Somber they found me, dormant and still

"We've made it! the spirit tree" Sein says full excitement, but as soon they arrived

We told Ori the tale of her misguided will

"... alright" Sein looks at the spirit tree and then back at Ori. "Ori... the spirit tree, he used the last of his strength to save you... Come now and hear the story. It was the night of the Light Ceremony, it was our light she hated..."

... flashback... back... back... (ok that sounded way better in my head)

On that fateful night

Ori was walking over a bridge then over the swing and stopped infront of his house... looking at me, but Naru mistook it as a danger and took my son inside they're house.

I called out to Ori, but my child never came

Light was overflowing the whole forest, every spirit was there but few we're missing. Everyone was waiting, but didn't know what was waiting us. Then Kuro a black owl flew towards us blinded by rage she attacked us, many were wounded and many were slaughtered. Life withered and decayed.

Kuro stole Sein, it was the end of our days

...

"Ori, you've received the spirit tree's light, he put our fate in your hand... erm paws... eh... you know what I mean. Listen carefully now, for you must understand" Ori nodded looking at his hands... or paws. "The Spirit Tree sustained the three Elements of Light, and in turn they brought balance and kept Nibel safe. The Element of water, high atop the Ginso tree. The element of Winds, deep within the Forlorn Ruins. The element of warmth, beneath the fires of Mount Horu."

"Alright... where do we start?" Ori ask, Fil then spoke up "we'll begin the ginso tree, I believe there are survivors there" Sein and Ori look at him "how are you so sure?"

"After the attack of Kuro, I've absorbed one of my friends/brother's light, his power's are a bit useless, but not in this case. I can sense when a spirit well is being used and I've felt one in the Ginso tree" They all look at each other and decided "alright then, let's go"

"Hey, Ori... I've been thinking. Now that you have control over electricity is, you need a positive charge and negative charge of energy fire reacts negative to water, which made me think that you may have all the elements of Light now inside of you" Fil explains, which made Ori very confused "wha?"

"well, Ori does have the Spirit tree's light in him now" Sein adds up, Ori replies with "well, why can I only use electricity?"

"maybe... no... i have no idea" Fil says and they continue traveling to the Ginso tree, but then they hear a cracking noise. "what was that?" Ori asks but a second later he got his answer as they fell down a trap "AAAAaaaah... that... wasn't so deep" Ori screams. Fil and Sein just stare at Ori, but got up "let's continue..." Sein stops mid track only to be meeten by a ancestral tree.

"... a... ancestral tree, Sein?" Fil asks as Sein walks closer to the tree "it's, Ano... the spirit that's able to use the spirit flame and turn it into the charge flame" Ori says out of no where, which got Sein and Fil look at him "how- wha?" Sein tries to speak but couldn't

"... what?" Ori asks not knowing what is wrong. "Ori, you've never met him before... how do you know what he can do?" Ori want to say something, but what Fil said was true "... Idk? Sein, I think it's best for you to absorb Ano's light" Ori says like he knows what is doing "but..." Sein wanted to protest but Ori does have a point "ok" Sein walks closer to the tree and now absorbing Ano's light, but absorbing one's light will overflow the the consumer's light which will end up leaking all out.

after a few hours Sein wakes up gasping for air "what happened?! where are we?" Sein sits up looking at a rock covered in blue energy and turns around finding Fil completely exhausted and Ori patching up a few wound "good morning sleepyhead" Ori jokily says, but Sein didn't like Ori talking to her like that "shut up and tell me what happened already" Sein says with a not so friendly voice "ok, ok... After you passed out from absorbing to much light Fil tried to find a switch to get down a platform for us to continue but I decided to take a look at the other side if it was save, which was not! Then you sleepshot a spirit flame at me, which I barely dodged and fell straight down and had to deal with a giant slime colony... and I got all these wounds, luckily Fil got here in time to help me..." Ori explains everything that has happened, it was already nighttime and Fil decided to take a nap "o-oh... sorry? I guess" Sein apologizes "it's fine... I'm gonna take a nap..." and with that Ori falls asleep immediately. Now leaving Sein the only one awake.

What do now, Sein thought for several minutes and eventually decided just to find breakfast since she wasn't tired at all. Looking around for a few berry bushes, she eventually find some and starts preparing a nice setup breakfast. She hasn't done something like this in a long time after becoming the eye of the spirit tree, luckily she still remember how to cook and craft stuff.

It was another day, it's also very early in the morning, but Ori wakes up with a big yawn. When he opens his eyes, shock filled his body as he saw Sein sleeping at a... table? in the middle of nowhere. Ori gets up and walks up to the table, a simple table made out of wood and strong thatch. Ori then looks what's on the table, a wooden bowl filled with berries and cups made out of bamboo filled with berry juice... what the... Ori was going a bit insane seeing all this after he fell asleep. Did Sein made all of this? Ori thought to himself, walking up to Sein. She's still sleeping Ori says to himself and decides to let her rest and wait.

A few hours have passed, Fil and Sein finally decided to wake up "good morning sleepy heads" Ori greets them sitting against a rock and let's just say he wasn't very comfortable. "morning" they greet back, Fil rubbing his eyes and Sein stretching her body.

"whoa, Ori did you make all of this?" Fil points to the table with all the food on it "no, Sein did" Ori points to Sein, She just gave a awkward smile.

"didn't know you could do this Sein" Fil complements her "well... I used to do this kind of stuff all the time"

"used to? what happened?" Ori asks, but then Sein and Fil just looked at him with the 'are you serious' face. "OOOH... right... eye of the tree..." Ori quickly realizes.

"well, eat up I guess" Sein says grabbing a berry herself "thanks for the food!" Ori and Fil say before taking a piece of fruit.

After eating and destroying the stone filled with blue energy our heroes continue their path to the Ginso tree, but not before seeing a giant stone covered in spiderwebs.

"... so the floor beneath us it filled with spikes and in order for us to continue we need to get that thing down, got it Fil?" Sein explains the plan, Fil nods and grabs a sharp piece of stone to use to cut the silk.

Fil starts climbing up, but soon was met by a spider. The spider quickly spots Fil and shoots a venomous ball towards Fil, Fil notices the spider's venomous ball and lets go of the ledge to be able to dodge it. Ori's quick reflexes kicks in and catches Fil and puts him down.

"whoa, what happened up there?" Ori quickly asks, Fil brushes a bit dirt off him "there is a spider up there" Fil replies to Ori also adding "it can shoot venomous balls"

"Sein, by any chance you can fly up there with you're fire?" Ori asks, making Sein think "well, I can't use it for long... but maybe if I use charge flame and release it slowly I can use it to fly up"

The 3 look at each other and nodded.

Sein charges up charge flame in both hands and then jumps and then releases it slowly and it launches her up fast, when she got up there was enough flame power left and she uses it all on the spider and burning it into a crispy spider.

"whoa... cool" is all the left Ori's mouth, Sein then cuts the silk with her spirit flames making the boulder fall down.

They all jump down and have slowly but safely hoping not to break any bones or sustaining any injuries, they all made it to the boulder "everyone ok?" Ori asks, Fil and Sein nods and they made a huge jump to the right and they barely made it, they all sigh in relief.

"Sein, there is a spider there" Fil points in front of them, Sein without saying anything just shot down the spider showing no mercy "let's continue" Sein orders. They all parkour over the acid lake.

"oh, hey look guys it's those bouncy flowers again" Ori says full excitement and rushes to one "Ori, don't do anything stu-" Ori didn't listen to what Sein was about to say and jumps onto one of those bouncy flowers and launches himself onto a mushroom "-pid..." Sein finishes her sentence, but the mushroom also has a bouncy flower and Ori immediately jumps onto that one and then onto another one, but where he was going next were purple slime thorns "OH SPIRITS-" Ori shrieks, but being very acrobatic Ori manages to avoid being stung by the spikes in just a nick of a time and lands on the other side safely, now taking deep breathes, cuz that almost took his life.

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO ANYTHING STUPID ORI!" Sein yells at Ori, Ori pulls up his hands saying that he knows, they then continue their path.

They then stumble across the spirit well "hey, that's the spirit well isn't it?" Sein asks and Fil nods "but the Ginso tree is just above, but how do we get there?" Sein asks thinking of a plan "hey Sein, help me with this boulder" Fil pushes the boulder but couldn't manage it so Sein comes in and helps. "hm... it's still to high up for Ori" Fil says looking at the boulder.

Then out of nowhere another but smaller boulder was thrown on top of the bigger boulder "what the-" Fil and Sein look behind them just to see Ori "sup, so we getting up there?" Fil and Sein again just look at him in shock "you guys coming?" Ori says already climbed up the boulders "uh... yeah buddy, we're coming" Fil say starting to climb the boulders.

While Ori brought light and hope to the forest

The three continue walking to the entrance of the Ginso tree

Others gave in, and embrassed darkness and fear

They then all stops, just to see a Gumon holding a blue shining ball, when he turn to them he jumps out of fear and runs away. "A Gumon from the forlorn Ruins! We must follow his steps, we must get what he stole!" Sein commands and Ori and Fil starts running with Sein to the Gumon.

Eventually the gumon activates a gate which blocks them from continuing "NO!" Sein yells and slams her hands against the gate. Ori hears a noise from behind and decides to take a look and he saw mortar worm spitting a projectile that landed on a log with a big BANG destroying the log!

"what was that?!" Fil and Sein turn around as Ori replies with "our way to bust trough that gate" He grabs a stone and throws it at the ground where the explosion was and there erupts another mortar worm and aim directly at Ori "Ori? what are you-" Sein what to finish her sentence but Ori pushes Fil and Sein to the side as he also jumps away to avoid the projectile.

BANG

The gate has just been destroyed, Fil was pretty impressed by Ori's quick thinking "good job Ori" Fil complements Ori, give him pat on the back. "you could have told us your idea Ori" Sein says crossing her arms "I know..." Ori scratches the back of his head. They then continue walking, but Sein then stops mid track "oh wow... we're in Moon Grotto" Sein always wanted to see how this place looked like since she never has been here in her life. "Moon Grotto, huh? this place seems pretty peaceful" Ori says, but soon notices the Gumon again avoiding a big stream of a beam. "I take back all I said about this being a peaceful place..." Ori sighs while Sein and Fil try to hold their laughter.
