Chapter Four
Meeting

Third Person Pov
"Ryuunosuke?"
Reinhard calls out to the boy,
But received no response.
Emilia hurriedly went over to Ryuunosuke's Side, to check what was wrong.
Reinhard also did the same.
Reinhard was surprised by Ryuunosuke,
As this boy fainted standing up.
Emilia was then relieved,
That Ryuunosuke was fine.
She lays down Ryuunosuke gently
"By the way, Emilia-Sama
may I ask what your relationship with Ryuunosuke is?"
"I just met him earlier like you on that alley, he offered his help exchange for food.
He says that he doesn't remember how he got in this place.
And that he had no money."
"Well then what should we do with him,
I would gladly take him home as my Guest.
As I also have many question from him."
"If it's ok with you, I'm ok with taking him back with me as well."
"Alright then, I'll ask my questions when our paths crosses again, I have a feeling our paths will cross again soon."

Emilia lets out a small laugh towards reinhard.

Felt says embarrassed
Old man rom looks towards felt and pats her head.
"I see I also have only one family member,
But he's always asleep at important situations.
When he's awake I'd never say that out loud."
Felt stares at emilia

You saved my life, and I can't let a debt go unpaid.

Felt grabs the insignia hidden from her

Felt holds out the insignia
Until suddenly Reinhard grabs her arm

Felt says while struggling
"How can this be!"

Reinhard asks felt in an a surprised tone
"Huh? It's felt.."
"And your family? How old are you?"
"I don't have anything fancy like a family name!
I'm about fifteen.. I think..
I don't know my birthday.
LOOK JUST LET ME GO"
Felt says towards reinhard trying to get away from his grasp.
"I apologize emilia-sama, but I am afraid that I can't keep my promise towards you.
I shall be taking this girl with me."
"May I ask why? If it's for stealing my insignia..."
"That is indeed, no small crime.
But next to the gravity of overlooking the crime unfolding before me, it's trivial.

Reinhard says towards felt
"Get over yourself! Just because you saved me-"
Before she could finish her sentence, Reinhard uses his magic towards felt to make her fall asleep.
"That wasn't very courtly, either."
Emilia says to reinhard.
"I was careful not to use too much."
Reinhard says as he carries felt.
"Emilia-Sama, I will be calling upon you soon, most likely it is related to Ryuunosuke-kun after all."
Reinhard gives emilia her insignia back
"I hope you understand,
Please take good care of Ryuunosuke-kun.
There is more that meets the eye with him, as he is surrounded with mystery. His power, this kingdom will need it soon."
The moon then shines towards Ryuunosuke's body as the spirits gather around him, healing all his wounds.
Emilia and Reinhard looks at the unconscious boy with wide eyes.
"He truly must be someone special."
As they both gaze at the moon
"Today might be the last day, we can gaze calmly at the moon.
Until then."
Reinhard bids farewell towards Emilia, as she stares at her friend.
"I wonder, who are you really.."
Emilia says towards the unconsious boy as she lays him down in her lap and pats his head.
During this short Journey, Emilia was amazed by the boy's power and his Charisma that attracts everyone around him.
Even Puck himself suddenly finds himself attracted to this boy before he knew it.
Even she herself is amazed by it.
Even though he says that he is a bad man,
She finds it rather hard to believe.
Ryuunosuke pov
"Where am I..
All I can see in this place is an endless amount of darkness, yet those little thing that shines upwards are like the stars that are so close yet so far."
I say confused at the situation, I was in.
"Yoo, welcome to your consciousness."
An unknown black mist figure says towards me as it makes it's way to me
"My consciousness, I see then what are you doing here? I don't recall you paying rent when you seem to be living inside me."
The black mist began to laugh at my comment
"You really haven't changed at all huh?
You're still the same old idiot."
"I don't recall meeting you before, I wouldn't ignore something so interesting."
The black mist figured then flicked me as I begin to fall endlessly.
"All will be revealed given time.
Ryuu."
And to that I open my eyes.
Third person pov
As waking up, Ryuunosuke hears unfamiliar vivid voices
"Nee-Sama Nee-Sama, It seems that our guest has awoken."
"Yes rem, it seems that our guest has now awaken after shamelessly sleeping on roswaal-sama's mansion."
Ryuunosuke sits up cross legged on the bed checking his surroundings, not saying anything because he just woke up.
Then he heard a voice, a lot of them.
"He has awoken, he has awoken"
Ryuunosuke looked around to find where the voice came from, but no one was there except the twin maids.
He surrounds himself with his thoughts
As the spirits began to fix his bed hair
And fix to his normal hairstyle.
The two maids were staring at him wide eyed
As they seem to be surprised at the action of the spirits, fixing his hair.
"The spirits are surrounding him?"
The pink haired maid says surprised
But Ryuunosuke is still spacing out.
An: Ignore the hands lol.
He's adorable, mine.
Emilia then opens the door
And sees the situation, surprised as well.
"Ryuu-Kun, You're awake!"
Emilia runs towards Ryuunosuke,
But he kept staring at her.
There was a big pause before he smiled and greeted her
"Yo Lia-Chi! Did you sleep fine?"
Emilia giggles
"Mhm, I just finished talking to the spirits before they suddenly went towards your room."
"What happened with reinhard?
"Reinhard says you guys will meet again soon."
He lets out a small smile
"I see."
Ryuunosuke tried to adjust his coat, but noticed it wasn't there
He panicked
And began to jump around the room wall to wall at a fast pace looking for it
The twin maids along with Emilia was surprised by his action.
He stops and looks down
Emilia puts her hand on his shoulder
"What's wrong?.."
Ryuunosuke looks at emilia with teary eyes and with snot
"MY COATTTTTT"
Emilia and the maid sweatdrops at him
"Don't worry! Your coat is around somewhere in the mansion so don't cry!"
She says while waving her hands around
Flustered at the boy's sudden outburst
The maids were confused, before saying
"You're coat was being cleaned, it should be finished by now sir."
The blue haired maid speaks
"See it's fine!"
Emilia says as she grabs her handkerchief
And puts it on the nose of Ryuunosuke and he blew his snot on it
The three of them sweat drops at him
Ryuunosuke takes a look outside the window and saw the vast garden and the beautiful forest.
He was mesmerized and jumped out of the window to explore.
Emilia was surprised, and rushed downstairs to go outside to follow the boy.
The twin maids was confused at the situation.
"Ryuu-kun! where are you?"
Emilia yells in the garden and saw a figure standing still
"There you are why did you suddenly jump dow-"
She stopped when she saw the look on his eyes,
He was mesmerized and amazed.
The look of someone that had found freedom.
Ryuunosuke noticed Emilia and smiled at her.
"Lia-chi can you tell me what took place after I kicked the bowel hunter?"
Emilia was surprised at my request, and hesitated for a bit.
But she told me what happened

"And felt got taken away by reinhard after that.
Well that's mostly what happened but you were asleep for two days."
Emilia looked at Ryuunosuke and he was deep in his thoughts
"Hmm, just as I thought."
Emilia looks at me
"What do you mean?"
I thought on what to answer before speaking
"I've lost some part of my memories when I came here.
But I still remember a lot."
I told emilia
While we were staring at each other
Ryuunosuke then laid down on the garden, feeling the grass on his back and the sunlight on his body
He sighs
"What's wrong?"
"I don't myself..
I don't even know anymore."
And he grabs a stone nearby and threw it in the sky very high and pointed his finger at it, and a burst of mana gathers at his fingers and hits the stone making it gone.
Not even the dust of the stone remained
Emilia was shocked by this
But didn't know how to react, so she decided to talk about something else.
"Hey, Ryuu-Kun if you didn't completely lost your memories..
Then do you remember where you came from?"
Emilia asks Ryuunosuke and he smiled at the question
"How could I ever forget, If I didn't knew where I came from it means that I'd be forgetting them."
He says reminiscing from where he came from
"Them?"
Emilia asks Ryuunosuke
"My buddies. I used to lead a group,
Our dream was to make our group the strongest there is."
"Did you succeed?"
"Who knows"
Ryuunosuke says towards Emilia
As he stands up.
"Well then let's go meet him."

Before she could complete her sentence, she was cut off by the twin maids
"Emilia-Sama The owner of the Mansion, Roswaal-Sama has returned."
"Alright we'll be over there shortly"
Emilia says towards the maid.
"Hey Puck, you there?"
Ryuunosuke calls out the spirit
Puck suddenly appears and flies over to my head.

Thanks for protecting Lia at that time.
I almost lost her."
Puck sends Ryuunosuke a thankful look
Ryunosuke nods towards the spirit
"No need for Gratitude, I'd always protect my buddies."
Puck smiles at Ryuunosuke
"So what do you need?"
"It's hard to explain, well I can't even explain it.
Well in short I actually have no idea what's going on with my body anymore. Can you take a look at it later?"
"I can try, but that's not really my specialty.
Beatrice the guardian of Roswaal's forbidden
Library should be able to help you out."
"Hmm, I see then where can I find her?"
Puck sweatdrops a bit at the question
"That's the hard part."
Puck explains to me
Beatrice's magic and how it was hard to find her.

We went towards the dining room as the door opened.
An unfamiliar little blonde was in the dining room

The blonde girl says towards me, and I went over to her

"This girl although looks like a normal little girl, her aura is different."

Ryuunosuke extends his hand towards

But the mood suddenly dropped

Ryuunosuke says towards the blonde Girl
Mana suddenly bursts out of Ryuunosuke's body as the Mansion itself began to shake on the pressure coming from Ryuunosuke.
Emilia tried to stop Ryuunosuke, but was stopped by Puck.
"To be frank, I don't like it.
Having something mine taken away from me."
Beatrice tries to get out of the handshake, but failed.
"Let go of me I suppose!"
She uses magic towards Ryuunosuke
But Ryuunosuke held out his hand towards the attack and the magic went towards his palm.
She was surprised and looks at towards the boy and saw the tattoo that is on his arm.
Emilia was reminded about the tattoo that surrounded Ryuunosuke back then. But this time it is only in his right hand.
"I believe it is rude to use magic inside someone else's home.
Right? Mansion owner."
The one standing on the door is a tall figure with makeup on his face.
Standing besides him were the twin maids that is already in their stance and prepared for battle.
"If you wanted my mana the important thing to do is ask first.
Since things might go bad if you do it without permission.
I don't understand your action, but the reason you did that was because your suspicious of me right? However rest assured, I am not here for anything bad. There's a reason why the mansion is still standing.

Ryuunosuke says towards them
"Ram release your magic and rem let go of your weapooonnnn~~.
It seems that my resident has done somethiiiiingggg~~~ rude towards you.

I ate like a madman after all I haven't ate for 3 days now so they prepared me a lot of food and I chewed down every food that entered my mouth.

Ryuunosuke tried to speak but then choked at the food, Emilia hurriedly gave Ryuunosuke water

I speak as I give a thumbs up to the maids
Giving them my acknowledgement.
They bowed at me.

Ryuunosuke ate more slowly as he emerges himself in his thoughts

Ryuunosuke says while sipping the soup the maid made.
"If it wasn't clear then allow me to repeat it.
I have no bad intention nor I am scheming anything, if I am not welcomed here I can leave this manor right this moment."
"Roswaal he isn't lying nor does he have any ill intention towards anyone here.
Plus I am rather fond of him."
Puck says towards the residence of the manor.
"My myyy~ to think that even the great spirit is fond of you that was quite the praiiseee~ given."
"Well theeen~ back to the queestioon~

"Roswaal I'll be blunt I have no place to live right now nor do I have any money and I hate to admit it, but I do not recognize the letters of written in this kingdom thus making me illiterate.

Ryuunosuke lets out a small laugh and smiled towards the residence of the manor.
"Then my request will be to live here then!"
Ryuunosuke says with a bright smile
With that smile everyone was attracted by his charisma and thought
"How blinding, his smile!"
