Chapter 4

The first thing I saw was my cabin, I looked at Hermes questioningly.

Hermes smiled at me "I imagined you wanted to grab some things to take to your father's palace" I smiled at him and nodded.

I looked at my cabin trying to decide what to take to the palace, I took a bag that was on top of the bed, when I looked inside I saw that there were clothes, I looked at Hermes.

"Chiron asked Annabeth to put some of your clothes in a bag." I smiled and thought of my friends.

While I was grabbing photos, the Minotaur's horn and some other things that I would like to have with me, something occurred to me.

"Hermes, can I say goodbye to my friends before I go with my father?"

Hermes looked at me thoughtfully. "If you don't take a lot of time, I think there would be no problem"

I took one last look at my bag, making sure that nothing important was missing. I grabbed my bag and looked at my cabin one last time.

"I always liked the cabin, even before I knew who my father was, there was always something that made me want to go in." Hermes looked at me and put a hand on my shoulder trying to cheer me up. I smiled at him. "I think it's because the cabins remind us of you and make us feel at home"

"You know that you are one of us now, right?" Hermes looked at me smiling.

"I know, but it will take a while before I get used to saying that I am a God."

"Take it easy, you will see that over time you will get used to it"

We both walked to the door of the cabin. Before leaving, Hermes stopped me.

"And Percy, you are my cousin. And now that I can, I will always be there to help you. "We looked at each other and smiled.

"You know it's both ways, right? You are also my cousin and I will be for all eternity. " Hermes laughed and we left my cabin.

We both walked through the camp, it was a normal day, the camp was in constant motion. The younger demigods looked at us in amazement and the older ones smiled and waved at us. In the distance I saw blond hair that I would not mistake anywhere.

"ANNABETH!" Annie turned around, hearing my scream, she smiled and ran towards us. I opened my arms waiting for her, when she got to my side she hugged me tightly.

"PERCY! What are you doing at the camp? Where are you going? I hope you liked the clothes I put in your bag "Annie walked away and looked at me examining me. "You don't look different"

I laughed, I was going to miss my wise girl so much. "I came to get my things and I wanted to say goodbye to you. I'm going to stay with my father for a while, I'm going to have to train to be a God. "Annabeth nodded. "And yes, I liked the clothes you chose." I am not going to tell her that I did not look at the clothes she had put on.

Hermes laughed. "I'm not going to get mad about something you're right about. And I couldn't be mad at my daughter-in-law either. "Annie blushed and Hermes smiled. "Connor would never forgive me."

Annabeth looked at me nervously. I knew what was going through her head, for the first time in a long time she was calm, she will not want to anger a God and that is why her life goes to shit.

"Say it Annie, Hermes won't do anything to you"

Annabethe looked at us once more and ran off.

Not even five minutes had passed when I heard someone yell my name. When I turned around I saw someone hit me in the face. Shit, it hurt so bad. I grabbed my face and looked up. When I saw who had hit me, I smiled.

"Nico"

Nico glared at me "You're an idiot. You didn't tell me that you are now a God! I have to find out from Annabeth! "

"Nico .."

"You are my cousin and you did not dare to tell me ..."

"I didn't have time, I woke up this morning, I was unconscious for 2 days" I interrupted Nico before he could continue yelling at me.

I couldn't help it, I laughed out loud. I could hear Hermes laughing next to me and soon I heard Nico laugh too. "It's okay, don't worry"

Nico laughed louder. "No ... I can ... believe that ... I just ... hit ... a ... God."

"Let's say you hit your cousin" Nico looked at me and smiled. Then he came over and hugged me. I must say that I was surprised, Nico is not the kind of person to give hugs.

Hearing him say this I couldn't help but think that if Nico accepted divinity, there were many things we could do together. We will be the cousins against the world. I couldn't help but smile.

"Do you know that I love you very much?" I said looking at Nico, he smiled. "I wanted to tell you in case we don't see each other in the next few months"

"And I want you to know that you are always more than welcome to stop by my mother's house, I know she is still waiting for you to go." Nico nodded. And I think he understood what I was asking of him, to watch over and protect my mom while I couldn't.

"Yes. I have to go, Percy. I was going to visit my dad. "He hugged me and then he stared into the shadows and disappeared.

"Is there someone else you want to see before we go?" Look at Hermes.

"I don't think so, Jason, Piper, Hazel and Frank are at Camp Jupiter." I looked around the camp and my gaze fell on the big house. I saw someone standing in the doorway and smiled. "Although I think there is someone that we are both going to want to see."

Hermes and I got closer and saw that he was talking to a nymph. We looked at each other and smiled.

"Chiron!" We both screamed when we got to his side. Chiron turned around and smiled at us.

"Hermes" bowed his head in respect. "Pers .."

"No" Chiron looked at me confused "No Perseus, Percy. And please don't curtsy to me. You are my teacher"

"So Percy," Chiron smirked. "Congratulations" I smiled at him. "What can I do for you?"

Hermes answered for me "Oh, nothing. Percy came to get some things before going to his father's palace and before we left we were walking around the camp. "Chiron smiled.

"Good, guys. Today i can't talk too much. Class begins in ten minutes. "He looked at us. "But I'm glad to see you and hope to see you again soon."

They both nodded and watched him walk away.

"So, let's go"

Percy looked at Hermes "Yes, let's go"

They both entered the big house, once inside they disappeared.

I couldn't help but smile when I realized I was underwater, in my father's palace.

"Percy, I must go." I looked at Hermes. "But, I promise we will see each other soon"

I smiled at Hermes and then hugged him. " See you soon"

Hermes smiled at me and disappeared.

"Child? Percy? " I looked up and realized that I was at the door of my father's throne room. My father was at the door, when he saw me he smiled.

"Hello Dad. Hermes just left. "I pointed to where he had gone.

"I know, I saw you both." My father came over and hugged me. "I'm glad you're here already. How was everything with your mother? How was the news taken? "

"Rhode, remember to breathe" Amphitrite said with a smile as she looked at her daughter. "Hello, Percy."

"Percy When you're done, come to the throne room. I want to talk to you about something." I nodded and we left. We walked in silence until we reached the garden. If the Olympus garden seemed beautiful to me, this garden seemed spectacular and completely magical to me.

"Percy wanted to tell you something very important, but first I want to show you something" As we walked through the garden, we came to one of my favorite parts, it is a section with statues of Triton, Amphitrite, Rhode, Kym, my father.

All the statues are placed and performed an action. My father is with his trident looking at the garden from a door. Amphitrite is next to my father, his features show his amusement. Rhode is reading a book. Kym has a cloud above her like she's creating a storm. And triton has a new statue, before he was standing in the center of the garden, completely alone; the new statue is trained in sword fighting with someone, both statues are laughing. when I turn to see the other statue I am surprised, it is me, I am in Greek armor and with riptide in my hand while I laugh. Seeing this I turn to see Amphitrite.

"This is the family garden" Amphitrite looked at me and smiled. "Only the royal family and their guests are allowed to enter. And that's why the statues are placed in this way, realizing everyday life situations. "I nodded. "Percy, your father told me months ago that they were going to offer you divinity and, to be honest, I was happy. Because even if I didn't want to see it before, you are already part of the family, since Poseidon brought you at age 16 when Princess Andromeda exploded. " I shuddered at the thought of that ship. We stayed a while longer in the garden, in comfortable silence while we were both lost in thought.

"Mama Amphitrite, I think it's time I went to see my father" Amphitrite looked at me and smiled.

"Come on, Percy." And together we entered the palace.
