Chapter 4: Channel Six Eyewitness News

Soon they came up to the red cabin and got out. Riley got the keys to the cabin as he unlocks the lock.

He opens the door as they all came in.

"Oh boy." Logan said as they looked around the messed up place with mouse droppings everywhere.

"Well, we better get this place cleaned up." Terran said to his family, who nodded in agreement.

Soon they all began to clean the messy rooms, got the water heater on, cleaning the grill, got wood ready for the fire pit outside.

After that was done, the three boys and only girl were all set as they placed their bags in their separate bedrooms.

Then Logan got dinner ready for them and him The dinner was steak, fried potatoes, corn, and rolls.

They got their separate dishes as they began to eat their dinner. Soon Logan went into the living room to turn on the T.V. and switched it to the news channel.

"Logan, you know there are only three channels on the T.V., right?" Ambrea asked her cousin, who was eating his dinner.

"I know that, now be quiet. The news is on." Logan shushed her as he watches a news party known as 'Eyewitness News'.

"And now, joining live is professor Kirby Janson." A news lady reported as a scientist with a white lab coat, whitish-black, and shaved face appeared. "Good evening, Professor."

"Good evening, miss Anderson." Kirby greeted the news Lady.

"Professor, perhaps you could tell us why T.G.R.I. is being closed down under more circumstances?"

"Yes. Our organization has been robbed for the last two months and authorities are well concerned about the criminals of 'Genetic Lab Facility' has gotten everyone worried about almost all of the people going missing…"

The three family members join Logan as Terran asked. "Man, who is this 'fast the automatic' man?"

Logan sighed in annoyance. "Would you give the guy a break? He's a scientist."

"Yeah, fascinating." Terran said dismissively before asking. "Hey, isn't there anything else on?!"

Riley said, irritated. "Terran, just leave it. We're watching the news."

"Sheesh, bah!" Terran said annoyingly.

Then he sits down with a sigh.

"...So we have decided to dump all of the toxic waste in the furthest junkyard by tomorrow morning." Kirby finished his report.

"Thank you, Professor. This is Maggie Anderson reporting live on channel six Eyewitness." The news lady said before Logan turned the T.V. off.

This made Logan feel confused by this. "Did anyone hear anything the professor guy said?"

"I don't know, we may have to worry about that tomorrow." Riley said to his brother.

(Scene changes)

We switched the screen to the laboratory of T.G.R.I in Presque Isle Maine, the same scientist from the news channel, Kirby Janson, was busy disposing of the last two canisters of green ooze away into a tube as he grabbed one of the last two. Then he pushes it into a hole and presses a button.

Then the tube began to suck up the last of the ooze.

Kirby turned to a computer and began typing some letters on the screen, which he titled all of the canisters in 'disposed'.

"Disposed." Kirby muttered to himself before taking the last of the canister of ooze. "Well you're the last one, aren't you?" He said with a smile as he taped the canister.

Suddenly as he was about to dispose of it, a man with a black t-shirt and black khakis came and grabbed it in his hands as someone grabbed Kirby by behind making gasp in surprise.

The man smirked at the canister, took out his walkie talkie and said. "Boss, we got the last one."

"Excellent. Bring it to me." A man spoke through walkie talkie.

(Scene changes)

The scene changes to a laboratory near the center of Presque Isle Maine as the same man from before gives the canister to the boss.

Then a hand takes it and it reveals their boss. This was a businessman wearing a brown business suit and brown shoes.

This just happens to be Angus Oldfield, who has taken control of the Genetic Lab Facility.

"So this is the only left?" Angus asked, eyeballing the canister of ooze.

"Yeah, boss." The agent replied.

Angus smirked evilly at it and said. "Then it's time to find out exactly what it can do with the sheep and the rest of the people we have locked up."

Then he approaches the now tied up, duck-taped mouth on a chair, Professor Kirby Janson.

"So Kirby, how about we begin the experiment?" Angus asked with an evil smile. Then he looks at his group of scientists and guards. "Alright, bring everyone to T.G.R.I. as well as the sheep for the experiments. By this time in the next few days, the toxic will be released. And when the mutagen experiments are done, everyone will not get in my way. Everyone never understood my work of genius to play god, especially Henry when dad took him with him, but they will soon respect me when I turn this country into my own personal sheep farm."

His guards and scientists nodded in agreement and went to get preparations ready.

Kirby just looked horrified by this.
