Attack on Titan
The Devil Unleashed: Chaotic Winds
If any could say that Paradis Island had seen better days, you would have to have known better than they did at the time. The island had not seen better days, neither before or after the situation with the Titans was resolved. Things appeared to be getting worse with each passing day, as Eren Yeager refused to explain his actions in Liberio, the people that thought they knew him best were unable to speak with him, and the distrust between the military and the public had grown stronger because of the lack of information and understanding of what was going on with any attempts to ensure Paradis' future. And now…there was a storm approaching from the south, and once it made contact with the island, it was anyone's guess as to how long it would be until it passed by.

Zeke never saw it coming. Then again, he didn't expect it to come from Levi in the way that it did. The guy struck him from behind and knocked him out cold, dragged him out to a clearing, and left him with a volunteer. By the time he came to, he felt a wave of heat and heard a growling noise nearby.
Levi and the others had lost faith in the Yeager brothers and their abilities and needed to either resolve the situation or at least ensure that nobody else would be betrayed by at least one of them. So the decision was made to replace Zeke and take his Beast Titan; he might've been of royal blood, but the pain and suffering he caused four years ago couldn't be forgiven, and he couldn't be trusted not to do anything else that would endanger the lives of everyone on Paradis.
"Aaaahh!" He heard Zeke scream his last scream as the Titan bit down on his head, ending his life for good.
"Rrrraah!" The Titan howled as it started to evaporate a few minutes later.
That's one problem resolved, thought Levi, glad that Zeke was now dead after so long.

Eren got a bad feeling just now. It was a feeling that something happened that altered or destroyed the future that he saw happen. That's when he knew he had to get out of this cell and find Zeke; once they made contact, they could save Paradis from their global enemies that saw them as a threat to their own lives.
"Oh, like that will make any difference," he heard that girl again, seeing her stand outside his cell. "It's getting better and better out there. I'm going to enjoy the outcome very much when the main event begins."
"I'll disappoint you," he warned her.
"Please, you've already disappointed a lot of people that had faith in you, and you won't save them. You couldn't save them, even if you claim to want to, and deep down, you don't even want to save any of them."
Eren raised his right hand to his mouth, ready to trigger his Titan transformation.
"Go ahead and do it!" She told him. "It doesn't matter to me what you do, anymore! The end has already been rewritten! You rewrote it! You, the people that want you dead, the people that lost faith in you, and that ink has dried! What happens now…is what you chose for others to do. What happens now…is the repercussions of being the ones that decide what is and isn't best for everyone. Run, fight, whatever. It's inevitable for you to come out of this. Maybe if you people had met that man, you might've had a better chance. But that wasn't meant to be for any of you."
Eren bit into his hand…and the girl disappeared again.

"…Eren escaped from custody?" Armin questioned as he and Mikasa were informed by Hange a few minutes after she had found out.
"Can you two think of anyplace that he might go to? Anywhere at all?" Hange asked them.
"No," Mikasa expressed; there was no place that had any significance for Eren that he would go there. "We don't know where he'd go after escaping."
It was true; they didn't know where Eren was going…or what he'd do next. He was…behaving differently than usual.
"It's just as she said," Hange uttered.
"Who said?" Armin asked her.
"Some ghost girl that said Eren was severing his ties with everyone. I didn't believe her.
"A ghost girl?" Mikasa responded.

"…Oh, dear, what a pity," Sister Deception said as she stood on the beach, gazing out at the incoming storm. "But you don't need to understand pity, do you? You have never been pitiful a day in your life. You know what you desire and have all that you need to achieve it. You have been without mercy, without pity and without fear. You are royalty and ruthlessness incarnated, indivisible and unstoppable. And I've missed you. I've missed you for a long time. Take this world and do what you will."
As the storm reached Paradis, she heard the cackling of the one that brought it here.
"Iiiiee!" One of the harbingers howled as the girl was doused by rainwater.
"Oh, yes," she sighed. "Let the cards fall wherever they may."

People were forced to take shelter in their homes as the storm intensified! The wind, rain and thunder just kept getting worse. Not even Eren expected a storm to occur as he took shelter in one of the Titan Forests; due to the trees being large and strong, all people needed were strong cables to anchor themselves against the wind.
What the Hell is going on here?! He wondered as he took shelter under a tree, drenched and exhausted. How did this storm get so intense?!
CRASH! He heard a large crash, as though a tree had fallen over. CRASH!
He ran out from within the tree and saw some of the trees starting to collapse onto the ground.
What sort of storm in this?! He wondered as he was forced to abandon the forest.
"Iiiiee!"
"Crrraah!"
"Haaaurgh!"
It sounded like…cackling was in the sky as he looked up, seeing a strange lightshow within the clouds. For a split second…it almost looked like Eren could see…something hiding in the clouds. He couldn't make it out, but suspected that it was massive.
"Eh-ha-ha!" He heard that girl from before laugh, seeing her standing on a large rock nearby, her hair and dress soaked and ruined. "Isn't this fun?!"
"You're insane!" He yelled at her.
"Must you state the obvious?"
"Well, you are!"
"What are you going to do now? Even if you were able to do anything, you have no idea what's already here. Everyone on Paradis is someone you won't be able to save, with or without the power of the Titans. But look on the bright side: You helped to bring an equal degree of suffering to everyone you view as an enemy to yourself. So, I really should say…congratulations, Eren Yeager, you made it so that everyone, regardless of whether they had hatred for Eldians or not, will be joining you in extinction."
"What are you talking about?! The Rumbling hasn't even been implemented yet! I know what happens when it happens!"
"Whoever said I was talking about the Rumbling? You're the only one that spoke of it. Sure, I've heard about it during my time in Marley, but I was never really afraid of that happening. Nothing ever happens the way you want it to. Maybe if you had met my brother, you would've been met with a different fate, similar to one in which the Rumbling never happened. Of course, he's a bit hypocritical…or so some are led to believe. He prefers to be open to other possibilities, giving people a new path to take…if they have the will to walk away from the violence of the path they're currently on or were going down. It's a pity you never met, though; he'd probably condemn you just for choosing the path you chose…before giving you a new choice to go back to a different point in time."
"There's no other choice but to move forward!"
Suddenly, the little girl was in front of him, like she ran with lightning speed, surprising him, and she grabbed him by his right ear, sending an agonizing sensation throughout his body!
"Aaaurgh!" He groaned.
"You move forward!" She uttered. "You fight for freedom! Blah, blah, blah! You're a broken record, you know! It's no wonder you push everyone away! It's no wonder you banished your heart from your body so you don't have concerns! Heh! You might as well just sit down and watch how life on your little island is going to end!"
She released him and threw him onto the ground.
"Stupid," she called him.
Eren got back up and prepared to bite into his right hand.
"Haaaurgh!" That cackling sound was heard again.
FLASH! Lightning flashed and Eren looked up, seeing a silhouette of a large creature with wings in the clouds.
"What is that?!" He demanded of the girl.
"And why would I tell you if I knew what it was?" She countered.
"You've been moving around without getting caught! You say you've been to Marley, too! You're not an ordinary little girl! Who are you?!"
Sister Deception smiled and levitated off the ground.
"I'm just a girl that sees the ugliness of the world for what it is," she utters. "A despicable canvas of blood, tears, sorrow and hatred. A canvas that people like you helped to paint. People like you, your late father and half-brother, Reiner Braun and his parents, Theo Magath, Calvi, the Tybur family, Karl Fritz and everyone descended from his bloodline, why, even your so-called allies from Hizuru. Everything that is currently wrong with this world is all because of people like you. Not Eldians, not Marleyans, not the so-called Subjects of Ymir, just people. Here, out there, everywhere. Today, yesterday, all day, every day. This year, last year, every year. People that feel they have to do whatever it takes to make other people suffer, especially when they don't have to. You make it so easy to hate others, to want them to suffer for whatever reason or reasons you have. When you can't let go of those reasons, you just make the people around you suffer more. But, unlike my brother, I enjoy the suffering you all inflict upon each other, that you seek to inflict upon each other. You see two men walking down a street holding hands, you feel disgust. You find out someone's daughter doesn't want to marry someone else's son because she's involved with another woman and you think it's a sin against nature. You look into the future…and all you do is act on what you decide needs to be done. Who made you the overseer of everyone? Your father, all he did was steal a power you coerced him into taking…and you didn't show him everything…because even you don't know everything. But I know what's going to happen. I know what's going to happen, and I'm hoping that it's everything I could ever hope for. Would you care to join me?"

SLAM! Whatever was in the sky above the island emerged from the clouds and set down on the ground outside Shiganshina District, and the Garrison soldiers keeping watch on the wall saw what it was.
"Aaah!" Some of them gasped. "Monster!"
Despite the heavy rain and hard winds, they could see the form of a massive, golden serpent with large wings and three heads.
"Iiiee!" One of the heads shrieked.
The creature looked down at the city in front of it, looking down at the people that were still in the bad weather. Its middle head gave an expression that made it look like it was smiling cruelly.
"Haaaurgh!" It roared, and the necks of all three heads started to glow as they tilted up.
"Oh, no," one of the female Garrison soldiers uttered, fearing the worst.
FLASH! Bright, searing light shot out of the heads and at the wall and much of the district below, causing inescapable mayhem.
"Aah!" People screamed as they started to run away towards the inner gate of the district, trying to get away.
The three-headed creature continued to spit burning light from its heads at the buildings and wall, causing them to shatter or burst into flames, reducing most of the walled settlement to a charred ruin.
"Rrraa-rrraa-rrraa!" The heads went, as if laughing at the devastation caused, and then the creature took flight again.

"What was that?" Eren demanded from the girl.
"Oh, that?" She responded, not so innocently. "That was most likely the town you spent your whole life either trying to escape or return to, getting reduced to nothing more than a memory…along with everyone inside it."
"What?!"
"I really wish I could've seen it happen. What am I saying? Of course, I can see it happen whenever I choose! I'll show you."
Eren was given a brief vision of what had occurred not too long ago, and was horrified of what had befallen the people of his hometown, seeing how the three-headed serpent just attacked the whole district with no mercy for anybody.
"No!" He yelled.
"Wow, what an incredible display of might," Sister Deception praised the creature as it took off into the sky, moving further inland. "Not even the Colossal Titan could install that much fear in the people! Did you see the way those children had no chance to even scream? The looks on their faces! Beautiful misery!"
Eren couldn't believe this girl! He had just witnessed his home get razed by a flying, lightning-spitting monster that was bigger than even the Colossal Titan, and she was praising its actions. He bit into his hand and went Titan in front of her!
"Rrrraaurgh!" The Attack Titan howled as it reached for the child in the air, grabbing her in its left hand. "Rrraaurgh!"
Sister Deception didn't seem at all frightened by this creature. Instead, she just smiled at it.
"Don't be angry with me for something you made a reality," she told Eren. "This was bound to happen, one way or another. You would've caused similar devastation with your actions. This creature's devastation…is somewhat more merciful because everyone in Shiganshina was targeted. It didn't discriminate between individuals. Every man, woman and child was the same to it; they were just another thing in its way. Everyone on this island is just an obstacle. Where's it going now? Trost District? Krolva District? Some random village somewhere between Maria and Rose? I have no idea. All I can say is that I really admire its results."
Crush! The Titan closed its hand completely, reducing the child to pulp.
Or so Eren thought when he willed the Titan's hand to open up again, revealing nothing in it, not even blood.
"Oh, you'll probably experience the most suffering later on," he heard her voice as her head popped up over his face, hanging by a few strands of hair, in one piece. "Do you believe in retribution, Eren Yeager? Do you believe in life after death? You want to move forward? Good luck with your agenda. I'm going to watch as the next place full of people add on to the beauty that is sweet suffering."
She released his hair and dropped, but when the Titan looked down, the girl was gone. And then, Eren knew he had to find his brother and fast; if they could awaken the Wall Titans, they may have a chance to stop this thing. There was no way this creature was stronger than a legion of Titans that came all at once at it. But he had to find Zeke first.
"Rrrraarugh!" The Attack Titan roared as it ran towards Wall Maria as the storm around it got more and more intense.
To be continued…
A/N: What are y'all thinking about what happened here? Sister Deception had to lay down some serious verbal battering as she was trying to enjoy the madness, but she was also speaking some serious truths that often get overlooked. While she's nothing like Brother Correction, she possesses a similar understanding of what goes on…and just sees it as an escalating symphony of madness and agony to enjoy.
