"Unless...what?" Moll asked as she and Mebh looked at him with curiousity.

Bill grinned.

"Yes. It could work. We could pretend that Mebh is our pet wolf and we are looking for our OTHER pet wolf Robyn?" Bill said.

"I don't know. Wearing a leash will be shameful." Moll said.

Mebh got down.

"Ill do it." she told them.

The two gazed at her.

"Are you sure Mebh?" Moll asked her daughter.

Mebh nodded.

"If it means bringing Robyn home safely then I'm willing to do it Mammy!" Mebh said. "For Robyn."

The two adults grinned. "For Robyn!" they said.

"But we'll need a leash!" Moll informed them. "We don't have one."

"Yes we do Mammy!" Mebh told her. "In the den."

The group walked back towards the den.

The trek down was easier than the trek up. It hardly took any effort at all. Upon entering the den, Mebh led the group towards the back where Robyn kept her things.

She poked through the pile under Robin's cot. And grasped something in her hands.

"Yes." she said as she pulled out a leash with the collar still attached to it.

She handed it to her mother.

Her mother and Bill looked at it.

The collar and leash were made of leather.

"Interesting." Bill said. "This is fine leather. Where did Robyn find it?"

"Robyn found it on the side of the dirt road." she said. "She liked it."

Moll glanced at Bill. "Must've fallen off someone's wagon." she said.

Bill nodded.

Mebh laid down on Robyn's cot and closed her eyes. A few seconds later, her soul left her body and then materialized into her wolf form.

She sat down.

Moll sighed as she gently put the collar around Mebh's throat.

Although it was a bit tight so it wouldn't come loose, Moll made sure that despite the collar, Mebh could still breathe normally.

"Alright." Bill said. "The closest town is a little over 5 miles from here."

The three exited the cave and headed towards town.

After about an hour of walking, they entered the town of Silver Springs Ireland.

The townsfolk instantly became wary of the wolf.

They figured that since it was on a leash it wouldnt create any trouble. But that didn't stop them from staring at the trio.

Moll held Mebh's leash tightly in one hand.

Bill lead the way to a vendor.

"Would you like some bread, Mebh?" Bill asked..

Mebh nodded.

"Hey there good sir! How can I help you on this fine day?" the vendor, a thin man who sat on a tall stool asked. Despite his short frame, he had a booming voice.

"I'd like some bread and I'm afraid our day isn't fine for us. You see, we are looking for our pet wolf. She is a silvery grey, long, thin wolf. Her name is Robyn. Have you seen her by any chance?" Bill said.

"I'm afraid I haven't sorry." the vendor said.

While the two men were talking, Mebh gazed around.

She'd never really been here before and she wanted to see what she could.

Just then, she saw a poster tacked to the wall near the vendor.

Mebh strained at the leash as hard as she could.

Puzzled, Moll let Mebh guide her a few feet away.

She stared up at the poster and Moll froze when she saw Robyn's picture on the poster.

She quickly pulled it off as Bill came up behind her.

"What do you got?" he asked as he handed Mebh her bread.

She scarfed it down in seconds.

"A hunting competition. For kids. Robyn is the grand prize!" she said.

The two adults looked at each other in horror.

Turning they quickly left town.
