THE LONE DEMIGOD CHAPTER 4
A/N: So thank you so much for all the favs and follows, I really appreciate it and today we will be getting a new chapter about Percy's school life.
"Mr. Jackson take a seat behind Mr. Parker over there," Mr. Harrington called out. Percy went and took a seat behind Peter.
The class started, but Peter turned around and introduced himself to Percy.
"Hey I am Peter, this is Ned, nice to meet you." He said introducing himself and Ned.
"Hey I am Percy." He said with a two finger salute, and when he saw Peter staring at his handwriting, he added, " I have dyslexia and ADHD."
"Oh, sorry for prying, but if you need any help in your studies, Ned and I are here to help, we both are good in science subjects."
"If you want we could help you after school too or maybe during – "
"It's okay, thanks for agreeing to help me." Percy really liked the duo, they were really enthusiastic, maybe they didn't have any friends before me, that's why, He felt that he could befriend the duo.
At lunch time, they sat down on a free table, and began to eat.
"Dude you have a tattoo?!" Ned asked pointing to the SPQR tattoo that had been revealed.
"Yeah." Percy responded and went back to eating.
"What does it mean?" Peter asked.
"Super Perfect Queen Reyna, I believe, Reyna is a friend of mine, that's why." He said adding the last part.
Percy did have some encounters with Flash, but Percy's sarcasm was too much for Flash to handle, and from that day on, he never came to trouble the three.
Peter invited percy to his place for the weekend, where he met Aunt May, who reminded Percy a lot of his own mother, she had the same caring mentality and personality, and she was also really happy and full of joy, she even made percy a bunch of cookies that were as good as Sally's blue cookies.
Percy found out that Peter and Ned didn't live quite far away from his house, so they thought that they would meet up at the cafeteria where peter's crush Liz worked, to finish homework and then would walk home together.
Percy also IM'ed Annabeth a couple of times and found out that there had been a few monster attacks here and there, nothing that she couldn't handle, and that she had also been enrolled in a mortal school!
"Skatá, Skatá, Skatá!" Percy was currently running towards his house because he stayed too long at peter's house.
Paul had asked percy to come home by 8 pm, so that they could have a family dinner, but it was currently 8:45, and percy was not even halfway through. He silently prayed that Paul would come home a little late, so that Percy could scold paul when he came.
"Theoí gamóto!" He was about one block away when he heard a growl, he saw two big hellhounds both growling, drool dropping of their muzzles, not in an affectionate way, but in a scary way like blood dropping from mouths of cannibals.
"Can you please go away right now and come back after I eat dinner?" Percy asked, knowing it was of no use.
The big evil dogs just snarled.
Percy uncapped riptide and went to business, he slashed at one hellhound but surprisingly it didn't turn to dust, just started bleeding. It quickly came out of shock, and lunged at percy who was having trouble against the second one. Spiderman or peter was shocked, he was seeing his classmate fighting off two monsters at the same time, he decided to help him out, but not before turning on 'Interrogation Mode' to change his voice. Peter webbed a hellhound who was about to pounce on Percy, to the wall. Percy stabbed the dog he was fighting and it disintegrated, he then stabbed the one stuck to the wall, who also disintegrated. Then he capped riptide.
"Thanks." Percy said panting, cause he was exhausted.
Peter just nodded, shocked at the fact that Percy was really there defending himself against those monsters.
"What were those things?" Spiderman asked finally.
"I dunno, it just was here crouching in the corner, and the sword, well it was a gift I got from my long lost original father. He said that he had instructed his blacksmith to make it like that, a pen into a sword. He gave it to me for defending me and my mother from my original step father, who used to hurt me and abuse me. So yeah."
Peter was also shocked about the fact that, his friend had been abused, and how many fathers did he have?
"Alright bye, see you… later." Percy and Spiderman both shrugged and went their separate ways. Spiderman swung away, and Percy went home, where he explained the situation so his parents wouldn't unleash their wrath upon him.
Though when percy came home, he couldn't help but wonder, how in Tartarus Spiderman had seen through the mist.
After taking a shower, he decided to IM Annabeth.
"O' Fleecy do me a solid and show me Annabeth Chase, wherever she might be." And tossed a Drachma in the steam.
"Oh! Percy what's up?" Annabeth asked with a smile.
"Hey Wisegirl, listen, I called you for a reason."
"That I figured, since it isn't your normal time of calling."
"Yeah, so, I was ambushed by a couple of hellhounds on my way home, and two things happened, one, The monsters didn't turn into dust immediately, and they were bleeding, And second, spiderman fought with me, and he could see through the mist." Percy said.
The cheerful mood dissipated, and Annabeth got into her thinking mode.
Finally, she answered. "So the monsters are growing stronger, and second, I think it is because the mortals are slowly believing the supernatural after the new York invasion and sokovia destruction. Percy stay away from Spiderman for the time being and don't lurk around any monsters, alright?"
"Yeah alright Annabeth love you, bye." He waved his hand through the rainbow and disconnected the call.
Peter was on his bed thinking about Percy and his bronze sword. He had learn more about who percy was without blowing his cover as spiderman. Sighing he pulled the covers over his head and fell asleep.
Stark tower
"Friday, did you catch all of that?" Tony asked.
"Yes sir, the person in video has been identified as Perseus Jackson." The AI answered in a robotic female voice.
"Friday, give me all data on Perseus Jackson."
