floors and each floor had at least two bathrooms. The ground floor/1st floor was where the kitchen was along with the dining room and a laundry room. The second floor had two bedrooms, an armory, and a sitting room, the third floor had three bedrooms and a storage room, the fourth floor had a study, a music room, two normal bedrooms, and the Master Bedroom, and the fifth floor had an observatory, three bedrooms, an artist's studio, a meeting room, and another laundry room. The first basement floor had a breaker room, recreation room, three training rooms, a movie theater, and a large indoor bath while the second basement floor had the power generator room, pipe room, four storage rooms, and a panic room.

"I think that this place is gonna be great, Issei." Irina spoke with a smile on her face.

"Same here, Irina. I do wonder about the power generator room though... Was that something added recently?" Issei replied.

"It was. Six months ago, I paid a team of Dragon Engineers to turn this place from an ordinary house into this mansion. One of them was from Saida, the most technologically advanced of the Court Alf Islands, and he created the Power Generator in that room with the aid of his Wyvern wife and a couple of Gremlins. The Generator itself works by converting demonic energy into electrical power." Elsha stated.

In Kuoh, Tsubaki and the rest of Sona's peerage were near the Hyoudou Residence. Sona walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. She waited around one and a half minutes before Miki opened it while accompanied by Gorou and asked, "Who might you ladies be?"

"We're the Student Council of Kuoh Academy. I am Souna Shitori, the Student Council President." Sona answered.

"I am Tsubaki Shinra, the Student Council Vice-President." Tsubaki spoke.

"Tomoe Meguri is who I am, and I'm the Secretary of the Student Council." Tomoe stated.

"I am Reya Kusaka, one of the Student Council Treasurers." Reya said.

"You can call me Ruruko Nimura, and like Reya I'm one of the Student Council Treasurers." a short brown-haired girl spoke.

"The name's Tsubasa Yura. I'm just a regular member of the Student Council." a tall girl with blue hair stated.

"And I am Momo Hanakai. Like Tsubasa, I am a regular member of the Student Council." A white-haired girl said.

"I understand who you people are now. What business do my husband and I have with you?" Miki replied.

"This is information best kept from prying eyes and ears." Tsubaki spoke.

"In that case, please come in." Gorou said as Miki fully opened the door to let the young women in.

Sona and her peerage then went inside and removed their shoes before putting on indoor slippers. Once Miki closed the door after Momo, she then asked, "Could this information have anything to do with our son Issei?"

"It does. According to his friend Motohama, Issei is living in another world, more specifically in a nation known as Dragonia." Tsubaki answered.

"Would you by any chance happen to know how Issei went to this other world?" Sona asked.

"Unfortunately, neither of us do. We do know of a spatial distortion near our house, but something we don't have is needed to activate it." Gorou answered.

"I see. I am also worried about his career prospects as most jobs require at least having completed High School."

"It's understandable to worry about that, but the last time he visited, he mentioned being tutored by a native of Dragonia known as Alto-Eris." Miki stated.

"That's good to hear. Can I trust the two of you to keep something secret?"

"What is it?" Gorou asked.

Sona revealed her wings as did the rest of her peerage before Sona then said, "The Student Council's members including myself aren't human. We are Devils, but we no longer engage in soul-taking like the old days. To make a long story short, all of the mythologies actually exist."

"This doesn't really surprise us. Issei did say that Dragonia is a nation where Dragons are real, so the existence of other supernatural beings such as Devils isn't much of a surprise to us."

"Indeed. We can keep this information secret." Miki spoke.

"Excellent. My peerage and I must be on our way now. We're planning to investigate the spatial distortion. Have a pleasant day." Sona replied.

Sona and her peerage went to the entrance and removed their slippers before putting their shoes back on. They then bowed to Gorou and Miki Hyoudou, who did the same. Tsubaki noticed a faint shimmer near a vacant house and asked, "Sona-kaichou, do you see that?"

"I did, Tsubaki-san. That shimmer must be the spatial distortion." Her King answered.

Sona approached the shimmer and noticed that it didn't react to her. It also did not react to the rest of her peerage approaching with her.

"It seems that this distortion requires some sort of 'key' to activate, Sona-kaichou." Reya spoke.

Sona created a magic circle and tried to analyze the distortion, but once it started to scan the faint shimmer, a blue and white portal spinning clockwise appeared. Sona tried to back away from it, but it pulled her towards it along with her peerage. Their feet soon left the ground and all seven girls were sucked into the portal. It then closed itself after they were sucked in.

Somewhere in the underworld, a red and black portal spinning counter-clockwise appeared before a young-looking girl with a pair of black horns on her head, long black hair styled in two long pigtails, and green eyes emerged from the portal. She was dressed in a white nurse's dress with black leggings worn under a large lab coat and carried a large black scythe with a purple blade. A devil guard saw her approach and asked, "Who are you?"

"I am Dr. Greila Little, a being from another world. I am specifically a Baphomet, one of the most powerful species of Mamono from that world. I lead the Greila Sabbath, which focuses on pharmacomancy. It is the goal of myself and those who join my Sabbath to heal those who are sick and injured. I personally screen anyone wanting to join and those who either merely want to acquire pharmacomancy or are only after men are not permitted to join." The girl stated.

"It's nice to see you, Doctor. I am just a nameless Devil in the employment of the Leviathan Clan. One of our own, a human-Devil hybrid known as Ingvild Leviathan, is currently suffering from a rare sleeping disease that only affects Devils. Do you want me to take you to her?"

"By all means, good sir." Dr. Little stated.
