Hello dearies! How're you all?

Thanks so much to Cutetyhil, Golden Glow of Amber, ILoveMySweetIndia, LadyPeach7 and Sohana Sarkar for reviewing the last chapter. Many days have passed since I updated this story. Special thanks to Ellie for reminding me about it. *Throws flying kisses to her*

Enjoy!

Sunday it was. The lazy afternoon sunshine was rolling down and seeping in through the open windows of the large mansion of the Hiwataris. The gentle flurries of the late spring were playing with the curtains, making them dance in their own tunes and beats. A few birds could be heard tweeting, sitting on the twigs of the Sakura tree in the garden. Getting rid of the burdens of files and office chores, Kai Hiwatari was lazily slumping his back against the couch, having the sips of cappuccino prepared by his chocolate-haired wife. She could also be seen near him; sitting on the carpet, painting with their four-year old son and telling him stories. One-year old Neena was peacefully sleeping in her crib, so Hilary didn't have to worry about her.

"After it," She concluded, giving the finishing touch on the left wing of the phoenix painted on the canvas both by her and her son, "The prince became the king and started living happily with his queens forever."

"Wow!" Gou's ruby eyes flickered, "It's such an amazing story, mom! Thank you so much!"

"Aww dear, you're welcome," Hilary playfully poked the nose of her son as a bit of red color clang there, "So, shall I tell another story?"

"No!" Hiwatari Jr. shook his head, "This time, I'll tell the story."

"You'll tell the story?" The brunette rolled the eyes, "Sure, my son. Go on."

"Now, I'll be the prince!" The toddler proudly stood up, raising a crayon pencil like a sword, "When I'll become the king, I'll have ten queens! One will feed me grapes, one will fan me, one will make me bathe, one will teach me Beyblading-"

Gou kept blabbering, gulping, Hilary looked at her husband who was feeling amused, having sips from the coffee. Giggling, the brunette asked, "That's such a nice future-plan, son. But…may I know with whom you will sleep at night?"

"Why're you asking so silly questions?" The young boy pretended to be wise and old, hugging the neck of his mother with his tiny arms, "I'll sleep with only you, mom."

"Aww…." Hilary's ruby eyes were on the verge of getting filled with tears. Embracing her son back, she kissed on his forehead. Then, she asked, holding his tiny face in her palms, "Then…with whom will your queens sleep, dear?"

"Why?" Gou shrugged as if it hadn't been any problem to him ever, "They'll sleep with dad."

At this statement of his four-year old, wise son, Kai choked on his coffee. Pushed by him subconsciously, the cup fell on the floor and got shattered into a few shards. His amethysts remained widened. Seeing the reaction of her husband, the brunette burst out laughing, clutching her stomach and almost rolling on the ground at the solution of Hiwatari Jr. Confused, the toddler looked at his parents and shrugged, "Why're you laughing, mom? Is it so funny to break a cup? When I break one, you always give me a lecture."

"Gou…" Somehow, controlling her laughter, Hilary spoke, "You go to your room. I'll lecture your dad now."

"Okay." Nodding like an obedient child, the boy organized all his drawing stuffs and went to his room. Sighing, standing up, the brunette brought the mop brush, liquid detergent and a bucket to clean the stuffs. Kai also helped her, carefully so that the shards of the cup couldn't hurt her fingers. While putting them in the bucket, he whispered sheepishly, "I'm sorry, Hils."

"Hey," Hilary patted his head, "It's okay, hubby. I myself became surprised."

"But from the next day," The dual-haired man kept a hand on the shoulder of his wife, "Promise me, you won't tell him such stories."

"C'mon Kai," The brunette huffed, "They are only stories."

"I know," The phoenix-prince nodded, "But I want my son to be a one-woman man in his life."

"Just like his father?" Hilary rested her forehead on his, smiling.

Kai simply nodded, holding the head of his wife, not uttering any word. Right then, a sharp, earsplitting cry could be heard from the room of the brunette. Huffing, Hilary stood up, "Looks like Neena has woken up. Sorry dear, that's reserved for later. See ya."

In the next week, returning from the school, the dual-haired toddler simply lay down on the sofa, not even changing his uniform. Of course, he was looking tired but he was always a disciplined kid just like his parents, doing every task in a certain sequence. What happened to him all of a sudden? It wasn't like that he was feeling ill; he was perfectly in his good health. The maids somehow convinced him to change the cloths but he didn't even take any food, lying down on his bed and staring at the ceiling with a pair of dreamy eyes.

When Hilary returned from the college and got to know that, she went to the room of her son and asked her, "What happened, dear? Why did you skip your meal? Don't you know that it is not good for our health?"

"I'm not hungry, mom." He acknowledged.

"Why?" Hilary frowned, "You only ate your breakfast in the morning. You didn't have your tiffin in the school. What's wrong, dear?"

"Nothing," Gou shook his head, "I think I have found my queen."

Hilary's heart skipped a beat. What was her four-year old son saying? Getting a queen?

"What…what does it mean?" Somehow, she asked.

"Mom," He blissfully sighed, "I think I'm in love."

The brunette went dumbfounded. Gou was in…what? Love? Could he spell love by the way? Well, whatever it was, it was beyond their imaginations. Gulping, she managed to question, "You're…in love? With whom?"

"With Zohana, mom," He sat up and held her shoulders, speaking excitedly, "She's a new girl in our school. You know why I didn't take my tiffin? Because she requested me to eat from hers. She shared her meal with me. She is a good a sweet girl, mom, isn't she?"

The brunette facepalmed. Her son fell in love with a girl only for she had shared her tiffin with him? Had she known the trick, she'd have shared her meal everything with Kai when they had been teenagers. Her bad luck, why had she been so ignorant of the nature of the boys…specially, the boys of Hiwatari family? Though she had never needed to do anything to draw the attention of the phoenix-prince except praising and appreciating him, she sighed, seeing the antiques of her toddler son.

When her husband came, Hilary told everything to him. They got to know that Zohana was none but the daughter of Tala and Julia. The little, scarlet-haired, emerald-eyed girl was fierce, smart, sarcastic and cheerful-a combination of her parents. Both Kai and Hilary were amused, knowing about it. When Zohana was asked by Tala and Julia, she smartly replied, "I need some time." As Tala and Julia spoke about it to Kai and Hilary over a video-chat, the ladies burst out laughing. Tala sneered; Kai was struggling hard not to laugh.

"Children these days…" Julia faked a sigh, "Are faster and smarter. At this age, we used to fall in love only with dolls, candies and crayons."

"Don't worry, Julie," Tala winked, "Your daughter is as smart as you. She'll understand whether she should fall in love with Gou or not."

Yeah, the words of the redhead came true. Within the next week, Gou returned his home from the school, gritting his jaw and lying on the sofa in the same position. When asked, he replied, "It's over. I don't love Zohana anymore."

"Why?" Hilary felt curious, cocking a brow.

"She didn't give me her eraser." Gou grouched.

Both the brunette and the dual-haired guy sighed in relief. Thank goodness, otherwise, they couldn't handle such a young Romeo in their house so early!

Ahem...how was it people? Hope you have got to know who the first love of Gou was. Well...did you guys ever fall in love with someone when you were cutie-pie toddlers? ;)
