After explaining things from the start of the happenings, Veldora had accepted everything with ease. He explained that the process of humans coming from other worlds happened so much it wasn't exactly uncommon. 'The exact method used for your soul is unheard of though. Reincarnations appear every so often with strong intentions. Then there are those who are summoned.' He continued to explain the many versions of people who come to this world. 'As for you, you seem to have been born as a monster. And from mahicules no less. It's absolutely fascinating..'

How curious. So she was a special case. But maybe there are other people that have come from her world? She should set her goals as to find someone of that nature. Maybe she could find another kindred soul. 'This information is highly appreciated! I believe I shall set my sights towards finding other worlders like myself.' Finally. Something to actually do. Some sort of goal.

Veldora laughed 'Fufufufu little one you cant even see! How can you make such a journey then? How about I help? But only if you can agree not to be afraid when you see me…' A rush of desperation went through her small form. Could he really help? And he mentioned the word dragon earlier so she tried to prep herself for what he may look like. 'I agree! Anything to be able to see again.' Then there would be something beside the overwhelming urge to devour everything she can just to feel.

'There is a skill called Magic Sense. It will allow you to detect the magicules surrounding your body and then you should be able to 'see' and even 'hear' the surrounding environment. Go ahead and try it.' Oh that didn't exactly sound too complicated. Kinda. How was she supposed to do this? She tried to concentrate and did detect...something different. Was this magicules?

Extra skill

-Acquired Magic Sense-

In order to manage the amount if information intake, it is recommended you combine this skill with [Great Sage]

Will you activate magic sense?

[Yes/No]

Her excitement rose. 'YES!' Suddenly her mind was filled with information and her vision expanded to take in her surroundings. If she were human her brain would fry at the sudden intake of information. After staying in darkness for so long. She slightly reeled. Despite not having a heart she felt like one would jump out of her chest. She could see a full 360. Literal eyes in the back of her head kinda. She took in the dark environment, slightly steamy as if it was humid. There was some water a short distance away. Sharp jagged walls surrounded her and peaked points pointed down from the ceiling of the cave, dripping with perspiration. Oh this was splendid. Absolutely wonderful. She turned to her savior. She paused. If she had a mouth, she visualized herself taking a calming breath. He definitely looked like a dragon. A terrifying one at that. But it was okay. He saved her! It would be rude to be scared after him helping her to regain her senses.

"I see it was successful! Then I would like to introduce myself again. I am Veldora, the Storm Dragon!" He roared. Obviously proud of such a title. She felt the need to give him an applause. But she didn't have hands. How sad. She still couldn't speak but she could hear him still. So she replied mentally. 'Nice to meet you again! You have my utmost gratitude Veldora! You do have an absolutely wonderful title and appearance! Very cool!' The mighty Dragon shook his head agreeing with her. What a smug fellow. "So I take it that since you can see you will be leaving…" Oh jeez, was he pouting? How could a dragon even do that.

'Yes I believe I shall leave shortly. I do have a question though. Are you stuck here?' He was so talkative and seemed more than willing to provide her with information. She wonders how long it's been since he's held a conversation with her? Probably much longer than her. "I have been here for over 300 years. I was sealed here by a hero." Oh well that was awful. That's also a big nope from her. How was he still sane? She was losing it just from a few months of solitude. Poor Veldora. He definitely must have been lonely. 'Ive decided, let's be friends!' She declared.

The dragon hesitated to respond. He looked particularly offended at first before becoming thoughtful. "I never would have thought I would be friends with a lowly slime but I shall make an exception. We are now friends!" She reached out with a bit of her slime body and booped the tip of his talon. She made a friend. She was proud of herself. 'So what can we do about this seal? Since we are buddies, I definitely want to help get you out!'

The dragon blushed. "Buddies….Ahem, yes that is a good question." She pondered for a moment and then asked Great Sage how to break him out.

She nodded along with the voice and asked a few more question whilst Veldora listened. Okay. This could work. 'We need to try to analyze from inside and outside if the seal, but since your powers are most likely sealed too…. How would you feel about resting in my stomach for the time being?' There was a long pause. Veldora placed his talons over his heart. "I accept. I agree to trust you to break the seal. If you don't, I will die soon anyways. My magicules are almost completely depleted regardless. If you can help free me I would be grateful. It would also be much more amusing than sitting here as you went on your way."

Her form bounced. How thrilling that she could help her new friend. 'I will have to use predator on you. So whenever you are ready!' Veldora held up a claw. "Before we do so I shall give you a name. You shall give me a name as well. We shall share a family name. This will give our souls the same status as equals. You first."

She floundered for a moment. Oh she hated naming things. Oh! Actually…'How about...Tempest!' Veldora raised his head and roared, shaking the walls of the cave and the floor trembled below her. She sweat dropped. That bad? "Truly magnificent! There has never been a better name!" Well there probably was but she enjoyed his happiness. Ah that was good. She thought she almost ruined everything with a name. How funny. He calmed back down and pointed at her. He concentrated for a moment before he grinned. "You shall be Rimuru Tempest!"

There was a shift. She felt the name brand itself within her soul. She smiled. Her name was now Rimuru. She felt truly apart from her original world now, with this new name. A small peace fell over her. 'I love it!!! Now are you ready Veldora? I promise I'll break you out of there soon!' He nodded. "I am ready! Don't keep me waiting."

Use unique skill

-Predator-

[Yes/No]

'Yes!' Her form began to grow as she wrapped around the seal surrounding Veldora. He gave her one last nod. "We shall become one. Let us meet again, Rimuru Tempest?" She quickly devoured the seal, and him along with it. 'See you again friend.'

Shall I analyze the unique skill

[Unlimited imprisonment]?

[Yes/no]

'Yup, take it it away Great Sage!'

After devouring Veldora the air seemed to still within the cave. Rimuru felt absolutely satisfied. Full almost. She hadnt had that feeling since she had gotten here. This was wonderful. Euphoric even. It was different that that full if a good meal. More like something missing, had been almost fulfilled inside if her. Rimuru shifted back and forth, the sweet bliss of being full causing immense happiness. She meandered around the cave. Might as well collect any of those magic stones or plants before she left. They would most likely be increadibly useful after all. She giddily bounced around collecting plants and stone rapidly.

It was hours later that Rimuru's euphoric high died down. Her feeling of completeness fading away. She rolled to a small stop and that's when she felt a slight small rumble coming from the ground. What was that? Confused she looked around and within a few seconds a giant snake like creature appeared around the curve of one of the caves tunnels. In her panic she shot out a water blade and it cleanly sliced off the head. What? Hot damn that was more powerful than she thought. She guessed playing around with water before meeting veldora paid off.

An idea popped in her head. Her body expanded and enveloped the dead body of the snake like creature. In the back if her mind she was a tad disgusted, but it was for science right? Her idea bore fruit as suddenly she gained new skills. So if she consumed living things she could get their skills too? Absolutely wonderful. Talk about OP. Not really something a slime should be able to do in her opinion but oh well. After a bit of playing around she discovered how much she enjoyed her new skills. She quickly dispatched any creatures she found in the cave. Despite have some of the same creatures appear, she devoured them all. Weather she had their skills or not didn't matter. She found she enjoyed eating larger things than plants or rocks. Not that she could taste them. Just the feeling was pleasant.

Within a few days of meandering around the cave, looking for an exit, she eventually came across giant bats. After quickly killing them and using her predator skill, she was able to use their skills to try and speak outloud. Leading to random sounds bouncing around the cave walls. It was fairly amusing in her opinion at how every noise she made echoed. It kept her entertained until she finally found the exit. RiGhtbas she finally found the exit, she had to skirt around 3 humans that had came through. Pretty strange since she had seen nothing but monsters the entire time. Inwardly there was a touch of relief seeing normal humans. A stray thought had her thinking that if she where able to devour one, she could maybe mimic a human body? That would be awesome. But she would probably die, and she didn't want to hurt anyone.

After Rimuru slipped out of the opening of the cave, she sat in awe. Her magic sense let her take in the vast view in front of her. It was absolutely stunning. The fields of grass and flowers swaying in the wind and slight breeze has her nearly melt. Regaining her sight had been such a blessing. She spotted a tree line in the distance and started to set out. She didn't exactly know where she was going, but she would find her way. Hopefully find someone from her world, and wait for her analysis to hopefully break Veldora free.
