Kyle:

You might think I'm crazy but I am not.

I'm just telling the truth I was about to get punched in the face by the worst bully in the whole school. Right as his fist was like 3 cm from my face I closed my eyes and braced for impact not knowing what excuses I would tell my mom this time, But it never came.

I slowly opened my eyes and no fist and no one was there. Not a single bully was there, had I wished them away? My dreams had come true. I was bully-free. The problem was no one was there, not even my only friend who is such a nerd. I wasn't even In the schoolyard. I was in front of a gasoline pump.

I turned slowly in a circle just to make sure that they weren't behind me. Something caught my eye.

A girl, she was leaning against the store that was behind me. She looked gothic, like isolated. I swear I had seen her somewhere before. She was staring at her phone probably on some type of social media. Everything she had on was black including some overdone makeup. Her haircut was short, it was dark brown with her tips dyed purple.
