Previously on "Toxicity or Redemption":

Half of the day has gone by and it's almost time for lunch. Just as Bakugou was walking into the conference room that Aizawa pointed out that it can be for luncheon time, he looks up. His eyes widened as he couldn't believe at who he's seeing. It's Itzuku Midoriya who is not just an employer but also the boss of the Hero Course Department.

This is a awkward moment between Bakugou and Midoriya. The last time they saw each other was in their final argument that led to their breakup:

Bakugou: "Damn it Deku! You know how I am when you're around that damn Icy Hot Bastard!"

Midoriya: "Kacchan-"

Bakugou: "Don't you 'Kacchan' me, Deku! I get it that he's with that girl Yaoyorozu, but I really don't want you around him!"

Midoriya: "You really need to deal with your overprotective jealous behavior! It's suffocating me!"

Bakugou: "You know how I am, Deku! I don't lie about my feelings and my intentions! You damn know it from the very start after we graduated from U.A. High!"

Midoriya: "I know...which is why I'm leaving. I'm sorry, Kacchan. I just can't take it because it's draining me out. So unless you change your ways...I don't think we can work things out anymore..."

Those memories are still fresh in each other's minds. Before anything else happens, Cecelia walked into the room and said as she waved: "Good afternoon Midoriya. It's been a long time no see. Are you working here too?" Midoriya answered with his usual smile: "Not only am I working here. I got into the position of boss for the Hero Course Department. Of course, Mr. Aizawa is in a job rank higher than me." Bakugou was absolutely baffled of what the young man with the messy green hair just said. To have "Deku" as his boss, it might not serve him well. He had heard of reality stories where the person who breaks up in a toxic relationship will try to ruin the victimizer out of personal gain "to feel at peace." Noticing the worried expression, Cecelia spoke up to Midoriya with a smile of her own: "Congratulations to you. I'm also accepted into this agency as one of my seven aunts is the CEO and president." Bakugou said in shock as he turned to her: "Wait...seven aunts? Is she, like, the ancestral daughter of King Triton's daughters of the sea or something?" Midoriya was just about to call him out as it might have been a offense. Cecelia beats him to it when she answered: "You're actually not too far off, Bakugou. My seven aunts are each the like the ancestral if not reincarnated daughters of the king of Atlantica to the merpeople. Speaking of families, Aunt Yume would like to see us. That was why I was trying to look for you." Bakugou finds it surprising that Cecelia would show up to help him out in any shape or form. It's as if she would appear to help him overcome any situation if he can't get out of it. Midoriya didn't say anything as he is not going to go against any request from the CEO of the agency. Cecelia leads the way for Bakugou to go to the exclusive floor for the greatest of Pro Heroes around the world to be there. When the two reached to that floor, that's when Bakugou looks forward and he had to do a double take for a reason. Yume is a tall woman with blue eyes and a slender body frame with a very large bust. She has a long white hair with an ahoge on top of her head tied in a low ponytail by a black ribbon and two front locks tied by a flower-modified ribbon, and she has blue eyes. She wears a white detached collar with black frills and a purple diamond, she wears a white strapless with black frills and white cloth wrapped around he waist, white frilled skirt with purple frill prints, white thigh-high socks, black high heels, white elbow gloves with diamonds and a white sunhat with black frills. This is one of her Hero Costumes that she would wear daily as she looked up, "Cecelia...my darling niece. Is this your classmate Bakugou whose Hero Name is to honor All Might?" Cecelia nodded her had with a smile and answered: "Indeed so. Bakugou...meet Illustrious the Dream Storyteller Hero. Her Quirk is known as Imagination where anything in her mind is warped into reality for a short amount of time."

Bakugou shakes his head and said to Cecelia: "There's no way in Hell that she's your aunt. I mean, she looks young enough to be your cousin if not your sister...!" Yume giggled in a polite matter and smiled: "Why thank you for your compliment." Yume's personality is expressed as being well-mannered, polite, goodhearted, and honest although she can be naive at times. She turned to the two and said: "There are a few reasons why I have called you in. Young Bakugou...I entrust you to be assigned into teamwork missions with Cecelia. Teamwork might not be what you would like. So if you have anything you would like to say before I continue, please feel free to speak your mind." Bakugou starts to think about this ordeal because this is all happening in one day. However, he thought of it as a opportunity to try something new and to see if it could help him move on from the breakup. He looked at the young lady Illustrious and said, "No ma'am. I actually like the idea. It might offer me something that I didn't think it would bring me. Plus, I trust Miya with my life because she never lied to me since U.A. High. Not even once that would make me doubt her." Cecelia finds herself lightly blushing from his respect for her. And to say that he would like to work alongside her, it's something that's warming and cherishing. Yume smiled after sipping on her cup of tea: "I am delighted to hear your words. I can tell that you are truly honest. Now...your very first teamwork assignment will involve going to other worlds. You see...Cecelia is known as the Redemption Keyblade Master as well as the last Sacred Dragon Slayer. What you are about to do is to mainly see other worlds and know what each is like as a young Pro Hero. If this is too much for you, please tell me now." Bakugou shakes his head and said to the Illustrious Hero: "My mind is made up. I'm accepting your terms as the Pro Hero that Miya trusts fully."

While this meeting is going quite well, Midoriya is in his office space in the Hero Course Department. He recalls the times when Bakugou would be jealous to where he once saw Bakugou about to pick a fight with Shoto Todoroki. That was the last straw that broke the camel's back in a figure of speech. Midoriya starts to imagine of what's going to happen between Bakugou and Cecelia. His mind executed mentally as followed: "Kacchan...what are you planning to do with Cecelia? Are you going to ruin her like you did to me?" He has nothing against what would be a partnership in teamwork. But having no idea if Bakugou changes or not, he did feel worried that his ex-boyfriend would be jealous and aggressively overprotective if not possessive on Cecelia.

After lunch is finished for the time being, Yume made the clear notification to the primary Pro Heroes such as Aizawa about the assignment for Cecelia and Bakugou. When the two are dressed in their Hero Costumes, she stretched out her right hand in front and a bright light appeared before we grabbed onto what's in front of her. What she wields in her hold is a beautiful key item that is wielded like a sword. It's one of the many magic weapons called the Keyblade and what Cecelia possessed is the Redemption Keyblade. Bakugou's eyes widened as he recalled the one time he sees Cecelia using it during the time she reformed the leader of the League of Villains known as All For One. That weapon's power is its namesake: to give redemption to anyone and everyone in its light in one form or another. A ray of light shot out in front of the two from the Redemption Keyblade within a few feet away and there was a sound of a door lock being unlocked before this bright light in a form of two huge doors opening up. Cecelia said to Bakugou as she held out her hand: "Shall we go?" He's still in shock of what's going on, but he didn't object. As a matter of fact, he held onto her hand so she could lead the way because he doesn't know what the other world is like. Since he has never traveled like this before, he only have one option: to have Cecelia take the lead as she's likely much more experienced than he is. He shields his eyes with his other hand as he lets her take the lead to wherever they are going. It strikes him in a odd confusion as soon as he felt his feet being placed under some soft grass. The light seemed to have faded away and that's when he starts to look around. What he sees when looking at where he is at. The scenery is a peaceful pasture near the woods with a rather huge tavern in the middle of it all. He turned to her and asked: "Hey Miya. Where the Hell are we at?" Before Cecelia could say anything, she looks up and says as she pulls him onto the side: "Look out!" That's when each of these fell from the sky on top of one after the other: a gigantic octopus, a enormous squid, a 50-feet scorpion, a 50-feet long eel, and a gigantic egg that's big to be about twenty feet tall. Bakugou could't believe of what's going on and Cecelia called out each name with a smile on her face: "Ban! Gowther! Merlin! Escanor! Diane! King!" That's when Bakugou had to mentally do a double-take in his mind. He remembered Cecelia making him a promise to introduce him to the famous Seven Deadly Sins in the future. What he didn't know is that she even brought him to this very world with the intention of bettering him. In other words, she hoped that he would be a much better person and a better hero for himself and others around him with everything that she wants to do for him.
