5 hours passed. Dipper was still looking very sick.

Mabel and Wendy walked in the room.

Mabel has a tongue depressor in her hand.

Wendy has a flashlight in hers.

"You're not dressed as nurses anymore." said Dipper.

"You're right." said Wendy. "We're not."

"What is the reason?" asked Dipper.

"We're going to be checking your throat." said Wendy.

"Isn't it something Ford or another doctor would do?" asked Dipper.

"Ford's not available." said Mabel. "He sent us to check your throat instead."

"Isn't that creepy? It's against the law to impersonate a doctor. Everyone knows that." said Dipper.

"We're not impersonating doctors." said Mabel. "We're just going to be checking your throat to see if it is red and swollen."

"My throat is inside my body." said Dipper. "You can't see it. So how do you examine it."

"Well. Grunkle Ford usually does C.A.T scans." said Mabel. "So that the inside of the body can be seen."

"How else?" asked Dipper.

"With a flashlight and a tongue depressor. At a checkup. You know doctors tell you to open your mouth and say ahh so that they can see inside your mouth to see if your throat is swollen." said Wendy.

Dipper sneezed 4 times.

Mabel gave Dipper a tissue and Dipper blew his nose.

Wendy stroked Dipper's back and gave him a pail to vomit in.

Mabel put tissues on Dipper's nightstand.

Dipper blew his nose 6 times using 6 pieces of tissue.

"Oh man." moaned Dipper. "I feel weary like an exhausted seal."

"Poor Dippy." Mabel sympathetically said. "No wonder he's sick."

"Mabel. I don't feel so good about this." Dipper shuddered.

"Don't worry dude." said Wendy. "It's jut a look inside your mouth and throat."

"Well. I don't want you guys to get infected too." worried Dipper.

"We just got our shots a week ago." said Mabel. "We'll be fine."

Wendy brought the flashlight lens close to Dipper's mouth.

Wendy turned the flashlight on.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" asked Mabel.

Wendy shook her head no.

"Is after that the throat treatment." asked Dipper.

Wendy nodded her head yes.

"Dipper. Open wide and say ahh." said Mabel.

"Ahhhhh." said Dipper with his mouth open and tongue out. Mabel held Dipper's tongue down with a tongue depressor. Wendy shone the flashlight into his open mouth. Mabel and Wendy looked inside it.

"Looks like he needs his throat to feel better." said Mabel.

Mabel and Wendy stopped examining Dipper's mouth and got the throat spray bottle.

"Say ahh again please." said Mabel.

Dipper opened his mouth and stuck out his tongue and Mabel once again held his tongue down with the tongue depressor and Wendy sprayed the medicine into his mouth.

Dipper closed his mouth.

When Dipper was all ready to sleep, Mabel tucked him in and she whispered "get well soon" into his ear.
