Izuku has made himself significantly bigger these past few weeks. His group of vigilantes (he still hasn't thought of a proper name for them) were taking up most of it; from Sero's request for an armoured vest rather than the jacket he had before, to the collective request of the group to infuse their clothing with some basic protection Quirks, and several ideas for other tools they could use.

Of course any time not spent on vigilantism was usually soaked up by his job as an Analyst.

The most recent request he had received would without a doubt take up time. They had asked for a small meeting online to discuss the terms of a case the client seemed desperate for. They left the request vague but not unreasonable, so he decided to feed his curiosity and accepted the meeting.

Imagine his surprise when he heard a guy on the other side of the meeting, no voice filter or anything like that.

"I heard you are skilled with Quirk analysis and have a reputation for non biased assessments. I have a job in mind but you will need to be there in person." the caller didn't beat around the bush with his request. He thought about it for a second before responding, not bothering to use the voice filter as he usually did. "I might be willing to do so, but I would like to have a meeting before hand." he offered. The caller was silent for a second before he got his answer. "What place at what time?".

Izuku smirked before answering.

He had followed the Analyst's route, ending up near an arcade just out of Musutafu. He waited in the shadow of an alley for only a few minutes before he heard the familiar voice close by. "Forgive me if the request had caught you off guard, I mostly wanted this meeting to confirm a suspicion of mine." he started. Tokoyami turned to see a boy, no older than him, with a mess of green hair and green eyes.

"So, you wanted to see that I was a guy like you had heard?" he asked. The boy nodded. "Why yes, there's so few guys around that I can count every guy I've met with one hand... Well two hands now." the boy explained. "So, about my offer?" Tokoyami started. "I'm all ears." the boy responded.

Tokoyami breathed in before speaking; "My sister's Quirk recently manifested and had a tantrum. Every specialist I've checked either doesn't care, has the audacity to call it a villainous Quirk, or wants to push her towards the idea of heroics. Most Analysts aren't much better, I'm hoping you are.". The boy nodded before extending him hand towards him. "Izuku Midoriya, part-time Analyst at your service.". Tokoyami took his hand and shook it; "Fumikage Tokoyami, just Tokoyami is fine.".

He hadn't realised it at the time, but he had made a deal with a devil, and it was the best deal he had ever made.

Tokoyami could just watch as Midoriya talked with his sister (and Dark Shadow by extension). He had mostly asked questions related to behavior while quickly taking notes on her answers. He kept the topic on Dark Shadow and even let the Quirk itself answer some of the questions. It was almost to good to be true, any moment now and he might do something that would mess it all up.

"Do you have any plans for the future?" he asked.

That was the closest he had gotten to a red flag.

His sister sat there for a second, her hand on her chin as she thought to herself. "I don't know." she answered. The boy nodded; "That's alright, no one ever has a solid plan for their future.". Tokoyami let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.

It wasn't long before Izuku was done and giving advice on how to better handle Dark Shadow. "Exposure therapy would be best, getting you to handle Dark Shadow with controlled amounts of darkness, this will allow you two to work together with far less issue. There's little to be afraid of, Dark Shadow is a part of you as you are a part of him." he explained, confusing the both of them with his last statement. "Ah, well Dark Shadow is connected to you and you are connected to him so you're both part of one another." he specified.

Tokoyami nodded as his sister smiled. She thanked him as he stood in the door, ready to leave.

"By the way, I have an offer for you Tokoyami, or Shadow if you prefer." he said it so nonchalantly that he almost didn't catch it. Tokoyami was thankful his sister had already returned to her room so that she didn't hear it. Izuku had a glow in his eyes as he turned back to him. "Meet me at Takoba beach on Saturday, I won't reveal your identity if you don't come but I hope you do." he said before leaving.

He just stood there for a second. In less than a few hours this boy had revealed a piece of knowledge he had been hiding for years. His persona as a Hacker and Informant in the Underworld, unveiled by someone that he would never have suspected. They hadn't been hostile intent in the reveal and had an offer for him.

What's the worst that could happen?

He didn't know what he expected when he met with Midoriya. He expected something like an exchange of information or a request to monitor for possible clients. He did not expect an offer to join a bunch of vigilantes.

Or that Izuku was the leader of said vigilantes.

Or that he had a god damn Quirk.

Or to be more accurate, Quirks.

Of course he took the offer anyway. Most nights had him at home, coordinating the team's efforts alongside Izuku and warning them of any crime or Pro Hero. It was a change from his usual brooding and trifling through the under belly of society for any topic of interest.

This didn't stop Izuku from creating a vigilante suit for him. It was a mad experiment of his (he swore he saw Izuku talking with his sister while showing her a jacket that would later become part of his suit). The Quirk Infusion, capable of imbuing the abilities of any number of Quirks into an object so long as they complimented one another at the cost of each ability being weaker than the original. The power he held with his massive stockpile of Quirks, his engineering skills, and Infusion ment that he was terrifying. He had the tools for arming his group with Quirks without giving them Quirks.

His own suit had less protection compared to the rest of them, but it had the wildest abilities when compare to most others. The Total Blackout Suit had forsaken the defenses that were now common with the other's suits In exchange for the capability to shift between areas of darkness, melting into the shadows, and attack with a responsive whip made from his own shadow. The only pieces of tech that came close to these absurdities were the hypnotic powers of the Puppet Mask and the absolute defense provided by the Unmovable Vest.

He was getting off topic in his revelry of these new powers he had been given.

Something had come up recently. A job offer for Midoriya, his Analyst personality at least. The specifics were similar to his own; the Analyst being there in person, the client being the guardian to the person, and their Quirk having developed recently. The issue was the warning, 'Quirk is volatile with high risk of danger to Analyst'. It didn't specifically say villainous Quirk, but that someone would willing put that in the offer speaks volumes to how dangerous the Quirk may be.

Midoriya would jump at the chance to analyze such a Quirk regardless of the danger present.

The payment was also nice (he'd never seen that many zeros in his life).

Izuku (with Hitoshi and Tokoyami in their vigilante gear) made his way to the meeting location. It was in the far seedier parts of town so they wouldn't let him go alone.

When they arrived they found an old warehouse filled with empty rooms. There was little in it, then he arrived. The man had black hair and gold eyes, yet the most striking feature was a plauge mask colored in red and gold. This man was the elusive doctor of the Underworld; Overhaul. Puppet and Shadow watched from the darker areas of the warehouse, ready to get Izuku out of there at a moments notice.

"You're the client I presume?" Izuku started. "Yes, the girl is just waiting for my say so." he answered back. "Alright, anything I should be made aware of before starting?" It was standard procedure of course. "She considers this power a curse, and it can kill you at any moment." He stated. Izuku just nodded, not a bit of fear in his expression.

Overhaul just turned to another room and called for the girl; "Eri, you can come out now, I have someone who can help you.". At this a small child (without a doubt four years old) with white hair, red eyes, and a small horn on her head walked out from the hallway that Overhaul had just walked out of. "Are you sure?" her voice was shaky as she said this.

Izuku just looked at the poor girl, his eyes shining bright before he looked to Overhaul. "I'm sure; besides, he knows what will happen if he tries anything." Overhaul starred deep into his eyes while saying the last part. Izuku understood the threat and nodded.

Overhaul led him deeper into the warehouse while he motioned to Puppet and Shadow to stay back. The two just watched as Izuku disappeared into the warehouse. There was no screaming, no panic, no arguing as the two could only stand there and wait while Izuku talked with the small girl as the doctor of the Underworld watched over the two.

It was over an hour later that Izuku walked out, an extra bag in his hand and a smile on his face. "I'll be back next week to continue these seesions." he said Overhaul. He walked several paces before the two of them began following him.

"Next session?" Puppet inquired. Izuku nodded; "There's a lot of trauma to deal with before she can fully work with her Quirk, which means that I'm going to be coming back here at least once a week.". "But what abo-" whatever Puppet was about to ask was stopped by Izuku opening the new bag and an enormous sum of money being revealed. "So... once a week, need either of us to escort you?" he asked.

Izuku just chuckled; "Don't worry, this place was a one time thing, he's given me his actual meeting point for these sessions.". Puppet just looked at Shadow for a second before shaking his head. "You really that confident?" he asked. "I made a deal that he couldn't refuse." Izuku answered cryptically.

The rest of the night was uneventful as the session left them with barely enough time for Izuku to join any patrol.

Using the money he got from Overhaul, he bought Sero and Denki an apartment. Nothing luxurious or suspicion, just a nice little apartment near their neighborhood which allowed the duo to live peacefully.

Well, peaceful for vigilantes anyway.

It warmed his heart when he saw Denki's smile at the new apartment. While Sero gave him more thanks in his life than he had before. Neither boy had a well-paying job so they couldn't make due for the apartment on their own. But with the funds from his new job (the most recent one especially) he was finally capable of giving Sero and Denki something special.

Of course with one thing crossed off his list, another appeared.

-A home base

This would be vital, but he was hatching a plan that would take care of both this and another that they were in desperate need of.

Kai just watched as one of those vigilantes (a member of the Band if the news was right) walked the path he had set for Izuku. The more he looked at the vigilante the more things seemed to click together. He was already reaching into his coat for the pistol he kept in case of emergency when the vigilante put up their hands.

"Hello Overhaul, I have an offer for you." they spoke with a voice modifier. "What could I possibly interest you in?" he shot back. "Well, my teammates and I have been in need of a skilled doctor who has enough honor to not rat us out." they started. "And why would I be your first choice?". "Because you have more than just your medical expertise to offer." that put him on the defensive.

Kair didn't hesitate to pull out his gun and point it right at the vigilante. "If this is a threat, understand that I won't hesitate."; The vigilante just kept their hands raise. "I know that, it's part of the reason why I came to you." that part confused him.

The vigilante then put their hands on their helmet and removed it. He saw green locks of hair and the shining emeralds that belonged to none other than the Analyst Izuku Midoriya. He almost lowered his gun in shock, almost.

"I have a lot of things that I'm in need of and if I want to keep both me and my team going I'm going to need them sooner rather than later. So if you have any requests we may be willing to provide our services in exchange for your own" Izuku spoke with the smile of a business man. Kai considered cutting ties with him at this very minute, but Eri was improving with every session, and there has been several gangs gunning for his head.

He breathed in before speaking; "There are some things you can do for me.".

It all worked out in the end. He and his team made sure that the gangs going after Overhaul were stopped and in exchange he was given not only his services, but also a place to turn into a homebase. It was another warehouse near the edges of Musutafu, but it had a secret hidden within.

Underneath the warehouse was an empty facility that used to be used by a Yakuza gang. Overhaul talked about it with slight nostalgia, a definite hint that he used to be a part of said gang. Yet his days were over as most of the gang had either been killed or arrested.

He and his crew were quick to begin renovating and improving the facility underneath the warehouse. Giving it a decent sized workshop, a test area near said workshop, a rec room, med bay, small gym, a command centre, and even an armory filled with finished tools and suites. It would be a while before everything was put into place, but they got it to work.

Of course there was the fact of just how Overhaul would react to his group. He had been cautious around most of the others (Katsuki especially) but he could tolerate most of the others. He even let Eri come after a while, with Tokoyami and Kirishima quickly becoming her favorites alongside Izuku.

How he reacted to Afo on the other hand...

The almost thousand yard stare he had before he dragged Izuku into the med bay told many stories. Overhaul himself never said what happened in there and Izuku didn't comment on it. All they could get was that Overhaul (or Chisaki Kai) would not be in need of any Infused item, and that it is best to not look a gift horse in the mouth.

Now that Izuku had a dedicated workshop it was easier to make the various items that would help his team.

His current project involves a set of batons infused with similar Quirks to Kaminari's Stun Gun and Shock Bracelet. The Stun Batons were serve as close quarter weapons for most of the group. Of course there was also a custom request from Hitoshi that he had to get done.

He had a lot of work to do.

And that is that. I have plans for Kai and I've given a brief explanation on how Infusion works. Now for a more thorough explanation.

Infusion is named after the character ability that the Artificer from DnD possesses. The ability allows an Artificer to imbue an object with a magical property, thus turning it into a magical item. Infusion works similarly as it allows the user to imbue an object with ability of another Quirk; if one were to infuse multiple Quirks into the object then they must all 'work' together. E.g. putting a fire Quirk and an ice Quirk into the same item would leave it incapable of functioning, but a fire Quirk and a wind Quirk would allow someone to create large torrents of flame with the item. The cost of the Infusion being that any individual Quirk infused would be weaker than the original Quirk.

Note that any Quirk infused into the object is NOT taken, just copied.

Izuku basically creates Infused items by infusing multiple Quirks into an object which merge together to serve the desired function.

Also: Omnipotent X, don't worry about it. I'm honestly thankful that there's someone who can get it right while I can't. So in short, thank you for commenting the correct placement of their names. I'm not offended and you're not being 'That Guy' for commenting it.
