And what's going on, y'all?! This is dad90, back from vacation, and ready to go as we resume the story of "The Rebirth Legacy of the Night Raid of DxD"!
Before we do, I actually saw a review from a Highschool DxD = Toaru Majutsu no Index crossover called "Kamijou Faction" made by Fortitude501, and reads as follows:
"Oh by the way, in the DxD Novels revealed that the entire Fallen Angels (with the exception of their leaders) had been planning to leave their faction (AKA the Grigori) for a long time now.
It was revealed later in the novels that, aside from Azazel and his fellow Cadre; pretty much every fallen from behind the scenes have decided to abandoned the Grigori and decided to fend for themselves.
They absolutely loathe and resent the way Azazel purposely neglecting his duty to lead the Grigori and continuously brushed off their complaints so that he can focus on his research.
Not to mentioned some of them were sacrificed to the devils just to appease them to keep the peace. That pretty much gives them valid reasons to quit.
And they managed to hide this secret departure from their leaders for a very long time without getting caught, which is impressive. But then again Azazel was mostly focused on his research while also ditching work as shown in the Anime and Novel, so that gives them a head start.
Speaking of Azazel, in my personal opinion he's one of the most unlikeable characters in DxD. Both the Anime and Novel keep pushing us readers/viewers to try to like this lazy a** idiot by portraying him just what kind of wise guiding mentor he really is. But unfortunately, i and probably others disagree.
Azazel doesn't feel like someone who grew wise from experienced. He never really suffered consequences for his actions, so there's no wise sage twist to his personality that can be developed from. He's more like a deadbeat parent who wants no responsibility whatsoever and just wants to party.
The anime didn't help his portrayal in the second season since most of the time we see him in an apartment with the excuse just to ditch work again."
Azazel! You were one of my favorites, especially with the cool technology gadgets you've built up until now! But don't worry; to those of you who have read the Novels and heading into the "Shin Highschool DxD" series, you should know what happened after that. Azazel, look, even I have to admit that I maybe lazy, stubborn and doesn't have good sleeping habits, but even then I admit to my mistakes, and as right now, I'm trying to clean up my acts as I have some serious studying to do.
But not right now, as I'm still recovering from my grandmother's funeral as that hit me REALLY hard. But if there's any good news, at least that at long last, George Floyd has got some Justice as Derek Chauvin is guilty on ALL 3 charges! You have no idea how happy I am, because this is a BIG wake-up call as it is about time that the police hold some accountability and responsibility!
Oh, and to GAchaRage, I understand that it may confuse you, but if you actually knew all of these series, then in the long run, if you have the knowledge and information (very important), and with a little bit of imagination and creativity, then you can certainly make it happen.
OK, talking time's over! Let the third episode of The Rebirth Legacy of the Night Raid of DxD begin!
** At the Old School Building **
Another day of school has just ended, and Rias and Akeno were packing things up after Yuuto and Koneko left home for the day, but they were still thinking about Yukio, his past, and his powers. However, there was one important thing on Rias' mind right now…
"So, were you able to get a reading?"
…how in the world Yukio was reincarnated with so many Mutation Pieces and how he was able to be in not one, not two, but three Peerages at the same time! It has never happened before in the history of these Evil Pieces.
Akeno nods her head and replied, "…Yes, it's just as you suspected. Yukio is a descendant of the Legendary Dark Knight, Sparda, and as expected, his powers are much higher than a normal hybrid that was turned into a Devil, as it should be. Given how hard he trains, the rate of his growth, and seeing how many pieces he had when he was reincarnated…. He should already be close to Ultimate-Class, which has never happened before in such a short amount of time, but it's strange…"
"I thought as much…" Rias said to herself as she reached out to grab a King chess piece of the board and held it close to her face. "During the short time Yukio had been unconscious, we all had found that he had somehow manage to create Mutation Pieces from me and my sisters and absorbed all the power that had been inside, and when we were checking on his power level, it first started out very high before somehow lowering itself."
"Is it probably due to his past?" Akeno asked.
"It could be…" Rias answered as she continued to look at the King. "In fact, even Mio is powerful in her own way, and as the Future Demon Lord of the Underworld, it's no surprise that's she constantly under pressure and even being hunted down."
"Well sometimes, fear can get to people, make them afraid of what 'could be' instead of what is," Akeno said as her gaze went to look at Rias. "Sadly, as of right now, Mio can't even control some of the most basic of her own powers, and someone might want to take advantage of her Sacred Gear later on."
"Well, I'm certainly not going to let that happen," Rias stated, leaning back into the Victorian couch. "And I'm going to make sure that Yukio doesn't go down that path as well. And you said it yourself Akeno…fear is a powerful thing. In fact, both he and Mio have got something in common."
"And what's that?"
"Trying to be with family. They both lost both of their parents at an early age with Yukio almost going insane because of that. In fact, if it wasn't for that girl 10 years ago, he wouldn't even be alive today. That, by itself, shows how much he really cared for his family, despite being called a monster by his own clan," Rias explained as she lowered the King back onto the board, placing it in the center square. "And now that I think about it, even he's worse off…than my Bishop, who afraid to use his own powers as well."
Akeno widened her eyes about that.
"Than that means he's-"
"Also afraid that he will be rejected by the other side of his family, the Kurogane clan?" Rias finished for Akeno with a sad look her eyes. "I wouldn't be surprised by that, and knowing who the head of that clan is, Yukio believes that he'll never be accepted by them and will be all alone if that happens. Even when the Principal told us to be with him if that happened…
"While he acknowledges and accepts that he's a Devil now, I can tell that he's subconsciously afraid and is holding himself back from accessing his true power."
"Being alone…can truly be a horrible thing," Akeno said sadly with a sad smile as she knows this situation all too well. "But being constantly hunted down is even worse, especially for Lady Mio. That being said, do you think he'll ever harness that power?"
"Well, being a Soul Reaper Blazer, as well as being a Generation, that's going to be a lot easier said than done…" Rias replied as she let her body fall back into the couch once again. "Eventually…hopefully soon, but until then he'll just have to grow stronger without his full power."
"Then tell me this, Buchou. Are you saying that because you want him to be safe and happy, knowing that we can be family for him?" Akeno asked as she closes the distance to the couch and leaned over it. "Or is it because you want him to help you with that?"
A good 10 seconds of silence pass as Rias knew exactly what Akeno meant when she mentioned…that.
"…I want both," Rias Gremory answered as she stood up from her seat, moving a few steps away while ignoring the look Akeno was giving her. "Like my sisters and the others, I don't want to see Yukio in pain any longer, and truthfully…I feel like he's the only one who can save me from this fate."
"…Buchou…Do you…" Akeno began to ask before stopping herself and shaking her head. "Never mind, I already know the answer."
It was then that Rias' familiar, a bat, appeared out of nowhere, and presented her a file. As Rias opened the file as her familiar disappeared, her eyes widened at the images shown. It was horrific, gory, and just plain disgusting. She had no idea what manner of wild animal could do such a thing, until she read the report in the file, nor did she know why. What truly surprised her though, were the names of the victims.
"Akeno…" Rias slowly began.
"Yes?" Akeno asked, wondering why Rias began to act like that.
"When was the last time you were in contact with anyone from the Himejima Clan?"
That question caught the ink-haired woman by surprise.
"I, ahem, I believe it was the very same day we met, along with Akame and Kurome," the queen answered, shuffling slightly. She didn't enjoy speaking of her relatives, and she uses that term loosely, except for her 2 sisters. "Why?"
"This report says that, about a month ago, the majority of the Himejima Clan went on a mission to stop an evil organization that was creating a new army of Demons and Hollows somewhere in Tokyo," Rias frowned doubtfully. To Rias, Tokyo is one of her favorite as she is a sucker for anything that's Japanese. "Unfortunately, they were caught in the crossfire by an Arrancar named Tier Harribel (Yes, she and her members will be in this story starting in Season 3, and yes, she will be the ruler of Hueco Mundo, but at the same time, she's also working with a Death God, so no Aizen in here, because that would be an eternal nightmare for me). She not only has managed to defeat them all by herself, despite being outnumbered, but their corpses were found beyond unrecognizable. The only way they were able to identify the victims was with their DNA testing."
"Arrancars?" Akeno asked, mimicking the King's frown.
An Arrancar (破面 (アランカル), Arankaru; Spanish for "To Tear Off", Japanese for "Ripped Mask") is a Hollow that has removed its mask and has gained Shinigami-like powers. A former member of the Soul Society by the name of Sōsuke Aizen used the Hōgyoku (崩玉, Crumbling Orb; Viz "Breakdown Sphere"), which is a small, bluish-purple orb composed of a unique substance thought to have been capable of dissolving the boundaries between Shinigami and Hollow, allowing one race to attain the powers of the other. However, its true power lies in its ability to sense the hearts of those around it and materialize their deepest desire. However, an average Hollow removing their mask would not be a problem for the Gotei 13: to hold their own against the Gotei 13, the ones removing their masks would need to be Gillian or stronger. Pseudo-Arrancar have not developed much in the past few decades. Sōsuke Aizen was the first to create a breakthrough; Aizen managed to create a full Arrancar by using the Hōgyoku.
While most of the Arrancar either develop or retain their own personality traits, the majority of Arrancar appear to be similarly cold, cruel, sadistic, ambitious, impatient, selfish, overconfident, ruthless, arrogant, impulsive, brutal, relentless, battle-hungry, overbearing, short-tempered, indifferent, and/or egotistical.
Like Shinigami, Arrancar have a multitude of combat skills and abilities, some of which are similar to those of the former, and some of which are variations on ordinary Hollow powers.
For Akeno, she wondered why she was being told this. If she was being honest, she didn't really find herself all that torn up about them. They'd tried to kill her and her 2 sisters when she was 10 years old and Akame had to be the big sister of the group to fend for themselves.
"So far, out of the 26 members of the Himejima Clan killed, only 4 were identified as of this report, and they are Takeo Himejima, Kaito Himejima, Daisuke Himejima…" Rias trailed off before looking directly into her Queen's eyes. "And Suou Himejima."
Akeno's eyes widened in shock at that last name given. Suou Himejima was the current head of the Himejima clan of the time and was the one who personally tried to kill her, Akame and Kurome, as it was all because of them having 'tainted blood.' Heck, he even said that he wanted to kill Mio Naruse Lucifer as well for being a Devil-Demon hybrid if he had the chance, because he knew that if Mio was the Demon Lord, he was going to kill her by his own hands as she was, in his opinion, 'worse off' than the Himejima sisters. For those reasons, Akeno loathed that man with such a passion, almost as much as her father, Baraqiel.
So to hear that he and the majority of the clan have been killed off by an Arrancar, of all races, was quite the shocking surprise for her.
"He's…dead?" Akeno asked, swallowing a lump in her throat.
"Do you have any idea what could have happened there?"
Akeno shook her head, "No, I don't. Just what was so important for them in Tokyo?"
"I don't know," Rias replied as she looked at her Queen doubtfully. It was clear that Akeno doesn't know any of this, but she didn't want to think it was possible. Rias could understand that. It's not like she has to know. The soon-to-be extinct Himejima Clan doesn't affect the Gremory Family in any way. She just would have liked to know what happened. "But putting that aside, we still have the matter about the Fallen Angels' motive in this city with new reports of stray demons in the area."
Akeno, glad that Rias dropped that particular subject, quickly replied, "Yes, Buchou…We have been receiving too many reports on them for quite some time…"
"I guess we might introduce him and Aine how Devils fight soon…"
"My, oh my…You sound pretty excited about that. I'm looking forward on how Yukio would be capable of handling himself in battle," Akeno smiled.
"Of course…After all, he did managed to shatter Stella's perfect record…" Rias smiled back. "He definitely has the special talent and potential. Now let's go Akeno, we have some preparations to do."
With a nod of her head, Akeno followed after Rias in silence, doing everything humanly possible to keep her mind away from the conversation she just had with her best friend. Because it brought her mind back to that fateful day. The day her mother died. The day her father abandoned her. The day she separated from her beloved 2 sisters.
The day she saw a group of Hollows fearlessly attacking this very clan.
Just like what happened with Suou Himejima.
Wait, Hollows? When did she think of that?

Episode 3: A Taste of the Cold One's Power and a Gap in Trust
** At a Coffee Café **
"Stay away from Mio Naruse Gremory. In fact, don't involve yourself with her any further, or those Devils, for that matter. They are nothing but trouble."
What was once a friendly atmosphere quickly turned tense and strained after Yuki Nonaka, a Hero Tribe Warrior of the New Generation, stated her true reason for wanting to speak with Yukio.
"If my hunch is correct, according to the Hero Tribe, Mio's considered an S-ranked observation target, right?" Yukio asked as he was not surprised at Yuki's straightforwardness, but he was disappointed that she tried to intimidate him. The fact that she would do so means that it really has been way too long. They both changed in their own ways, after all.
"And they just had to choose you to do it, when they already knew that Mio's now part of the Gremory Family. My Godfather informed me of the Hero Tribe monitoring Mio's movements, by the way. But you should know that Lady Rias and Lady Stella are protecting her as well," Yukio stated, making Yuki look troubled.
"Then why? Your family will also get caught up in the middle of all of this! Including the Kurogane clan!" Yuki warned him, knowing that Yukio cared for whatever family he has, and in this case right now, it's his stepsister Shizuku, and he would do anything to keep her safe.
Yukio's eyes twitched in all of this, knowing that Yuki brought up a very valuable point, and just a few tables away, Shizuku heard all of this as well, and was also disappointed in Yuki as she gritted her teeth in anger.
From the other side of Yuki and Yukio were Erza, Aine and Yurishia, who were sitting across from Mio and Maria as they were all eavesdropping. Instead of heading back to the dorms, as they should, they decided to follow them.
"I never would've imagined that a classmate of Ladies Mio and Stella would be someone from the Hero Tribe," Maria whispered as she peeked over the menu she was hiding behind and looked ashamed that she didn't suspected the fact that the Hero Tribe would plant an observer so much to her chargrin without her knowledge. Rias, Stella and Souna are certainly not going to be happy about this.
"Trust me, Maria. It's news to us, too," Erza growled and scowled at Yuki when she heard her rather forceful request to her new teammate. "The principal should've done a background check on everyone before the school year began."
"Well, at least it isn't a date that Lady Mio was worrying about," Aine pointed out. "I certainly wouldn't go out with him, anyway."
"Hold on! I didn't say such a thing at all!" Mio denied before stealing a glance at Yuki. 'But…now that I think about it, she did steer well clear of me and even Shizuku. I always had a feeling that I was being watched…so that's why…' "I've been a fool," she muttered as she clenched her hands under the table, watching the nearby waitress delivering a refill for Yukio.
"Hiding in plain sight is one of the standards of an observation mission for members of the Hero Tribe," Yurishia noted. "You would've never been to detect her, Lady Mio."
"That's not what I meant. I should've figured it out when she said that she was Yukio's childhood friend," Mio countered as she shook her head. "Instead, I revealed that we're all in the Occult Research Club together in front of everyone, and now, he's here with her on some sort of lover's rendezvous…"
"What a classic tsundere…" Yurishia and Erza grumbled in sync.
"She's no tsundere!" Aine started loudly, slamming her fist on the table. "What if she's speaking the tru-"
She was however cut off by Erza as she clamped her hand over Aine's mouth.
"Shh!" her fellow redhead hissed.
"Still, lover's rendezvous? Sounds like jealousy to me, Lady Mio," Yurishia remarked as she casually sips her tea. "With a hint of the usual misunderstanding-"
"What? What would I be jealous of…" Mio muttered under her breath as she looks away.
"Well, there's nothing to worry about as long as the Heroes leave us alone. We don't have energy to spare to make enemies out of the Hero Tribe, let alone the Demons and the Fallen Angels," said Maria. "But what should we do? It looks like she wants to separate all of us from the Kurozakura siblings."
Shizuku heard that loud and clear and muttered to herself, "Well if that's the case, I'll do whatever it takes to keep my beloved stepbrother safe from harm. Those so-called Heroes are the one that need to worry if they do anything…stupid."
'That wasn't what I was worried about. Nevertheless, no matter how much of a childhood friend from the same clan she is…' Mio thought to herself, looking at Yuki and Yukio with envy before a tickmark appeared on her head. 'Isn't she being a little too familiar?!' she thought crossly.
But that has proven to be a big mistake as the mark of the succubus' curse appeared on her neck, making her let out a small gasp. 'N-No!'
"Lady Mio?" Maria asked, noticing Mio's change in posture as she started shifting around in her seat.
"Lady Mio?" Erza asked in concern, until she notices the mark showing around Mio's neck, followed by the scent of honey.
'No! I'm not peeking! I'm only concerned about his safety!' Mio thought frantically as she rubbed her legs together.
"What's wrong?" Yurishia asked as Erza narrowed her eyes at Mio as she now knows what's happening.
"Oh, you must be joking, right? Of all places, here? You really are jealous!" Erza snapped as she and some of the others have learned about the Master-Servant pact earlier.
"Wha-? How do-" Mio squeaked before processing Erza's accusation. "No, I'm not! I just…"
"The mark on your neck says different. Get a grip now," Erza scolded, looking to see that Yukio sensed the curse's activation as well, evidenced by a big sigh.
"Hn…" 'I-I can't believe that something so small like this would activate the curse…' Mio thought miserably as she looked over at Yukio, who started to talk to Yuki again.
"Thanks for your concern, but I'm already neck-deep involved. After hearing her story, and considering that I'm her servant, I've decided that I'm going to protect my Lady, Mio Naruse Gremory, along with her sisters, Rias and Stella."
"But…!" Yuki tried to protest. "In that incident 5 years ago, you were-"
"The incident five years ago?" Shizuku repeated as she now knows that the others are aware of that other incident.
"What happened back then has no bearing on the now," Yukio cut across her roughly before continuing. "The a**holes who are after Mio's birthright had Mio's surrogate parents killed, and now, they're after her life for the powers she's inherited not only from her biological father, but from her true grandfather as well, and that also includes her Sacred Gear. Oh, and in case you numbskulls have missed the memo, she's part of the Gremory Family, which means that Lady Rias or Lady Stella will certainly not keep quiet about this as this is their territory. Not only that, but Mio's just a normal Devil who's been dealt a bad hand, like I have a decade ago with my own powers. Like me, she's innocent, as if she hasn't done anything wrong."
Yuki said nothing as he continued.
"That's one of the reasons I've decided to protect her, Lady Rias and Lady Stella. Not because I was ordered by the Principal, or out of any obligation, or because I'm a servant to all 3 of them. I'm protecting them not only because I want to, but because I want to help them. Not out of sympathy or mere fancy. I'm a different guy than I was 5 years ago, and if they won't protect them, which I have a feeling that they won't for obvious reasons, then it's not up to just her friends and servants, but me as well, and nothing you say or do will change my mind."
"Yukio…" Yuki said sadly, distressed that Yukio has been reincarnated as a Devil into the Gremory Peerages, meaning that he's going to be involved anyway.
But before anything else could be said…
"E-Excuse me!"
…there was a loud shuffling of a chair as Yukio caught a flash of red hair flying out of the door.
"Miss! Your change!" the cashier called after her as Maria, Aine, Yurishia and Erza quickly followed after her with Erza taking the change.
** Outside the Shopping District **
"Lady Mio! Lady Mio! Please wait!" Maria called out to Mio, who finally stopped at a crosswalk, upset with herself as tears fell from her eyes.
"What do I do, Maria?" Mio wondered in distress. "He's going so far for me, my sisters and the others…and even his own family…How am I supposed to face him from now on?"
She, and Stella to an extent, have been such a jerk to him, and a good proof of that was when they tried to kick him out of school because of that misunderstanding at the beginning. Sure, he was the same to them, but only because they were…mean…to him first.
"But isn't this a good thing? Now we know for sure that Yukio is a genuinely good person," Maria assured her master.
"But…"
"It just means it's all right for you to open your heart and have faith in him," Erza responded as she, Aine, and Yurishia have caught up to them.
"Th-That's all?"
"That's right. However, the appearance of that strangely intimate childhood friend is outside my expectations though, so it might be a good idea to tightly deepen the bond of trust between you and Yukio," Maria said to her before she smirked as something came into her mind. "With that thought, I have an idea!"
It was then that Stella came into view and could only wonder what was going on.
** At the Coffee Café **
"Listen. I understand why you're worried due to that massive sh*tstorm that happened 5 years ago, and I appreciate your concern," Yukio said to Yuki. "It's not needed, despite what happened 5 years ago."
"That's not it!" Yuki countered. "Yukio, you didn't do anything wrong! You were….That was-"
"The actions of a moron that everyone forgot who disobeyed the Tribe Elders' orders to NOT touch that sword. What happened in the past cannot be taken back, and thanks to that Hollow Invasion, I was to blame. Just my rotten luck, isn't it? Look, I'm grateful that you're the only one in that village who has my back. It's a shame that Takashi and Kurumi bought into the Villagers' lies. What Basara, Ikki and I have done won't change. But I have no intention of running away from it, because one of these days, I have to face my past and accept for what I've done; that will be my atonement."
Shizuku was trying her best not to cry at the mention of her brother.
"That's not true at all," Yuki told him softly in a familiar tone of dialect while gripping the hem of her skirt. "No matter what anyone else claims, you, Ikki and Basara are the ones who saved me."
"Yeah….If Basara and Ikki were still here, they'll be thankful, too. And the way you spoke just now, you definitely reminded me of the old Yuki that I knew," said Yukio with a smile. "But in any case, dealing with that matter will have to wait. Not only do I want to protect and help Mio, but I want to do the same thing with my teammates as well, because I knew from their auras that they are trying not to face their pasts, but they will have to do so eventually, and if I have to be their pushing blocks, then so be it. They are facing the darkness of their pasts, like I am, and we're all trying to live the best as we can, even going so far as to preparing themselves to fight to the death. Mio's trying to fight. And if that's not a good enough reason to protect her more, than I don't know what is."
** At the Street **
"A bath?!" Mio, Aine, Erza, Yurishia and Stella all shouted loudly after Maria told them about her plan.
"Maria, you shouldn't have to make Yukio do this in order for them to bond!" Aine defended.
"Y-Yeah! Bonds like that…should take time…" Stella agreed, blushing madly.
** At the Cake Shop **
Yukio walked out of the shop with a bag of cake inside, bought with his own money.
"Damn, I can sometimes be too nice for my own good. Maybe Auntie's right," Yukio said to himself. "Hopefully this peace offering will cheer her up, but for some reason, Emile's not going to happy that I'm arriving late. I just hope he understands."
It was then that Yuki was approaching him.
"Is something wrong, Yuki?" he asked.
"Your determination is not enough," Yuki stated point-blank, unknowingly offending Yukio.
"Uh, excuse me? Care to elaborate?" Yukio asked calmly with his eye twitching in anger and his tone warning her to choose her next words carefully.
"You can't defeat the Demons pursuing Mio or her sisters on your own, even if your stepsister is helping you," Yuki replied, with Yukio resisting the urge to punch her from where she stands. "I can't see any of you winning in a fight against the enemies from the Demon Clan faction who after Mio Naruse Gremory. And this is not even counting against the Hollows or the Fallen Angels."
"You know something? I'm going to forget what you just said now. I know they're after her powers and her Sacred Gear. They can send whoever they deem appropriate, and I'll be sending them back to their shadowy master in bodybags. They chose to waste their time retrieving someone out of their reach, so that's on them," Yukio said with a dark smile.
"But Yukio-"
"Furthermore, this is our fight. Neither my family nor I intend to involve you or the Village in this fight. So please, get home safely," Yukio told her as he turned around and walked to the dorms.
"That's impossible," Yuki stated quietly as a light green aura surrounded her.
A sharp tick of spiritual energy alerted Yukio that Yuki was summoning her weapon, and whipped around to see her materialize a gauntlet with a sheathed katana that he recognized. He also saw a lesser shadow demon behind her.
Before he could voice his warning, Yuki turned on her heel and used quick speed to swiftly eliminate the demon, drawing a wind that flashed her blue and white striped panties, but Yukio was interested in her beautiful weapon instead.
'So that's the Spirit Sword…Sakuya,' Yukio thought as Yuki withdrew Sakuya and her gauntlets.
"Weak, stray demons. Mio Naruse Gremory's demonic power inherited from her family is drawing in more and more of them from Makai as it develops. If her continued existence begins to pose a threat to her surroundings, then her status will change from 'Observation Target' to 'Elimination Target'. If that happens Yukio, then I won't be able to show mercy. Even if it results you resenting me," Yuki warned her friend seriously as she looked back at him.
Yukio closed his eyes, and after letting out a sigh, he smirked before summoning his Device and slicing a lesser demon creeping behind Yuki, who failed to sense it. Then his eyes snapped back open, revealing his red Dragon eyes with cross slit pupils.
"If that's the case, then tell your Hero Tribe buddies that if they want an early funeral from the Crimson Satan himself, they know where to find Lady Mio, Lady Rias and Lady Stella. As for you, you won't be able to touch any one of them, because I will be there to stop you every time, even if I have to freeze your entire body from the inside out. And you can believe that."
With that said, Yukio turned and stormed off, leaving a disheartened Yuki.
** At the Forest **
It was now late at night, but Yukio didn't want Emile to see him in such a bad mood, so he decided to calm himself down by walking through the forest.
'As expected, Yuki. You've changed, but I've changed, too,' he thought to himself as he clenched his fists. 'And besides, I have to get stronger myself so I can protect my family and friends, so I can live up to that promise.'
However, his thoughts were quickly interrupted as he came to a halt, because of one thing.
Massive, Killer Intent that was aiming for him.
"Well, well, well. We've got a big customer coming up!" Yukio's Hollow laughed with glee. For Yukio, this was the perfect opportunity to vent some steam, but he's going to soon learn that he should be careful what he wishes for.
"All right! I know you're there, come on out!" Yukio yelled through the darkness.
"…Impressive!" a voice was spoken as Yukio turned his head a bit to see a man walking out from behind a tree. He had the appearance of a man in his early 20s with blue hair that was spiked upward and crimson red eyes. He was wearing a shirt with a black leather jacket over it and black leather pants, but what caught his attention were two black crow-like wings on his back. "I'm surprised you were able to detect me."
"Kind of hard not to when you're emitting a killer intent," Yukio said as he safely places his bag inside a bush. "And to think that I would come across yet another Fallen Angel."
In fact, this is the third time he has confronted a Fallen Angel throughout this week.
"That is correct. I am the Fallen Angel, Abazeth," the Fallen introduced arrogantly.
'Another cocky guy. I'm not surprised,' Yukio thought to himself before speaking, "So, what business do you have with me?"
"Very interesting…" said Abazeth as he started to walk closer to Yukio, hands in his pockets. "I was just flying by and caught the presence of a Devil, so I decided to have some fun. But I have to say that you definitely caught my attention a lot more, after all, even though I can see you're standing in front of me, I can't seem to detect your presence. It's almost as if you don't exist."
'Is someone else here as well?' Yukio thought as his head was now full of questions as he stared at the Fallen Angel. 'Whatever this guy picked up, because of that he made direct contact with me and has slipped through my Hollow's detection barrier.'
He began to brace himself as Abazeth stood an arm's length away from him.
"So, tell me, boy…" Abazeth said as he lifted a hand up and brought it under Yukio's chin. "Just what are you exactly?"
All he got was silence.
"What's wrong?" Abazeth frowned as he removed his other hand from his pocket. "You should speak when someone asks you a question."
"…Alright then, if you want an answer…" Yukio replied as he reached up and smacked the Fallen Angel's hand away from his face. "Don't you ever touch me again."
"How dare you?!" the winged-man exclaimed as he created a sword created from what looked like a green light. As he swung it down, Yukio quickly slammed the back of his fist into Abazeth's arm with incredible force, knocking the arm away.
"Argh, what the-"
He was quickly cut off as he saw Yukio, now donned in Shinigami Form and already with his Zanpakuto in hand, quickly rushing towards him. He had to immediately dodge a spinning high kick aimed at his head, but was caught off-guard as Yukio swung his sword, making contact as it sliced a part of his shirt before sending out another kick with his other leg that also made contact and sent the blue-haired man flying back into a tree.
Yukio lowered his leg as he took a breath, looking at his sword and his leg with a quick glance before his eyes snapped back to Abazeth, who got back to his feet with ease.
'His body is much harder than I thought. I may need to channel some of my powers then.'
"I'm impressed once again, trash," Abazeth spoke as he patted his stomach a few times, showing some blood. "Not only you're very good at hand-to-hand combat, but also good with swords. I should keep my distance."
It was then that his wings flapped a few times before he shot up into the air.
"Just what's he up to?" Yukio asked as he narrowed his eyes, silently watching his move so he can be ready with his counterattack, just in case.
"Now then, trash…Let's see how well you handle against these!" he bellowed as he snapped his fingers, summoning two more weapons of light, a sword and a spear. Both started to shake like crazy as they at Yukio. "I hope seeing your dead corpse bring me some amusement, trash!"
As he shouted that, the two weapons fired at Yukio, who stared with a calm expression.
Yukio didn't bulge as the weapons drew closer to him, and as the weapons of light made contact with him…
BOOM!
…an explosion rocked through the forest. However…
"…There's no way he could…Impossible…" Abazeth muttered as the figure could be seen through the smoke, standing perfectly straight. The figure raised an arm and swung it across its chest, dispersing the smoke to reveal an unharmed Yukio, but if you look really closely, you could see a very soft glow surround him; this is due to the fact that he made a barrier a second before the weapons made contact. "Just what are you?"
"What? You sound surprised," Yukio said in amusement before looking back up at the man hovering above him. "Can't you comprehend what happened before your own eyes?"
The Fallen Angel narrowed his eyes as he stared at Yukio. '…He was able to catch the first sword and used it to destroy the spear as soon as it touched the barrier…He's no ordinary man.'
Shaking his head a bit, he called out to Yukio, "There's no way you can be a Devil…Who are you, boy?"
"My name is Yukio Kurozakura Sparda, freshman at Hagun Academy," Yukio replied as he shifted his stance. "And to answer your earlier question, I'm a Soul Reaper Blazer."
"A Blazer?" the winged man repeated before an enraged look appeared on his face. "A filthy, insignificant Blazer…was able to not only land a hit on me…but deflect my attack as well…WHAT COMPLETE BULLSH*T!?"
Multiple weapons of light formed as he shouted this, each different shapes and sizes, formed around him.
"ALL RIGHT, BLAZER, LET'S SEE HOW YOU HANDLE MY TRUE POWER!" Abazeth shouted as he released his weapons at Yukio.
"OK, Yukio," he said to himself. "Let's see if your training really pays off."
With that, his head cocked up as the first projectile, a spear, came towards him at high speed! Yukio shifted his body to the side before catching the spear as it was about to pass him and swung his sword at the next one, causing both weapons to break apart. Yukio then jumped back on the 3rd before swinging the spear in front of him, knocking back a sword that spun a few times before landing in Yukio's free hand. One by one, Yukio kept destroying Abazeth's weapons, whether it was by the sword in his right hand or the spear in his left, none of the attacks reached him.
'FROM BEHIND!' Yukio thought quickly as he snapped his head back and saw two weapons coming at him from the smoke that had been created from the destroyed weapons, as they drew closer, he flipped back and kicked them back into the air as they passed him.
Taking note of a glint coming from the direction, he kicked the weapons, Yukio quickly stabbed the spear into the ground before placing his feet on it and kicking off with a lot of strength. Almost immediately, a halberd of light crashed into the ground and caused several cracks in the concrete as it exploded. Yukio landed on his feet and moved to grab the broken halberd before it disappeared and with a tug, he threw it into the air at another weapon. The collision created a giant shroud of smoke around Yukio, making Abazeth unable to see him. The Fallen Angel's eyes widened a bit when he saw two swords came towards him, spinning quickly as they got closer. But with narrowed eyes, the winged man immediately summoned a sword of light in his hands and knocked the spinning weapons away. He looked back towards the smoke and saw that it was parting to reveal Yukio staring at the man with a hard look; seeing this, Abazeth's body began to shake with rage.
"How dare you…Raising my own blades against me; that's going to be your greatest mistake…I shall tear you apart!" Abazeth roared as he summoned even more weapons, but this time, almost covering the entire night sky behind him in light. "It's time for you to die!"
'He still has that much energy left?!' Yukio asked as his eyes widened in shock at the number of weapons, and if that wasn't bad enough, his energy was beginning to diminish. This is due to the fact that he hasn't been in a battle for this long in such a long time.
However…
"YUKIO!"
…a familiar voice spoke out, catching Yukio and his opponent by surprise.
"Emile?! What are you doing here?!" Yukio asked, but his question was dismissed as Emile's gaze never left the man floating above them.
"Foolish human, what are you doing in my affairs?" the black-winged man questioned as he lowered himself to the ground level, dismissing many of his weapons of light along the way, but kept a few floating behind him. "You are certainly not a part of any peerage, which means you don't have any business here."
Emile simply smiled, the wind blowing passed him, making his short hair with his short ponytail rise itself into the air and responded, "That's where you're wrong. You see, I have a good friend by the name of Rias Gremory and this is her territory and seeing that you're attacking someone in my presence…I've already called her and Sona, and they are already on their way as I speak."
"Not only the Gremory…but the Sitri as well, and you happened to be acquaintances with them…."
"Indeed, and I have a Sacred Gear that will make you think twice about fighting me, so would you like to test your luck against me? I can easily defeat you myself if I have the chance, but if you want, you can turn around and walk away, it's your choice," Emile finished while crossing his as his Device, Arms Shroud, appeared behind him.
Abazeth examined the Arms Shroud closely and for some reason, it was making him a little nervous, but he quickly shrugs it off and says, "I see…Very well then, I shall take my leave…"
Even as the man dismissed the rest of his weapons and started to walk away, Emile and Yukio kept their guard up, not trusting the man to not try something. Sure enough, the man stopped walking and turned his back to look at the two.
"But before I leave, I still require one thing…"
A wall of multiple weapons quickly appeared and shot at Yukio and Emile.
"THE DEATH OF BOTH OF YOU!"
Yukio widened his eyes at the number of weapons heading toward them!
"Yukio, get behind me!" Emile shouted, and as Yukio does that, the wings from his Device turned into multiple movable cannons and all the cannons fired at the light weapons, destroying them all, one by one, with a few almost within inches, and then the Device changed into a shield, protecting them from the last light weapons thrown at them.
After the assault came to an end, the shield stayed there for a few more seconds before disbursing, revealing a shocked Abazeth.
"T-That's impossible. For a human to be so powerful…a Sacred Gear AND a Device?" he mumbled before extending his wings again and taking off into the air. "I won't forget this! The next time we meet, I will kill you!"
Emile and Yukio watched as the Fallen Angel's form disappear into the distant sky, and after making sure he was definitely gone, both of them sighed in relief that the ordeal was over, for now.
"Emile….are you alright?" Yukio asked as Emile quickly went to his side and started checking him for any injuries.
"You idiot, I should be the one asking that!" Emile replied as he shook his head. "What were you thinking, fighting against someone like that?! And what was with that power of yours, it looked like it took a lot out of you."
Yukio nodded his head at that before turning to his concerned roommate.
"Well, I'll tell you tomorrow, because right now, I need to get the bag of cakes from the bushes, and-" was all Yukio could say before he lost consciousness from exhaustion and fell into Emile's arms.
Emile stared at his unconscious roommate with a surprised look before seeing that very bag from the bushes before shaking his head a bit with a smile on his face.
(2 hours later)
** At the Boys' Dormitory **
'Ngh…' Yukio moaned as he slowly opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was a very familiar ceiling. He shifted his head to the side and looked around to see that he was back in his dorm room, and gazed outside the night sky. 'I'm back in my room? But how did I get home… Was it Emile?'
Yukio rose up a little and looked down to examine his arm; during the battle when Emile had been pushing back and destroying all those weapons earlier, one of them had managed to cut him along the arm. But as expected of the blood of his descendant, it had healed almost as soon as the cut had been made. Shaking his head a bit, he tried to lift himself off the bed, but was met with something holding him down. Blinking a few times, he turned his head down to see his blanket was now covering his waist and a big lump next to him with a lump of silver hair sticking out.
'So it was Emile….' Yukio thought as he shook his head a bit. Emile must be tired as he carried Yukio all the way back to the dorms. And what's more, the bag that Yukio hid earlier? Emile got that as well and it is now safely inside the fridge. Yukio smiled at Emile, but at the same time, frowned when Emile mentioned that he too had a Sacred Gear. 'What kind of Sacred Gear does he have?' he asked to himself.
His thoughts, however, were interrupted when someone cleared their throat, grating Yukio's sensitive ears.
Turning his head to the side, Yukio saw Mio and Maria sitting on one of the sofas, with the former looking nervous about something while the latter had a look of displeasure on her face and a tickmark on her head.
"What are you guys doing here?" Yukio asked, directing his question more at the succubus.
"What are we doing here, you say? What do you have to say for yourself, neglecting your bodyguard duty on the second day of school?" Maria asked, narrowing her eyes at him. "What have you been doing to come home so late?"
(10 minutes later)
"And that's what happened," Yukio said after telling Mio and Maria what happened with his battle against Abazeth.
"I see. I understand the situation, now," said Maria calmly.
"But I still can't believe that yet another Fallen Angel attacked you," Mio followed. "What are you, a magnet for trouble?"
"That, I hopefully don't," Yukio responded. "But I should've also figured that the village also had their eyes on me for some time. Well, let's not worry about that. Right now, you guys need to get out of here, because if you haven't noticed, you're in the Boys' Dorms."
"Indeed, we are," Maria replied. "We've been through this before, however, being out this late on a lovers' rendezvous is a cause of concern. We were worried that you were up to something with that girl earlier! Isn't that right, Lady Mio?"
"Uh?" Mio squeaked when being put on the spotlight. "Y-Yes, that's right."
'Lovers' rendezvous?!' Yukio asked with a tickmark on the top of his head, trying not to explode after getting some rest. 'Why…the hell…is she trying to dig her own grave?!'
Yukio may have some bad luck, but he was no fool. He knew that Maria was trying to guilt trip him to force him to do something stupid, and he wasn't about to fall for it again. In fact, he was not about to go for anymore of her stupid ecchi plans. In fact, his tone was telling Maria not to push it, but it has fallen on deaf ears.
"Of course, we have faith in you, and we trust you," Maria continued. "But, since you are going to be serving our 3 Gremory Ladies, we should all bond to strengthen that trust! That's all. Right, Lady Mio?"
"R-right, that's all," Mio replied nervously.
"Don't you agree, Yukio?" Maria asked.
Yukio just looked at her before collapsing back onto the bed and asked, "Are you done?"
"Eh?" Maria squeaked, not expecting that sort of response.
"I'm not an idiot you can play around, Maria. I know you, Mio, Aine, Yurishia and Erza were at that shop earlier spying on my little lovers' rendezvous with Yuki," Yukio told her as he lifted himself off the bed, careful not to wake Emile up as he glared at Maria. "Not only that, but I know that you all heard every word we said back there. And before you ask how do I know, no, Shizuku didn't tell me. I've sensed your presence the moment you sneaked in. Not only that, but Shizuku also indirectly followed me as well, and your teammates are more capable of defending the both of you when I'm handling other business!"
"But it's better when you're with us!" Maria protested and gasped, clamping her hands over mouth and sweated when she realized what she just said.
"And you, my dear succubus, have just stepped into it now," remarked a familiar voice that Maria knows all too well. It was Rias, along with Akeno, coming over to pick them up once again. "Akeno, it sounds as if Maria is writing Yukio off as weak, despite the display of power he has shown in his mock battle against Stella the other day."
"Ara~", Akeno agreed as she grabbed Maria's head and applied a vice grip. "I think Maria still hasn't learned her lesson, and I think it's high time that we…reminded her."
With a sadistic giggle from Akeno, she and Rias teleported Mio and a wailing Maria away, leaving Yukio and Emile alone once again.
"Damn that Maria. She also needs to learn that I'm not the type of person she can walk all over and guilt trip," Yukio muttered as he continued rubbing the back of his head. "Well anyways, I need a bath."
And that's exactly what he was going to do.
** At the Bathroom **
Yukio sighed as he laid in the water, letting the warm water soothe his body. As he closed his eyes, he thought about a few girls in particular.
Rias Gremory is certainly a popular girl, and says that despite having the Evil Pieces work like a hierarchy system, she treats them all as family, but he knew that some of his teammates have certain problems like he does. He wants to know why Rias isn't doing anything about that. Perhaps is she trying to make them happy another way?
Then comes Stella, the first girl he met, and he accidentally peeked at her while she was changing. She was just as beautiful as Rias, and thanks to that misunderstanding, and the appearance of Emile, Stella challenged him to a duel that placed his own school life on the line. Thanks to the extensive training with Emile and Twoearle, who was also beautiful in her own right, he was able to keep up with Stella, but unfortunately, lost to her, later tied, due to his Hollow forcing to come out. But he was now more determined to beat her, and not tie her again.
Seeing his stepsister again, Shizuku has also changed over the years. During her childhood, she had much longer silver hair tied into twin-tails, but she cut it short after her brother's departure from the family. As a child, Shizuku has been shown to be a naive and sweet little girl who cared for her second older brother, Ikki Kurogane, unlike her relatives who treated him badly due to him being an F-Rank, which was viewed as a failure among their distinguished household, along with her older stepbrother Yukio, despite being treated as a monster as a Generation, and the Kurogane treated him much worse than Ikki, which spoke volumes. Under the surface, she started to despise the people known as "humans", which stimmed her being forgiven no matter what she did due to her remarkable talent and power as a child with even the parents of the children she had hit or stolen from being punished for talking back; Ikki alone slapped her once when the adults didn't despite being beaten afterward.
After Ikki left the Kurogane Household, her resentment for those who ridiculed him had grown to extend towards the other Kurogane, even her father who continued to intervene in his success in becoming a Blazer. However, after hearing about Ikki's death from what happened 5 years ago, Shizuku decided to make sure that Yukio doesn't befall the same fate, because she knows that the Kurogane would be more than pleased to see him go due to having 'tainted blood.' Nevertheless, he was happy to see her again.
And then there's Maria, a succubus, but the worst kind: a loli succubus. There was no way in the Devil's lair that he was touching or even fantasizing about her. Despite her and Shizuku being lolis, there's a huge difference between them. Maybe if she grew a little taller with her chest swelling several cup sizes, around Rias or Akeno's, then they would be in business. Plus, for some strange reason, she was trying to rush Yukio and Mio's relationship.
And it was quite troublesome.
The more Yukio thought about it, the more he suspected that she wasn't being completely straight when it came to the Master-Servant Contract that bonded Yukio and Mio, and Rias and Stella know it.
Speaking of Mio, then there's her. She's the Future Demon Lord, and the granddaughter of the original Lucifer. According to his Godfather Jin, she's the first ever Trinity Dragon Empress. As such, this was such a big deal, and he sympathizes with her in many ways. She also lost her parents at an early age, and she too is being hunted down. Perhaps before that incident, Mio was as bright as the sun back then, but now, despite her positivity at times, she was always sad, like he was, and still affected by the death of her father and her surrogate parents.
With such events almost the same as his, he was going to make sure that he, Mio, Rias, Stella and their peerage mates would get along and strengthen that bond.
There were two people he currently couldn't get along with.
The first is Aine. She is a serious and very arrogant person, but then again, she is a Lucifer, known to have to the Sin of Pride, so it wasn't a surprise that she would have these qualities. She wants to prove to everyone that she is the strongest of them all, and considers him as a potential rival.
The other one is Yuki. Sure, she's very interested in him, but her complete loyalty lies with the Hero Clan. There's no doubt that they were going to clash over Mio since she's now a possible target of elimination, which could lead to another Great War, thanks to the Gremory Family adopting her, especially with one of them being the proud Great Satan of Lucifer himself, who's also a bit of a siscon. But that wouldn't stop Yukio from defending her from them, even if Yuki's on their side. However, Yukio has a feeling that Yuki could be bought over to his side, due to her true feelings towards him, but that was going to be a problem, because Shizuku was going to fight tooth and nail against Yuki and many other candidates for his heart.
However, there was one more important girl in his mind, and it is the most important one of all: The one who saved his life 10 years ago, and in return, he saved hers and became part-Hollow as a result. To him, his true feelings is first and foremost towards her. But the question is: What was the fate of that girl after her disappearance? He needed to know.
Before he could think about it any further, he heard a voice say….
"Yukio, I'm coming in."
"Sure, okay…" Yukio responded before he realizes that he heard a female voice. "Huh?!"
That's when he heard the bathroom door open and stood up in surprise at the fact that his alone time was over. But to his surprise, it wasn't Mio, Maria, Rias, or Akeno he was sensing. And it certainly wasn't Emile.
In fact, it was…
"S-Stella…?!"
Stella Vermillion Gremory, in a pink swimsuit, with pink bra and panties.
"W-What? Why are you so surprised?" Stella asked.
"Of course I'm surprised, I should be!" Yukio replied, not expecting Stella at all. "What? What's going on?"
"Well…" Stella fidgeted. "I thought I'd wash your body."
"Huh? Wh-Why?" Yukio asked, not knowing what's going on anymore.
"Because, you know…I overheard Maria's plan, and I didn't want her idea go to waste…"
Yukio facepalmed at that, but was still blushing at Stella's wonderful body.
"So just sit down now!" Stella ordered Yukio.
"B-but…"
Stella's hands began to emit fire and asked him, "Do you want me to boil you?"
"OK, fine! You want to wash my back? Go ahead," Yukio quickly replied, tossing a washcloth to her over his shoulder as she proceeded to wash his arms. "But, if you deck me for anything, I will let the Principal know about this and your punishment will be doubled."
Stella gasped at that and said loudly, "You wouldn't dare! My actions will do the talking, and one of them is not hitting or frying you!"
With that, she bent down.
'Yuki Nonaka, Shizuku Kurogane, I won't lose to any of you! Even you as well, Rias and Mio!'
As she thought of that, she squeezed out the soapy water that covered most of her chest.
"I-I'm starting now, Yukio. Just don't turn this way, okay?" Stella asked, but paused when she saw the scars on Yukio's body.
"What's wrong?" Yukio asked, sensing her hesitation.
"Um, no. It's nothing," Stella relied as she started scrubbing Yukio's back. 'A boy's back. Looking up close, it's rough and sturdy, yet Yukio's so soft…and cold….at the same time.'
As Stella began to wash other parts of his body, Yukio did his very best not to look at Stella, but failed to do so as he looked at her bouncing breasts from time to time, but most of the time, he looked up at the ceiling, but he also looked at the bathroom door, hoping that Emile doesn't come in to do his 'duty.'
Then as Stella began to wash Yukio's back again, along with his hair, she asks, "Hey, Yukio? Do you…well…"
"W-What?" Yukio asked.
"Do you like girls' breasts and stuff?"
Yukio blushed madly and stuttered, "W-w-w-w-w-why are you asking me that out of the blue?!"
"Because when that girl Kagami was pushing her against you yesterday, you kind of seemed happy. And you've been looking at…well….mine…and Mio's…and Rias'…..a lot."
Yukio sighed in relief for 2 things.
This was not about Shizuku or Yuki…yet.
This could be something else other than Maria's plan.
"Well, sorry!" Yukio apologized.
"You don't have to apologize," Stella said, now red in the face. "But tell me the truth!"
Yukio's mouth seemed to be still, but he then said…
"I may not be as bad as Issei, but….I like them. Yours, Rias' and Mio's. And Akeno's...and Aine's and Yurishia's…to an extent."
"I see…" Stella said, looking away for a bit. And then, a few minutes later, Stella went bold as her breasts were now on Yukio's back.
"Th-This feels like…" Yukio said to himself as he have felt Stella's breasts on his back.
"No! They rub against you!" Stella told him.
"Wh-whaaaaa-?!"
"Y-You can't move…"
"O-OK!"
"D-Don't move…"
But unknown to them, Stella's bra suddenly comes off! When Stella saw this, she was more than ready to pass out!
"H-Hey, Lady Stella, we should probably…" Yukio started to say but was quickly cut off when he tried to turn towards her.
"Don't look at me!" Stella quickly countered as she put Yukio's head at the other direction, but that's when he realizes that Stella's top was on the floor!
"Huh?! Lady Stella?" Yukio asked as he now realizes that Stella bare breasts are now on his back!
"Noooooooooo!" Stella yelled as she smacks him on the floor…with both her hands and her breasts (by accident)!
** At the Girls' Dorm **
Maria was lying on the floor, her eyes were dizzy and there were sparks all around her, and looked like a complete mess, with her hair frizzled out, her skin painted various colors, and the worst part of all, erotically hogged tied.
Akeno was having a great time and was secretly coming while Rias overheard the conversation between Yukio and Stella, via her familiar.
"He likes…our breasts…." Rias muttered with a blush, and actually felt…aroused.
"Ara….ara…" Akeno smiled as she groped her own breasts. "Should we join them?"
"N-Not yet…I think we should take care of the more important issues first…" Rias responded, trying to get back to normal, but failing to do.
In fact, Rias and Akeno didn't go to bed that night and had to relieve themselves.
** At the Streets **
(1 hour later)
Erza Scarlet and Mirajane Strauss have just finished off taking down an array of demons. However, there was one more person with them. That person is actually a succubus, and unlike Maria, it's a proper succubus named Druella.
Druella has the appearance of a beautiful young woman in her late teens to early twenties with long, snowy white hair reaching her waist while bangs partially cover her left eye, pointed ears like an elf, pale skin and crimson red eyes that sometimes glow with energy in certain instances. Similarly, the whites of her eyes turn black. As a Succubus, she often displays large white, bat-like wings and a similarly colored tail ending in a spade-shaped tip. The tip is noted to be extremely sensitive with Maria describing the feeling of it as "spongy but smooth like velvet." She also has a pair of small, black horns that curve forward over her head. Her height is 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches) which makes her one of average height while having a voluptuous body and has been described as being beautifully lewd.
Druella often wears a Victorian-styled costume with the top being black with magenta accents and cuffs while the chest area is open to reveal her breasts and cleavage, a laced magenta corset with vertical linings, a black skirt with magenta accents with the back reaching down to the back of her knees while the front only reaches to her thighs and black thigh-high leggings with matching dress shoes. She wears another similar outfit though the top is white with dark purple accents and a portion of the sleeves are cut off to reveal her shoulders, the corset leather brown, the dark purple skirt longer with a slit on the side to reveal her legs and she is often barefooted. She also has worn a dark blue bikini and a white sundress with a matching wide brim hat.
Druella often displays a laid-back, carefree and somewhat lazy demeanor as she tends to get others to do her work for her. At the same time, like Maria, she is playful, mischievous and tends to be flirty with others though she has admitted that she does it mostly to tease people as she gets a kick out of their reactions. Druella often excludes a level of vanity when it comes to her appearance of which she takes pride in and is confident in her sex appeal, wearing mature and revealing clothing that shows it off. She is noted to be lewd and very perverted as she was quick to grow excited at the idea of someone having a harem which she often encourages.
Despite all of this, it is merely a façade that Druella puts up to hide a side to her that rarely reveals itself to others that she isn't close to. In reality, she is actually very self-conscious about herself and has admitted that she wants to be with someone who doesn't want her merely for her body. Aside from Yukio and Hana, she is the most mature as she can quickly trade her playful attitude for a more serious one if the situation calls for it. She ironically has great self-restrain despite being a succubus who are known for their high libido and lust. Also, like Maria, she is also extremely mischievous, but unlike Maria, who's Mio's Rook, Druella is Stella's one and only Bishop, taking both Bishop pieces.
"This is weird," Erza muttered as she used one of her swords to behead a shadow demon. "Most of the lesser demons that plagued this area are nowhere to be seen. Are these puppet demons scaring them off?"
"Maybe because they're more powerful than them due to the power level of the one controlling them," Mirajane guessed before firing a dark ball to take out several shadow demons. "There are an awful lot of them out tonight, according to Lady Rias' report, not to mention that they're appearing near the school premises."
"Which means that whoever is controlling them knows where we are," Druella groaned as Erza wiped out the last wave of the shadow demons.
"We should let Lady Rias and Lady Stella know about this," Erza told them. "It's best to keep Lady Mio close on our radar."
"So that means that whoever it is shall strike soon," Mirajane concluded with a grin on her face.
END OF FIRST HALF: Emile with a shocked look on his face to see Yukio on the floor with a small hole that has his head in.
START OF SECOND HALF: Mio with a shocked look on her face to see Akeno in an S&M outfit and Maria erotically hogtied and with a lot of fluid on the floor.
(Next Day)
** At Hagun Academy; Gymnasium **
At the current moment, Yukio was getting himself ready for a sparring session with one of his upperclassmen. In fact, it was none other than one of the Handsome Duo, Yuuto Kiba. They were not using actual swords, however. They were using bokkens, wooden swords, this time around, since that this was not going to be an actual mock battle like last time with Stella.
Speaking of Stella, she, Emile, and the female members of the Kendo Club, including their captain Erza Scarlet, were all watching from the sidelines with the Kendo Club members being red-faced. To them, seeing Yukio, Yuuto and Emile in the same room at one time, all 3 of them being attractive in their own ways would be any female student's wet dream. Adding the fact that two of them were fighting with swords, and possibly causing a sweat, only seem to sweeten the deal for the girls.
"Are you ready, Senior Kiba?" Yukio asked as he took a deep breath as he started at his opponent, holding a bokken with both hands.
"Whenever you are, Yukio," Yuuto replied with a smile as he too held a bokken in his hands.
"Alright then…" said Yukio as he shifted into a stand, his eyes going narrow and focused. Yuuto took a stance himself as he stared down at the new freshman.
The air around the two swordsmen went quiet as they studied each other, muscles tense and neither moving an inch.
It was then that Emile gave them the signal.
"And…START!" Emile shouted as he waved his arm down, starting the match.
"Don't hold back now!" Yukio shouted as he dashed forward, surprising Yuuto with his speed before slashing downward.
The blonde managed to side-step to evade Yukio's downward slash, before countering with a side slash, but Yukio quickly raised the upper half of his sword and blocked the attack. After holding Yuuto's attack back, Yukio lifted his bokken until Yuuto's weapon touched the hilt and with a quick twist, he pushed his opponent's sword back before attacking with his sword again. Yuuto loosened his grip on his sword hilt before spinning downwards and blocked Yukio's attack, pushing forward and moving swiftly to the side before attacking from the side. Yukio twisted his legs around and retaliated with a 180 spin, slamming one of his feet firmly on the ground as he blocked the attack.
Sounds of wood clashing were heard throughout the gym as Yuuto and Yukio sent attacks at one another while at the same time, blocking each other's moves. Stella, Erza, Emile and the Female Kendo Club were all amazed at the speed and technique that the two boys were demonstrating; it was way above what any of them were capable of, except for Erza, Stella and Emile, of course. The two continued sending attacks back and forth, trying to get the advantage on the other. As their swords clashed once again, the two seemed to measure each other, trying to figure out their next move.
Yuuto pushed Yukio away before leaping back and went into a stance with the sword level with his head, he took a breath as he quickly analyzed his opponent's form. His fellow blond was good with a sword, as he expected, and really good at that. Yukio's skill with a sword was very impressive, as many expected, as each blow he threw was accurate and effective, no wasted movements. Yuuto didn't know who would lose if Yukio became a Devil or not, but he found that he was already a Devil the moment he was born, but a hybrid at that…maybe he should go a little faster. Yuuto crouched down a little more and his legs tensed once again.
Narrowing his eyes slightly, Yukio shifted his stance and moved his bokken to one hand as he crouched as well, his eyes studying Yuuto's stance before looking back at the older blond's face. The two seemed to be waiting for something, neither moving from their spots as they quietly watched each other. Yukio tightened his grip before swinging his sword to the side and charged forward with a leap forward, while Yuuto reacted at the same time, bringing his sword higher as he charged forward as well.
To Yuuto's surprise, as the two swung their swords at each other, Yukio's bokken, which was originally heading towards his body, quickly changed directions and made contact with Yuuto's. The two passed each other with a spin and came to a halt with their backs to each other. Everyone looked in amazement before the sound of something hitting the floor was heard and it turned out to be the top halves of Yuuto and Yukio's bokkens lying on the floor.
"No way…" Stella spoke.
"Their weapons broke…" one of the Kendo Club girls spoke.
"This match is over! It's a Draw!" Erza shouted as Yuuto looked at his broken sword in surprise, while Yukio rubbed the back of his head before sticking out his free hand.
"Well, you are certainly a good opponent, but it would've been nice if we did it with our real swords," Yukio said to him, but on the inside, he smiled at himself for getting a bit of his old self back. "Hopefully we could have another match again some time."
'…He aimed for my bokken with the exact same amount of strength I was using and when the two attacks met, the force behind them made the swords break. But for him to have figured that out and execute it so quickly…' Yuuto thought to himself, but on the outside, he just smiled as he shook Yukio's hand and replied, "Yeah, Senior Yukio, I look forward to it."
"Y-You don't have to be so formal," Yukio told him. "I should be the one to call you Senior since I'm a freshman."
"Sure, Senior Yukio," Yuuto nodded before turning to the girls that had been watching. "Sorry for interrupting you girls. We'll get out of your way so you can get back to practice."
One of the girls stepped up with a way of her hands and spoke, "Oh, you don't have to worry about that. It was amazing to see you two fight so well."
"Thank you, but there are much better fighters than us," Yukio smiled as he winked at Stella, who blushed at his compliment before making his way out of the building. "Sorry to leave like this, but I have to go help my little stepsister with her homework."
The girls seemed to swoon a little at that, the fact that a new freshman, and a cute one at that, was so caring about his little stepsister seem to be a positive in their books.
Yuuto watched as Yukio left with Emile and Stella, thinking to himself with a smile.
'…I can definitely see now why Buchou, Lady Stella and Senior Akeno are so interested in him.'
Erza was certainly impressed and was wondering if she could have a spar with him in the future.
However, unknown to them, Mio also watched all of this, and was cross at the last part of seeing many girls being so interested with Yukio. Unfortunately, this would only be the beginning of her problems later on.
** At Classroom 1-B **
(6 hours later)
And sure enough, as the last of her classes are over, Mio was looking out the window, with her mind wandering back to seeing Yukio and Yuki together in the coffee shop, and looked over to see Yukio finishing up with his work.
"Yo, Yukio," came a voice that Yukio recognizes. He saw one of his few male friends in the school coming up to him.
"Oh, hey, Takigawa. What's up?" Yukio asked him.
"I've heard word that you were excused from the spring break assignment due to your scholarship, right?"
"Yeah. I've transferred here between schools, but I've been here before, but I couldn't get in the first time, but thankfully, thanks to that school, I was able to finally enroll here," Yukio answered.
"I've heard the Mage's Association is one tough school to graduate to, and by being one of the lucky ones to graduate there and get a letter of recommendation for this very school here, I'm going to assume that you have certainly worked your butt off to get to this point. If so, then I should be lucky that I'm friends with you. Care to help me out with my homework?"
"Well, I can open the door. You're the one who had to go through it," Yukio stated sagely, drawing a confused look on Yahiro's face.
"What he is trying to say is that he can lay the foundation, but you have to work it off in order to be successful," Emile told him, clearing up the confusion.
"Exactly," said Yukio, pointing at Emile playfully.
Stella smiled a little at that, knowing that Yukio has indeed worked hard throughout these years, but on the other hand, Mio stared at them scornfully, mostly at Yukio.
'What's with him, being so carefree all of a sudden?' Mio muttered, letting out a "humph" before noticing Shizuku at the door, making a 'I'm watching you' look with a glare, and then noticing Yuki, who was preparing to leave and stealing a glance at Yukio, Emile and Stella before clicking her teeth in annoyance, and then glancing back at Mio with narrowed eyes and a nasty glare.
Mio then remembered what Yuki said the other day to Yukio…
"Stay away from Mio Naruse Gremory. In fact, don't involve yourself with her any further, or those Devils, for that matter. They are nothing but trouble."
Mio was also glaring right back at Yuki at that. It was then that Mamoru Sakazaki came in and saw Yukio and asked him, "Ah, there you are, Kurozakura. Can I have a moment of your time, please?"
"Yes, Professor," said Yukio as he looked at the homeroom teacher.
"I need you to stay behind for a bit to organize the spring homework with Nonaka today," Mamoru instructed.
"Are you serious?" Emile asked, looking peeved that Yukio is going to be home late again.
"Hey, does Yukio have to?" Mio asked before glaring back at Yuki again. "That's Nonaka's job."
Mamoru smiled and replied, "Well, I figured that with your childhood friend helping you out, you can finish it before it gets dark….so I'll leave it you."
"Well, that's a tough break for you, buddy," Yahiro laughed. "Looks like your talented intelligence has come back to bite you."
"Very well. Stella, Emile. Please escort Mio to her dorm. This is going to take a while," Yukio instructed, with the 2 hesitantly nodded in confirmation, but Mio shook her head.
"It's okay. I can wa-" was all Mio could say before Yuki cuts her off.
"I can do it myself. This is my job as Class President. There's no need for Yukio to help."
Yukio shook his head and countered, "No, it's fine. The teacher wants me to help you, so I'll give you a hand. Besides, it'll be one of those rare times that we can actually be civilized."
Yuki flinched at the last choice of words that Yukio uttered, which would prove to be costly as Mio suddenly rose from her seat.
"What's the matter, Mio?" Stella asked, but then she and Yukio immediately saw what's wrong as they saw Mio shaking with her face flushed and the cursed mark around her neck showing, much to the latter's chagrin.
"Mio, what the hell? Get a grip," Yukio growled as he went up to her, wondering what the crap was making her so upset that the curse was activating this time.
"W-What do you mean? I'm fine, so-" Mio whispered, but Yukio was having none of it.
"No, you're not, you idiot!" Yukio exclaimed angrily as he caught Mio before she fell to the floor. "I'm taking you to the nurse's office! Hold on tight!"
"Hold on! I'm coming with you!" Stella shouted as she followed Yukio, who was princess-carrying Mio out of the classroom.
"Wait up!" Emile followed as he followed them not long after.
"Running like mad down the corridor while holding Mio like a princess…He's going to be resented all over again, especially from those 3 pervs," Yahiro mused, with everyone in the hall witnessing Yukio rushing Mio to the Infirmary, much to the chagrin of Issei, Matsuda, and Motohama, who were getting more and more jealous of Yukio.
(10 minutes later)
** At the Infirmary **
Yukio, sitting down near the bed where Mio was resting, sighed in frustration and rubbed the temples on his head. With him were Rias, Stella, and Emile, with the first two with concerned looks on their faces as they looked at their cousin.
"Looks like she was anemic. She has a mild fever, but she should recover with some rest," the nurse, Chisato Hasegawa, told them before looking at Yukio. "And from what Yuuri-chan told me, you must be that infamous transfer student that not only has everyone buzzing about, but even managed to break Stella's perfect record. How does it feel to become an enemy of every male in the school on your first day, playboy?"
"Well, news travels fast," Rias giggled. "And I bet that the Perverted Trio is doing all they can to make Yukio feel as miserable as possible."
"In fact, you're not wrong about that, President," Yukio replied as his mind went through flashes of the people he met at the Mage's Association that he either got along with, if any, or mostly left a bigger sour taste in his mouth. "However, before meeting Stella, I didn't want to be friends with anyone due to my past, and due to my powers, I've made more enemies that I tried not to make, and I tried my damn hardest not to kill them every they p*ss me off."
"Well, if that's the case, then you should find allies," the nurse stated, as if the problem was simple to solve.
"He's already off to a good start, Ms. Hasegawa," Rias said to the nurse. "He's part of our club, the Occult Research Club, and he's already making friends with almost everyone there.
Chisato raised an eyebrow a bit in suspicion, but shrugged it off and told Yukio, albeit mysteriously, "It's good that you're making allies with that club, but even then, it may not be enough. If you make enemies, increase your allies. And for both allies and enemies, the quantity isn't important, but the quality is. One can't weigh the odds of quantity and quality. Don't misunderstand or get me wrong. Don't sacrifice one for the other when you're choosing allies."
"That's…actual good advice," Rias said as she thought about what Chisato just said.
"I'll…keep that in mind," Yukio said slowly as a sound rang through the school's PA system.
[Ms. Hasegawa, please report to the faculty office immediately. Repeat. Ms. Hasegawa, please report to the faculty office immediately.]
"Is it that time already?" the nurse murmured, with Rias and Stella detecting a bit of resignation in her voice. "Sorry, but I need to head to a meeting."
With that, she tossed a pair of keys she had in her coat pocket to Yukio.
"Lock up when you leave. You can return the key later."
"No need to worry," Rias told her as she snatches the keys off of Yukio's hand and pocketed the key as the nurse went to the door. "Mio's my niece, so we're going to keep an eye on her."
"That's good to hear. Oh, and apologies for not introducing myself. I'm the school nurse, Chisato Hasegawa. Yukio Kurozakura, keep your enemies and allies in mind when you act," Chisato advised him as she left the room, closing the door behind her.
It was then that Mio began to mumble, showing the signs of waking up.
"Mio, are you OK?" Emile asked.
Just as Mio opened her eyes, the curse mark glowed around her neck, causing her to shiver and gasp erotically before spotting Yukio, Emile, Stella and Rias and grabbed Yukio's wrist just as he got close to examining her.
"Please….please don't leave me alone," she whined, with her pink eyes looking at them.
"Don't worry. We're here for you, Mio," Stella told Mio.
"Emile and Yukio, you should be helping Yuki and the teachers out," Rias told them. "We'll be here with her."
"Thanks, President," Yukio replied. "We certainly owe you one."
With Yukio and Emile heading out of the Infirmary, the 3 Gremory siblings were the only ones in the room, but not before Yukio saw a pure white feather. He didn't know why it was there, but he paid no attention to it as he left.
"Are you feeling better now?" Rias asked.
"I think I've calmed down a bit," Mio muttered, lying back down with the back of her hand on her head.
"OK, so what happened back in the classroom that caused the curse to activate?" Rias asked dryly, folding her arms under her bust. "I'm not stupid, Stella and I know about the Master-Servant Contract, thanks to Akeno having a little..."interrogation session" with Maria, so don't even try to act like I am. The curse only activates when you think negatively of Yukio."
"I-I don't…" Mio mumbled, turning away from her, not wanting to explain how her distress at thinking about Yukio and Yuki together activated the curse.
Rias and Stella both sighed and decided to tell Mio to get some rest.
"Um, okay. Where are Maria and the others?" Mio asked.
"I bet that stupid succubus is fooling around out in the town; probably at an arcade," Stella mumbled. "But on the other hand, Druella, both Erzas, Mirajane, Kiba, Akeno, and Koneko are patrolling the area to find and take down the demons."
"Unbelievable! Playing games, fighting demons, taking contracts….I'm amazed that no one has slept in class yet…You're all so errant," Mio complained with an annoying voice with a cute pout.
"Well, you're errant as well, because you're part of our family," Rias smiled before she stood up. "We're going to be patrolling the school for a bit since the enemies are almost within reach. We're going to let the others know about this, and they'll be checking on you every 30 minutes, so don't leave this room under any circumstances. Understood?"
"Y-Yes….Aunt Rias…." Mio replied.
** At the Hallway **
(2 hours later)
Yukio has just finished helping Yuki out with the assignments. As Yukio bought a drink from the vending machine, he called on Emile, who's in his dorm.
"Looks like we'll be here a little longer, but I'll be leaving under half an hour," said Yukio into his phone.
[Got it. Well, the ORC members are out and about, in search for any demons for Mio's sake.] Emile told him. [In fact, they said that they haven't encountered any of them so far tonight, so I'll be waiting for you. And to add to that, Twoearle is going to provide some devices to detect Demons and other enemies within a certain range. She's making them as we speak. They'll be ready soon.]
"Got you," Yukio replied and closed the phone as his ear twitches when he heard footsteps behind him and saw his friend. "Oh, it's just you, Yahiro. Didn't go home yet?"
"Oh, come on, Yukio. Don't act as if you've seen a ghost," Yahiro groaned exasperatedly as he went up to Yukio. "I had to help Nonaka in your place for a bit before you did the rest. You can't pretend not to know we're there."
"Well apologies are in order for you taking my place a bit."
"Yeah, yeah. More importantly, how's Naruse Gremory doing?"
"Doing better. She's hanging in there as her cousins are taking care of her," Yukio replied as he drank his bottle of water while Yahiro leaned on to one of the vending machines.
"Oh, I see. But you know, I was surprised when she suddenly collapsed. Her face was bright red, and she seemed really embarrassed," Yahiro grinned, as if he was trying not to laugh.
Yukio almost spilled the water from his mouth as he looked at Yahiro with a suspicious look in his eyes. A few seconds later, he tossed Yahiro a second drink, and with a fake laugh, he said, "Well, in any case, I owe you one."
"Speaking of that Yukio, have you seen Nonaka?" Yahiro asked after he caught the drink Yukio threw at him.
"Yuki? No, why?" Yukio inquired, feeling a bit worried about Yuki.
"Huh, that's odd," Yahiro said as he opened his bottled drink. "She mentioned that she was going to check up on you two."
"Huh?" Yukio blurted out and remembered the conversation they had during their so-called 'date'. 'Oh no….don't tell me…' "Listen. I need to head back…"
CLANG!
Suddenly, the lights went out, surprising the two high school students.
"Whoa, a blackout?!" Yahiro thought out loud, wondering what's happening.
But then, they saw a few cloaked demons with animal heads walking towards them.
'They've already infiltrated the school?!' Yukio thought as he frantically reaches for his phone and began to call Kurono about the situation while Yahiro was looking scared and is starting to look like he was going to freak out.
** At the Infirmary **
Mio was resting quietly in bed until a shadow loomed over her, with Mio's demonic senses that sometimes act as a 6th sense prodded her awake.
"Hm? Y-Yukio?" Mio coughed out as she woke up, expecting to see either her aunt Rias or her cousin Stella or Yukio. She got none of them. Instead, she felt a hostile presence and was greeted by the last person she wanted to see.
"Yuki…Nonaka?!"
That said Hero Clan member spoke to her, "We need to talk…now."
** At the Hallway **
"Wh-What's going on?" Yahiro asked, dropping his drink as he looks at the demons approaching them. "Hey, Yukio!"
The eyes of the Demons started to glow as Yukio elbows Yahiro in the guy so hard, that he was knocked out as he falls to the ground.
He then turned his attention to the Demons, who revealed themselves to be wolf like.
"Now then…" he said, already holding his Device, Ryuuzetsu, in hand as he used his Shunpo technique to disappear and reappear behind them, with the demons disintegrating into nothingness.
** At the Infirmary **
He opened the door and was about to tell Mio that they're leaving, only to discover that Mio was gone!
"What the hell!? Mio?!" Yukio shouted as he looked around the room frantically, and thanks to his Spiritual Awareness, he felt a familiar aura that made him tense before growling angrily, slamming his fist on the side of the doorframe.
"Gah! Damn it, Yuki!" he snarled as he left the Infirmary to look for the others and to tell them what's happening. Then he remembered about the Master-Servant Contract to pinpoint Mio's location. He was shocked to find that she and Yuki are at….
"The rooftop?!"
** At the Rooftop **
Mio stood across from Yuki, who was near the edge and looking out into the city.
"What do you mean by 'talk'?" Mio asked with strained politeness, only to end this quickly before Yukio discovered her gone from the room.
"You should have heard from him. You know why I'm at this school," Yuki stated point-blank, with her hair shadowing her eyes eerily.
"Yes, I've heard," Mio confirmed, tensing up, but hiding it perfectly.
Her guts told her that this conversation was going to end up ugly as she secretly began to build up magic within her.
"With you and those Devils around, there's a good chance that we will all suffer. So…leave him immediately," Yuki requested, with her hand generating spirit energy.
** Around Town **
"Where the hell are they all coming from?!" Aine shrieked as she punches 2 Demons at the same time.
Also, Rias, Stella and their Peerage members were all attacking a horde of demonic minions that appeared out of nowhere, while at the same time, heading towards the school, thanks to a quick message from Kurono.
"I don't know, but it looks like we may get our answer at the school," said Rias as she and the others all saw a barrier surrounding Hagun Academy.
** At the Rooftop **
"Not gonna happen!" Mio answered, causing Yuki's spirit energy to form around her, but the redhead refused to back down an itch. "Even after learning the whole truth, and his past, and despite what we've done to him, he said he would protect me and my family. Because we are family."
At that last part, she made a smile with a hint of red on her cheeks. "I don't want to waste even one bit of their feelings!"
"I see," Yuki said quietly as she quickly turns to face her as she summons her Spirit Sword: Sakuya, along with armored gauntlets and unleashed a tornado of wind.
Mio saw it coming and erected a shield to block the hostile gale of wind.
"So, you're resorting to force in the end? In that case… I won't show mercy, either," said Mio as she enveloped her crimson aura and attacks with her own tornado wind, but this one is made out of ice thanks to a part of her blood belonging to the Lucifuge Clan, but Yuki pointed Sakuya outwards and slices it through, dispelling it.
"You're only taking advantage of not only his kindness, but almost all of his emotions as well!" Yuki retorted as she struck back with a green wave of energy, forcing Mio to erect her shield to block, but had difficulty doing so due to the power behind the attack and was getting pushed back.
"And what about you? You're ignoring his own will, pushing your selfless kindness onto him and even threatened to kill him yourself should he lose control!" Mio replied back as she once again fired a wind tornado that was stronger than the first, making Yuki use her speed to avoid it. "I'm not going to make anymore excuses. In fact, I'm not regretting my actions either!"
Yuki attempts to slice through the attack, but Mio presses on. "If I apologized after getting him and the others involved, it would be rude to him! So, I'll fight fair and square. Together with him and our friends!"
Yuki was cross with Mio's accusation, and sliced through the tornado attacks with ease and countered with a wind-style Kentasu attack that eliminates Mio's barrier, much to her shock.
"If you say such things like that again, I'll never forgive you," Yuki snarled at the redhead, masking her hurt feelings with rage as her own green aura enveloped her body. "If you truly had known him, then you definitely wouldn't have dragged him into this war….Yukio can't even control his own powers, and he's even part Hollow. It's likely hard for him to even hold a sword in his hand."
"W-What are you talking about?" Mio asked, white-eyed and tilting her head with question marks dancing above her head.
"5 years ago, in order to save us, Yukio, his stepbrother Ikki, and his best friend Basara, his brother in all but blood, erased many of the Hero Tribe, our comrades, from this world when one of us discovered that Yukio and Ikki are Devils!"
That caught Mio off-guard as she gasped, "W-What do you mean?"
"It's the reason why the Kurozakura family is on the verge of extinction, and it's the reason why Yukio and his godfather left the village and gave up on being a Blazer altogether, and even now, Yukio's past with the Hero Tribe on that day still haunts him. You have no idea how cruel it is to make Yukio wield his sword! Now, with him being part Hollow, which haunts many members of the Hero Tribe to this day, there's a good chance that he'll lose control and become power-hungry, and when that happens, I'll gladly eliminate him, as he is a possible Elimination Target as well! And I won't allow you to make him!" Yuki screamed at the stunned successor of Lucifer as she charged at Mio, who had no time to react, to finish her off.
But before Yuki could get within striking distance, a large sword suddenly came out of nowhere and forced Yuki back. The girls watched as the sword curved back around like a boomerang and found its way back into the hands of the one person both girls hold dear in their hearts….and he was NOT happy in the slightest, as evidence by the dark miasma that radiated off his being.
"Huh, would you look at that? It seems that I have no problem wielding my damn swords!" Yukio Kurozakura Sparda snarled, his voice void of any positivity as he twirled his Device between his fingers while resting his Zanpakuto on his shoulder.
"Yu-Yukio?" Yuki gasped and flinched when he coldly glared daggers at her.
"Boy, have you got some nerve, Yuki. Last time I checked with my godfather, there's no termination order on either me or Mio, so your status as an observer remains unchanged. So if you're still on watch duty, then why the hell do you have Sakuya drawn?!" Yukio asked coolly, with Yuki turning away to avoid his gaze before he rounded on Mio. "And you, Mio, what was the one thing we told you before we left the nurse's office?"
"I-I'm…" Mio tried to answer, obviously ashamed of herself.
"Answer the question, Mio! What did we tell you before we left?" Yukio asked, more like commanded, as he stomped his foot down, causing the school grounds to shake that made Mio jump in fright.
She, nor Yuki, have never seen Yukio this cross.
"…To not leave the room, under any circumstances," Mio replied quietly, ashamed with herself.
"Oh, you actually remembered," Yukio said mockingly that dripped with sarcasm, with her remembrance angering him further. "So, what compelled you to walk out with Yuki? What were you doing out here with her?"
"I- uh- we-" Mio stuttered, trying to answer.
"They were talking about your past with the Hero Clan. Until you arrived, that is. Can I say that all the players have gathered, I wonder?" came a voice that forced everyone to look up to the top of the roof of the stairwell. There was the masked man from earlier, watching all the festivities.
"W-When did he.." Mio asked, frightened that she couldn't sense him and wondered how long he's been watching and listening while Yukio scowled.
The barrier around here was preventing time-space techniques.
"First of all, you're being the black sheep of the Kurozakura Royal Family, and then being exiled from the Hero Tribe?! And then becoming part-Hollow, and you're guarding the descendant of the previous Demon Lord, who's now in the hands of the Gremory Clan? What an awfully intriguing tale," the masked man said to Yukio in a praising tone as if mocking him.
"So, I take it that you're representing the Demon Faction in the Underworld that's after Mio?" Yukio asked seriously. "I bet that you're the one who sent those demons earlier and in charge of the swarm outside that's attacking my friends, too."
"What demons?" Mio questioned.
"Oh, the same ones that are after you! What did you expect?"
"Indeed," the masked man answered, putting in his 2 cents. "It's pointless worrying about it now. In the past few days, he and his gang all fought countless demons. The Fallen Angels may or may not have anything to do with this, but I do know that they are after her too."
"Huh?" asked Mio.
"Every night. Until dawn," the masked man nodded.
'Note to self, order the game,' Yukio thought as he thought about the Until Dawn game.
"What does he mean, Yukio?" Mio asked Yukio as he looked at her with a deadpan stare.
"What are you getting so worked up about? It's not exactly a secret, per se," Yukio deadpanned.
"Just tell me!" Mio demanded as the masked man answered.
"It was for your sake. The power you've inherited from the previous Demon Lord, and then being part of the Gremory Clan and even became the descendant of the Paimon Clan, and also having the blood of the Lucifuge and Alastor lineage. Not only that, but you also wield a very special Sacred Gear that has attracted not only the 3 Factions, but many more Supernatural factions outside of them. And right now, most low-level, Stray Demons and Devils are heading towards you. If those were beginning to harm humans, like those Hollows, then the Hero Tribe would deem you as a threat, going from observation…to elimination. Once that happens, you wouldn't be allowed to live, and the same will go for that Generation Blazer behind you. That's why that woman told you to leave him alone. He's already troubling enough, and he and his teammates and that succubus of yours have all been hunting stray demons day and night to prevent that from happening. And now that the Fallen Angels are here, things are getting even harder for you to avoid."
This made Yuki narrow her eyes on the masked man, while Mio was shocked by all of this.
"Yukio, is this true?" Mio asked.
Yukio glared at the masked man before looking at Mio and said, "Take no notice of him, Mio. It's not your faul-"
"No! Mio Naruse Gremory, your very existence is at fault here."
Mio looked horrified as a massive tickmark appeared on the back of Yukio's head in response to the masked man's declaration.
"If that comes as such a shock to you, then would you mind in forfeiting the demonic power that's causing all of this?" the masked man asked.
"Shut up! I'm talking here!" Yukio snarled before going back to Mio. "He's trying to break you mentally. I've seen this all too often during my travels, and it never ends well with them."
"And leaving her the way she is any better?" the masked man asked. "Then again, you prefer to have her attract demons just to keep yourself from getting bored? I know you desire action, and she is your meal ticket, isn't she?"
"What?" Mio cried out and looked at Yukio, who facefaulted.
"That's one of the most unbelievable lies I've ever heard in my entire life right now. That's just borderline desperation right there," Yukio deadpanned as he got up and rubbed his head.
"Desperation? If I was desperate, would I do this?" the masked man asked as Mio's shadow grew until it became a shadow demon with a scythe, looking to cleave her head off.
"Heads up!" Yukio yelled as he charged forward towards Mio.
"Are you planning to erase her this time, because your secret for keeping her around is out?" the masked man asked, grinning under his mask as he knew that the shadow demon was connected to Mio.
Any damage it took, Mio would receive, in a way to drive Mio into despair, but the masked man was taken aback at what happened.
Yukio used Shunpo to get between Mio and the demon, slicing the ground with his Zanpakuto sword to disconnect the shadow demon from Mio, and used his Device to freeze the demon before it shattered into small pieces. As that happened though, Yukio had a flashback of what happened in the Tribe of Heroes' village 5 years ago, but quickly squashed it, bothered by the fact that he was remembering it now, and wondered if that was the masked man's doing.
"Not bad, Yukio Kurozakura. I thought you would have no choice but to cleave through Mio Naruse Gremory to get to my minion, but I was wrong," the masked man said, albeit disappointed that his plan was barely succeeding, and decided on a new tactic.
However….
"Make that Dead Wrong," came a voice, forcing the masked man to quickly jump back as large bolt of lightning struck at where the masked man once stood as he quickly finds out the barrier has been shattered by Aine's powerful punch as she, Akeno who made that lightning attack, Rias who said that earlier, Stella, and their Peerage members arrive. "You have got some nerve not only at attacking our territory, but also attacking my precious niece as well."
"Well, well, well. What do we have here? The Crimson-Haired Ruined Princess, along with the Crimson Flaming Princess and all of their cohorts of the Gremory Family are here," the masked man chuckled in amusement before looking at Aine with interest for some reason. "My, my, aren't you scary. Well, since you all took the trouble to arrive, let's turn things up a notch, shall we?!"
It was then that masked man snapped his fingers as a huge portal opened behind him, and out popped several demons, but Yukio had a shocked look on his face. These demons appeared almost like humanoid canines, with dark blue fur and claws and bright red eyes. They all appeared to have large bat-like wings, enabling them to fly. Each one was at least 6' tall.
For Yukio, it was an important clue for him. He knows that these were Demons that the legendary Sparda himself once fought. And another clue was that the moment they saw Yukio, they snarled with anger and fury. Those 2 important clues gave Yukio an important, yet disturbing conclusion. If they are here now, then that means…
"That's a lot of Demons!" Erza Scarlet yelled as she requipped herself into her Heaven's Wheel Armor, holding a sword in each hand. Almost every part of this armor is seemingly made of silver metal. The upper part of this armor only consists of a small, revealing breastplate that extends along her hips, composed of feather-shaped plates pointing upwards with a large metal flower on the front, leaving the tops of her breasts exposed, as well as her stomach. Her biceps are covered by metal straps and her very large plated gauntlets sport feather-shaped plates at the edges. Her waist is circled by large, decorated plates reminiscent of feathers that lie on a long skirt. She wears a pair of plated boots which is partially hidden under her skirt, each sporting metal ornaments shaped like wings. Erza also wears a neck guard made of feather-like plates and a tiara with prominent metal wings. The armor also sports two pairs of large metal wings which adorn Erza's back, composed of metal feathers which get longer and larger at the edges.
"Is everyone ready?" Stella asked.
[YES!] they all answered.
"Let's kick some *ss!" E. Knightwalker smirked with her Magic Spear: Ten Commandments in hand.
As the Demons and the Devils clash against each other, including Yukio using his Zanpakuto to take down the charging Demons that were heading his way, Rias found an opportunity as she raised an arm and threw a blast of destructive energy at the masked man, however, a few demons jumped in front of him and protected him from the blast as they sacrificed their lives for him.
"You need to work on your aim, Princess."
Rias smirked and retorted, "Oh? Maybe you should know what a distraction is."
"Hm?" the masked man asked before out of nowhere, Emile flew towards the masked man from behind with a powerful punch.
"Eat this, Demon!" yelled Emile as he punched the masked man at high speed!
PUNCH!
"Gah!" the masked man howled as he was sent tumbling.
Yuuto swung his arms, causing two swords to burst from the ground into his hand and he and Hana both rushed forward towards the masked man.
The masked man growled as he was now on the defensive.
"You certainly have a skilled group, I must admit, Princesses," he commented at Rias and Stella. "Very skilled, however…"
He snapped his fingers once again, and then from the portal came something that made Yukio flinch a lot.
It was a huge Hollow. In fact, it almost looked like the same Hollow that attacked him and that girl 10 years ago, and he lost a part of his memories because of that. Now Yukio has a decision to make: Either fight the Hollow now and leave the Demons to the rest or fight all the incoming Demons and then deal with the Hollow? He had to think fast, because the Hollow was not waiting for anyone or anything.
He also knows that if the huge Hollow makes it to the city, it will likely be destroyed, along with the lives and memories of its residents, and Rias, Stella, Mio, and Souna will all be to blame.
His thoughts were interrupted when Emile said, "Stop thinking and start acting! Go for what you think is right!"
As Emile and the others eliminated more demons, Yukio fought against the Hollow, while the masked man looked at Emile very carefully.
'Wait a minute….Is that who what I think it is?' he thought before he smirked and made a move that would certainly change course for Yukio Kurozakura Sparda forever!
"Shikai!" Yukio shouted as he fired purple lightning to shock the Hollow before slashing through the Hollow quite easily, thanks to his training throughout the years, but the Hollow had already done its job.
Unfortunately, it only proved to be a distraction! He turned around to see Emile, and had a look of horror on his face as he sees the masked man appearing behind Emile, who was too busy killing a few demons in front of him!
"EMILE!" Yukio shouted, forcing Emile to look at him before Emile heard these words…
"Foolish Dragon Emperor," the masked man smirked as he fired a blast of energy at Emile, hitting him square in the back and at the side at point-blank range!
"Emile!" Yuki, Mio, Rias and Stella shouted in shock and fear.
For Yukio Kurozakura Sparda, his eyes widened in absolute horror! Part of Emile's clothes were ripped off, revealing his 'front' side, with a scar in his stomach and two 'bumps' on his chest.
However, it was the scar that made Yukio's world come to a complete stop as he came to a stunning conclusion.
That scar….
….was the same one from the girl he tried to save 10 years ago!
His memories began to flash as he, as a little kid at the time, after losing his parents, had the small girl in his arms, and saw a scar that was mutating and was going through a process called "Hollowification." Yukio sucked out all of the poisonous blood, saving her life, but in the process, became part-Hollow himself!
Yukio was now frozen stiff as the masked man reappeared at the top of the roof and looked at Mio and said…
"Look at that, Naruse Gremory! Look at that! One of your friends has been severely injured due to all of this mayhem! This is what you get when you involve others in your selfishness, especially when it comes to the one who had the audacity to adopt you in the first place: That so-called Satan that he calls himself Lucifer!"
Rias and Stella were furious at having their own relative being mocked like that as the former shouted, "You'll pay for this for insulting my brother like that!"
As Rias blasted another wave of red destructive energy towards the masked man, that said figure vanished and made his escape before the attack flew by at where he once stood, but not before giving them one last message….
"Mio Naruse Gremory, will you continue to involve others, get them hurt, like your friend over there, and still continue fighting your futile battle to carry out your own revenge? However, depending on your decision, I could end all of this in an instant."
"I'll never forgive you! How dare you!" Stella exclaimed as the remaining demons were quickly taken care of by her and the others.
"Emile!" Akeno shouted as she and the others ran to their fallen comrade. "Are you okay?"
Emile tried to respond, but instead coughed blood onto the ground.
"Th-That can't be good…." Yurishia said with worry as Maria finally came onto the scene as she, Akeno and Druella all began to heal Emile.
Yukio, on the other hand, didn't move an inch, and still looked at where Emile was attacked with a lifeless look on his eyes. Yuki went to check on him, but she gets no response.
Mio saw that and tightened her fists in frustration.
'Maybe I should…' "Maria…"
"No," Maria answered bluntly.
Mio stiffened slightly.
"H-Huh?"
"I know what you're thinking, Lady Mio, and that's not necessary."
"But…"
Emile could only groan one more time before falling unconscious.
Rias sighed and walked towards them with her arms folded. "So, any idea who that man was?"
"No idea…" Mio mumbled weakly.
"I can guess what he wanted though," Yuki interjected.
"And what might that be?" Stella questioned.
"I'm pretty sure you know already," Yukio sighed in frustration as he finally came through.
Rias sighed and added, "So be it. Why don't we all head back to the clubroom to regroup?"
"S-Sure," Mio answered weakly.
As they all made their way back, Yukio could now remember of the girl he saved. In fact, that guy isn't 'Emile Crossforde', let alone a guy…
….it was the girl he saved 10 years ago, and she was with him THE ENTIRE TIME! Now that he thought about it, he can now remember her name…
"Emilia….Emilia Hermit…."
At the same time, Akeno Himejima flinched, because for some reason, she had a feeling that one of her relatives is close.
Very close.
** At the Forest **
In fact, just a few miles away from Hagun Academy, Akame was fighting against a very ticked off Raynare, who has just found out about what Akame did.
"I never imagined meeting you at a time like this," Akame started as she defended Raynare's quick attacks.
Raynare, completely enraged, seethed back, "You turned the others against me! Kalawarner dared to say what we were doing was wrong! Because of you!"
Akame didn't respond as Raynare formed another light spear in her hand. "Now, that damn priest girl is on her way to the Grigori and the Sacred Gear wielder is already in the hands of that Gremory princess!"
"It's over, Raynare," Akame stated. "Give up and return to the Grigori. Nothing has been done, and your punishment will not be severe. I cannot say the same thing for Malty, though."
Raynare roared as she reared back with her light spear, only to stop as an ominous presence formed behind her. Raynare turned with wide eyes as a man stood behind her, hand on her light spear. He was a fairly tall man appearing to be in his 20s with an average build, black hair, golden bangs and black goatee. He wore a maroon-open V-neck trench coat buckled together around his waist over a pair of dark blue pants.
"Now, now, put that down before you get hurt, Raynare," he spoke. "Really, if Kalawarner hadn't contacted me sooner, I might not have gotten here in time, and you'd be dead by now."
"L-Lord Azazel," Raynare muttered, instantly falling to one knee before him. Akame glanced at the leader of the Fallen Angels as he spoke to the assassin.
"Akame, Baraqiel really isn't taking the news of you leaving us so well. To think you would have a group of this power already, and vowing to protect the descendant of the Dark Knight Sparda… you are really someone who is very resourceful. I really have no idea how he is going to deliver the news to Kurome when she gets back from her mission."
Akame's eyes widened at the mention of her youngest sister. To her, Kurome was a touchy subject; Akeno, a very close 2nd.
"But perhaps, we can come to an agreement here?" Azazel continued as he scratched the back of his head.
"What are you talking about, Azazel?" Akame questioned.
"You really have done me a solid job here bringing Raynare's little reign of rebellion to its end, and with no casualties to the Grigori, but unfortunately, Malty remains at large. I don't know what made you want to leave, Akame. For love, adventure, freedom, I don't know, and I won't stop you from leaving, but do think for a moment," Azazel shrugged as Akame narrowed her eyes as she was expecting his next words to be a threat. "What will you do now? You've been one of the best assets to the Grigori for many years since you joined us after the death of your mother so long ago."
Akame winced as she rose a hand to her head as the memories of Shuri's death floods her mind, causing tears to well up before forcing herself to calm down.
"In this time you've been with us, not once have you taken a vacation."
"You're telling me to take a vacation?" Akame questioned.
"I'm saying take your time to think your decision over," Azazel told her as he walked forward past Raynare who hasn't moved from her kneeling position. "Formally, I can't say anything since nothing is official and I wouldn't want things getting out of hand and to the wrong people, but I believe good things are coming to the 3 Factions soon enough, and all this fighting might just cease to exist."
"You're talking about an alliance between the 3 Factions?" Akame questioned. "That'll never happen."
"Who knows?" Azazel shrugged. "Maybe it will, maybe it won't. Your vacation could last a hell of a lot longer than originally planned for."
"What do you want in return?" Akame questioned.
"Since Yukio Kurozakura is already in the hands of the Devils, I want Mio Naruse," Azazel stated. "She's going to become the successor of Lucifer and the future Demon Lord. However, since she's part of the Gremory Family, especially with the likes of them, I suggest that you keep an eye on them, as well as Yukio and Aine, because soon, I have a feeling that the Dragons are going to fly."
Akame widened her eyes at the mention of Aine as she knows who she really is. "What do you want with them?"
"Nothing," Azazel smiled. "I simply have a hobby in collecting Sacred Gears, and it is said that Mio's Sacred Gear has a Dragon that once belonged to the Angels, and it was the only Dragon to side with the Angels. And now that it's in her, along with the Yin and Yang Dragons, I want to see it for myself. If there was an interesting Sacred Gear that's more interesting than any other that I've researched so far, it's definitely Mio's."
He turned around and placed a hand on Raynare's shoulder. "I'll see you real soon."
They disappeared as Akame somehow got a bad feeling that something BIG was going to happen very soon, so she quickly flew to Hagun Academy to finally meet Yukio and the others.
** At a Mysterious Place **
To many people, the area that a certain wealthy young devil was traversing would be considered to be cold and dank.
Even to him it was so, as he wasn't used to dealing with desolate and unforgiving accommodations until recently.
But then again, why would he? He was a high-class devil after all, so he deserved only the best the Underworld had to offer.
But he would tolerate it.
Or rather, he had to tolerate it. His life was at stake if he made his….benefactor upset.
Even though the young devil did all he could to earn his new master's favor, it just seemed that he never held his loyal servant in such high regards at all.
Peering through the opening and the end of the hidden cavern that he was traversing, orange eyes narrowed, a calculating glint within their depths.
Maybe he could change that after this meeting.
Reaching the end of the cavern, the youth halted in front of a shadowed figure that was standing tall on an elevated position in front of him, surrounded by the darkened area that helped protect his anonymity.
Not even a devil's sensitive eyes could quite pierce through the shadows to see his features.
Face to face with his benefactor, the high-class devil bowed his head deferentially, waiting for his lord to speak.
"…And? What have you discovered that is so important as to drag me away from our base of operations?" the deep voice rumbled.
To the young devil, it felt like the air itself shook in accordance to his lord's voice, his own body trembling in response.
"…There has been a change, my Lord," spoke the young devil, keeping his deferential. "As of now, there is another individual that has decided to protect the granddaughter of the Original Lucifer….and he seemed powerful, my Lord."
His pride strong, but it was nowhere near as strong as his sense of self-preservation.
"Hoooh…? So the girl has another that is willing to back her, hm…? Very well, for now, it is of no concern. Are the sisters of the current Satans still in Hagun?" the voice asked.
"Yes, they still reside in Hagun, within the premises of Tokyo," his loyal servant answered him, sure of this, until he ventured to glance up to look at his master. "…Um..pardon me for asking, my Lord, but what are you planning to do with them?"
Of course, he was referring to the younger siblings of the two current Satans; Lucifer and Leviathan.
But seemingly deciding to ignore his servant's query, the powerful being simply turned away from the lower devil, sounding almost whimsical when he spoke.
"What am I going to do? Well, it should be obvious…I'm going to start a second Civil War in the Underworld…and with the help of the Demons from Makai, I'm going to take back what's mine," the voice said with conviction and certainty.
Behind him, the young devil smiled darkly at the proclamation, contemplating the power and prestige that he would receive due to being a part of the initial formation of the new order.
At least until the voice spoke up again.
"Now leave me…or don't you have a nun to break…Diodora…?"
The reminder of the nun he was going to break eagerly brought about a sick smile to the young devil's face. Oh, the delicious screams he would get when he-
"I said BEGONE, you cretin…!" the voice bellowed again, breaking the young Astaroth out of his sick fantasies, getting him to scramble out of the cavern of his lord.
All was silent for a moment following the youth's retreat, which was only broken once a feminine voice spoke up in clear derision.
"Is it OK to let such a nasty little creature live…?" asked the feminine voice, the disgusted tone in her obvious voice.
Instead of the shadowed figure in the middle responding, it was another voice, a masculine one, which rose up in response to answer her query.
"Don't worry…he'll outlive his usefulness soon enough. Then I'm sure you will get the pleasure of destroying him yourself, won't you?"
One more voice rose up from the darkness in response, "Not that it matters, anyway. Soon enough, we will destroy the pretenders calling themselves 'Satans', and claim the titles for ourselves, as it should be. And it's all thanks to you, milord."
The last voice, also obviously belonging to a man, spoke as such to the shadowed man, who was staying quiet as he listened to his comrades.
To his fellow heirs.
"The time is approaching, my friends…soon we shall strike against the pretenders and take back what is rightfully ours. Our government, our Underworld, our people. And with the Demons on our side, and without their precious Dark Knight, they will NOT stand a chance! Prepare yourselves accordingly," the cloaked man finished, his determination to complete this task as crystal clear as the stars in the unseen night sky.
As one, his companions hidden in the shadows enthusiastically voiced their support for the strongest among them.
For the man that unequivocally trusted to bring forth their dreams.
[Yes, Lord Lucifer!]
To Be Continued…

On the next episode…
As Emile is being healed by Maria, Twoearle and Meimei, Mio contemplates on surrendering herself and her inherited powers to the masked man to prevent her companions from any more harm. However, Yuki arrives to stop Mio and the masked man's departure and fight him. But Yukio, Rias, Stella and the gang arrive to defeat the masked man, only to have Akame Himejima beat them all to it.
As Yukio is injured by the masked man's minion, Mio loses control of her powers, but is able to recover and appease Mio by using his Banishing Shift for the first time since the Hero Clan incident.
Plus, with the help of Twoearle and Meimei, Yuki provides Maria a special medicine for Emile and Yukio's recovery and expresses her joy for the latter for completely controlling his powers, but Yukio doubts that.
Also, Yukio asks Emile, or rather Emilia Hermit, his very first childhood friend, on how and why she was crossdressing as a boy, and you wouldn't believe the reasons Emilia has for him, including the Sacred Gear she wields. Unfortunately, the Director, Kurono, heard everything, and was certainly going to do something about it.
And later, the Occult Research Club meets up with Akame Himejima, Akeno's older sister, and vows to protect Yukio and cause no harm to anyone, but they were still going to keep an eye on her, due to her being a part of Baraqiel's estranged family, and due to being a Fallen Angel.
And finally, after successfully visiting one of Koneko's clients as the client's request was overlapping her schedule, Yukio is confronted by yet another Fallen Angel, this time by one of Raynare's sisters, Reynelle, but this time, he was able to fend her off after reawakening his Sacred Gear for the first time in years, and in the following day, both Yukio and Emilia, still being Emile to keep her identity a secret, bumps into a nun named Asia Argento, on their way to school.
Secrets are now going to be revealed, new bonds will be forming, but as you can see on the last part, there will be more enemies heading to them, and if you think that Asia Argento is safe because of Akame stopping Raynare's plans this early, then you are sorely mistaken as she and her cohorts will be coming back with a vengeance and many more on the next episode of The Rebirth Legacy of the Night Raid of DxD!
And that brings our third episode to a close, and that was one of the more quicker episodes I've written in less than a week.
Now then, shoutouts to the ones for inspiration of this episode:

And now, here's a little fun fact for all you people who hate Issei: If someone other than Raynare had started dating Issei, he very likely would've dropped his perverted antics for the rest of his life. Especially if that someone genuinely loved him and didn't try to hurt him like Raynare did. If you pay attention to Issei's date with Raynare, you would notice that although he was being his usual perverted self it was to a much less extreme degree. He kept his thoughts to himself instead of voicing them aloud (aka acting like a normal hormonal teenage boy). So, think about what Issei would've been like if Raynare hadn't tried to kill him when you get ready to call him a scumbag.
That's what I want to do with Chiharu Shinonome of Eiken, but if you read this manga enough, the meter of teasing will already be through the roof and more!
As of this writing, I'm going to finally take my chances and get that first Covid-19 Vaccine shot, but knowing my fear of needles, I'm going to need all the help I can get.
With all that said, Happy Cinco de Mayo, Happy Mother's Day in advance, read and review, and no flames! Flames will be ignored, just like the virus!
