Chapter 4

Mercury and Zoisite prepare to leave the house as they changed to their casual clothing as they left the house, but Jack rushed to them.

" Can I go out with you guys?"

" Jack, you must not go out with us."

" Please?"

" Ami, If Jack says he wants to go out, then let it be."

" No, I'm still afraid he will continue to kill Youma."

" I won't kill Youma, for sure."

" But didn't you notice that there are some reporters taking photos at that time, Zoisite?" Mercury asked.

" Reporters?"

" I used my Goggles and saw there are reporters and cameramen on the top of the buildings. I think when the Youma start it's rampage, the civilians were running away, or maybe the TV station crew has already seen the situation already."

" Did they see me killing the Youma?"

" I'm afraid Yes."

" Does that mean if Jack, me and you go out, then the civilians around would thought we are accomplices to Jack?" Zoisite wondered?

" Because when we head to the scene, I checked there were no cameras on top of the building, maybe the cameramen took cover of the explosion."

" I never see a Youma exploded in my life." Zoisite said.

" Jack, for real. I don't want my reputation been destroyed, especially Usagi, Mako , Minako and Rei Chan."

" Upset? You can explain to me I'm a hero, I killed the Youma by myself, just to save my life!"

" Jack san!" Mercury thumped her fist to the wall.

" Ami, please calm yourself. Haven't I told you to talk to him in a proper way?"

"Sorry, Zoisite."

" Jack san. As a Sailor senshi myself, I don't want my friends hate me, because you killed a Youma by yourself, destroying it completely. If you go out , there may be some reporters hiding around the Juuban district and they would take photos of you."

" That means if I go out, people will hate me?"

" Yes. And if I were you, you better stay at home for safety."

Jack noticed this time he made things worse, first , when Ultraman King assigned him to take patrol to the Juuban district, but King was so furious that he saw him being lazy, for quite a few times as he cannot stand his laziness anymore and expelled him; until the moment when he can take a walk at the Juuban district to take a rest after being needed to do a lot of tiring work in the Land Of Light, and after he heard from his King, there was a Youma terrorising the whole district, he was just trying to convince the King to regain from his job, to tell he is still willing to finish his job for saving the citizens. How come he didn't know that there are heroines existing in Juuban? How come he didn't know killing is forbidden inside? Why he had to be so impulsive, and kill the Youma without hesitation? Instead of using his bracelet and change it to a rope or a chain to restrain it, or wait someone to help?

" Sorry, Ami, I didn't mean to kill it…"

" We need to be very careful right now, so Jack, please stay in your house, and don't let anyone see you."

" Ok….." Jack said as he lowered his head.

" So let's go out and meet Usagi , Shall we, Zoisite?"

" Sure."

Usagi and the rest of the gang were sitting at the living room, preparing cups of orange juices, and different bags of chips. It's been a long time since they met after the end of Stars.

" Wonder where's Ami Chan?" Jupiter asked.

" Ami? I haven't seen her for the past few days." Mars asked.

" Ami Chan told me Zoisite would come here for a visit last week." Venus said.

" Zoisite? What about the rest of the Shitennou?"

" Oh, Jadeite said he needed to take an appointment, while Kunzite is busying on documents."

" What about Nephrite?" Usagi asked.

" Nephrite is now with Naru, he promised her to eat chocolate parfait together."

" It's understandable." Mars said.

" Wait, girls. My phone is ringing, Shh." Usagi said.

" Hello?"

" Usagi?"

" Yes, Ami , please speak up."

" I'm now walking to Usagi's house, mind if you wait for a while?"

" It's alright, Ami, take your time, we just arrived a few minutes ago. Is Zoisite with you?"

" Yes, he is with me, meet you ten minutes later."

" See you later!"

Zoisite and Mercury were walking to Usagi's house as they looked at each other.

" So, Is it better if we don't talk about Jack's appearance?"

" Yes. Like as you said, now the reporters took photos of him killing the Youma, and people seems they are more careful than before, I didn't see much people around the district, they were afraid of Jack, they thought he was a killer that kill Youmas."

" I wonder if Usagi see this horrific and cold-blooded scene?"

" And I hope I haven't been taken. The reporters may see us taking Jack away."

" Let's hope this won't happen to us, I'm so nervous."

" If one day, Usagi and the others seen the photo , we probably need to take Jack out of the house, as we explain how we met him."

" I can help you for explaining."

" But I'm afraid Usagi wouldn't want us to be their friends again….." Mercury frowned.

" We can't hide the truth for too long, Ami. So, if it's the time when the truth was revealed , then let's tell them right now."

" I guess this is the only idea…." Mercury sighed.

Jack then stood up of the Sofa and heard a voice coming on the window.

" Ultraman Jack?"

Jack turned his head as he looked at a black purple cat, with a crescent on her forehead. It was Luna, Usagi's advisor and her partner cat. Jack flinched , as he stuttered a few steps, he didn't believe he could see a cat could speak in his life.

" Yes, I'm Ultraman Jack, but , who are you?!" Jack said as almost used his bracelet and transformed to a spear to stab her.

" Wait, Wait, Wait! I'm not a villain! Stop! I'm with Ami!"Luna said as she used her paws urging Jack to stop.

" Oh, So you were with Ami? And why were you in her house?"

" Uh, because I was sick at that time and I slept in her house to take a rest, I feel better. But, I heard Zoisite , Ami and you were talking, . I think I heard some words like 'kill Youma', 'hiding', 'reporter' some stuff, so what's going on?"

" Well, at that time, I was expelled by my King for me being lazy during these days, for breaking the rules of being an Ultra, and before that, I was patrolling in the Juuban district, and there is a Youma appearing , it tangled me and I didn't know what was going on, in order to save my life, I have to destroy it immediately."

" You destroyed the Youma? Seriously?"

" And because of this, Ami had a big fight with me, and she slapped me so hard."

" Ami seems to have a large outrage with you yesterday night, I never see her lose her temper. But things are better right now?"

" Yes, Zoisite is nice that he even booked a hotel room for me."

" Seems Zoisite changed a lot when I first met him."

" Do you trust me?"

" For What?"

" For believing me I'm a hero, instead of a killer that kills Youmas."

" You're a hero , because I know you are a newbie to the district, and you don't know what are the main rules in the district."

" What's your name?"

" I'm Luna, Usagi's advisor."

" Luna, interesting name. So, Luna. I guess I won't go out for a while, until there were completely no reporters and I'll go out and take a walk."

Jack can't believe there is an another person that can trust him even his appearance is unlike any human, now he feels relived, and has more knowledge on living in the Juuban district.

The Story changed to a new title "Reputations and Choices", because I wanted to make the story make sense and more fitting to Ultraman Jack's character so as it won't be feel weird to all of you guys.
