Undertaker5- As any other fanfic author, I greatly appreciate the praise. Hope I continue to meet your expectations with the servant reveal this chapter.
Chapter 4: Underground
Before we return to Rin, Xena, Shiro, and Aragorn… let us rewind a bit to when another servant met his master. A servant who had just subjected his previous master to his hordes. Only to realize that without a master (preferably one that refused to drain the life force out of children; the complete opposite of that arrogant blonde cretin he eliminated), he would run out of mana and fade away.
Making his way through the trees, he leaned against one to catch his breath. Apparently, dealing with that insufferable lout had expended more of his magic than intended.
Noticing a stone pathway ahead, he figured he could cross it before anyone saw him. About halfway across, the magic drain caught up to him and he stumbled to his knees.
"Oh my god!" a female voice yelped, "are you alright?!"
He looked to his right to see an attractive and concerned woman running up to him. Apparently she came around the corner just as he started to collapse. She was a vision; with long brown hair pulled back into a ponytail and soft brown eyes. Her outfit consisted of an open blue blazer, white long-sleeved blouse, blue form-fitting skirt that stopped a few inches above the knees, solid-black stockings, and black heels.
She was beautiful… although not as captivatingly so as the last dark-haired maiden he encountered.
"Do you need help?" she asked, concerned for this handsome stranger she encountered.
"My thanks, stranger," he nodded, weak from the drain on his reserves.
She slid his arm around her shoulders and helped him up, taking in his outfit. Looked old-fashioned, what with the man blouse, vest, breeches, gloves, and boots. Yet it worked on this man, a pale complexion but not sickly pale… more a sort of other worldly glow with hypnotic dark eyes and a shock of platinum blonde hair, styled as though he were a rock star from the eighties.
"I'll take you to my place," she offered, "oh! Where are my manners? My name's Noel." He nodded; it was a beautiful name. He then gave his.
"Jareth."
"Nice to meet you," Noel smiled. She then felt a weird feeling on the back of her hand. She looked and saw three strange marks.
"You saved my existence," Jareth explained, "because you reached out to me, we are now bonded. Those marks are proof."
"Bond? Marks?" Noel was quite confused.
As she helped Jareth back to where she lived, he told Noel about the Holy Grail War they had been drafted into. When they arrived at her home she helped him into a guest room and in turn, he promised he would raise defenses once he had regained his power.
As Noel stood in the kitchen brewing tea, she couldn't believe what had just happened to her. A simple random act of kindness had landed her in a cosmic battle for one of, if not, the single most famous artifact in history. There was also the fact the man she had assisted turned out to be a fey king of a foreign realm where he ruled over hordes of goblins and other such creatures, overseeing a large and magical labyrinth.
It was at that moment Noel thought of something. She was a teacher at the local high school and noticed a certain student had been absent. Could that student be one of the "masters" Jareth had told her about?
Noel sighed. Did she really have it in her to battle one of her students? And the school's top student at that.
She sighed again and thought to herself,
'If we cross paths in this Grail War; I vow to do whatever I can to save us both… Tohsaka.'

Introducing the fifth servant in our little tale; Jareth the Goblin King from Labyrinth appropriately serving as the Caster class. All that's left is Berserker and Rider. You will NOT be disappointed.
Also, for the record: Noel is not an OC. She is a character that was designed for the Tsukihime remake which has been in development hell for quite sometime and will most likely continue to be so. I picked her since I changed Caster to a male, it would make sense for the teacher who becomes the master to become female.
Catch you next chapter. No guarantee of a servant reveal, though.
